I'm right here. >> All right, everybody. I got another video for you, and this one just came out last week, so it's pretty fresh. Uh, and this one is kind of embarrassing for the people involved, but we're going to take a look at it. If you haven't seen it already, it involves u it picks up I think a couple of gals are being kicked out of a club being asked to be uh they're being trespassed from it. So this is where the cops show up and now they're trying to get these gals out of this club. Now a lot of times you don't see the sound in the beginning of a video because there's a delay on the sound kicking on. Um I don't remember how long it is, but there's often times a delay. And so this is a Rhode Island assistant attorney general that we're going to be checking out here. And this is from Newport, Rhode Island. >> So it's going to be the girl in the yellow. >> Our call is that you turn it off. If a citizen request is to turn it off, >> she want you guys to >> Okay. She says I that if a citizen requests to turn off the body cam that we have to turn it off, which isn't true. You're in public, so that doesn't come into play. Yes, you are. >> Let's just leave. Let's just make it easy. Okay, >> we're going to make it easy. That's not >> I am okay. I'm her husband. >> That's not the point. Can you Can you look at me? >> We'll talk over here. Okay. >> Your protocol is >> Can we Can we all talk? Can we all talk? >> We'll talk over here. They want to leave. >> Can we Can we talk to you? >> What's that? >> I can't hear what she's saying, but probably giving her some legal advice. >> Yes. No, I'm not. >> You guys just want to know? Do you want to trespass? >> Anything we can do. Trespass? Yeah. I just need >> trespass. Get the >> So, for a restaurant to want to trespass you, you've probably behaved pretty poorly. >> Do we want to chat? >> I know that your goal is. >> So, you're trespassing. We got to leave now. And what's notified? >> You got to leave. >> What did I just say to you? >> Let's go. >> Number one, >> I don't want to arrest you guys. >> You're not going to arrest us. Number two, >> so let's leave. We got to go. We got to go. Protocol is going down for one second is if we ask you to turn the body cam. >> I don't want to deal with this. Let's go. >> No. No. I understand you don't want to deal with it, but the protocol is And your protocol is is if I ask you to turn off the body cam, you have to turn it off. And that's your protocol. >> She's a lawyer, so she knows. >> Clearly, she doesn't know. >> True. >> So, we got to go. >> I love the cops. Like, it's not true. >> That's law. >> I'm an AG. I'm an AG. >> Good for you. I don't give a Let's go. >> Okay. AG is attorney general. So, she's probably not the attorney general. She's probably an assistant attorney general, which could be any attorney that works at the attorney general's office. Either way, she should know better than this. She should know the law that if they ask you to be removed from the location or they say they want you trespass, just leave. It is really that simple. I don't know where the husband is in all this either. He should be a voice of reason here, but he's clearly not helping. We're going. >> Let's go. >> We're leaving. Please don't. Please don't put your hands on us. >> Can you get your children out of here? Like, I don't know why. >> I'm sorry. What? >> There are two full grown women and mothers. >> That's it. >> That's it. They refuse to leave. >> We don't have time to deal with the Mickey Mouse banter back and forth. What are you What are you doing? What's wrong with you? >> What are you probable cause to detain me for? >> You're being detained cuz you're not leaving. >> Cuz I'm what? >> You have You have >> Can you relax, sir? Sir, she's not doing anything wrong. >> Ag, >> you're not She's not arrested. Let's go. >> I'm not being arrested. You're putting me in cuffs. I'm not being arrested. >> Do you have any weapons on you? >> No, I'm an AG. >> Her badge is in the car. You want to go get a badge? >> Let me tell you This is not gonna go well for the job. >> She says over and over she's the agent or an agent. >> You're putting me in handcuffs in your mind. You're not Miranda me. >> Okay, this is a pet peeve of mine. Um, people always say, "Well, you're not Miranda me when you've put me in handcuffs." Let me make this very clear. Miranda is required when you intend on asking somebody questions. Um, especially if you're post arrest, you got him in handcuffs or detained and you want to ask them ask him questions. Miranda needs to be in place. You don't need Miranda. If you already have a crime that's occurred and broken and you don't plan on asking him any questions, which clearly she was asked to be removed, trespassed, she didn't leave. So, she's arrested. Relax. Relax. >> And a lawyer. nervous. >> You're going to regret this. >> You're going to regret it. >> Making threats that that he's going to regret it. I like this cop. I don't know who he is. If you watch this video, I like your style. He's like, "Let's get down to business." >> Dude, we got the license. >> Okay. Already the way she's behaving, I'm glad this dude showed up. And I love that he just shoved the husband back because he needs to get back and get out of the way at this point. His wife has made her decision. Her behavior has brought it to this point. She's going in cuffs, too. >> There's a ton of people out there. The longer you screw around with these people, um, the longer this more this stuff gets out of hand. I'm right here. [Music] >> So, if you didn't see, she just slipped out of the cuffs, which gals that are small like this, small wrists, you know, you put on cuffs, you don't want to put them on too tight. She got out of the cuffs. So, that's going to be probably a resisting arrest charge for her as well. So, these girls, what started off as just leaving >> is going to turn into multiple felonies. >> I'm right here, babe. >> I'm right here. >> No, babe. >> Relax. Relax. >> Or at least a felony. What's wrong with you? >> Relax. >> We don't want to put you in handcuffs. Let's go. >> Let's go. >> No. Dave, >> listen. You're making You're overreacting. >> You're adding charge. >> You're overreacting. >> No, see what they got charged with. >> You think about overreacting. >> You didn't have this. You didn't have to have this happen. >> Get in the car. This is absolutely them overreacting. >> Babe, no. >> Just put her in. >> Her husband's calm, but there's nothing he can do for her at this point. The only thing he can do is make the situation worse. She's doing a pretty good job of it or herself. >> I would be so embarrassed if I had a video of me acting like this. >> Get your feet in the court. >> Babe, I'm right here. No. >> No. >> Get your feet in the car. >> Who the are you touching in the car? >> I'm definitely charged. >> Lucky she didn't get a foot slug. This is so inappropriate. >> No, her behavior is what's inappropriate. So that was [ __ ] got you. >> Okay, if anybody knows this cop from Newport, uh, I want to send you some challenge coins. I like his style. Look, he was nice, but at the same time, no nonsense. These girls, all they had to do was simply leave long before the cops showed up. The fact that they stayed there long enough for the cops to show up. Why stay in a place where nobody wants you and then you stay. Then the cops show up and you want to argue and litigate it right there in front of the place where they don't want you to be. And then when they attempt to remove them, they don't want to go. They say, "Put your hands on me. I'm an AG." Well, guess what? You got arrested. And what are the charges? >> Willful trespass. Willful trespass. That's a misdemeanor. >> Disorderly conduct. >> Disordered conduct. That's a misdemeanor. >> And resisting arrest. >> Resisting arrest. Felony. So, at least it is out here. I don't know what it is in Rhode Island, but I'm guessing it's probably a felony. Uh, probably going to be reduced down to a misdemeanor when she actually goes through. Probably lose her job, maybe lose her attorney's license. I don't know. All because she refused to leave a restaurant. So, if you're out there in Newport, uh, Rhode Island, um, hit me up. I want to get you a coin. All right. God bless. Check out the next video.
