You can just leave the vehicle there. I don't have the money to pay >> Ma'am. >> Oh my god. >> Take a deep breath. Ma'am, exit the Get out of the car. >> All right, everybody. Welcome back. We got another video for you. This one comes from Uncovered and it is woman refuses to leave her car for a tow, ends badly. Who would have guessed? Huh. I haven't seen it. Let's go. >> Get out of the vehicle. Get out of the VEHICLE NOW. >> GET OFF ME. >> CHASE IN VEHICLE, 60 MPH, 25 mph traffic. July 7th. It's a couple months ago, okay? You got it? >> Hello. >> I'm Sheriff Olsen with the Commonwealth County Sheriff's Office. I'll be audio video recording my body camera. Our reason for you being over here is for you speeding. I paced you at 60 in a 25. You got your license on you? Can I have your license, please? >> 60 in a 25, by the way, is criminal speed. She is not allowed to leave. She's technically under arrest or detained at this point. Um because that is criminal speed. >> Do you have your registration proof of insurance? What's it say? Okay, that's fine. Okay, so you don't have insurance for the vehicle, though? >> No, not currently. >> Why are you driving so fast? >> I got I'm literally I'm >> I can't hear what she's saying. If you don't mind me asking, who is your insurance through? Do you have your most recent card on you? >> Uh uh no no, it was >> Who is it through? Where? Rest Stop West? Okay. When did it expire? >> I don't know exactly. I don't know. >> She said it just expired. It probably expired like a year ago. Oh, you know, it's just expired. >> Bristol, blessed. >> Okay. >> You able to pull it up on like an email or like a digital copy? >> This guy's actually doing a pretty good job of trying to help her through this insurance problem. He could have just given her a ticket for not having proof of insurance. Boom, done. >> Or on the through an app? Yeah, let me see that one, please. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Here you go. All right, step out of the car, please. >> Very cool. This deputy's being super cool. >> Here, ma'am. Just so you know, okay, the vehicle is going to have to get towed because there's no insurance on the vehicle. No, ma'am. The vehicle's towed. At this point, the vehicle will be towed because there's no insurance, okay? I understand, but the vehicle can't be on the roadway. The vehicle hasn't had insurance since May 14th. >> So, May 14th is like 2 or 3 months into July. Here's the other thing, too, is um a lot of states have a For example, Arizona used to have a law that says for for for suspended license for a suspended tags, you shall tow the car. Not you may, you shall. That sentence changed, but some laws have hard fast rule laws, part of the law that the legislators pass says, if the vehicle doesn't have insurance or or registration, you have to tell the vehicle. I'm not sure if that's the case here, but that does happen in certain states. >> Okay, it's still your responsibility that if you have a vehicle, you need to have proper insurance. Okay. I'm sorry. I'm I can't do that for you, ma'am. All right? Do you need to go from here, all right? Okay. All right. I'm just letting you know if you need to make make call for a ride or let you know whoever going to give you a ride to your interview, okay? All right. 155 >> What's that, ma'am? Unfortunately, it's not my call to make and What's that? Ma'am, he already told you he he can't let you drive it. I un- I understand. The issue is it's an uninsured vehicle on the motorway. I under- Probably shouldn't be driving. I mean Go work. It's the middle of the day. It's 10:55. Get a job. Pay for your insurance. >> Ma'am, I hear you. Like for real. NO! MA'AM. OH OH OH. NO. CALM DOWN. Why are you Calm down, ma'am. Ma'am. They're going to snatch her up. Ma'am, the vehicle's going to be towed at this point, okay? Yeah, I do. Ma'am. If we can give you >> No. >> If you need a ride from here on, we can give you a ride from here on, okay? >> No, can you just follow me? I need my car. You don't >> Yeah, I'm sorry. Okay. >> So, part of the you know part of it is the behavior is not conducive to having success in life. And her attitude and her behavior and her inability to control her emotions is part of the reason why she might be living out of her car. So, fix some of those issues, be a better person, be nicer, be more pleasant, more people want to hire you, you make more money, and you can pay your bills. It's the way it goes. But, this kind of behavior isn't going to help. If I was an employer, I would do a background check, and then or you check their social media, or you see something like this pop up, and you realize, we're dodging a bullet not hiring her. You've been driving a vehicle no insurance for 3 months now. I'm not going to take the risk of letting >> for that long. My car has not been on the road for that long. >> Is there somebody else in the car? Is that why they're >> Cuz my car cannot run without me fixing it. I don't have money. That's all I'm telling you. And I'm asking you, can I just leave the vehicle there? I don't have the money to get the car out. >> He's losing it. He's losing it. Oh. Get out of the Oh, now you bought Now you did it. That's it. GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE. DON'T let her start that car. Yes, she did. Yes, she did touch him. The bro get off me thing, I How many times have we heard this? How many times have we seen stuff like this? I mean, this guy could seriously hurt her if he wanted to. And she's This is not how you want to engage in fights but there's no thought process going up on here. It's all quiet on the frontal lobe as somebody as one of the comments I saw on one of the videos said all quiet on the frontal LOBE UP THERE. HE'S FIGHTING WOULDN'T GET OUT OF THE CAR. I'm not resisting arrest. It's classic. You can't make it up. Like you just cannot These people cannot be more uh >> [laughter] >> more opposite of what their behavior tells us all. Screaming. Once again another person who's completely Now you want the badge number? Come on, stop. Oh, there you go. That's what happens when you start fighting. Look at her here they come with the insults. I'll be stacking on her. All because she didn't listen to her own words all because she didn't get her own way because they wouldn't follow her not because she didn't have her crap in order it's because she didn't they didn't want to follow her. So now all of a sudden it's their fault and that's what she's going to tell everybody these guys the cops man I hate them because they came in and arrested me. No, no, no. This is your behavior. It's your behavior that put you here and your failure to comply with the law. >> YOU [ __ ] YOU [ __ ] I DIDN'T DO NOTHING, [ __ ] YOU goofy ass [ __ ] >> We can rewind it for you. >> ON MY GRANDMOTHER'S GRAVE. [ __ ] Y'ALL DON'T UNDERSTAND PROBLEMS. Y'ALL DON'T UNDERSTAND PROBLEMS, BRO. CALL MY BROTHER, YOU [ __ ] YOU A HOE, TOO. [ __ ] Y'all is goofies. You're a goofy. YOU'RE A GOOFY! WHAT THE [ __ ] is your badge number? Oh. >> Oh, boy. >> Y'all some [ __ ] ass I swear to god. I swear to god. >> This should be closed. >> You're talking about resist PULLING MY DOOR OPEN FOR NO REASON. I GOT TO HAVE A MOMENT IN MY CAR. YOU'RE GOING TO THE COURT. YOU'RE GOING to court. >> Nothing's going to happen. Ooh, good at I got it again. I got another good uh screenshot here, deets. Uh it uh nailed it. Look at that face. That's the face of I'm about I'm going to think I I don't like that society didn't cater to me, so I'm going to lose my crap. That's what that face says. >> I swear to god, y'all said this to me before. I'm a [ __ ] SUCK MY DICK. >> I DON'T UNDERSTAND why women say that, either. Unless it's a actual guy, I don't know. Doesn't look like it, but >> No! >> Acting like it. >> I don't give a [ __ ] Search for what? >> Search for >> On my body? >> Yeah. >> I I said what you searching my car for. My car ain't doing nothing to nobody. So, you were allowed to rip my He was allowed to rip my door open? >> Yes. >> He was allowed to rip my door open? He's allowed to rip my door open? Answer the question. ANSWER NO, Y'ALL WAS. WHAT What you What What you told me What you told me? I No, I'M NOT TALKING TO YOU. I STARTED CRYING AND I ROLLED MY WINDOW UP. Once I rolled my window up, HE AND I I CLOSED MY DOOR, HE RIPPED MY DOOR OPEN. YOU CANNOT DO THAT. I DID I [ __ ] I DON'T HAVE NOTHING ON ME. TALKING ABOUT. [ __ ] YOU RIPPED MY DOOR OPEN. YOU'RE GOING to court. SUCK MY DICK. I KNOW WHAT YOU HAD TO DO, [ __ ] >> LISTEN. ALL RIGHT. ALL RIGHT. >> NO, I'M SO UPSET, MAN. I'M SORRY, BRO. >> THIS PERSON these doesn't belong in society. Like, it's just They they can't can't assimilate She can't assimilate. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. >> Please, ASAP, bro. >> Bro. Look, at least you got you guys have to watch it with me. >> [laughter] >> Uh I love watching the videos and so then sometimes I'm it is tough. It's tough. Cuz we see it's we see this type of behavior and I don't know where it starts in the home, you know, raising kids to have total disrespect, raising kids to think that you can just yell and scream and throw a fit and then you don't have to worry about the consequences or that they don't apply to you um and then you just act like just the nastiest people person whatever whenever you go off. We just we've seen so many videos where so many people just lose their crap. >> All right. You >> You want me to stay for the tow? >> Um yeah, stay there till I'll just meet him down there, okay? >> Yeah. >> Um I'll write the tickets out there. Who's that tow? >> All right. >> Driving without insurance, resisting arrest, obstructing justice. Yep. I'll check, check, check. Don't forget criminal speed and don't forget >> [clears throat] >> that was where you stopped her for in the first place. Get her with that, too. Uh sergeant sergeant showed up. >> I'm going to be fine. All of this is going See y'all going to like that. I had a counter screaming at me the entire time. >> That's an understatement. She didn't like that. Look, if you tried to get our sergeants to come out there for that, they would you would got a a bigger earful from our sergeants for that for how she acted to the deputies. All right, Uncovered, thank you for the video. Let's go and check and see what the comments are like. I actually thought these guys were super nice to her. They were trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. In the end, speeding, no insurance. The rest of us all we all we all who reside in society and are follow the law, we all pay for that stuff. It's not easy for us. She's not the only one with problems. We all have challenges we deal with. All right, here we go. Aland says, "If you don't have insurance, then don't draw attention to yourself by speeding." There you go. She should have been arrested immediately for reckless driving. Holy crap, woman, life problems means you got you you go 60 in a 25? Exactly. Well said, MondaysGirl70. We've seen a couple comments of hers on different places. Uh we just did one on another channel video we did. All right, here we go. She needs to get her lies straight. First, she said she lived around the corner. Then she said she needed the car because she didn't have a house. Ooh, Janna Warrington. Good. Excellent. Way to pay attention. Check out the big brain on Janna. All right, 60 in a 25 mph zone. Wow, exactly. They cuffs, boom, immediately, right here. Walk up to the car, get her out, boom, put them in cuffs. But these guys were nice. They were trying to find the, you know, they weren't trying to aggravate it. Um third video in a row where a young woman has zero emotional control. I don't know. It's becoming an epidemic, to be honest with you. It's like they all take the same acting course. [laughter] >> [gasps] >> I am not resisting while actively resisting. Happens every time. That's true. All quiet on the frontal lobe. Boom, savage. We had the same comment. Maybe I took it from him on a few videos ago, but all quiet on the frontal lobe was one of my favorite ones. And she really thinks she's the only person with a difficult life, doesn't she? So true, R. Crawford. Uh last one, she's her own worst enemy. You are correct on that. This was all her. Folks, it's not the police. We're there because you couldn't have get your crap straight. You couldn't get insurance. You couldn't pay for whatever you had to pay for. And then you're driving 60 in a 25. You should be driving like Miss Daisy if you've got no insurance, not 60 in a 60 whatever in a 25. And then fighting with the cops. Nope. Nope. Give her a year in jail, at least. She'll then figure it out. Frankly, we don't She's too combustible to be out in society anyway. Ticking time bomb. All right. Let me know what you think. How did they do what her punishment should be, and how would you have dealt with the situation? Love to know. Comment, like, subscribe. We'll catch you on the next video.
