I'm on my stomach. >> On your stomach? >> I am. I'm on my stomach. >> Okay, JUST RELAX. RELAX. >> I'm relaxed. >> All right, everybody, welcome back. We got another video for you. This one comes from Lens of Law and it is defiant woman gets harsh reality check after refusing to get out of her car. I haven't seen it. Let's go. >> On May 10th, 2025, at approximately 1:18 p.m., deputies with the Walworth County Sheriff's Office responded to Caribbean Coffee in Elkhorn, Wisconsin after receiving reports of a suspicious vehicle driving in circles with its driver's door open. >> Uh can I see your driver's license real quick? Everything current on that and stuff? >> Everything is great, yeah. >> Everything going on okay? >> Everything is going good. >> Sweet. Do you have a valid driver's license? >> I see this just as not a driver's license. I just want to make sure. Uh >> This one is >> This is my driver's license. >> Okay, I'll need that for a quick hot second. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Where are you going to? >> Uh my dad's house. >> Where's that at? >> Right here. >> Right here? >> Yeah. >> Where's right here? Is right here like next door, the neighborhood behind them, two towns over? I What does that mean? >> Elkhorn. >> Yeah. >> Okay. You're okay? Where are you coming from? Okay. All right, hang tight. Go ahead. Is it on Amy? All right, we got the Sheriff's Office. Got a deputy. Temporary, I got a female for you if you want it. Uh let me know when you're ready. First name's Amy, spelled Adam, Idaho, Mary, Everett. Everett. >> Hello, 2167, you're returned. >> Good. >> Dispatch indicated that Amy's driver's license was revoked due to previous issues related to drugs. >> Okay. So, that's why she gave the ID. Now, she She said, "Oh, the driver's license right here." But that driver's license had been revoked, so she tried to give the ID. Um it's always That's always a red flag for us. We know that when you give us an ID card, you probably don't have a valid driver's license. And uh it looks like that's the case. Now it's it's revoked because of drug issues. So, we'll see what happens. It's probably the store that called on her, too. It's weird when somebody's driving >> the car. Oh, can you put it in drive or park? Park the car. >> It's in park. >> Put it in park. >> Could have played games. >> The car. >> What is she doing? >> Stop it or you're coming out. Stop. >> I I have stopped the car. It's okay, sir. I've stopped the car. >> It's okay, guys. She stopped the car. >> You're going to have a problem. Can you come over here or we're going to pull her out? >> Yep. >> Let me out. Sir, you don't have to do this. Sir, it's okay. You don't have to pull me out. >> Watch out. >> Yeah, you just got to rip her out of there. That was good. Roll over. Her glasses are like on her face like all jacked up. >> [laughter] >> Sir. >> Sir. I didn't do anything. >> Yep. Roll over. >> I know. You guys are I didn't do anything. I know. >> Damn. Putting up a fight, isn't she? >> I know. I KNOW. I KNOW. >> Stop >> I know. >> Stop. >> I have stopped. I stopped. I stopped. >> Oh, she stopped the car. >> I stopped. >> Uh lady, you're like 10 minutes behind here. >> On your stomach now. >> I'm on my stomach. >> On your stomach. >> I am. Jeez. I'm on my stomach. >> Okay, JUST RELAX. RELAX. >> I'm relaxed. >> [gasps] >> She's relaxed, yet she's completely fighting against them. Two grown men trying to get this woman under control. Here's the thing, we're trying not to hurt her. I've been in these situations. You're trying not to crank the arm too much or or break ribs or anything like that. You were trying to be as delicate as possible so you don't hurt her, but use enough strength to get her to into compliance. And these are tough situations to be in because it one little thing and I mean, I've had guys like this fighting and you have you then have to push their arm a little more and you can just feel and hear their shoulder tear or whatever and they're trying not to do that. >> I'M ON MY STOMACH. >> STOP RESISTING. >> I'm on MY STOMACH. MY STOMACH. >> I got her hands. >> I'M ON MY HELP ME. HELP ME. HELP ME. HELP ME. HELP ME. >> I see it. 167, step it up. >> Help me. Help me. Help me. Help me. >> She should have put those Crocs in four-wheel drive. >> Help me. Help me. >> Got them in too well and they came off. >> Ma'am, stop resisting. Just calm down. >> I can't. I can't. I can't. >> See, now she's not going to give her other arm. >> I can't. >> Oh. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Still resisting. We got her partially secure. >> I can't. >> Now this [snorts] is tough because she's got one cuff on, which can become a weapon if she gets free. So, um got to get the other cuff on so she can't just start swinging that cuff around and potentially hurt one of the deputies. >> [panting] >> I can't. >> Can't what? Your other arm. >> I can't. >> She's got to be high. She's got to be under the influence of something here. >> I can't. I can't. I can't. >> STOP KICKING. STOP KICKING. >> I CAN'T. >> GOT IT. Got it. Stop kicking or I'm going to keep pushing on it. There we go. >> I can't. I can't. >> I wouldn't even worry about locking the cuffs right now. I see a lot of them the a lot of times they're worried about locking cuffs. At that point, just get the cuffs on. You can adjust them after and lock them up. The reason you lock them is they close more if you don't. But at this point, you're just trying to get the cuffs on so that you can uh get her contained and and and compliant here. Stop kicking. >> I can't. >> Stop kicking. >> I can't. >> Stop pulling on your legs and kicking. >> She can't, guys. >> I can't. >> Stop it. >> I'm wondering how many times she says she can't. >> 63. I got her in cuffs, but she's still fighting. I just got her legs wrapped, so she's way far away, guys. She should be >> Let go. >> Let go of me. Let go of me. >> Stop. >> Let go. >> Stop. >> You're resisting us. >> Let go of me. >> Stop resisting. >> YOU WANT TO HOLD HER? >> YEP. YEP. >> LET ME to get ankle restraints, Rich. >> Okay. >> You got her? >> Yep, I got her. I got her. >> So, you got the local police showed up to help. >> She's fighting and kicking us. >> Okay. >> So, I got her legs wrapped, but >> Okay. >> She's kicking good a couple times. >> Okay. >> Just relax. Just relax. >> Getting the hobble. >> Ma'am, once we get >> relax. I will relax. >> You got You got to quit kicking around. >> I am. I've quit. >> They say that, but then they're actually still kicking. Oh, he's got actually leg shackles. Those work good. She can still kick, but Polyester pile-up going on now. He's He needs breath. >> [laughter] >> Look. It's not easy. You go from zero to to 100 right away. You had to yank her out and fight with her. Uh it's not easy. >> Put her down on the ground right now. >> Hey, we're going to If rescue's coming, we're going to need them. She's bleeding pretty good. A little banged up, but >> She started driving away, so Rich distracted her, got in, threw it in park real quick, took the key out. >> But, she's still trying to fight. Like, can we get her on her side to maybe breathe a little bit better or >> No, she can stay right here. >> [laughter] >> They're like, can we get her on the side to get her breathe better? And then they said, "No, she can stay right here." Cuz those other two were the ones fighting with her all this time. They know that she's capable of putting up a decent fight. >> Because >> We got her down, and then we got her out of the car. And it was just kicking and screaming. He was in a headlock and a really good gift wrap. Mostly just scratches. >> Yep. >> Yeah, scratch from her. She's on something. >> Yeah, she's on something. That's how they're able to fight like that. And you don't even I mean, she's kind of out of breath, but not really. She's more more so that she's just on her stomach having troubles breathing, but I've seen them where they're just fighting under the influence, and they don't even seem to get out of breath or tired. >> I could not trap those legs. She was just kicking my legs. >> Yeah. >> Nothing. >> What happened to >> I was just fighting. >> Like that? >> I'm good. >> I was just fighting. >> All right? >> Yeah, I'm all right. >> And [laughter] I was like, "No." >> She tried driving away as we were trying to pull her out of the car. >> That's all. >> How far? >> I didn't want to fight with the cops for that. >> I didn't. >> I don't know. They made it sound like maybe they had worked with her before. She admitted to driving around with her door open. But, I started an hour early. She was stopped right She was stopped in the front. We get out there to get her out, cuz we're going to She just starts slowly rolling slowly. >> She's still in drive, slowly going away. >> I had the whole situation just stop the car. >> Yeah. >> She hit the brake. I reached in from the other side, threw it in park. >> Yeah. >> I went in to grab her arm to do the anchor and pull her out. And uh Yeah, this is all just me. If we did take you and put you on your side, are you going to resist or fight us? No, okay. >> She's been She's been saying that the entire time. >> Well, well, we got enough guys >> That's true. She's been saying Well, she said She kept saying, "I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't." >> Sarah, we're we Just for her safety, we're going to roll you up. Don't fight. Don't fight. Just don't fight. Don't fight. >> Put up a good fight. >> dealt with you last week. Do you remember me? >> I do. >> All right. Well, you better be cool with me. I was cool with you, right? >> Yep. >> Okay. >> So, she just got a problem. >> So, what is she I'm going to go talk with him real quick. >> Do you Are you still on >> phone? >> Yeah, I'm only on >> You're only on >> Yeah. >> Did you have too much today? >> No. >> Okay. Oh. >> How's it going? >> Look at these dudes just casually just sitting in there. Coffee and a show. >> Good. So, you want to get called called in? Or who called us? >> husband probably called. >> Okay. Where's he? >> Uh he's probably at home. >> Oh, he might have saw it all on camera. >> Probably. >> guys have cameras to this where we were and all this go down here? >> Uh I think our He might have been watching here. >> That's what I heard. Okay. So, now that I'm here, what's what's going on? >> Nothing. Uh >> You talked to me. Everything was cool last week. >> I know. >> Did anyone inside take video at all? Do you know? >> I don't think so. >> Okay. It was just It was just these two. Hey folks. >> Today. >> That'd It'd cool if they had video of it. >> It's today. I bet you they have video of it. >> bit of a relapse today. >> I slightly >> Slightly did? >> I did last night. >> Okay. You let me know if anything changes, okay? >> I will do so. >> All right. We got an ambulance coming on the way for you. >> Okay. >> Just don't fight us, all right? >> not fighting you. >> Okay. >> Oh, did you get scratched? >> Uh she resisted a pretty good so it was from from trying to restrain her on the pavement, so. All right. >> You guys have to see if I can get the footage for you. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, eventually. >> That'd be great. >> Okay. >> That would be great. How's your face looking? >> Yeah. >> Oh, your face is fine? Okay. Yeah, a little bit. Well, just don't get up, all right? You've been cool with me. >> I know. >> Do you need some water or something? >> Um yeah, can I please have >> Yeah, we'll we'll see if we can get you some water. >> Sounds good. >> The ambulance is pulling in now, okay? They're going to We'll get you in the back. >> It just goes to show you the humanity of a lot of the cops. You know, he's gotten a fight with her and they're still tending to her, making sure she's okay. >> A little bit. I want to grab my um purse out of the car here. >> Right now, we're more concerned about what's going on with you. >> Is her eye >> We'll get it shortly, okay? So, we're going to help you up, okay? >> Yeah. >> All right, no fighting with us. One, two, up. >> Yeah. >> Awesome, we're going to walk you down over. >> And my vape, please. >> All right, we'll >> And her vape? Nah, negative ghost. Negative. >> And my purse? >> Yes, we will grab it. >> We got to walk over there and then we'll come back and >> You've been cool with us, you've been cool with me, so let's go. All right, so let's let's start walking. >> I know. >> Let's start walking. We will get it, we will get it. We got you some water, too. We're going to have to take a seat. >> The officer that pulled me over has my ID. >> Yep, we we got it all, ma'am. We got it all. Have a seat. Have a seat for us, please. >> Yeah. >> Thank you very much. Right here. >> know where my my phone >> Yep, we'll get it. >> It's connected to a uh purple >> Okay, I see. >> phone charger in that car. >> Is her eye all swollen? Oh, yeah. Dang. She got a big old goose egg on her eye. >> Haven't taken any >> No, I haven't. >> Look at that. Jeez, got popped good right in the eye. So, yeah, she got jacked pretty good. When she came out of the car, bam, she hit the ground on there and you could see the dazed look on her face a little bit and her glasses were all goofy. I know I was making fun of it, but that's what kind of popped her and then she started fighting more, but that initial hitting that ground and getting dazed >> I'm not taking it yet today. >> Yeah, that's a good old goose egg. >> That's why I'm feeling weird and why I need to go. >> Okay, well, let's let's let's get you right now. >> That's Walworth Memorial Hospital. >> Yep, okay. Yep, yep, perfect. That's where you're going. >> Can I help you, ma'am? >> I want to see her booking photo. >> I need my >> Okay, yep. >> my purse out of that car. >> Yep, it'll go with you. >> Amy, drink some water. >> I'm trying to. >> All right, focus on that. There you go. >> Did this happen with you guys? >> Yeah. >> Oh, yeah. Okay. All of my cards >> Yep. >> are in that black purse. I'm so sorry. >> I know she didn't mean it in a bad way. She was probably just wondering if but yeah. Sometimes they do think sideways of us. >> I know. Let go. I let go. >> No, you didn't. >> I let go of the water. >> Let go. I've let go. I've let go. >> Dealt with her last week. She came here. She was the DC. >> Amy was taken to the Lakeland Medical Center where she continued to fight with police. Eventually, a legal blood draw was conducted and it was determined that she was under the influence of a narcotic. >> What? >> She was then medically >> Under the influence of a narcotic? Come on. >> cleared and taken to the Walworth County Jail for booking. Amy was ultimately charged with two counts of battery or threat to a law enforcement officer, [music] resisting or obstructing an officer, operating while revoked, >> [music] >> and operating with a restricted >> Okay. So, charge dismissed on the battery or threat to a judge or prosecutor, okay? Uh resisting and obstructing an officer dismissed. Uh operating while revoked dismissed. She did take the guilty plea on the battery to a threat to judge, prosecutor, law enforcement. So, she took one plea uh count of that. And a misdemeanor of uh operating restricted controlled substance. It's like a DUI. >> restricted controlled substance. She was found guilty of one count of battery or threat [music] to a law enforcement officer, and operating with a restricted controlled substance. >> [music] >> She was sentenced to 5 days in local jail, 3 years of probation, and had her driver's license revoked for an additional year. >> Okay. So, I actually think that's a pretty decent plea. Uh I mean, look, she's got a problem. She's got a a substance abuse problem. So, she seems probably like a nice lady. She like even when she thought she let go of the water, she didn't let go of the water. She probably legit thought she was not fighting with the cops, but she was. Um she probably thought the car was stopped, but it wasn't. So, she got 5 days in a local jail. I'd like to see maybe 15 to 30, but 3 years probation, 1 year license revoked, which doesn't seem to stop her. She's probably still going to drive cuz her license was revoked already. So, uh I mean, it's not bad. It's not bad. At least they didn't dismiss all the charges like we see in a a of other videos. All right, I just did a quick little search. I looked for a booking photo. Uh I did find Let me get rid of this dagum thing here. Doesn't look like this was from March, so just a like a month or so before that, she had been arrested and for disorderly conduct, domestic abuse situation. That was from just a month before, month or two before, two months before she got arrested on the other one. So, I couldn't find the booking photo for that one with her big old black eye. I would I mean, that thing was jacked. Uh but, you know, when you fight with the police and you're I don't even know that she even knew. But, I think that they in in the end, they did a great job. They got her without hurting her too bad and they got her off the road so she didn't hurt anybody else or herself. And in the end, it looks like she just got some issues that she needs to resolve. So, hopefully she's gotten help in the last year. I think she needed a little bit more time, but I'm glad to see that the prosecutors and the judges didn't drop the charges like we see too often. But, I'd love to know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe. I'll catch you on the next video.
