Anything in your pockets? >> Interesting. >> Gary told you he wants to go in the cage. You guys say one more word. Go in the cage. >> All right. Get in the cage. >> All right, guys. Welcome back. We got another video for you. This is rude girl kicks cop in the chest. Surprise, surprise. She instantly regrets it. So, let's take it out. I haven't seen it. I'm curious to see how this goes. >> Matter to you, huh? That you're a piece of Huh? I'm not going to tell you again. Sit down. >> You know what? Step out of the ego. You guys can't be sitting together. Why? >> Because I said so. >> Imagine getting ar Oh, imagine getting arrested dressed like the other girl. >> Throw it down the window. >> Roll the window down. >> Roll it all the way down. >> All the way. >> Yes, it is a law. Or you can step out the vehicle. >> You know, to step out the vehicle. >> There you go. That's it. >> Step out the vehicle. >> You want us to step out the vehicle? >> Yes. So, I'm giving you a lawful order to step out the vehicle. I'm not going to tell you again, but I'll just pull you out. >> Um, I also think you can pull something. >> Oh, yeah. You just committed a crime at peeing in public. Okay. So, next time I suggest don't flip us off and you're committing a crime. >> Okay. Just don't act stupid like that. >> Where's your ID? >> I don't have an ID from here. >> Have a seat on that ledge. >> Boom. >> Okay. >> What's your name? >> Jelly. >> What is it? >> Jelly. >> What's your actual name? What does it say on your ID? >> Jolly. >> Spelled that. >> J E L I. >> What's your last name? >> G. >> Don't [ __ ] with me, dude. >> Step away from the driver side with your friend cuz I'm not playing with you anymore. I'm telling you to step to the front of the car. I'm not going to tell you yet. Why you looking at that? Do you not understand what I'm saying? >> I was not doing nothing bad. >> What? What did I do wrong? >> What did you do wrong? >> Yes. What do you mean? What did you do? >> Why? >> Looks like DUI maybe cuz she was still sitting in the control of the vehicle. So, um, my guess is she's under the influence of alcohol here. >> Why do you want me to follow your direction? What What was I doing that was so wrong? >> Did you see her in front of She wasn't here. >> No. >> What was she doing? >> What does her have to do with me? >> Okay, just stay there. >> I'm not going to tell you again. Sit down. >> What the [ __ ] This is actually crazy. >> Is it? You just committed a crime. You're peeing in public. You could be arrested. Do you want that? >> No. [Music] >> Roll down your window. Roll your window down. >> Did the girl get back in the car? >> They're both going to end up going to jail tonight. Well, you're being in public, which is a crime. Your friend here doesn't want to listen. How did they let her get back in the car? >> The more likely it is going to go to jail tonight. It's going to be all fun and games until you're in handcuffs. That's why you're smirking and laughing over there. >> Yeah, you're the one who mentioned fun games, right? >> Stand up and put your hands behind your back. >> Sit down. >> Sit down, dude. >> You're actually insane. I miss you though. Can you get a picture? Just get a cute picture of me. >> Sit down, dude. >> Huh? >> I guess that's for the gram. >> I love you. >> Anything in your pockets? >> What pockets? M interesting. >> Uhoh. >> Got something. >> Just picked up couple more charges. Fine. >> Now she's not as jokey joky. Have >> seat 22. >> See what they got. >> All right. It looks like they fast forwarded it. I don't know what happened the rest of it at the scene unless they're going to go back to it. But to me, it looks like they just drove to the jail and now they're at the jail. >> You want to see to cover yourself? >> You sure? >> There's some weirdos. >> I really Okay, let's go this way. She doesn't understand what a prize that's going to be for the other ladies in there. Um, there's a lot of ladies in there that like other girls and especially when you come and dress like this >> in jail. While they were booking her, the other girl was still refusing to get out of the vehicle. >> Okay, here we go. >> All listen to us. >> You mind coming down to Central? No wants to speak to you. >> Probably right. Uh, I got a >> You can throw her in a car. >> Throw her in a car. >> Can you tell me what's going on tonight? >> Okay. >> So, >> so her driving, we didn't see driving, but she has the intention. When we pulled up, her friend was peeing, so they tried to jump in the car and take off right away. She put the car in reverse and wanted to, but we stopped her. So, there's the intention of driving. >> Sure. >> Okay. Ma'am, I'm Sergeant Johnson with the police department. Okay. So, you are being detained. You're not free to leave. Everything's been recorded. Okay. If you resist arrest force to be used against you. Okay. So, you're under suspicion for DWI. Okay. So, you're going to have the opportunity to do field test. >> Her friend has 57 on her, too. So, they could be doing that. >> You need to step out of the vehicle and you have the opport. >> So, she said her friends has 57. We don't use the code 57, but I'm guessing that's narcotics on her or drugs or marijuana, something. Um, so she's going to get charged with that. So that gives even more probable cause. The fact that she had it in her pocket and was in the car, you can articulate there might be more drugs in the car or that they were using those drugs. >> To do field of bright test, ma'am. Okay. >> No, do not have permission to >> Okay, that's fine, ma'am. I'm I'm glad you came out here. Okay. So, I'm going to give you the opportunity to do filter right test. Okay. I can smell the alcohol in your breath. >> So, would you like to do filter sprite test? Ma'am, everything's been recorded. I'm Sergeant Johnson with the police department. You are being detained. You're not free to leave. >> It's very obvious. You said you smelled alcohol on my breath. Correct. When I as soon as I step out of the >> No, ma'am. Ma'am, the window was open. Did you Did you forget? >> No, I have it recorded. >> Okay. Everything's been recorded, ma'am. Okay. You are being detained. You're not free to leave. If you resist arrest, force be used against you. Okay. Do you understand? >> Mhm. >> Okay. So, now we're going to come over here. Okay. You have an opportunity to sprite test. You want to do first sprite test, ma'am? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Let's see. We're going to have to do it actually over here. Let's see. Just follow me, ma'am. We're gonna go over here. Okay. >> Okay, ma'am. Would you like to take off your >> You might be asking, why walk away? So, what you're going to look for is an area where the ground is as level as possible, where it's a good area where the lights aren't necessarily shining in their face. So, pull them off to the side, be able to do it in an area where they have no reason to not be able to perform the the field sobriety test. >> I guess let me see if I can find an area that doesn't have as many rocks. >> Yeah. Yeah. Go ahead and put on your sandals again. We'll walk over here. [Music] >> Okay. So, you're probably going to have to take off your sandals cuz they're they're um too tall. >> Dirt? >> No, ma'am. Because of the sidewalk. There's nothing on the sidewalk. Okay. >> Okay. So, ma'am, how many drinks did you have tonight? >> Two. >> Two. Two. What? >> Margaritas. >> Okay. And do you have any medical conditions that affect your ability to balance? >> No. >> Okay. So, ma'am, if you want to, you can put your phone here, but you're going to have to do the Philips Bright test. Okay. >> Okay. Okay. So, you can record. Um, you can place it wherever you like to, but >> I'd like to hold it. >> Okay. Um, Okay. Go ahead and stand here. Okay. >> This guy's really nice. >> Place your feet together, hands by your side. Okay. What you're going to do is you're going to follow the tip of my finger with your eyes. Do not move your head. Do you understand? You said you had no medical conditions, right? Mhm. >> Okay. >> So, this is called HGN, horizontal gaze nestagmas. It's >> kind of hard for me to look up there without moving my head, but okay. >> Okay. Now, what he's looking for is when you move your finger off to the side, as the eyes go over here, if there's intoxication, they'll bounce. Your eyeballs do. Same with up and down. When it's up and down, it's more severe levels of intoxication. Um, and you'll also look for whether it tracks whatever you're using, your finger, a pen. If it moves smoothly, you're looking for that, too. And there's a specific test the way we do it and we make the note not notification as to whether or not we notice there is uh positive cues of impairment for HGN for horizontal gaze nestagmas. >> Ma'am what I'd like to do is place your left foot in imaginary line. Place your right foot until arms by your side just like this. We're going to get in this position. So your other right foot needs to be in front. Okay. You're going to maintain this position until you start the test. This is part of the test. Do you understand? Okay. So ma'am you have to say yes or no. >> Yes. I suppose. >> Okay. So the instructions are part of the test as well. That's why he says this is part of the test. Their ability to comprehend the instructions is part of the test. >> What you're going to do is take nine hit or toe steps. Going to look like this. 1 2 3 all the way up to nine. I took three steps. You're going to take nine steps. Leave your foot in place. Here's the small steps. Make the turn and walk back nine steps. One, two, three. all the way up to nine. Every time looking down your feet, can allow the nine hit or toe steps. >> So, nine steps. >> Keep your arms by your side >> and then turn around and do the same thing. >> Starting with the left foot in the imagery lion, wipe the head to toe and catch your first step is one. Once you start the test, do not stop the test. Do you have any questions about the test? >> Um 1 2 3 4 to 9 steps. Turn around and do the same thing. >> Yes. >> Can you show me the nine? >> Yeah. I just did three steps and three steps back. I can you show me the nine? >> No, ma'am. I just said I did three. You did. You're going to have to do nine. Okay. >> Okay. I was wondering if you could show me nine. >> No, I can just show you three, ma'am. Like I just did. >> So, I have to show you something, but you can't do it. >> Ma'am, remember everything's been recorded, ma'am. Okay. >> No, I It was a question. >> He's not the one under the assumption of DUI. >> I did it even twice for you. >> Question. It was just a question. I don't know why you're getting some type of way. Okay. >> Okay. One, two, three. 4 7 8 9 and then turn. One. >> She's not touching. >> Two eight. >> Okay. Ma'am, go and face me. Okay. Feet together. Hands by her side. Okay. Do not start the test until I tell you start the test. You understand? >> Okay. >> Okay. What you're going to do is going to pick either left foot or right foot. Lift this 6 in off the ground like this. Keeping both legs straight. Keeping your foot approximately 6 in off the ground parallel to the gun arms by our side. You lay down your foot and count 100 1,002 1003. You're going to do that until you stop the test. Do you have any questions about the test? >> Wait, how long do I count for? >> You're going to do that and tell you to stop the test. >> Wait, so there's not uh >> I'll tell you when to stop. >> So the reason why he's doing this is what we're trying to do is estimate whether they can gauge the passage of about 30 seconds. This will tell us how um intoxicated it is as well. Part of it is just whether they understand the instructions and if they can keep their foot uh on the ground. And then what we'll do is we'll time it while they're doing it. >> How does that make sense? >> So I'll tell you when to stop the test. >> But there's not like a just a typical like stopping point that everyone has to take. >> No, I'll tell you when I uh I'll tell you when I stop or when you have to stop. Okay. Do you have any questions about the test? >> I guess not. >> Okay. Do you understand? >> This is how y'all do things. Okay. >> Okay. You missed the test. >> That is how we do things. >> My left foot. >> Lift your lift your foot up. >> You're about to make a total fool of yourself, but I'm glad this makes you happy. >> And time. Okay, ma'am. Go and put on your sandals. Okay. So, ma'am, you are going to be under arrest for DWI tonight. Okay. >> How? >> You'll get a chance to write a breast sample at the prisoner transport center. Okay. [ __ ] >> no. >> So So listen. Okay. >> No. How did I Did I fail? >> So So listen. Okay. Everything's been Okay. I'm Sergeant Johnson with the police department. >> Did I fail? >> Everything's been Did I fail? >> Okay. You are under arrest for DWI. Okay. If If you resist arrest force against you. >> Did I fail? >> You performed poorly, ma'am. >> How? >> So, so ma'am, remember this is going >> So it's not about failing. It's it's about cues of impairment. That's what we're looking for. And clearly she performed poorly which showed a lot of cues of impairment. >> Be played in court. >> How did I fail poorly? >> So ma'am, this is going to be played in court. Okay. You're dealing with a misdemeanor crime. If Please don't turn this into a felony. If you turn it into a felony, then it's going to be on your >> Just do what you got to do. >> Okay. Thank you. >> The sergeant's been very nice. >> Respectful to you. Okay, ma'am. >> Yeah, that's true. He has been great. >> I'm very confused right now. >> I'm surprised the sergeant did the test. >> That's not typical. >> Been recorded. Okay. I don't give a [ __ ] That doesn't make you less a piece of a [ __ ] that it's being recorded. Obviously, you don't care. >> You have really small wrist. Okay. So, please try not to slip your cuffs. Okay. >> Doesn't matter to you, huh? That you're a piece of Huh? >> Okay. Hold on, ma'am. Can you put your hands back towards me a little bit more? Thank you. >> This is absolutely >> 740. >> Okay, so I haven't searched her. You guys probably have to search her. She has her phone and all. Stuff's still on her. [Music] >> Don't sit down with me. >> Adam, we're going to go ahead and open up the scene. [Music] Interesting. They don't even have a sally port. It's different. Like parked right on the street. It's a little different. How's it going? >> You can sit down. Just to >> Is this Is that you? >> Yeah, >> that is you. >> No, it's not. >> Yes. >> Is that really you? >> Yeah. >> I don't know. It's deceiving though. >> Go talk to her. >> You got sisters or what? >> What? >> You got sisters? >> I wish. >> This isn't a joke, bro. >> I wish. >> Okay. >> Crazy. >> I know. Show me. >> Hey, you guys. You guys pay attention. Come with me. Get up. >> Wait. >> Get up. >> Both of us. >> Oh, just you. >> Sit over there. Oh, okay. So, you really want to pick up extra chargers? >> You told me to sit here. >> I told you sit over there. So, what's your name? >> Why are you smiling? >> Because you look funny. >> No. Okay. So, what's your name? If you make this go, I >> I have the right to remain silent. >> Okay. Well, you still have to identify yourself cuz I'll get your identity either way. I'll go get you fingerprinted and I'll do the whole nine yards. >> Yeah. And I have the right to remain silent. >> And then you'll get extra silly charges and I'll do >> Oh, wait. So, if I have So, if I remain silent, I'll get extra charges >> if you don't identify yourself. >> So, she'll get extra charges. Identify yourself. >> Yep. >> What's your social? >> Your mom. >> Yeah. You look like your mom did a good job. >> Your mom did it. >> Hey, look. Look who's here. Look who's there. >> At least I get to >> We don't make We don't >> because we can tell you what else you look. >> What's your name? What's your name? >> Jesus Christ. >> Okay. >> See? >> See? >> All right. That's cute. We're going to get your name either way, just so you know. >> I know. >> So, what what's the >> Make it easier. Make it easier for yourself >> and don't catch another >> silly charges. She give it to you or no? >> I did. I gave it to you. >> What's your What's your social? >> I gave it to you. >> You repeat it like in like >> I told you go watch the recording. I >> 649. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> Hey, man. Can you come with me this year? >> I want this one. >> Like the two tourniquets, the chest. >> What was I doing? [ __ ] >> That's not right here, [ __ ] >> So, what am I being arrested for? >> Somebody else can answer that for you. >> But I mean, was I I was not driving. I've already told her that. >> Put her in the cage. >> Yeah. >> Which one of you want to go in the cage? >> What? >> You guys can't be sitting together. So, we're not to go in the cage. You guys can't be sitting together. >> Why? >> Because I said so. >> I'll sit right there. >> Well, what does matter? >> I'll sit right here then. >> That's crazy. >> It's crazy. You're 21. Pick on felony charges. >> I don't have a camera, so I'm not >> quit talking. Okay, I already told you. Who wants to go in the cage? You guys say one. >> Put me in the cage, [ __ ] >> All right. No, you're not. Now you picked up a felony charge. Go ahead and have a seat. >> Yeah. >> Not good. >> They're laughing because he got kicked. for this. >> He swore and kicked me. >> She did. >> All right. I don't know what they ended up getting charged with, but it probably DUI for the one or DWI, I think, is what they call it in New Mexico. I think this is Albuquerque. This is the police station. They probably process quite a few people there. So, they have a little cage. When they actually get booked, they're probably going to go down. If they get booked, they'll go to the jail. This is obviously their their police station. It's the county sheriff that usually runs the jail. So, they'll end up going to jail if they get booked in. The gather gal is going to probably get booked in for indecent exposure, for peeing out in public, and then she had something in her pocket, which was some type of drug or narcotic, marijuana. My guess is it wasn't marijuana because I think marijuana is legal in New Mexico. So, it was probably uh a different type of drug. So, she probably caught some charges there. Anyway, let me know what you think. She get Oh, and the other one caught a felony for the Sparta kick uh to the uh officer. So, yeah, alcohol and bad behavior, they don't mix well. Let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe, and I'll catch you on the next one.
