I don't know. I've never met you. >> Sunday? >> Yeah. >> I can't go. >> Well, you're going to go tomorrow morning to court. >> No, cuz I have [ __ ] to do tomorrow. >> Okay. Well, then >> Y'all don't pay my bills. >> Okay. >> All right, everybody. Welcome back. We've got another video for you. This one comes from Body Cam Files and it is guy with a warrant refuses to get out of his car. I got a feeling it's not going to go well. I haven't seen it. Let's go. >> Isaiah? >> What's up? >> Hey, man. How you doing? You staying here? >> Oh, man. >> How you know my name? >> Well, cuz I ran your plate and you're trying to avoid me. Are you trying to avoid me or no? All right. >> No, I went through the >> You're the registered owner, right? >> What? >> Look, you're the registered owner. This is your car. >> Well, what's up? >> Okay. So, the registered owner comes back suspended, all right? And then when I realized that you pulled into the bank and then all of a sudden I see you and then you're driving around. I don't know if you're trying to avoid me or you staying here. What's the plan? >> No. I'm not I'm not avoiding you. >> Okay. >> I had a long night >> [clears throat] >> and went to the bank and I came through the other way cuz I'm I'm not trying to I'm not trying to you know. >> Cuz I'll be honest with you, quick. I couldn't even catch up to you. I tried pulling you over, but >> No, you didn't, bro. >> What is it? >> You you pulled out and then parked over there. >> I parked because I was waiting for you cuz that you're the registered owner and you matched the driver's license that you shouldn't be driving. Cuz you're suspended. >> Why can't I drive? >> Because you're suspended. >> On what charge? On what terms? On On what? >> What is it? I don't know, but it shows it shows that you're suspended. >> Well, I could look it up later, all right? >> County just arrested me. >> For what? >> For the same [ __ ] bro. Like, I'm trying to deal with >> Driving on a suspended >> But, I I the right to travel, bro. >> Mhm. You know, look, you're driving on suspended license, okay? You want to split hairs, you know I This is the There's a We We all work within a I'm Look, I I I'm the first to tell you that I think many laws are We got too many laws, okay? But there are certain laws that we want to have order when we're on our cars, you you know, whether his license is suspended for not having insurance. What if he crashes into somebody and they end up our screwed because this guy didn't have insurance and we just he was just out traveling. >> Like I'm not no [ __ ] child anymore. At 16, I needed a permit >> Yeah. >> to go work and [ __ ] like with a perm- with a a permit. >> Yeah. >> Okay? >> Do you have a permit? >> No, I got insurance. I got whatever you need. >> Okay. Okay, let's see it. Driving around in the convertible PT Cruiser. >> You just called it out. >> He called it out. Do you have a license on you? >> Nope. >> But you You do or don't? >> I I can't show you that. >> What is it? >> I can't show you that. I'm parked right now. Like y'all can Y'all can pull me over there and really talk to me. >> I know. But >> You know, I'm I'm tired of the games. Y'all need to Look at all that [ __ ] you got on you, bro. >> Well, it's I mean, it's not for you. >> I know, but >> caution, right? >> That's [ __ ] man. Bro, I'm not I'm not going. I'm not going. All right? >> You're not going? What do you mean? >> What are you talking about? >> You just walked up on me like like a [ __ ] stranger, bro. Like >> How did I walk up as a stranger? All right, I saw you driving when you pulled out from Autobahn, all right? And then your plate your plate hit off my LPR >> What What What is Hoffman Estates or Schaumburg? >> Well, where are you at? >> LPR is a license plate reader, so he has a license plate reader on his car, which said you this is the guy the owner of the vehicle has a suspended license. >> Well, where are you at right now? >> Call Hoffman. >> Why Hoffman? >> Cuz cuz >> Why would Hoffman come out? >> just calling anybody. >> I don't I don't I don't know you guys like that, man. Like I [ __ ] almost got arrested for one of my homies from Schaumburg. I had to [ __ ] slap slap his ass because nobody got respect. So >> Yeah. >> You're not going to disrespect me right now. I am I am about to go in there and and and talk to my lady. All right? >> Okay. Is that why you came here? >> Yeah, I could I could [ __ ] walk home, bro. I've done that [ __ ] >> Okay. >> New Braunfels, look that [ __ ] up, but you can't cuz it's Texas. >> What? >> Texas ID, I got arrested. Three cops, bro. >> Yeah. >> Poor fight I didn't even start and I got arrested. Dude didn't get arrested. Y'all are not doing >> The average person has minimal very little to no contact with police throughout their life. And then you got guys like this and it has somehow it's the police's fault, but he's had multiple police contacts. I It has to do with you, bro my friend, you, not the police. >> Y'all job Y'all could do so much more and really charge the people that's that's like You You could probably what? Give me a sobriety test right now, but >> Well, why would I want to do that? >> But I've been chilling all night to come over here just in case. Oh, it's not open. >> I know. I'm not worried about that. >> It's in my pocket. >> I'm kind of worried why you're drinking Truly, but >> I want to know your your rules, but I got to do all the [ __ ] homework. Rules like conscious consciously. Are Are we thinking? I went to jail in Texas when I moved down there to get away from this. >> Yeah. >> My dad died here. I don't [ __ ] like Chicago. >> Mhm. >> I'll I'll [ __ ] flip. >> Why'd you come back? >> Because my my grandma just passed away. A lot of This is happening, bro. Like I'm trying to I I could be in that suit. But You know how much You know how much [ __ ] You know how much Like I don't know what y'all go through, but I know >> I don't know what this guy is even saying. He can't finish the thought. >> what I would have to do to put myself in that suit. >> Yeah. >> And I'll go to jail right now. I'll get arrested and I'll pull I'll pull some pull some [ __ ] but like I don't I don't like how you walked up on me, bro. So, do I have a warrant? >> I mean Yeah. >> Yeah. See? For a [ __ ] car uh uh uh a traffic ticket. >> Yeah. >> When I got to go to court? >> I'm with him on this, okay? I I have unfortunately seen a many a criminal created off of a ticket. They couldn't pay the ticket. Maybe they didn't want to, but some can't afford it. That ticket then goes it goes to a warrant because you didn't pay it or you didn't show up for the court. And then it just kind of snowballs into uh eventually them ended up in jail and they lose their job. Many a criminal have been created off of just a simple traffic stop initially. But it's also the way that you know, you're living your life in the sense of you're This guy is nothing but a downer and obviously nothing good in life is going to be attracted to him. It's a law of attraction here. >> I can't I can't talk to y'all, but I cannot do that. >> We can talk. All right. So, >> I want my guns back. Do I need Why do I got to go to the judge when uh a sheriff signs off as like what? The notary? Like what is that? What is that a uh What's that? >> What do you mean? >> The witness. A verbal witness. >> Mhm. >> Why do I got to go >> This guy seems as high as a kite to me. >> I'm so [ __ ] like y'all. Like I got to go see the judge, but I can tell you my officer parole's up. Keep parole. Like what the [ __ ] I don't want none of that [ __ ] Probation is the farthest I'm going. And I'm going to [ __ ] fight. I'm going to fight back, bro. >> Isaiah, I'm going to fight back. Isaiah, so if you don't mind, can you step out? >> No, I'm not stepping out, man. >> Why not? Why not? >> That's why. No, why would I give you my keys? >> Okay, Isaiah, listen. All right. So, I'm not going to I saw you driving, okay? We're going to be beyond that. I don't care about that, okay? You're suspended. I'm not going to give you any tickets or anything like that, all right? We're going to leave your car here. We're going to try to make sure if they're okay, if we can leave it here, but unfortunately the thing is you're going to have to come with me cuz I got to take you to King County. >> For what? >> Cuz you have a warrant. >> I'm not going to King County. >> All right. >> They all They already got a lawsuit coming. So, if y'all want another one for for for walking up on me like >> Okay, well, we'll then you could do that later on, but >> doing nothing later on, bro. Give Give me a ticket or or or something and don't >> I'm not I'm not I'm not going to give you a ticket. I already told you I'm not going to I'm not going to give you a ticket. >> He's being cool. He's saying, "Look, I'm not even going to give you a ticket for driving on a suspended license. We're just going to deal with the warrant." That's cool, dude. That's he should take that deal. >> To get me out this vehicle. I don't need a Now, if I stepped out if I stepped out bro >> Isaiah, we have a warrant. There's a warrant in our system and it's valid. >> All right. >> I've already talked Don't open my door, bro. >> Isaiah, you're going to have to come with us, okay? Okay? >> I'm calling my lawyer. >> Okay. >> my lawyer. >> I do not I do not >> In the meantime, we're going to snatch you out of the car. >> You do with this. >> Listen, hey, dude. All right. >> But you you y'all just rolled up [ __ ] with me. I >> I don't I don't even know I've never met you. >> today? Sunday? >> Yeah. >> I can't go. >> Well, you're going to go tomorrow morning to court. >> No, cuz I have [ __ ] to do tomorrow. >> Okay. >> Well, then All right, y'all don't pay my bills. >> Okay. >> You need a warrant to go in my house. Need a warrant to get me out this car. And when I pull off And when I pull off, you can pull me over. But, you're supposed to give me a citation. That's what it is. >> Yeah. >> Not not not >> Okay. >> Okay. The thing is >> You know nothing about the law, so uh this is uh this is what's always funny is guys like him start telling us what you can and cannot do and what should and shouldn't happen. As if they're experts in the law. >> You have a warrant for my arrest. >> Listen, Isaiah. >> A warrant for what? >> It's from traffic offenses. >> Can you show me the warrant? Can you show me? >> I don't have the the copy of the warrant, okay? >> That's why y'all That's why we are failing. >> It's in the computer, okay? So, Isaiah >> Bro. >> You're going to have to come with us, okay? So >> I'm not going nowhere. >> Make it as easy as possible, all right? I'm doing you a favor by not giving you a ticket and I'm not towing the car, >> I wish y'all I wish y'all would >> So, you'd rather have the car towed and pay $500 fee and go to court again to cook crack. You're going to get another charge on top of this, which is We're making this easy on you, man. >> No, you're not. >> do what you you were saying you don't have a warrant, but we do have a warrant. That's all it is, man. >> No, you you could say that [ __ ] You need to show me the warrant. >> We do have, yes. From dispatch. All right, it's from King County. >> I'm going to show y'all some papers. >> All right, let's not reach in the backpack, Isaiah. >> Oh now now now now you Now you're coming over here threatening me. >> How am I threatening? >> Yes, you are. You walked up on me, bro. >> How is that threatening? >> Like I swear to God I I swear to God >> Listen, if you have a warrant, a suspended license, don't drive around with your top down, so they can ID you real easy. Don't drive. You're not allowed to drive. Fix your stuff. You can fix it in 1 day. >> Isaiah >> Keep on. >> Can I talk with you? >> What? >> Listen, we have a warrant for your arrest. So, whether you like it or not, you're going >> I'm not I'm not I'm not Isaiah. >> You just gave us your driver's license, man. >> Don't play games. >> Okay? Cuz then you're going to just catch another charge now. >> Bro. >> And instead of going to King County, you're going to go with us. >> You asked. You asked, that's respect, but that's as far as I'm going. That's Y'all want to see the the government ID? What? That's that's That's what it is. >> Yeah. >> Time to >> You walked up on me. That's that is That is a >> Listen, Isaiah, let me Let me Let me explain it to you, okay? Listen, you drove I saw you driving your car Your Your car's registration hit off my hit off my Yeah, and it came back you're the registered owner. >> Is there a lot of sheriffs and [ __ ] too? But see, they see me I I hit the I hit the hazards on them and and everything. I'm trying to I'm trying to do this. >> I already told you. I don't give a [ __ ] I don't give a [ __ ] about your suspended license. I don't want to give you tickets. I don't want you to get another court date. I don't want to tow your car cuz that's $500. I understand if you're struggling and everything, but the thing is there's nothing >> So write me a ticket. >> Listen, I I don't want to, but the thing is I can't do anything about this warrant, okay? >> That That's what that is. It's a >> So I'm doing you a huge favor right now by not giving you tickets, towing your car >> And you write me that citation. You had You You need to go to court. Here's a ticket for uh What? What? What? My registration's bad? Or is it >> It just says traffic traffic offense, so that's why that's why >> So y'all y'all y'all updated me because I don't get no mail. >> Okay. >> That's that's like stalking and [ __ ] >> Well, then >> Sending you mail and [ __ ] that's weird. Like anthrax [ __ ] Y'all Y'all don't know how easy it is to [ __ ] up. >> Isaiah, you're going to have to come out, okay? Don't let him go. Yeah, there we go. Drag him out. >> Touch me. I swear You ain't going to do nothing. >> I don't want you coming with us, okay? Snatch that phone out of his hand, too. >> You don't have to touch my >> Yeah, we do, though. >> And my keys? >> Okay. Uh-huh, good. Isaiah, come on. Isaiah, come on. Now he's going to catch a resisting charge with >> the judges will probably kick loose anyway. >> I'm going to the station. >> Isaiah, stop. You're not going to get out. >> breaking and entering, bro. >> not. Okay, listen. >> Yes, you are. >> All right. Get out of the car. >> Bro, bro. >> It's hard to get people out of a car. I don't know how they just love you know, wedge themselves in there. You have to go like brute force. Yank him out of there. >> You getting more than you need to be, okay? >> What? What? >> Get out of the car. >> Dude, let's go. What are we doing? What >> Yank him out because he's got a phone in the other hand. So, this is the best time cuz he can't he can't grab onto the steering wheel. He's going to have to pick up either drop his phone and grab the steering wheel or But, yeah, yank him out right now. >> Bro, Isaiah, come on. >> Bro, y'all have to give me time, bro. >> You don't get to choose. >> You don't get to [ __ ] choose, bro. >> Come on. Let's go. Isaiah, stop. Just get out. >> Don't touch me. >> Stop [ __ ] trying to help you. >> Now you got this. >> Give me the phone, bro. Bro, you walked up on me, bro. >> Isaiah, come on. >> You're going to have to taze him. >> Isaiah, get out. >> No. >> Isaiah >> Don't [ __ ] >> to bite me. You tried to bite ME. I SWEAR TO GOD. >> BREAK MY [ __ ] PHONE? YOU BREAK MY [ __ ] PHONE? >> OF THE CAR >> Call Big Mama. >> What is she doing? >> Isaiah >> She should snatch that phone right out of his hand. >> car right now. >> Call Big Mama. >> Get >> See, this is why you snatch the phone out. You don't need him calling anybody to come over and you don't need Big Mama coming over. That's for dadgum sure. Here's another adult male probably calling his mommy. Um as if they're going to save the day for him. >> Get out of the car. >> Isaiah, if you >> Isaiah, don't [ __ ] touch me. >> Isaiah, get out of the car right now. >> And then are you cool after you make the call? >> Yep. >> You're going to make this one call and then you're going to listen? >> Mhm. >> Promise? >> Yep. >> Okay, make that call. You're going to have to stay right here with you. >> I'm shaking, bro. That's not good. >> for you, man. It's not good for anybody, man. We're going to give you more charges, dude. Why you do that? >> No, I don't I'm not. I'm not. No, get in my [ __ ] GET THE [ __ ] OUT OF MY CAR. I DIDN'T ask you to get in my car. >> Just make the phone call. Come on. Come on. >> Bro, stop [ __ ] touching me. >> Isaiah, come on. Stop. Stop. >> No. No. No. I'm going to [ __ ] report this, bro. >> Come on. >> And I got a torn ACL. I'm not coming out of my car. >> You want to catch more charges? Let's go. You're coming. >> YOU WALKED UP ON ME. THIS IS UNLAWFUL ARREST. >> LET'S GO. >> Here comes the taser. >> Come on. >> Get out or you're going to get tased. >> Go get the Go get the property manager. >> We don't need to do this. >> YES, YOU DO. >> There you go. You got his other hand now. Now, pull. Pull a leg. >> Come on. Bro, Isaiah, get out. >> Taser, taser, TASER. GET OUT RIGHT NOW. >> GET OUT. >> TASER UP THE BOY. DO IT AGAIN. DO IT AGAIN. DO IT >> BACK UP, BACK UP, back up. Back up. >> Back up, back up, or you're going to get it again. Get out now. You are under arrest. You're going to get tased again. >> Get out. >> Get out. 2 1 TASER, TASER, TASER. GET OUT. GET OUT. GET OUT. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> OKAY. >> [ __ ] FIGHT. >> I'M NOT FIGHTING. STOP FIGHTING. I'M UP. STOP. >> I KNOW THEY SAY THEY'RE they're They say they're not fighting, they're fighting. Trust me. I've been in these situations hundreds of times. They're fighting you. They're pulling their arms out. They're doing all sorts of stuff. >> I need stomach, bro. >> I'll be honest with you, sometimes these are easier with just one. Like if it's just me, they're sometimes easier cuz to control because when you got all these dudes pile in the polyester pile up, it can get a little tough. But, it's also a lot safer, you know, the chances of them getting on top of you and beating you up are a lot I guess slimmer. >> All right, boys. I'm done. >> I'm done. >> Damn, you made it sporting, bro. What the [ __ ] Why'd you got to do this? >> Bro. What are you doing? >> Are you cool now? Are you cool? >> I always wanted to be tased, but what the [ __ ] >> [laughter] >> I don't know if you heard he said he always wanted to be tased, but WTF? >> Come on, y'all too much. >> You're too much. >> Bro. I have the right to travel, bro. And who's who's who's charging here? >> I am, bro. I've been trying to talk to you the whole time. >> Bro. >> Why'd you go like that? >> Seanburg, man. I got to I knew I was going to have a problem with y'all, man. I'm like, y'all. I want to sit down. My knee is torn, bro. Just let me stand up, bro. >> It's a big boy. >> But, you know. That [ __ ] don't work, fine. Why don't y'all go to the city and try this [ __ ] Why y'all make me do everything? What, you think I'm going to run? Stop making me the [ __ ] bad guy. Like you think I'm going to do this? You think I'm How How about you watch and learn? Here. Okay. Cuz we're in the sun. I can get no [ __ ] time. And probably, yeah. >> No, HE'S JUST MAD AS HELL. >> That's the problem. He called Big Mama. Now, Big Mama showed up. >> Because he hates police. That's why. That's why he's agitated. Exactly. But they didn't give you THE RIGHT TO STOP him for no reason. So, what was the reason you stopped >> Big Mama, you know nothing. You don't know as a matter of fact, Big Mama, get on out of here. I I would just tell her straight up, you can take off right now because this is not your call and we're not going to explain to you you what you led this to your son's arrest. We're not going to do it. >> Up here. >> What? >> That's all we wanted to >> Isaiah was charged with possession of a controlled >> I kind of wanted to see him deal with Big Mama a little bit more. >> substance after police found 1.7 g of a white powdery substance >> sense. That makes sense. So, he's got cocaine, but it's the police's fault. It's the police's fault, I guess. And a blue grayish tablet, probably fentanyl. >> in his car driving on a suspended or revoked driver's license. Possession of cannabis less than 10 g, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, and resisting or >> See? What did I tell you? Insurance. No insurance, he said he did. Probably got suspended cuz he didn't have insurance. So, he could have crashed into any one of you and then what? You're out, your insurance pays for it, but not his. He's got no insurance. And he was sus- suspended. You'd be suspended. You'd be the first one to say, "Why was he on the road?" Uh I would say this this old boy needs some time away to think about it. He's clearly not getting how being a contributing member to society works. Let's put him in jail for 6 months. Let him think about it. Uh especially when you got cocaine, possibly fentanyl, cannabis, all sorts of stuff in the car, and then uh Big Mama shows up and then I understand why he feels entitled to be able to act uh that indifferent and disrespectful towards law enforcement. Um, so, yeah. Well, he's going to have even more of a disliking for police after being held accountable on this one as well. He got tased, so he got a little bit of street justice in there. They got him in cuffs. Thought they did a good job. Um, and honestly, all this is avoidable if you just do follow the law. That's it. Really that simple. And then when you if you're given commands that you comply with those commands. That's that simple. I'd love to know what you think. Let me know what you think. What uh what kind of punishment does he deserve and how did this uh officers handle it? Um, were they right in doing this? And uh how would you have handled it? I'd love to know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe, and as always, thank you for joining on the videos, and I'll catch you on the next one.
