Well, you know what? I There's nothing I can do except tell everybody it's a real bad place and it's not meat that they're selling. >> It's horse meat. He knows it. I know it. >> Meat think. >> All right, everybody. Welcome back. We got another video for you. This one comes from patrol pro and it is entitled male Karen calls 911 then gets arrested instead. I haven't seen it. Let's go. An officer responded to a disturbance at a tractor supply. When he arrived, he found a customer causing a scene over a strange complaint. >> Hello. >> Did you call us? >> Okay. What's going on? >> Let me explain. >> Now, I'm not just one at a time. >> One at a time. >> I bought this meat a while ago. >> Okay. >> This meat is not regular US meat. >> Okay. It is something that is unedible. >> Okay. Okay. >> Okay. $49, dude. You bought 20 steaks for $49. I don't know what you thought you were going to get in the first place. Second of all, you got you just, you know, throw them away. It's 49 bucks, dude. Don't be a Karen about this. >> It was If you don't like it, bring it back. I brought it back. You don't want to give me my money back. Okay. >> And he says it's only guaranteed for freezer burn. >> Okay. >> Not guaranteed if you like it or not. Against freezer burn, that's all. >> Which I never seen that before. And I do not see any signs posted about him being legally able to sell this food at this location at all. I don't see any kind of statue or or any type of >> Okay, now we're going to get into the whole like they don't have a permit to be here yet. You frequented their business before when you thought it was a good deal. You went over and bought the stakes from them and that was you were fine with it now, but now that they don't want to give you your money back for we don't know what you did with the stakes when they went to your house, um I wouldn't take them back either. 49 bucks, man. If just eat it, take it on the chin. >> Paperwork saying that listen, this USDA gra meat >> and has been approved. You have a license by the >> Was any of that here when you first bought it? >> Pardon me. >> Was any of that here when you first bought it? >> Yes. >> Pardon me. >> Was any of that here when you first bought it? >> Yes, sir. >> Oh, yeah. All of it. >> No. No. The stuff you're saying is not here now. >> Yeah. Yeah. No, it's not. I I don't I don't recall I don't recall it being here or nothing. >> He took it home with him. It's actually >> But all I'm saying is he has no license to sell here. >> Okay. >> There's no boxes with you. >> They has them. >> No. Do you have any? >> Oh, yes. I can show you >> horse meat. [laughter] >> I would think horse meat would be more expensive than cow meat. You know what I mean? You can tell me what you think. >> I'm not cooking. >> Beef steak variety package. It's USDA inspected and pass. >> I can't talk to both of you at the same time. I'll say it one last time. >> Okay. I'm sorry. >> So, the beef all the only ingredient. And we're actually one of the only companies out here that do all natural. So, the only ingredient in there is beef. We don't do all the other stuff with all >> Doesn't tell me anything. It looks like a t-bone steak. >> That's a t-bone steak. This right here. >> It's individually wrapped. Does it tell you what it is? >> Yes. It says on the box. >> Comes in a box. >> Okay. >> You have all the boxes at home. >> Pardon me. >> You have the boxes at home. >> No, I don't have the box at home. >> You probably threw them away. That's not my fault. >> So, do you have any >> I want my money back. That's all I want. >> Do you have any type of >> Nah, I'd be like, "No, man. This is a civil issue." Okay. First of all, you This is a civil issue. So, uh, he might make it a criminal issue, but this is a civil issue in the sense that you have a dispute over a financial transaction. You didn't get frauded. You agreed to purchase the stakes. You had all the information. It came in a box. You take it home. You eat one. You don't decide. You decide you don't like it. So, you decide to come back. Some mail Karen entitled that you should get prime steaks, 20 of them for 49 bucks. No. And then you come back. When the guy doesn't want to give you your money back, that's called a civil dispute. You can now take him to small claims court if that's what you want to do. But it's over. It's done. He didn't fraud you. >> So we come out here once a year with Tractor Supply. So we message Tractor Supply ahead of time and get okayed with the manager here and stuff, the store manager and everything. >> And we come out here once a year. We do these sales once a year. >> Okay. >> With Tractor Supply. >> No, he sells this more than once a year. I want to see their license. Their vendor license. >> Do you have any license with you? >> I don't physically have it on me, but >> Well, then we should have come over here. Come over. >> Oh, the guy just >> seller had a business license, but not the permit he needed to sell there. He agreed to stop selling until he got one. The customer, however, had other plans. >> All right. So, what is it you would like though? You said you wanted your money back. >> Okay. That's gonna be between you two. >> Yeah. >> I can't force him to give your money back. >> I've been telling him that's not There's nothing I can do. >> Well, you know what? There's nothing I can do except tell everybody a real bad place and it's not that they're selling. >> I don't think you're going to carry much uh uh credibility. I doubt this guy's got a whole slew of people that follow him or pay attention to what he has to say. >> It's horse meat. He knows it. I know it. I don't know what you think. It's horse meat. [ __ ] Do you see anything on the package that says it's USA? >> How did How did How did they come? How did they come whenever you bought this? >> They come in a box. >> Okay. >> No. No. I saw I saw the boxes. >> It came in a box. >> I saw those boxes. >> Yeah. Exactly. >> And that's it. That was the only thing that said that. >> Did it come like that when you bought them? >> Yes. >> There you go. >> Yes. It came like that. It said it was But when you taste the meat, >> you will know it's not how >> When did you have the meat? >> When I ate the meat. When when was that? >> When I ate it. >> When you bought these steaks a year ago. >> No, I bought them a half a year ago and I've had >> Folks, he bought them six months ago and now he wants to come back and get his money back >> in between. >> Okay. Six months. So, you've had more than one? >> No, I've probably had three of them. >> If they were that bad, why would you end up eating two more? What What What are your What is your part in this? I am saying I'm calling you to say this man is not selling properly. He doesn't have a vendor's license. He doesn't have an a FDA type of accommodation. He doesn't have anything from the state from the agricultural department. And you're here arguing with me that I did something wrong. I'm not arguing. >> All I'm saying is give me my money back. >> Okay. That's up to him if he wants to give you your money. >> Well, right. And it's my my thing of standing here and arguing. If you're not going to help me, then hey, you know what? Might as well go home. >> You know, you're really not doing nothing, are you? >> What would you like me to do? >> What I'd like you to do is by the law, the man guaranteed something. >> Where is the guarantee at? >> Okay. He says, "Oh, I guarantee the meat." But you know what? When I asked him, he says, "All I guarantee is Ken's freezer guard." Now, who buys a [ __ ] piece of meat that's guaranteed against >> You do. You did. You're the guy that bought it. >> Freezer bird. >> I'm not sure, but there's some in that cooler. >> This What? What? What do you want to know about this? >> No, this is the money. This is the meat you bought, correct? >> Yeah. So, what do you want to know? Is this freezer burn? >> I'm not asking. >> I don't really I'm not asking any questions. >> All I want is my money back and I'll go home. >> Are you going to give him his money? I >> No, he can't give me my money back. So, I'm going to stay here. >> No, you're not. >> You know what? >> If I own this business, I give your money back right now. >> You know what? Well, then fine. Make it your business. You live with these people. >> I'm a You know that this meat is bought up in Canada. It's horse meat. >> It's horse meat. Okay. From >> How does he even know if it's horse meat from Canada? How would he possibly know this is horsemeat? >> Canada. It's sold down here. They say it's beef. It's not. They cannot come up with an FDA rating. >> Okay. >> Okay. They cannot come up with a a a Florida state license. They can't come up with nothing, a vendor's license. >> So, I believe at that point that this man is committing fraud. >> And by committing fraud, he owes me my money back. >> Nah, he's wrong. Doesn't understand the law. It was a mutual transaction. He wasn't frauded. and uh the guy actually parttook in it and now he decided he doesn't want his money he wants his money back. Who sits there and goes, "You know what? I'm going to take these stakes back." I heard a story of a lady taking an old pair of seven-year-old underwear back to Costco with holes in it. Seven-year-old panties back to Costco with holes in it. And they took it back. Kudos to them. But that's the type of person we're dealing with here. eats three of the steaks, wants to take the rest of them back because he doesn't like them. So, he can get his pocket change back. >> I brought the steak back. Okay, I'm not bitching about here. It's not like I'm taking something not paying for it. >> Okay, here it is. And I have it back now. That's all it is. >> Okay, >> at this not going to get figured out right now cuz he said he can't give you your money back. >> Well, you know what? He can say anything. He can say he's Jesus Christ for all I know. You know. Yeah. >> And you know what do I believe? I'm sure if you check him down, he's got 250 bucks in his pocket because like me, you know what he did to me? >> He told me, "I'll give you a deal. I'll let you have it for 220 if you pay me cash." >> And I >> Either way, 220 bucks. 250 bucks. How many steaks did he buy? He must have bought like the I mean that the side of the thing said 20 ribe eyes for $49. So how many did he buy? was a stupid idiot thinking, "Okay, I paid him cash." So, you know what? >> We're not We're not doing that. We're not doing that. We're not We're not sitting here arguing back and forth. >> Okay, then we might as well go home. >> Okay, that's fine. I'll see you in the car. >> Have a good day. >> Uh, let me hear me. >> Let me go see if they want him trespassing. I'll be right back. >> No, you wanted to stay there. You wanted to stay there for a second. >> Yeah. Now I'm >> stay there, right? >> That's it. >> You want to stay there? Yeah. >> Okay. Let me see if you can do that. >> When the officer spoke to the manager, he said he didn't want to trespass anyone. >> He just wanted both men gone. Though the officer would soon find out even that wasn't enough for the customer. >> So, Tractor Supply wants you gone for now. >> Pardon me. >> They don't want you They don't want you like actually trespass. They just want you off the property for now. >> Who says that? >> Richard, the manager in Tractor Supply. >> Okay. So, if I parked across the street and walk over here, >> if you're not >> All right, folks. Unfortunately, the high prices look like they're here to stay, whether it's gas, groceries, insurance. And if you're a homeowner, or if you've been watching my channel, you've probably thought, should I call American Financing to refinance and pay off this credit card debt that I'm carrying around? Then you second guess yourself and think, well, the mortgage rate I have is really low. That low rate, I got to be honest with you, it's not saving you. If you're drowning in credit card debt with interest at 25% or more, if you're only making the minimum payments on those credit cards, that debt is going to follow you for years. That's why people are calling American Financing because they're are saving customers on average $800 a month by using their equity to finally break free from that credit card debt. There's no upfront fees. There's no pressure. And frankly, it cost you nothing to find out if you can save every month. So, if you start today, you may be able to save two mortgage payments. I would suggest you call American Financing at 8889952440. That's 8889952440. Or go to americanfancing.net/lamb. net/lam. Now, let's get back to the video. >> illegally parked. >> Where is this guy's parking lot? I would like to have that guy come out and tell me that I'm not allowed to stand in his line. >> I don't have to tell him that. >> Well, then would you >> This isn't entitled Mel Karen, >> owner of that building. >> Why? So, you can get in a confrontation with him >> like you're doing what you said. >> Let me let me ask you something. Since I've since I've got gotten [music] here, I've not been able to complete one full sentence with you >> to have an adult or to have an adult conversation. >> Have an adult conversation. >> Okay. Any logical person? >> Yes. >> Buys meat. You say 6 months ago. >> Even if it is 6 months, three of them are cooked >> and you bring back part of them and you want a full ref. >> I bring back 90% of it. Okay. >> 90% of it I brought back. to be finished, >> but it's not 100% >> and I had a piece of meat or piece of fruit and I go to Publix and I go to the front desk says, "Hey, this was bad." They said, "Well, Mr. Spino, here we'll give you a rebate. Go out and pick something else." >> You're right. Publix will do that. >> Yeah, >> that's part of having the freedom to shop where you want. >> Okay. Now, the next thing I got to ask you is >> where is his license? >> Where is his vendor license? >> Would you like me to answer? >> Yes, I would. Congratulations. >> This dude cannot stop interrupting. I'm interrupting him, though. I keep stopping and interrupting him, too. So, I'm right there with him. >> FDA, >> I'm going to give you one last chance. If you ask me a question, I will answer. >> Okay. >> If you don't want to let me answer, then I will gladly leave and let you go. >> Well, you do what you got to do. >> Okay. He's got I've had this discussion with him back there. He's got the license. He does not have a city permit to sell, and I've told him he cannot sell. So, >> you haven't given me a chance to tell you that he does not have he does not have a permit to sell, which he's been instructed to get. He cannot sell till further notice until he gets that. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> He's been advised that Tractor Supply has been advised of that as well. He has permission to be on this property from Tractor Supply. He does not have a a permit to sell what he's selling. >> Okay. So, he doesn't have a permit. He doesn't have a a Florida agricultural license. He doesn't have an FPA or or whatever that one is. >> Okay. Since you're knowledge about Okay, go ahead. Sorry. You're right. You're right. You're right. You're right. I apologize. >> Now, don't let him dictate that the how this conversation is going to go. >> None of this this paperwork that he needs. Okay. >> And you're telling me I am wrong that this man says, "Hey, you have to leave this area. I want that man to come out here and tell me [clears throat] I have to leave that I have the right to confront my accuser >> maybe not here >> but I do have the the thing that say that hey the guy says you got to go off this property. >> Okay. >> If this man said that and you said you talked to him no problem him coming out and telling me that. >> Okay. He doesn't have to do that. Well, I don't have to, you know, just because you told me that this man said that this is his property, I can say, you know what, this is my property over here. >> But we know it's not your property. >> Why? How do you know that? >> So, why are we getting to the Why are we acting like children over me that you because it's $240 that aing con man tried to beat me and you're trying to pacify him and say he's a good man. What the I tell you what you did wrong. See now we're acting like adults. >> Okay. >> I told you what done. >> Since you did that wrong, what are you going to do to punish him? >> Have you called the the uh Have you called Have you called the Department of Agriculture >> to punish him? >> Have you called? >> Do you want me to? >> Yes. That's who you're [clears throat] supposed to call. >> Is that your job? >> No. >> If not your job to see if this guy is legal here, what the wrong with you? Your your complaint is about the >> What the is wrong with you when you can't say that? I got to investigate. I have to buy this from you buy this from us. >> You know what? You got to say, you know what? We're going to arrest you. Fine. Can I explain? >> Because you know what? He's got his little beeping quarter on. You have yours on. I did nothing wrong. All I'm asking No, you can't say a thing. Salon, you know, because you're a con man. >> Come on over. Come on over here. You can tell me. >> I'll be right back. You got here? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Right now, do you want him prosecuted for disorderly conduct? >> You know it and you're not doing nothing about it. >> Okay. I I did something about it. I told him he couldn't sell. >> But you're not going to [music] >> again. So for right now, what I'd rather have is just everybody leave. Get off the property. If you leave, get off the property. You're not trespassing. You're not either, unless you're shutting it down right now. >> Come back if you have to. >> One second. My permit is okay if I come back. >> No. >> Yeah, we'll have to uh go through that. >> Okay. >> Well, my my secretary is right now. >> I want this guy written up with citations right now. >> No vendor's license. >> No, that's not how it works. We're not the per we're not the civil uh permit police people. He did what he was supposed to do. He told him, "Hey, you don't have a permit. You can't sell here. If he leaves, that's it. This is a paperwork issue." So, no, it's not a criminal issue. We're not going to arrest him for it. >> No FDA uh license, no agricultural. >> What What statute is that? >> Well, no. You What? Wait, wait, wait. Do you understand? You're the cop here? >> Yes. You're supposed to know this stuff. >> Okay. But you said you know this stuff. >> Yeah. >> No, I didn't say I know. >> No, I said I want him to be written up. >> So >> I want him to be written up. Are you going to write this guy up for infraction? >> So I'm no permit. >> Yeah. No permit to be here. >> If you keep If you keep interrupting me, then no. I'm leaving and so are you. >> You can leave. I don't really need you. >> Well, I can't leave. I'm not leaving until y'all leave. >> What the do I care if you're here? You haven't done nothing for me. >> I'm not doing nothing. >> You think I'm the agitator cuz I speak loudly. >> No. >> Okay. So, I'm the agitator. The criminal here can go away because I'm so nice. I'm only selling, you know, meat that, you know, people won't even like to eat. >> Okay. >> You know, but I'm the bad guy here. But I want this guy sided. >> Can you make this? >> I wanted him. >> This is for me. Can you make it? Why? >> It's yours, not mine. >> No, it's yours because [snorts] I'm returning it to you. >> I am returning the meat. >> The guy's smart to say, "Hey, can you move your meat?" Because I wouldn't touch it cuz you don't want to. Right now, he's in the driver's seat. He's being cool. He's being He's probably going to pack up his stuff and leave. He should because this guy is probably going to come back unless he goes in cuffs into jail. Um, and even in this particular situation, you would probably just issue him a citation for disorderly conduct or trespassing and then tell him don't come back. Um, but he's slowly working himself into an actual arrest where he gets taken down to the state down to jail. >> Okay. >> We understand that. Did I make something wrong with >> that? Doesn't that mean he's returning the money right now? >> Well, then I'm going to stay here till he returns me my money. >> He wants you gone. Well, he's got to let this guy >> I'm trying to get my >> Okay, we'll be here till both of you leave. >> And if either one of you >> Man, these deputies are being super cool >> for you, we'll go we'll go to jail for trespass and he'll leave. >> No, that's not how this works. >> Packed up, but I need >> Oh, this is really >> Yeah, I have to take everything. >> There you go. And he look where he parks his car, too. This guy's just trying to make a living, man. >> No, that's not that's not happening. I can't >> that's not happening. >> You cannot tell me I can't get a restraining order. >> Yes, I can. >> You can get a restraining order. >> That's called stalking. Yes, I can. >> That's not stalking. That's my >> If you knew the Florida law like then you can arrest me for stalking at >> Well, right now we have trespass after warning. >> Then you can get me for trespass >> and disorderly conduct. >> I will leave. >> Turn around. >> Okay, >> there we go. There we go. >> Get that out of your hand. >> How was it? >> If I was standing in the background, I'd be like, "Yeah, yeah, there we go. Get him out of here." >> This is the the This is the most quiet he's been. Dayton's going to do I got to move my car. >> Nah, we're going to tow your car. >> Oh, okay. That's fine. >> That's so simple. >> Yeah, that's great. >> We're towing your car. You're parked illegally. You're parked right there at the exit. >> I got to unlock an idiot. >> You been drinking any of your sern you drinking and driving? >> Is that what you [ __ ] me now? >> He's drinking. He could clearly >> No, I was just asking. >> I'm making up charges. Is that what you're doing, shole? >> Well, the stakes are going to go bad now. His horse meat's going to get uh sit in that hot car. Well, it's December, but still it'll be uh it'll thaw out and uh yeah, tow that car. >> The guy was given one last chance to leave. He refused, leaving the manager with no choice but to press trespassing charges. Later, he completed a court agreement that included a short behavior course and a few payments. After that, the trespassing charge was dropped. The case ended without a conviction, and no jail sentence appears in the court records. I mean, that's a fair outcome. I mean, though they this guy, you know, he refused to leave. It's not like he's a criminal. He's just an irritating entitled Karen has nailed it. They nailed it up. Patrol pro is the for the uh title of this. It just was irritating. I wonder what the people have to say. I've been looking at these. We never did before, but I've been looking at these comments. See, when I want a great steak, I always go to the Tractor Supply parking lot. [laughter] Dude's buying mystery meat in the parking lot. What a tool. Uh, he has no license to sell here. Then why did you buy from them? That's right. Uh, he has to be drunk. Holy cow. He doesn't shut up. Probably. Yeah. Asking for a refund on a food item you purchased six months ago is insane. That's right. The guy wants to return food he purchased six months ago. Can't fix stupid. The steak was so bad he ate two more. We talked about that. I will follow you no matter where you go. Crazy thing to say in front of the cops. Uh the grocery store won't give you a refund after 6 months. Honestly, Costco probably would. They're really good. They are so good about that stuff. Uh, who in the holy hell thinks that they're getting their money back for meat or any perishable after six months? Dude's a drunken a-hole. [laughter] He's like a Sopranos's character. Frankie refund on Williamsburg. Uh, he's a narcissist who's used to bullying his way into what he wants, then playing the victim at when it doesn't work. That's true. After three stakes over six months and wants a refund. All right, two more. Let's go. In the words of the incomparable judge Judy, "You ate the steak." [laughter] It's like buying three plates of food from a restaurant and saying, "You don't like it, so you want a refund." Man, this guy was irritating. He was definitely an entitled Karen. He deserved to go in handcuffs. He's put himself there. I mean, these c these deputies were more than patient. Gave him every opportunity. He ruined this poor guy trying to make a buck and support his family. this guy pulls up and ruins that for him. Um, and frankly, I don't have high expectations if I buy a steak out of a back of a truck in a parking lot either. So, I I mean, you got had if they're bad steaks, you got had. But, they weren't bad enough to where they didn't stop them from eating three of them. Anyway, let me know what you think. I'd love to hear some of your comments. Uh, I thought they did a great job. little more patient than I would have been, but that's kudos to them. And uh in the end, I think justice was served and poor Tractor Supply had to come out and deal with two an adult acting like a child to where the police had to get involved. So, let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe. Don't buy tra steaks out of the back of a truck and think you can return them in six months. Um, and if you do buy them out of the back of the truck, understand where you're buying them. All right, let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe. I'll catch you on the next
