on November 20th 2022 officers responded to a Georgia apartment after both parties in domestic dispute called 911 the man expressed concern that his girlfriend might harm herself meanwhile a neighbor dialed 911 on the girlfriend's behalf after she fled to his apartment claiming her boyfriend had taken her phone upon arrival officers found the woman crying outside the [Music] apartment what's going on for I think 7 months been for the last three days you talking about the gentleman behind you no no no this is just an the one okay he's been breaking things today and run things away I was trying to leave and pack my stuff up and he took my phone so I couldn't leave so you're just trying you're trying to leave and he took your phone um I want to get my cats and leave your cats I've got two cats inside all right just hold tight for me we'll have another officer here shortly as well [Music] what the one that's right here ah I see Athens Clark County Police Department uh what's your name officer Smith uh first name Alex Alex what's your badge number 2453 all right thank you I called about 15 minutes ago yep all right did you get my call we did I don't specifically get the call dispatch gets the call we are crazy busy on calls right now what seems to be going on he said that he couldn't tell me his name because that was not okay the dispatcher they don't give out their names okay well I would like to thank him but he said he couldn't do that okay okay I'll let him know officer Smith what's your first name again Alex awesome how long have you been with the police department a little over a year now well may I ask the relevance of this we're here for a specific reason yeah so I'm only wondering because I thought you're supposed to have a partner if it's under two years no that's not correct but another officer is in route here there will be two other officers joining me they we are just like I said we're crazy busy right now and it's taking them a second to get over here why do guys so busy because that's Athens Athens a lot of stuff happens in Athens there's a protest going on right now there's several domestics going on what domestics are going on do you know I'm here right now to solve this problem well yeah so I called because uh this girl who goes by the name of well she was going by H strong her name is actually Bonnie it turns out okay um she has been manic a few times now and I am scared for her and she ran off and I just wanted to make sure that she's okay okay and I'm very worried and she also said that she was going to kill herself because she did not feel right and I said don't please you cannot do this I kept like trying to find her she literally ducked down the street I did not her car is still here I don't know where she is yeah um so as far as I'm understanding are there any cats in the in the apartment right now yeah she has two of them okay um so or I mean actually I don't she might have taken them honestly you happen to have her cell phone uh no I have uh hope strongs her name is Bonnie and she literally does not have a like she does not have a working phone this is my phone and this is the only one and it also does not work okay and where's the other phone at I I do not have it I literally do not have her phone where did you put the phone I don't I truly don't have it like there's she literally left her cell phone case and that was it I had her cell phone case that's it okay yeah so but yeah so I'll wait for your partner but like yeah would it be okay for her to come get the cats no no no I can't have her come in like is like way too crazy I cannot have her come in well the only issue is is if they're hers and you're withholding that from her that is not a good look for I believe they're Bonnie or sorry hope Strong's cats and her name is Bonnie and she kept saying don't fil me when you say that name so I'm going to go with that's actually her name and these aren't her cats so I'm not going to actually let her back into the house because I'm very concerned for my own safety yeah so whose cats do you believe they are just so I can get the name straight there so she was was going by H strong but her real name or I'm sorry maybe her Alias is Bonnie but she's been using both names and multiple credit cards and I believe she's tried to take out a couple of my name now because now I can't even apply for a card at all at all okay are these just accusations or you have proof that she has done there there has been multiple uh charges on my card but I'm thank you but yeah I just need to find her thank you hold on these are my partners no thank you guys just find her thank you holy [ __ ] you he has long conditions not to be here so not to be here in this apartment not to have contact with her okay well he's he's saying that she's not who she says she is that he does not have her phone and that she cannot come get her cats so hey Colin open up please open the door please what's that open the door please oh no thank you sir I do not feel comfortable I asked that other officer to find my girlfriend I called first I wanted to make sure that she was safe this is the second time now that she's been man I'm for her safy thank you take a shower now thank you all right don't get too comfortable sir thank you if you want to just he doesn't walk out the back I'm you want to go around the back yeah yes please so what's uh what's happening I didn't you i' explain it to her but schizophrenia mhm his bed he's been here for the last 3 days yesterday he broke our took all the pipes apart and today started braking more things to work and he called me and said if I don't come home he's going to hurt himself so I came home and I fell half of my stuff in the dumpster is it is the dumpster here yes okay well a [Music] laptop so I was trying to leave try to up my car and go my phone that's okay all right do you have the keys to the apartment are there any weapons in the house no I have a safe just for like ceric stuff he's convinced there a g see there's no weapons okay all right so um what's going to happen here we'll investigate um those other claims but I mean I don't know if he's made you wor he has Bond conditions not to even be around you and that's okay that's um that's something we're not going to be able to look the other way on it's a judge's orders so we are we are going to when I I bailed him out they said that it was okay okay all right cont all right we'll um well I'll verify those Bond conditions um if you can get my phone sure we'll do that hey open the door please no sir I'm not I just need you to find my girlfriend I'm very worried about her thank you hey Colin no sir thank you I really need you to find my girlfriend hey real quick
