Yep. >> Hey, stop. >> All right, everybody. Welcome back. We got a another video for you. This one comes from Body Cam Ninja. It is wannabe tough guy punches cop in front of his parents. The fact that he still lives with his parents tells you a lot about him, but I haven't seen it. Let's go. >> On March 16th, 2023, police were dispatched to a residence after receiving calls about an individual acting in a reckless manner. >> Yep. >> Oh. >> Hey, stop. >> Oh. >> Stop. Stop. >> in cuffs. >> Relax. >> He just jumped the >> John, did he just jump from the banister? Turn around. >> Relax. >> Okay. Jump from the banister, that's not normal behavior. Um got a Playboy shirt on. >> [laughter] >> And then, he had his hand on his shoulder telling him to relax, and he does one of these little things. That's where you take physical control of the situation, not just command presence, but he needs to understand who's in charge here. This is probably not going to go well. >> What's going on? Why are you jumping like that? Are you hurt? What's your What's your name? What's your name? I'm Nick. >> Then take me to the hospital. I'm not going to say it. >> What's your name? >> Then maybe I'll back up if you say your name. >> What's wrong? Won't you take a seat for me? What's your name? Do you want to talk outside? >> So, the reason why I like the putting them in cuffs is because you're giving Look at his Watch his face. Watch his eyes. He's processing, processing, processing. He's trying He's figuring out what he's going to do like a cornered animal, like a cornered deer, or just he's trying to figure out what's his next move. I like to remove those options, and then you can figure it out after you get them in handcuffs. >> What's going on? Are you hurt? You not talking to me is not going to solve anything. We have to figure out what's going on. That's not normal. Do you want to talk to me, or are you just going to stand there? What's his name? >> Anish. >> Anish? >> Anish. >> A N I S H. >> Okay. >> He takes a step towards him, closes the distance. No. You're not taking a step towards me. This is where a nice impact push just knock him to the ground. Two just boom right under the chest, knock him to the ground. >> Don't step towards me, please. Just back up. Hey, relax. Relax. I'm not trying to fight you or anything, okay? I got to make sure you're okay. Do not All right. Please, do not let him touch you again. >> Don't do this. Don't do this. It's not worth it. >> Snatch him up. You need to be the person that is sets the tone of this. So, you snatch him up. He's not expecting it right now. He's You see how long it takes him you puts his hand on him. It takes him a second to process it and say, "I'm going to knock his hand away." He's getting more and more emboldened because he's knocked the he's moved the shoulder once. He's knocked the cop's hand down twice and there's been no consequences for it. This is only going to make him more and more bold on his actions. >> Does he take any medication? >> Uh no. >> Okay, now he's blading off. Now he realizes he's in trouble. >> Okay. No, I'm not. He has a body cam. >> Yeah, we all do. >> Yeah. I was wearing a body cam. >> Okay. >> Yeah, you were. >> Why are you just I can no quiet. It's staring me down in my eyes. What happened? Oh, what What is that? Did something happen today? Okay. Well, we're going to have the medics talk with you. Cuz that obviously wasn't normal what I just saw. >> Yeah, he he jumped three times in the space of last half an hour. >> Okay. Are you Are you injured at all? Be quiet, Dad. We're dealing with this. Did he just jump in the jump? >> He hurt his left shoulder today. >> Okay. >> He got willing. I took him to emergency. They checked him out. He's fine. But that didn't stop him from jumping again. He also jumped outside from the >> you just >> few times? >> Snatch him up. >> is like 7 8 ft down. You know, the land is 7 8 ft down. >> Okay. This punch is coming any second now. Do you have anything in your pockets right now? Can you take your hands out of your pockets for a second? Okay. There's nothing in there. Okay. All right. So, do you Buddy, do you want to go to the hospital? Are you hurt? Yeah. Over here. What's his name? >> He did I mean, he he's chasing the >> No, we don't want to touch. >> Oh, here. >> Leave leave him alone. >> I'm I'm in my space. >> That's fine. Thanks. What's going on here? Do you want to talk somewhere else? >> I got nothing to say. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Let me cuff this guy. Disorderly conduct. >> ask that you just follow paramedics to make sure that you're okay. It sounds like you got to fall. That's what we're concerned about. Is that something you're okay doing? >> Definitely didn't fall. Jumped. Jumped from the stairs. >> I just didn't >> Okay. Do you want to talk to them and not the police? >> I don't want to talk to anyone. >> Can we do this for you? Can you just sit on the step? I will bring you >> stand. >> I will bring a paramedic in. I understand. We're We're not going to do this with you standing up like this. You want to >> I'm I'm in my right to >> You're taking a very aggressive posture. >> I'm I'm being I'm not touching anyone. >> I believe you. I'm in my right to >> I'm not saying that you It is paramedics in here and have a conversation with them and then they leave. But, they are not going to do it with you doing that certain way. Okay? So, this is just going to take a heck of a lot longer. So, all I'm asking you to do is just sit on this sofa. I will have your parents walk in the other room. >> These guys are super super nice uh to him. So, what you have here? You already have a call for service for somebody act behaving poorly. So, you have disorderly conduct already. He's disturbed the peace and quiet of his parents enough for them to pick up the phone and call 911 and call the cops. Then you show up and this dude launches himself off the top balcony and then for the last 5 minutes has been squaring up with the cops. >> I will sit here whatever is the most comfortable for you, but I hate to have them come in here talk to you real quick and then you can figure out what you want to You're not under arrest. You didn't do anything wrong. You're not under arrest. I just want to make sure that you're okay. I'm going to go to the hospital. Tell them that. >> You guys got to decide. >> We'll get out of Okay. I'm just going to sit here and ask you questions until you answer. So, I don't care if it takes an hour. I don't care if it takes 2 hours. Your parents are concerned. >> So, this is a prime example of de-escalation, verbal de-escalation. Um he's just kind of cat calmly talking through this. Uh clearly there is he's agitated and he's trying to use the verbal de-escalation to calm him down. Nothing wrong doing a good job of that. >> I'd rather sit here. There's four police officers here. We're not going anywhere. This isn't safe for you. It's not safe for your parents. Tell me how you would like to do this. >> They're all waiting outside for you. But from what I saw when I first walked in and you jumped in the sun room you could you could really hurt yourself. What's to say that you're not going to do something more when we leave? Therefore, we're obligated to make sure that you get the right attention. We can't just get up and leave, okay? We got to make sure you're okay. Mhm. We can step outside. >> from me, dude. >> Or you can sit down and talk to you. You can call the shots, but we just need to find a route to go down so we can help you. That's it. All right, nobody's in trouble or anything. >> The fact that you keep moving and shuffling towards me like you're about to like swing on me or something is disturbing to me. I see what you're doing. You're trying to get into some type of position to try and flank me or whatever you're trying to do. And we're not going to go down this route, okay? Or you're going to try and run. You're not going anywhere right now, okay? >> Do you see the other guy moved? When he moved around, this other guy, the other officer moved back behind him so he can't run back through that hallway. So, they've got him kind of cornered in here. Um remember, you still have the mom and the dad in the living room as far as I know. They still are potential victims of something here. So, you got it. They're they're cognizant of that. They're making They're cutting off all his where he can go from here. >> You're being detained for your own safety and for your parents' safety. So, stop trying to walk up on me, stay all quiet, and act like you're going to try and hurt me or whatever you're trying to do or be intimidating. Cuz I'm not going anywhere. I'm not scared by you of you, okay? So, you can either talk to Sergeant Jump here or me, Officer Nelson, or you can talk to the fire department. We're not leaving. Okay. >> Don't let him take another step towards you. >> Stay right there. >> Okay. [snorts] Guys. Don't let him close No more steps. No more steps. One step Boom. They make him regret the fact that he took that step. >> Stop moving like that. >> Oh my gosh. We're just doing the do-si-do slow do-si-do here. >> I'm going to put you in handcuffs if you keep doing it. Here we go. >> He's trying to go to jail is what he's trying to do. Get him, Sarge. >> As much as I will place you under arrest for assault. Okay? We have every reason to believe that we are in fear of physical contact with you with what you're doing. You're balling your hand like you're ready to punch someone. >> He's going to punch the guy with the >> in inches above other people. Not worth it. So, do not push this into a criminal matter. >> [clears throat] >> Cuz you will be arrested and taken to jail. >> I don't step on them. I never step on them. I'm not even moving. >> That's what it was. I could hear that dog in the background. Little bulldog JUST >> STOP RESISTING. >> STOP RESISTING. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. You are under arrest, buddy. >> I got to stop. >> Get in a half position. HANDS UP. HANDS NOW. >> I got this hand. >> I got to tell you, that punch was totally unavoidable. Um easy to kind of armchair. They were doing the They were I don't know if they've dealt with him before. Maybe they've had mental health issues with him before. But I had to put him in cuffs within the first immediately. When he jumped off that thing boom out of come in boom straight into cuffs. Um and he ended up throwing a punch at one of the officers or deputy I don't think these are >> Stop fighting. Just relax, okay? That wasn't smart. >> Yeah, the courts probably won't do anything about it. >> Judge to mark one in custody. >> All right. >> Let's just double check the cuffs. >> What's that? All right. >> Not smart, dude. >> Can you breathe? >> You try to punch a cop >> You'll be okay. >> two years in prison. >> two years in >> That's what I two years in prison. >> Go that way. >> He certainly did not like one of the I think it's the guy with the camera on, right? >> Are we going to the hospital or are we going to jail? >> I feel jail would probably be good seeing that you just punched me in the face. >> Yeah, definitely jail. >> Maybe a good thing for you to be quiet right now. >> Yeah, you'll go to jail after the hospital. It doesn't matter. You you you're going to jail. >> I heard I'm going to jail. >> Okay, you're not going to you don't want to go to the hospital. All right, sounds good. We'll just have you sign a release you don't want to go. >> There's no signing a release. He's in cuffs. >> That one, right? This will be the first time he's been to >> That's enough. >> Still acting a fool. >> Uh grab me really hard. You're being polite, but he's not. You know what I'm saying? >> The guy if he didn't think the guy that was that he punched was not being polite uh I can tell you he would have got uh uh he would have got it a lot worse had he done this here. Um it would have been very different. They were all being very polite with them. They were all doing the best they could to de-escalate this verbally. >> I like this entire time. >> Would you knock it off? Knock it off. >> I was trying to trip me. >> Stop. Stop it. >> He did not like that that officer. >> Got it? >> Got it. >> He did not like him. >> You first. Just you need to sign it. >> Okay. >> Sorry. Are you okay? Are you good? >> Police. >> The suspect was charged with aggravated assault on an officer and multiple counts of resisting arrest. >> Anish, 22, aggravated assault, resisting arrest. I don't know what his is uh what he got convicted of or how long he was put in jail. Um Be interesting to see what police department was that. Darien police. Well, I'm going to see if uh do a quick little search. All right, check this out. So, I looked him up. Um he has been arrested quite a few times. Uh he got arrested back in 2022. So, they had already arrested him before that. He got arrested in 2023. He got arrested in 2023. He got arrested in this one here right here is in 20 24 and got arrested again in 2026. So, I mean, this guy just got problems. Resisting, obstructing police officer, causing injury, aggravated battery. I mean, this is just one after another. I'm going to see if he's gotten sentenced to any prison time. So, I don't see that there's any indication that he is still locked up in prison, but this right here is a uh until they hold him accountable and throw him in prison for a few years, I don't know that he's ever going to learn his lesson. This guy has an anger problem. He's got a He's got a problem. And this this amount of arrests already, this is just what we're seeing here and most recently in 2026. Uh don't know what that one was for. Let's see if we can find that one. 2026, domestic battery which causes bodily harm, interfering with the reporting of a domestic violence, domestic, which means he probably kept them from calling, domestic battery, made physical contact, surprise, surprise. Uh aggravated battery, specific persons, resisting or obstructing a police officer causing injury, and resisting or obstructing a police officer causing injury, which means he actually hurt two cops the last time they arrested him in January. And yet, I don't see that he is in the system. Says no. I don't know. Well, that's what happens when you don't hold people accountable for their actions. Just one after another. We, the police, still have to go We have to go deal with them, but the lawyers and judges, we should stop dropping them off start dropping them off at their houses. I guarantee at that point, they might actually start putting them in jail and holding them accountable. But, the meantime, the attorneys and the judges, they don't feel the consequences we we do when we have to go back out over and over and over for the same issues over and over again. So, let me know what you think. How did they do handle this? How would you have handled it? I would have put cuffs on a lot sooner. I would not have let him walked up on me so many times. The second the first time he moved his shoulder when I put my hand on it, he would have been in trouble. But, the when he touched my hand from if he would have knocked my hand away, it would have been on like Donkey Kong at that point. Let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe. I'll catch you on the next video.
