You had to come all the way over here. >> Uh south came over here. >> He's also who pulled your permit. >> Good evening, ma'am. >> Hello. How are you? >> Not too bad. I'm also ter police. The reason I'm stopping you is I clocked you doing 51 in a 30 m per hour zone. Any reason for that speed? >> No. At that that stop sign and then pulled over and made left. >> I clocked you doing 51 mph. It's 30 through there. Any reason for that speed? >> No, that's my bad then. No, >> you're bad then. Okay. Can I see your license, registration, proof, and insurance, please? >> License. >> Thank you, ma'am. Hang tight for >> Noticing her general vibe of heavy intoxication, officers kindly invited her to step out for a quick sobriety dance, which she boldly declined as if it were an optional survey. >> Here's what we're going to do. Um yeah, we're going to we're going to walk her over there. All right. Uh Miss Brianna, can you stop out the vehicle for me? I would like to talk to you. vehicle parked here. >> Yeah, that's fine. You can leave it right there. I mean, you're pretty much in a parking space. Stock right here. >> You can park it right there. >> I got you. Well, no. What I'm saying? We We can leave it. We >> right there. >> Well, I'm not moving your car. Your car is going to stay right there. I'm I'm asking you I'm asking you to walk this way towards me. >> Why? >> What do you mean? Um >> the car is parked. >> Okay. Would you would you be willing to perform field sobriety exercises so I know? No, you're not. >> Not at all. Okay. So here's the thing. I have to make a decision, right? And the only the only thing I have to to figure out whether or not I'm going to make that uh to make that decision on is the way I saw you driving, the way you're talking to me now, the way you're standing in swing. >> So So what I'm what I'm saying is I'm giving you the opportunity. >> So my opportunity >> to dispel my my belief that you're under the influence of alcohol. >> So here here hear me out, right? >> Of course. >> Okay. So here's my car parked. I'm not going to drive it. I've never That's not Okay, listen. That boat sailed. We're way past that. All right. So, so at this point, >> keep those skis and >> No, no, no. It's going to show you something that I put up inside of you. >> Okay. There. Can I open the door and show you what I'm talking about? >> If you must. >> I don't must, but I already saw it. >> Here. Here's I want to reason with you right now. My grandma's about to die. Okay. Here's that thing. I'm not doing this with her. So, you're going to take my car? You're going to take everything I have? You put in the compound? >> That and I'm never going to see it again. That's fine. >> So, that that's not what we're talking about. What I'm asking you right now is will you submit to field sobriety exercises? Yes or no? >> I don't I feel like I don't have a choice right here. >> You have a choice. Everybody has a choice. >> In in Ma County, the choice is you go to jail. >> That's not true. >> It is, is it not? >> Did you have anything to drink tonight? >> No. It's not my question. It's not my answer. It's not my question. It's my my grandma's supposed to die. Okay. Do you know that? Do Do you have a grandma? Do you have grandparents? >> I don't know. >> Side sidebar side of a question. >> Brianna, I just need to I need to know yes or no. Are you willing to to submit to field sobriety exercises? Yes or no? >> Faced with such an inspiring master class in non-ooperation, the officer's shocking plot twist was to go ahead and slap on the handcuffs. Anyway, >> okay. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. We're not doing that. We're not doing that. >> Hey, hey, hey. Whoa, whoa, whoa, wait. Um, my my are out. My out. >> Don't worry about that right now. >> We got cameras on as well. Okay, you're fine. You are the embarrassment. She's the one who decided to drive intoxicated. She did this to herself and her family. You did it to yourself, girl, so quit blaming them. The bystanders were clearly fed up, but did their intervention actually make it worse? I want to hear your logic below. This Karen was accused of driving while intoxicated, possessing cocaine, and refusing to submit to DUI tests after the incident due to her unwillingness to participate in the necessary testing. The lesson is that drinking and driving, refusing a sobriety test, and resisting officers can quickly turn a traffic stop into multiple serious charges. And ask. So be before I do, ma'am, I'm just going to read you this real quick. >> Um, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. Do you understand these rights as I have explained them to you? >> Yes, I do. >> Okay. Do you wish to talk to me? >> No, I do not. >> So, I'll explain something in terms of why we came into contact with you. Okay. >> Go ahead. >> Not sure how well you are aware of how good these cameras are. >> They have video of which I've already viewed with them. >> I put one in my pocket and hug it back. >> Two pairs of air. >> Okay. In the state of New Mexico, concealing any merchandise is considered shoplifting. You are on video concealing merchandise. Okay. That's why we came Hold on. That's why we came into contact with you. They also watched you select other items. So, just to clarify, that's why we're here. >> I still >> I'm just I'm giving you description of why you're being contacted. Okay? That's why we're talking to you. We're not harassing you. You were stopped for a lawful reason. >> Okay? I'm just trying to clarify things for you. Ma'am, uh we saw you on video, uh uh take the manscape kit and and try to remove the the spiderweb. >> It's right there in in the cart. The manscape kit is in the cart, >> but we saw you conceal it into your person, >> but it's in the cart. >> You selected two. You look selected. >> Yeah. And the black one is up there. >> There was I looked at the other one cuz there's a different one. It was 69 and the other one's 79. >> Mhm. >> Yeah. There's like a black box. >> Yeah. And I put the back box back and that's the one in my buggy. And that's the one that's out in the in in the thing right there. >> So I saw you take take the manscape, put it inside your jacket, tuck it in with your elbow, and then I saw you go into the bathroom. >> No, I went into the children's department first. >> Right. >> And then I still walked around and my stomach has been messed up. >> And then that's where you switched it cuz you >> I didn't switch anything. >> You got two of them? >> No. Yeah. You told us. So, you had a black one? >> Yes. In the cart? >> Yes, ma'am. No, no. One second. One second. Let me explain. So, you had a black one in the cart. >> No, I had the gray one in >> No, no. So, that's what we observed. That's why we're here. And then from there, there's only one in the cart. >> And then you walked into the bathroom with a black. >> You'll see me put the black one back on the shelf. >> On the shelf? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> Cuz that's not what we watched from the cameras. No, I do put the black one back on the shelf. I do. >> So, Miss Torres, can I ask you for a favor? Will you show me what's inside your shoes? >> My shoes? >> Yes, ma'am. >> I'm trying to sell my shoes. >> Okay. Can you show me what's inside? >> No. >> Will you empty them, please? >> I filled them and everything. >> They're heavy. >> They're heavy shoes. You'll see on the camera we me put back the black thing and I put the one socks in my pocket and then I said, "Oh my god." And then put them back on the shelf. >> So I'm going to ask you one more time. Will you please show me the inside of the shoes? >> No. >> No. All right. Cool. So what are we going to do from here? >> But if if he sees me put it back on the shelf, but put that the black one cuz I have gray one. But >> do you want to walk us out there? Will you walk us out there and show us where you put them back >> on the shelf? >> If you want to clear your name, let's do let's do that. Wait, wait till last prevention comes back. >> I left it on the shelf there in cosmetology. >> Okay. So, we'll wait. We'll wait for Last Prevention to come back and I don't know if it's against their policy of you watching the video. >> They have I'm telling you, we sat in here with our body cams on watching you conceal the merchandise. Okay. And again, just clarify, regardless of whether you saying you put things back or not, you are on video concealing merchandise while holding Hold on. Does not matter. You concealed merchandise. Okay. And you already got here in June >> or July of last year. They had No, sir. I If you're just going to argue If you're just going to argue about everything you do, >> you didn't even trespass me. Correct. >> And they're going to trespass you this time. They've already clarified that with us. Okay. >> That's fine. It's fine. >> Well, are you on conditions of release for municipal court or magistrate court? Is that why you have the ankle monitor? >> It's cuz I'm homeless. >> It's cuz I'm homeless. They don't they don't monitor homeless >> because they can't I'm on on state probation. >> You're on state probation? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Who's your probation officer? >> Uh Miss Carmarmac. >> Miss Carmarmac. >> Mhm. >> Okay. So, what's going to happen is that we have reason to believe you do have that property on you. Okay. We do have reason to believe it's some property may be in the purse as well as in those shoes. Okay. So, what's happening is those property the property that I'm mentioning right now is going to be seized pending the application of a search warrant. We're going to apply for a search warrant. Hold on. Let me finish. Let me finish explaining this. We're going to apply for a search warrant to the courts. The judge approves it. We're going to search your belongings to recover the merchandise which we feel and know is in that those m we want the merchandise. >> We want everything. >> I got the socks. I showed you. I showed you my whole damn purse. >> So, can you show me inside those shoes? Can you empty them out for me? >> Look. >> Empty them out for me so I can see them. I wasn't going to do it. >> So, where's the manscaping kit? >> I didn't take the manscaping kit. >> Hey, are you guys opposed to showing on the video camera? >> Are you guys allowed to show the video camera cuz she's saying that they put it on? >> Well, >> yes. I put it back on the shelf >> cuz that's not what we observed. You observed that too, right? >> Oh, yeah. I observed that. >> I put the black one and the other one back on the shelf. >> So, we're showing you everything. You want to put your purse on the table? >> No. >> Once once you get your >> I wait for a warrant. I'll wait for the warrant. >> You're going to get get cut loose >> right now. >> I explained to you the process. >> If you're choosing not to comply, that's >> So, Mr. You're also going to be trespassed from here. >> Yes, I understand that. >> So, all your property is getting seized. So, you either leave it on the table >> and walk out willingly or >> I'll walk out willingly with you guys, but I'm not leaving my personal property. I have so much important paperwork here. This is all I have. I'm homeless. I can't. It took me four months to get my life. >> Realizing her retail tour had officially ended, she made a dramatic power walk for the exit, which the officers generously rewarded with an immediate pair of shiny matching bracelets. >> Sound transference and everything else. And I have mental health issues and you guys are harassing. I showed you pull the camera. You see me leave it on the shelf. source. We We gave you several opportunities to stay clear now. >> Excuse me. >> No. >> Excuse me. >> No, I'm not putting hands on you. >> Don't put your hands on me like that. >> Hello. Don't. You need to pull the cameras. >> There is nothing on those cameras at all. You know it. >> There is nothing on my person. [snorts] >> Anything. >> I didn't touch you guys. What do you mean? I'm going to get a felony. >> No, you mother. >> The swords. Don't get Don't get caught with a felony just cuz you're a play. All right. You're going to catch a felony if you do this stuff. >> Can I see? >> Don't risk. Watch your foot. Given the bizarre circumstances, the remarks made following the video's distribution are equally significant. She thinks she's the first one to play the victim crying and making accusations. After saying she doesn't want to talk, she won't shut up. Do people really think no one can see you stealing? This Karen was charged with stealing and refusing, avoiding, or obstructing an officer during the incident in accordance with Los Cruus's city regulations. The lesson is that stealing and refusing to cooperate with police can quickly turn a shoplifting incident into additional charges. Moving right along to the next victim. We wouldn't want to keep your popcorn waiting. >> Okay, put the stuff down. >> Okay. >> On July 31st, 2026, after two friends got into a violent altercation and both claimed to be the victims, police were summoned. >> We're good. >> My mom touch me. >> What's going on? Don't walk anywhere. Stop. >> You can let you can please let me call my mom. >> Okay. I don't even know what's going on yet, but you're not going to start walking away from me. Okay. >> She tried to bite my ear off and then called y'all when I bit her back. That is what's going on. >> Okay. Why are you over here hiding from us? >> Because I didn't want you guys I reser trying to bite her. She literally It's over here. She bit me on my head and I bit her back and she tried she called y'all. That's literally what the happened. [snorts] But I'm calling my mom cuz ain't no way. >> How old are you? >> 19. >> Okay, you're not calling anybody right now. Grab your >> Officers first tried having a polite chat with the blonde woman, but since basic instructions were clearly optional in her book, she got a free upgrade straight to police custody. Don't >> I'm not I promise you I'm not running. >> Okay, you're going to grab your stuff and you're going to come over here to my car or I'm going to take you to jail for obstructing. >> That's fine. Okay, >> I just told you not to call anybody. Hang the phone up. You don't need anybody else. >> I was calling my mom before y'all got here. Okay, put the stuff down. >> Okay, >> crazy. You continue to do it. I told you, hey, you're not going to call anybody right now until I figure out what's going on. You decided to do it anyway. I told you what was going to happen if you continue to not listen. Right. >> Yep. >> Right. You're not control anymore. >> I was I was just trying to tell you what happened. >> Go to my car. >> Can I let me tell you what happened when we get >> You can in a minute. >> When you calm down and decide you want to listen, then I will listen to what you have to say. Okay. >> Listen, the reason I'm not calm is because they're literally making it seem like I'm the problem and they haven't even talked to them yet. But you won't stop. You won't stop doing what you're doing long enough for me to be able to listen. >> All of this, they literally made it seem like I was the issue. She made me bleed. How am I in trouble when she hurt me? >> You are in handcuffs because you don't want to listen. >> How am I in trouble when she hurt me? How does that make sense? I really don't understand how it makes any sense when I am the one bleeding. I >> seat >> in. Yes. Not walking away, but you don't understand. Y'all immediately took their side and they touched me first. >> Did I talk to anybody? No, I didn't. But I call you my >> Put your knee in the car. >> Learn to listen when I tell you to stop doing something and you wouldn't be in handcuffs right now. >> I called you. >> You read like alcohol and you're 19. That's also not legal. >> That's fine. I'm okay with being under arrested for illegal drinking, but they touched me first and that's what I'm being arrested for right now. How does that make any sense? They choked me. >> You won't shut up long enough for us to talk to you. >> Okay, I'll be fine. >> Put your feet in the car. >> Can you arrest me? I won't put your feet in the car. >> I want to know. They touched me first. They touched me first. After safely tucking the first lady into the squad car, police moved on to the woman with black and pink hair, who somehow pulled off the same Oscar worthy performance of playing the innocent victim. >> Bit me multiple times. I bit her. >> Yeah, I bit her once on the scalp after she had already bit me a couple times because I'm trying to get her to calm down and she's telling me multiple times, the cops are on the way and I'm going to be arrested for life and I'm trying to calm her down saying, "No, honey. Um, we're trying to calm you down." Blah blah blah blah blah. So, she wants to continue getting violent with us because we're trying to calm her down and save her from getting in trouble with the cops before they're actually here. >> So, yeah, I I'm bit on the arm. I didn't even know that. I've been on the ear. I feel bad. I'm more upset about the fact that my best friend of your years is draw. >> Yeah. >> Returning to the blonde woman for round two, officers were treated to yet another riveting, high volume debate on why none of this was remotely her fault. >> There's not a single window open in here. >> Hey, just hang tight for a second. Hey, you're good. You're good. >> I'm not leaving. I just need to breathe. There's not a window open here in here at all. >> Are you hurting anywhere? >> Yes. They strangled me. That's the reason that I've called. >> That's why I don't understand why I'm being arrested. I called. [panting] >> Where are you hurt at? >> They strangled me and then they threw me to the ground and rolled me around in the dirt and then by the time I got up, the cops were here. I couldn't I'm I couldn't even tell you what happened. I'm not going to lie. Obviously, the times are up, so I cannot lie. I don't know what happened. All I remember is being grabbed by my neck and thrown to the ground. And then y'all were here. That's why I'm freaking the out. >> Are you wanting to be seen at the hospital? >> Yes. >> Hang tight right here. Okay. >> I tried to tell them that before they put me in this car with no hair. But that wouldn't listen to me. >> Him. Him. I'm pressing charges on him. >> No, you're not. I don't care. I promise you I am. I know his name. That's fine. >> I don't give a [ __ ] >> There's recording on all of it. >> Hey, you're an idiot. You're drunk and you're being an idiot. >> You're fine. I am an idiot. But I called him a seat in the car. >> Okay, that's fine. Can I at least tell you why I called? >> That's fine. You can tell us why you called. But just because you called. I'll be right back. >> Just because you called doesn't mean >> I understand. But he wouldn't listen to me when he got here. I'm the one that called you and he wouldn't even listen to me when I when I was trying to tell him the reason that he got here. He just put me in name and put me in here. He doesn't even know the reason he's here. >> He wouldn't listen to me. That's what I'm trying to tell you. Here's here's what we do understand. And it doesn't matter who we talk to. It doesn't matter who we trying to tell you. I stood there. >> Here's the bottom line. You're drunk. You're underage. >> You're right. I am underage. But that doesn't have committed a battery. >> You both are going to go to jail. >> You do not listen to me. I fully understand. I'm okay with going to jail for that. But you don't understand why you are here. That's what I'm trying to tell you. >> Yes, I do. >> What is it? >> Because you're drunk and you guys got into a fight. >> No, he hit me. Bro, not even Why am I the only one getting arrested? I'm not the only one that touched somebody. >> Nobody Are you the police? Did Did we say you're the only one getting arrested? >> I haven't seen nobody else put in handcuffs. >> Okay. >> Why is Addy not in handcuffs? She touched me, too. >> Because we're not ready to put her in handcuffs. >> No sense. >> Yeah. >> All this is on video. >> Well, when you're the police, you can you can do it the way you think makes sense. >> He asked me if I wanted medical and I said yes. and he went over there. So, >> you're under arrest. >> That's okay. All of that is on video. I said I wanted medical and then he went over there. >> He just asked me if I wanted medical and then I said yes and you came over here and I haven't seen medical since. How does that make sense? >> Do you have any wounds anywhere from this? >> I couldn't. The only spot that I remember getting hit is on the head and then I was drugg around in the dirt. That's literally all I remember. I can't remember anything from tonight besides being grabbed by the head. And I asked if I wanted medical and then he put y'all over there and cut me out from the world. [gasps] I'd like to see somebody other than who just arrested me. Whether it's medical or a different cop, I want to see somebody. Can I Can I ask a question? I don't care if I don't go to the hospital. How does that make sense? How do you ask me if I want to go to the hospital? I say yes and then you don't take me. >> How does that make any sense? I don't I don't know. I'm not the arresting officer. >> He He doesn't even know. How does that mean? >> I'm not the arresting officer. It's not It's not up to me. >> That's fine. But as long as you don't know, that makes as much as it needs to. How do you ask me if I need to go somewhere? I say yes and then you disappear and don't let me go. I am not even I'm not even the first person that touched somebody. I'm the one that called because I felt in danger and I'm the one that getting arrested. Were you hit in the head or did your head hurt because it was being pulled? >> Right here. >> Right where? >> On the left side. >> You have Yeah. Right. >> Right. >> Like where in the head? [snorts] >> I can't >> like up above your ear. >> Like up here. >> Go put foot right here. Go down a little bit. Wait. You were just right there. Like around in that area. Yes. Right there. Right there. Right there. Right there. Right there. >> Where is it? >> Right there. It hurts. I'm when I tell you I'm not the person that touched somebody first. >> I'm not. >> That's why I don't I'm not the judge. I don't have anything. >> That's fine. But I don't understand why I'm going to jail because I'm not the person that touched somebody first. This was self defense and I'm going to jail for self-defense. That girl that is over there just standing there talking about it. That is the person that touched me right there with the red hair. That's why >> what did you guys even get a fight over? >> Over over there in front of this tree. No. What? What did you guys start fighting over? >> I couldn't even tell you. We've both been drinking. We were inside of the apartment. >> I know, man. Reeks. >> We were inside of the apartment and we came out and we started fighting. >> We started Well, it started with us talking. We were screaming at each other and then we started like going at each other and she she grabbed me by the head and then I went to hit her but both her head was her head was sweaty and my hand was sticky so my hand like stunk and it ripped her hair out and it made it made both of us bleed. I don't know who bled first, but both of us bled and both of us were going at it. But her, she is the one that hit me first. And I'm almost positive I threatened to call the cops first. Look, I hit her in response to her grabbing me by my hair. How am I going to jail for self-defense? >> I don't even know why you guys are fighting. >> Since neither friend was willing to pause the drama, police actually had to rely on the thoroughly entertained witnesses to figure out who started the circus. Do what? >> I never got a phone call about her trying to get >> Okay, so just to recap, you were at work, got a phone call, came over here. We're going to take her home. You guys are all in your car. >> Well, no, we weren't taking her home. I'm sorry. >> You were taking her home. I'm sorry. >> She stays in the car. You guys are all in the car together. >> Other than her cuz she was disappeared from the group while I wasn't here. >> So, who was fighting with her? >> They were three of them between the blondie, the red head, and then the bigger one in the back. just one second. >> Well, these glasses aren't going to be of much use. There's literally no lenses and >> no lenses on it. >> Who is in the fight with >> I was watching it, but I wasn't in it. No. >> Okay. Were you in it >> with the other two? Yeah. >> Okay. What's your side of what happened? Um, I came outside after using the bathroom and they were like tussling and fighting on each other and I tried to get in between them and basically um, Naa bit like my boob and it's bleeding and she pulled my hair and then Jocelyn was just sitting there while Na had her hair in her hands. >> Okay. >> And I was telling Na the whole time. >> I was telling Na to let her go and she wouldn't let her go. >> Okay. suspension. Like a few days ago, I had called the cops cuz she also beat me up again and I did not hit her >> and they were trying to find her. Yeah, they were trying to find her. >> So when you were trying to split these two up? >> Yeah. I was not here. I was originally here. She had came here and she knew we were here. So she came up here and then started beating us up. And not me, her. That's the thing that came with her. beating her up in someone else's car and was like just beating her because we said she said that we had her stuff when we were following her down. >> This is all the other day. No, this is right now. >> We were trying to give her stuff and we were she was running away from us and we were like we have your stuff and she kept running down the road and then she said she's going to call the cops on us because we wouldn't give her stuff. So originally a few nights ago the first time basis with me and her happened and then she like pulled my hair twice and then that's when the altercation became and I started defending myself and then I called the cops and she ran and they tried to find her and then tonight me and her were originally here >> and she came here. So, >> I caught up to her first and then as soon as I caught up to her, she um >> in order for this to go smoothly, I have to talk to everybody separately. So, the whole thing's not all jumbled up in the Woo mess. Okay. >> Yeah, I don't know her. [laughter] >> It's I'm not getting I'm just saying it's easier. >> I don't know her. >> Break it down that way. >> Okay. So, these two, >> they came here together tonight. Last night >> about what time? >> Um not even midnight. 11. >> Close to midnight. >> 11:30. Yeah. Okay. So, they came over here. Did they stay last night? What What was going on? >> Um, she hops like house to house to house. >> So, I think she was originally living with her. That's why she came with her >> and she came here to stay the night, but um she had found out that we were already here and we had an altercation and she started running like down the field. So, we started chasing after her cuz she was obviously intoxicated. >> Mhm. >> So, we and we had her stuff. We had that bag. So, we followed her and then she we did we lost contact with her and then she we found her here and then all of a sudden she started beating her up. I don't know >> what time was all that this >> literally like less than 30 minutes ago. Yeah. We found her here laying in the grass and they started beating her up. I don't >> She started beating her up. >> Her up. Yeah. I don't know her name. >> And you went to separate them. >> I went to separate them cuz I knew she had like a bad history with alcohol and beating people up cuz she beat me up >> and I tried to separate them and I got her away from her, but then she started pulling my hair and biting me >> and I started bleeding, so I just let everyone go. >> Okay. >> And then I walked away. >> I'm doing the report on the whole thing. Okay. That's why I got to talk to everybody separate. I know you probably told her and probably somebody else what was going on. Can you tell me what happened? >> All three of the girls, not counting the one that's arrested right now. We were trying to catch up to her because we all started walking together and then within maybe 10 minutes, not even, she runs away from all of us and decides, "Hey, I'm drunk. I'm going to go on an adventure." So, we're trying. >> Around what time was that? >> I don't know what time we left. It was >> Was it last night or was it >> It It was after 2:00 a.m. because me and came from my house at 2:00 a.m. around 2 2:15 and started heading towards the apartments over there and then we were only over there for 10 or 15 minutes, no more than 30 minutes tops. She wants to go free and everything. And so we try catching up to her while she leaves us with her bag and whatnot cuz she's supposed to be staying at my house. >> And because we still have her bag and she's running away, she's accusing us of stealing her stuff and running off with her stuff without her permission and saying that she's she has the cops on the way and whatnot. So by the time we've caught up to her and she's saying all this, she runs away again. And we all three of us go different ways to try and catch up to her. And I'm the one who catch up catches up to her first. And she attacks me without me putting hands on her or anything. >> Where was that at? >> Right over here. >> So you caught back up to her here. >> They caught up back to her right here. And then they witnessed them or they witnessed her put her hands on me first before I even started anything. And then multiple different times I tried running away and getting myself away from her. And as soon as I would say something to try and calm her down that would tick her off the wrong way. She was running after me again and attacking me and biting me and everything. Um, I bit her scalp one time whenever she had already put her hands on me three or four different times and that's when she bit the freak out of my freaking ear. It was kind of like an adrenaline rush and I don't remember much. But then she would say that the cops were on the way. I think it's S who was pulling off of me and trying to help because I weigh much less than and I am smaller and can't defend myself as well. So she was trying to help me and by that time I didn't have my glasses or anything. So I already cannot see. I'm more than half blind and I was running away. >> Okay. >> That was the last altercation me and her. >> How much did you drink last night? I only have like >> alcoholic beverage wise obviously not >> well I'm counting shots cuz we only do shots. Um >> what were you drinking? >> Uh it was some pink lemonade smeir that had provided but it was 40 proof and throughout five or 6 hours we were doing shots on and off but it wasn't much. And by the time we left my house, we were probably the last time we took a shot was an hour ago cuz I was making sure that we weren't tipsy or anything before leaving the house cuz I don't like leaving the house whenever I'm under the influence of anything, even if I'm just smoking weed. >> Okay. >> I don't do it. >> How old are you? >> I'm 19. 20 this year. >> Okay. So, where was the when you bit her scalp? Like, what was going on when that happened? >> Right over here. She had already had me on the ground. >> You were on the ground >> the third different time. Yeah. >> Okay. You were on the ground. Was she on top of you? >> She was on top of me. >> Okay. >> And I bit her scout because the only thing I could get a hold of was her hair because she was hitting me in the skull multiple times and I was trying to block it, but I couldn't. >> Talk to her real quick. >> Yeah. >> In a plot twist that surprised [music] absolutely no one, both star performers were rewarded with matching rides to the station so they could keep their friendship alive behind bars. This situation and the girl's response in the released video received a lot of comments. In her defense, she does have the brains of a child. It's amazing how so many people say, "Arrest me," then complains when it happens. Something's not right with that one. The crowd's reaction was brutal, but was it a muchneeded reality check or just pure bullying? I have a feeling this one is going to split the comments. This Karen was eventually accused of criminal trespassing and resisting arrest, and she would face additional legal repercussions for staying on the premises without permission and refusing to assist police during her arrest. The lesson is to respect public property rules and cooperate with police. Refusing to leave and resisting arrest can quickly lead to additional legal consequences. Let's examine what other people thought of the video after it became viral. Who is she kidding? She's been scamming, stealing, and lying all of her life. I mean, look at her. She knows exactly what she is doing. She sure has a lot of knowledge about the possible repercussions for shoplifting for someone who has never done that before. This Karen was accused of theft in accordance with New Jersey Code 2C20-11B2, which deals with those who purposefully take items in order to deprive the shopkeeper of their whole value without paying. This case serves as a stark warning that lying to law authorities simply makes matters worse and that stealing is not a solution. Breaking the law will always have dire repercussions, even during difficult circumstances. What do you think about these situations?
