You can put it out on either side. >> All right, you don't have to do that. You can >> stand up straight. >> Nowhere to pee here. >> I can I can pee in the grass. Y'all come watch me. I don't care. I will not run away. I promise. >> All right, everybody. Welcome back. We got another video for you. This one comes from Sergeant Pepper Spray, and it is Teen's Halloween Night Goes Wrong. I haven't seen it. Let's go. >> On Halloween night, this Texas teenager [music] said she was having a mental health crisis when she veered off the road and crashed her car in the median. >> I would say they're not going to be able to drive anymore. Well, they ran through a pole. Holy. I don't see a passenger, just the driver. How's it going? I'm Officer Cloud of the Brown Police Department. I see you had a little bit of an accident. You okay besides the airbag hitting you? Here. I'm going to go ahead and have you get out so we can you can breathe a little bit. You got a bunch There's a bunch of dust in there, okay? >> Sorry. >> Okay, it's clearly not fine, but I need you to get Go ahead and step out so you can breathe easier. There's a lot of dust from those airbags. It makes it hard to breathe. >> Can I pee in the grass? >> Okay. Be honest. >> Uh yes, please. >> I I don't want to say this flat out cuz you're going >> So, if you're having a mental health crisis, you can call. Like, I don't want to make light of the situation uh cuz there are a lot of people having a mental health crisis. So, here's what's tough is because now we have to decipher between are you just trying to absolve yourself of the consequences of what you just did with by making this claim, or is this really a mental health crisis or a cry for help? So, but I mean, she did just run into a pole, so I mean, it's possible. >> Why are you doing that? What happened? >> Nothing. We're supposed to turn left. >> Can you get your license and registration out? You mind stepping out just so >> you can breathe a little bit? I just want I want you to be able to get some air. >> I'm not getting out, but >> Why don't you want to get out? >> Actually >> We don't want you to get hit by another car. >> I promise I'm in good right here. >> Okay. Look at her, she's looking off to the side. There's a lot of uh clues of impairment here, cues, clues. We use both terms. >> You know, you know tonight it's been the past I didn't even want to play. >> So, it's been a ongoing ongoing thing? Okay. What was the the trigger tonight? Okay. It's okay. Well, here I'm going to I'm going to let you speak to these medics real quick. They want to check you out just to make sure you're okay. All right. You're okay, right? You know >> Um she's definitely not okay. She may be physically uh not hurt, but she is definitely not okay. >> Want to go to the hospital? Okay. Ma'am, do you have a driver's license, ID card with you? >> [music] >> Sorry. >> You're okay. Thank you, ma'am. So, how did this happen? How did you wreck? >> I can't even sleep. It was my boyfriend with >> Mhm. Boyfriend or ex-boyfriend? >> Ex-boyfriend. I'm going to I'm going to spray you. >> Okay. >> Long story. It's been on and off for a year. >> Okay. >> But my dad moved out a month and a half ago. A month and a half ago and I'm oldest. Definitely not the smartest out of the two of us. I've been struggling a lot. >> Been struggling? >> Tonight was my only night off of work and so I went to hang out with my friends and I was literally going home. >> Mhm. So when you were driving tonight, you were just heading home and all of a sudden you decided to turn into this pole? >> I mean honestly, I'm not going to lie to anyone. >> Honestly, I'm not going to lie to you, but let me lie to you. >> I knew what I was doing. I was just I was ready. >> Ready for what? >> [snorts] >> It's embarrassing. >> I wouldn't be embarrassed. Are you wearing your seat belt? >> I always wear my seat belt. >> Well, that's good. This would have gone a lot worse if you hadn't been wearing it, so that's a good thing. Have you had anything to drink tonight at all? >> I had a shot at probably 8:15. >> So 8:15, sorry, you are way off on your time cuz it's now 4:30 in the morning, the next morning. She says she had a shot at 8:15. We can all clearly see, all of you viewers have watched enough videos with me to know and probably plenty of other body cam videos. She has tons of cues of impairment here. >> 8:15, okay. Just the one? Do you have any beers or anything like that? You don't drink beer, okay. >> I will say though, I did hit one of my friends uh uh uh I don't know if it was real or whatever. >> Like a mate? >> Whatever. No. It like it was real. >> She clearly seems a little like there's something wrong. I don't smell like alcohol on her. So, we're going to have you step out, okay? I just don't want your car to get hit by >> So the thing about marijuana nowadays is a lot of people say, "Well, it's natural." Uh the THC levels that they've gotten this stuff to is no longer natural. It's not the natural plant that used to grow. The THC levels are off the charts high. In many cases, it can become a hallucinogenic. I know there's a lot of supporters of it out there, and I know there are cases where it does help people out with going through, let's say, cancer or other things. Um a lot of the marijuana we see is extremely high in THC, and it's very different than what it was even a decade ago. >> Somebody You have some other Are shoes you can slip on? Are you okay walking through the grass and everything with those? >> No, I can walk in these. >> Okay. >> Try to do FSTs out in the parking lot. >> I mean, yeah, we'll >> Taking those little shoes off. >> So, shoes not staying. >> Yeah. >> You don't mind if I change in the >> If If you want to jump in the back >> back? >> That's That's fine. >> So, in this particular case, these guys are pretty nice. Uh I would have said no. Because you just don't know what they're going to dig in. I mean, you can't put past anybody to make a decision that they She's clearly made some some concerning statements already. And so, I wouldn't give her the opportunity to get anywhere where I couldn't see her at this point. I'm going to want to be able to watch what she's doing with her hands to make sure that she doesn't hurt herself or somebody else. Because now, the reality of of the consequences she could be facing are right in front of her face. This is where you people make decisions that alter their lives substantially. So, we don't want to give her that opportunity. We want to be able to control as much as possible. So, I In this particular case, not saying it was wrong. I personally would not have allowed her to change. And I People may say, "Well, it's cuz you just wanted to" I didn't dress her when she left her house. I didn't do that. She dressed herself. Perfectly come She's obviously comfortable enough to go out in the public the way she's dressed, she can certainly do some FSTs the way she's dressed. That's the reality of it. >> And do you feel like you could be feeling cross-faded now? >> No. Let's uh we're going to walk over here just so we can get out of the road. Do you have your purse with you? >> Um can I bring my Stanley? >> Oh my goodness. No. >> All right. >> Do you need any help? >> I get it. She's probably not a threat, but we don't want her to We're going to have to deal with this Stanley. Do you want me to arrest her? Um she can take stuff out of the car. I probably would not have had her take the Stanley. She could also clunk you over the head with the Stanley. Do I think she's going to do it? No. But we're just not We don't want to give her any opportunities that you know, afford her any opportunities. These guys are being great though. This is not a knock on them. They're just being super nice. They're They understand there could be a potential mental health issue here. Plus there's a criminal element too, and they're balancing this very well and trying to uh make her as comfortable as possible. So I appreciate that. >> She's got her boots >> This is Yeah. >> Let's keep walking. We're standing in the middle of the road. Have you had any major head injuries in your life? >> I did gymnastics for 14 years, so I did land on my head a couple times. >> Okay. All right now. Okay. So what I want you to do is just put your feet together and your arms by your side just like this. And I want you to watch the tip of my finger with your eyes and your eyes alone. So don't move your head. Does that make sense? Do you understand? Okay. >> Yeah, you can see it from here. So what he's checking is tracking. He skipped the the He didn't skip it, but the video skips a couple steps. Now he's doing >> All right, you can relax. Perfect. Can you walk normally in those shoes? Do you think you can walk in straight line? >> Woah. Woah. >> Perfect. Just stand right here on my light. >> So, it's tough with like gymnasts and people who are very um agile. They can often times do fairly well on these tests even though they might be uh significantly impaired. >> We're going to take nine heel-to-toe steps down the line. Do you have any questions about it? All right. Go ahead. >> One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Eight. Nine. One. Two. Three. Six. Seven. >> Perfect. Go and stand with your feet together, arms by your side, just like that. When I tell you to begin, you're going to pick either leg, doesn't matter which one. You're going to lift your foot approximately 6 in from the ground. Just stay like this just for now. Just right here. Perfect. Go ahead. >> Second. >> Correct. Yep, about 6 in. Just like that. Perfect. >> Keep your hands down your side. >> If you put your foot down, just pick it back up and just continue to do this. >> Second. Sixth. Eighth. >> Perfect. You can stop. When did you last eat? You can't remember? Did you eat at all today? Haven't eaten at all today? Okay. >> I didn't eat much. >> Okay. All right. So, I can tell you had a little bit of drink, right? I know you said you had one shot. I can tell it's more than that. So, how many shots have you had tonight? If you were were to give me a round number. >> Four total. I know that. >> Four total. Okay. When did you take your last drink? >> I wasn't honest with you at first. >> Well, and I can see that. >> Well, cuz you told us, "Can I be honest with you?" So, we knew you weren't going to be honest with us. >> I appreciate you telling me now. So, be honest with me now. This is your opportunity. >> Okay. >> How much have you had to drink tonight? >> I was supposed to drive my friends home, so I stopped drinking at 12. >> Okay. >> I tried not to go too crazy too crazy cuz >> Which is a big difference between 8:15, which is what she originally said. >> Cuz I've got school in the morning and then I work. >> Okay. >> I promise. I know I'm going to sound like every other rich girl, but I promise I don't go out much. This is literally my one night that I've had off >> I hear you. >> the past like >> All right, what what did you see? >> There was four other cars she hit on. >> There was definitely several cars there. >> She's clearly not telling us how much she's had to drink. You can turn around for me real quick. Can you just put your hands behind your back, okay? >> Boom, busted. >> Thanks. >> Is your ex-boyfriend or boyfriend? >> Okay. >> Do you want him to get your belongings out of the car for you? >> He can grab it. >> He can feed it out on either side. All right, you don't have to do that. >> You can just send [laughter] it home. Can I tie this up a little bit? >> It's uncomfortable. I've never done this before. >> Okay, it's not going to be anything crazy. >> Clearly, this does not seem She's smiling and laughing. Look, you can hurt somebody, kill somebody. My children, I I don't like to bring it all the way up, but I but I I bring it up because it's real for me. I've done a ton of DUI investigations. I've seen a I've I've done deaths involving DUI investigations. And I personally, my son, my granddaughter, my daughter-in-law were all killed by somebody driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol. So, it is a very very important issue for me. And I when she's back there and doesn't realize just the severity of what she's done, she could have easily have hit and killed somebody. Luckily, she hit a pole, but that could have been somebody else. >> I'm not sure if you know it. >> Are you good? What you got? >> I really have to >> Okay, we're going to leave here in 2 minutes and we'll go straight to the jail. It's not far. >> I'm going to like pee in the >> There's nowhere to pee here. >> I can I can pee in the grass. Y'all come watch me. I don't care. I will not run away. I promise. I believe that. >> You need to blow your nose right now? >> Pee. That's my concern. >> Okay, we'll leave right now and we'll go we're going straight there. >> I actually very good. I've never been arrested. >> That's very good. >> Today's first day. I hope this is the first and last time. I mean, the reality is they're not going to do much to her. She'll probably get a pleaded down to a reckless probably is what they would do in Arizona. Um give her time served for the time she was in jail, pay some fines, lose her license. That's typically what their consequences would be for a first time offense. >> All right, I'll let you go to bathroom here in just a second. All right, you can come in this bathroom right here. >> See me all the time. I'm not dangerous. >> I believe you. >> Thank you. >> You're good. You don't have to worry about flushing. Oh, you're okay. You want to go ahead and put these in the front? Uh I don't care. Put them in the front right here. This is office almost stopped. So, we're doing the breath test today for the next 15 minutes. Uh do you want to continue to wait? Oh, yeah. No. Okay, so it's more beneficial to you to wait the 15 minutes so that you don't blow higher than what your actual blood alcohol content is. >> That's very nice. So, so they gave the 15 minutes because she did have something any type of liquid. You want to get a good reading. You don't want to You want to have a fair reading for her and uh get a good reading of what she was under the uh when they got her. So, now they'll do a breath test, which the breath test comes back immediately. The blood we don't know for depending on how long it takes to process. Here it's about 4 to 6 months. Um and then we send out the final charges in the mail. If they do the breath, they'll know immediately. It prints it out and you know exactly what her breath was. >> So, we gave it to Trent first. He said he only gave us two. drinks. They what? >> Yes. Like as my family's from Scotland, have a Scottish heritage. White as brick. >> What does that does that >> What is brick? I don't even know. I guess that word, I guess maybe. She seems like a sweet girl, but clearly the craziness is >> Yeah, there's a lot. >> Jeez. >> Yeah, he was at the hospital while he was talking to >> If y'all have questions, y'all can just ask me. >> going to find out what you already told me. >> Well, I know I want to be involved. Like you don't >> The level of of intoxication that that shows is not consistent with four normal size shots. >> I got them from where I work. >> So, >> Oh. >> So, like any >> Not doubles, but definitely heavier. >> Okay. >> My one night off, too, right? I get arrested. >> Well, it doesn't matter if it's your one night off or not. Everybody knows you can't drink and drive. But you did it anyway. >> Help [clears throat] me. Hey, it's fine. I had a depressive episode. I was a little bit drunk. It's fine. It happens. I'm just a girl. I'm just kidding. I'm not going to use that. Can I please pick up this potato chip? It's pissing me off. Like genuinely. >> You don't want to touch it, though. >> No, I don't I don't care. It's pissing me off. I'm staring at crumbs and I don't like it. >> Okay. >> Do you all have a trash anywhere? I will put it in your pocket. It's literally just >> Which one you talking about? >> staring at me. Who is eating potato chips right there, anyways? >> The cops. >> Tell me it was one of y'all. I'll write you up. Pick up >> No, it's cool. >> That's teasing you. I'm teasing. >> So, you're going to watch that you give me that and I'm going to watch that. >> He doesn't like teasing. >> Huh? >> They don't want to hear your teasing at this point. Like we're we just we're not here for the teasing or any of that. Don't try to be cute. You're here for a DUI. Shut your mouth. Um for your own good. Shut your mouth and let them do their thing. >> What? >> What's she saying? >> She said you got some mouth on you. >> [clears throat] >> Oh, I'm not I'm not taking it personal. >> I'm just bored. I'm sorry. That's why I'm telling y'all keep me included. I promise I'm not boring. And I won't try to keep my hands up my hands up. I'm sorry. We're just teasing you. >> Oh, you're good. >> I'm not trying to be nosey, but can I see y'all? Kind of interested. >> What do you want to see? >> Whatever y'all are doing. I'll keep my hands up. >> Sit. Sit down. >> waiting for paperwork, but here. Yeah, it's just loading. Specifically, you're going to be booked. It's a class A misdemeanor, which means you're booked. So, it's not a felony. And that means your blood blood alcohol content right now is above a .08, but furthermore it's above a .15, which is double the legal limit. >> So, that's an extreme DUI. So, most places are .08 is DUI, DWI, whatever they call it, driving under the influence. And then you have .15, which is a, at least in Arizona, an extreme DUI. And then you have point over .2 is a super extreme. >> Your alcohol level was a .17 at a .15 now on the test. >> Do I get the jumpsuit? >> Only if you want. >> Can I? >> I mean, you can ask, yeah, absolutely, whatever you want. >> Oh, boy. >> This is an experience for me. Should I embrace it? >> You might as well go all the way. >> Can I keep it? >> You should learn from it. >> I brought >> You can keep all your clothes on. You can put it on over. >> I kind of want to. >> You can ask them. >> it? >> I don't think they'll let you keep it. >> DUI now it's fun. I want to know what the paper >> She's trying to be all flirty and cute to these guys. They just lady, just please sit there. Zip it. >> Where is it though? I'll tease it, but I'm bold. I want to be bold. >> That's fine. That that sheet isn't likely legal documents. >> But I can also make friends anywhere. Am I allowed to talk to people? >> You can talk to the other females. You can't talk to the males. The males can't talk to you. >> Oh my god, he's cute. Who is that? The guy in the door in the glass with the apron on that just sat down. >> I have no idea. >> He's hot. >> Yeah, I don't think he's looking for what somebody who'd be in booked in for driving under the influence. It's probably unless he's an inmate in there, then maybe he is. >> Sorry, I'll shut I need to see you. Yeah, don't let me talk to you. >> I'll look at her. Just look at her. Oh, boy. >> Last bit of bad news for you, I promise. This is stating your driver's license going to be suspended for 60 days. >> I was just going to say my mom's a lawyer and she just told me to be careful about what I signed. >> Okay. So, this essentially I'll and I'll explain this to you one more time. Your signature honestly doesn't mean a ton. We read this to you. You consented to the breath. We've already taken the breath sample and stuff like that. >> Okay, fine. Then I'll sign it. Okay, fine. >> Any questions? >> I already feel a lot better. >> Oh, oh, okay. Okay. >> right now. Let's see what I got. I see an apron. He's really cute. Don't judge me. >> Okay. >> He's cute. >> I'm pretty sure everybody watching this video is indeed judging you. >> Get me out of here. I like your tattoos. >> Thank you. >> She was charged [music] with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than .15. >> Possibly one of the best booking photos I've seen. Now, I don't know if you'll have to go back and find the video where some guy explains it's got a graph that's there's the crazy and the hot and when it, you know, this is pegging out over here, it's a problem. So, I I'm I haven't seen the comments. We're going to go read the comments and see if somebody mentions the same thing. All right, blood alcohol greater than 1.5. >> was set at $4,000. >> Oof, that's a pretty high bond, 4,000 bucks. Poll, do you find her flirtatious, sexy, or cringe? I found it cringe. Also, do you think it's mean to blast her on the internet like this, or does the public shaming serve a greater good? Uh Look, I don't know. I just did a video on it, so I'm probably not the guy to ask. Um I think sometimes consequences hit harder when they have heavy uh when the that actions hit harder when they have heavy consequences. Uh well, at least she's a has a cool mugshot, right? With the jigsaw thing, it's one of the better mugshots. Uh This girl has the all of the NPC TikTok talking points. For those of you don't know what NPC is, it's a like on a video game that the little characters walking in the background that do the same thing all the time. They're not part of the game, but they are. That's an NPC. She's happy She's a happy drunk. At least she's not bawling her eyes out or screaming how she didn't do anything wrong. It's true. I mean, we've seen a lot worse, and she wasn't fighting the cops, either. "Can I bring my Stanley?" That was so on brand and tracked so well with her. "Can I bring my Stanley?" Especially she didn't have more than one Stanley in the car, and a coffee cup, and a bunch of other BS. She's going to make some lucky guy so miserable one day. >> [laughter] >> All right, a couple more. I'm seriously getting second-hand embarrassment from watching her at the station. Yikes. I think it's pretty effed up that the lie to lie and say she was so It's what I said at the beginning. You know, we have to kind of work through that, cuz there are a lot of people that need help, and they were not crying for help. And then you have folks like this who have everything going for them in the world. I mean, off the charts, and yet still um you know, use that as an excuse for bad behavior. It was what it looks like. Well, nobody mentioned that to video that I used to talk about which was the uh you'll have to go and Google it and then you'll know what I'm talking about but there's a matrix for it. So she was off the charts on the matrix which is a stay away. Let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe. How did they do? How would you have handled this situation? Was it cringe or was it did you find it would you have been persuaded if you would have been on the other end? Let me know. Comment, like, subscribe. We'll catch you on the next video.
