Get on the ground. GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. LIE DOWN. >> BODY CAMERA VIDEO shows officer Thomas Shook enter the store, then order Williams to the ground. Williams lies face down unarmed as officers surround him. Then the video shows officer Shook press his gun against Williams's head. Other officers move the gun away as they handcuff Williams. According to the police report, officers searched Williams and his backpack, but found no gun or other weapon. The police report describes the detainment as a felony takedown, but does not mention an officer holding a weapon to Williams's head. >> This this cannot be swept up under the rug. Uh it it it happened in two two minute time. >> Reverend Benny Johnson, a community activist and candidate for Little Rock Board of Directors Ward 7, is now asking for an investigation. He also wants the department to improve officer training and build trust with the community. >> We're not asking for transparency. We're not begging for it, but we demand transparency from this police department. Enough is enough. >> Johnson says regular community meetings could help close the gap between residents and police. >> We want to bridge this gap between the community and the police department. We want to earn y'all trust and y'all earn our trust. That's the best thing to do. >> In the video we just watched, we clearly could see that the man had no weapon on him and he causes no danger to the police officer. And yet, the police officer still points his gun to his head while he was on the ground. That's definitely an abuse of power.
