Like, they're they're being very patient with her. Kudos to these guys. Far more patience. They didn't need to have they She's already left the scene of a crime or an accident. That's a crime >> for what? >> Because you're refusing to give me your driver's license and your insurance card. >> That you can't. >> I Well, I know I can't. >> So, are you refusing to open your window? >> Refusing. >> Okay. So, at this point, you're under arrest. I need you to get out of the car or I'm going to break the window and take you out. >> Why are you pulling me over? >> I already explained that you were past that. >> Shut the [ __ ] up. >> All right. Don't turn this into anything else. >> Don't turn into something. Okay. It's already turned into something else. This We're far beyond the accident at this point. This woman is already He told her she's under arrest. Um yeah, that's far beyond the accident piece. >> It's an accident report. We need your stuff for the report and then you're on your way. >> It's your word against the other driver's word. That's all we're looking at. Ma'am, >> you're making this far too difficult on yourself. >> I understand. >> On yourself. >> She doesn't understand. No, but you just give them your license, your insurance. I need you to step out of the car. >> Why? >> Because I need you to step out of the car because now you're under arrest for obstructing the police. >> You're already under arrest. >> You want to turn that into that? We can turn it into that. >> Just keep your license. Get the insurance. Get Get an ID. Whatever you got, just provide it. It's Monday. We're not trying to make it any more difficult than I am. >> I didn't do anything. >> Okay, now you're doing something. Give us your license and your insurance card so we can get this on the report and get you the hell out of here. >> Right now, you reach in, you unlock the door. I think that's what he just did. reach in and unlock it. Snatch her out of the car. To me, she looks like she's under the influence of something. Probably alcohol, maybe marijuana. There you go. >> Why are you open? >> I'm not going to touch my >> But I need you to give your driver's license and your insurance. >> I am, but don't touch my charge doing that. >> I've explained it to you already. >> It don't matter. [ __ ] act like it. >> So, you need to act like it. Don't touch it. >> Give me your driver's license and your insurance card. >> Man, what a what's up? >> That's it. >> You want to take me to jail? Don't touch me. >> Don't Don't step in my face >> at this point. Just step. >> So, she says, "Don't do you want to take me to jail? Take me to jail." And then they start to put hands on. Don't touch me. Well, you go to jail, you're going to get touched. Exactly. >> What are you saying? >> Don't grab my >> Got a wrist. You got a risk. No, you got it. Bobby, you're not letting it. >> Stop resisting. >> You a dumb [ __ ] >> Stop resisting. >> Ain't nobody resist. position. >> You just You must be a You must be a rookie. You must be a rookie. >> You must be a rookie. >> The [ __ ] out of my face. You feel good. You feel good. You still got a fight. >> All right, >> [ __ ] Got it. >> I got I got I got >> No, it's the other way. I got I got >> Come on. Let's go. >> Got to stand up. Okay. Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Bam. Roll it to your knees and then come up on your feet. Yep. Come on. Flip your shoes on your feet. >> You want your phone? >> This your phone? >> Yeah. >> All right. Step up if you want your phone. Step on your shoes. >> [ __ ] y'all. >> That's fine. >> I ain't doing nothing to y'all. >> That's fine. >> That's fine. Put your shoes on. You want them or no? >> She definitely under the influence. >> You ain't [ __ ] Ambulance route. All right, go ahead and get in. Come on. Have a seat. Stinks. >> Leave me alone. Y'all have no right to arrest me. >> Ouch. >> Hop in. Let's go, >> man. Get me the [ __ ] out of here. Y'all have no right to arrest me. >> We got to get in. I'm going to go around the other side. >> No, you don't. >> Drag her butt in that car. >> Let's go. Come on. >> There you go. There you go. >> That's what I'm talking about. >> One for obstructing Lincoln 23. >> Here comes the crying. It was >> just tough talking just a few minutes ago telling him to take her to jail. >> Tony, if you can roll a toe for one, please. I'd tow that and put a 30-day tow on it. Um, somebody was the victim of her, runs into him, that's an accident, but I think she's under the influence, so that's now all of a sudden changes it. I could be wrong, but um, she certainly ill, you know, showing signs of it. And then, uh, resists and obstruction and being rude and, um, so disrespectful. And this didn't happen to go this way. And they were more than gracious with her. >> Two for one. >> Are we all right? >> Yeah. Yeah, we're good. >> This was this all be part of a defensive uh extreme course. Just a take out. >> Can you hear? >> Yeah. >> Investigating a hit and run. >> Okay. >> She's having a bad Monday. >> I don't know. She was going in the glove box for that, but >> totally a car for hit and run. You got back here. Yeah, I >> think it fell off at some point. >> I was I just That's I didn't know you had one, so I was just sitting here like >> here. I have a >> So, you may be thinking, well, they can't search a car. You can search a car incident to arrest. Um or you can also do an inventory for the tow vehicle. So, you're going to have to go through the car, do an inventory, document anything that's in there. Oftent times you will find drugs or you will find other things when you do an inventory, but you've got to do an inventory in case they try to say later on something was stolen out of their car. Um, you have to document that it was in the car when it went to the towyard >> wrist. I had to transfer the wrist over to >> I knew it was going to come to that. I could just tell right away. >> No, I'm glad I showed up. I'm sure >> did a good job. >> Yeah. >> Was 24. >> You gave her so many commands. I mean, there's 24 >> having a bad day. >> Yeah. >> All right, we'll get her down there. >> 24 united. What am I getting arrested for? >> Well, you see what you did back there is like all sorts of not good. Okay. >> And I think you know that. So just listen. >> No. What am I doing? >> It's called obstructing. >> The fact that she asks over and over and over and over and over again the different things, the same thing for the same answer is a sign that she's probably under the influence of something. >> The police. I mean, we can go a whole different route if you want with resisting. You kick the sergeant. We could do that. But we're not we're not going to do all that unless you act a fool down in the jail. Okay? So what we're going to do is listen to me. We're going to go to the Juliet Police Department. We have to take your fingerprints and your picture and then we're going to release you. Listen to me. Just listen to me, Britney. And then we'll get you out of here on an eyebomb. We'll take you back to >> Or you can go sit at the Will County Jail. >> This girl was just tough talking. Oh, take me to jail. Now she's back there crying. >> With no bond. There's your options. Okay. This started from a simple traffic stop >> and and you could have just went with the program. >> Yeah. Right. >> Right. >> But you didn't. >> Okay, that's fine. Whatever. >> So, I I'm just explaining to you why you got arrested. >> Bullshitting because you can you can still be cool, but you decide not to. >> Well, she not being cool. >> If that's true, >> so the cops have to be cool, but she doesn't have to be cool. Okay, got it. Oh, well, she's probably intoxicated. She was rrestling with us a little bit. She was in an accident, hit and run, refusing to get out of the car. So, >> all right, Britney. So, we're going to take inside fingerprints, pictures, and if you're cool with that, I'll take >> I promise you I will, but you got to promise me that you'll be cool with us. You just got to take your picture and fingerprints. >> You're going to get retracted in. down an hour >> cuz I did I do anything? I don't want to go to jail. I >> No, we don't want you to take you to jail. This is just a misdemeanor. That's [ __ ] ass. >> Okay. >> So, I'm not going to jail. >> No, this is the police station. This is I'm not going to put me in jail. >> Look, you're on camera. You're on camera. Okay. I can't lie to you on camera. >> Yeah, I'm dead ass. I got to get some picture >> fingerprints and picture and then we're got to do >> You're not going to take my I didn't do anything. >> You're under arrest. That's part of the booking procedure. >> Look at the emotional roller coaster she >> y'all not y'all going to put me on. >> Do not walk your way into a felony. Okay. Don't do >> refusing this is a felony. We're trying to get you out of here. >> We ain't trying to do this. >> All right. Felony aggravated battery. Obstructing justice. So clearly she didn't her attitude did not improve once they walked inside the station. Um leaving the scene of an accident. Like I told you before, that's a misdemeanor crime. So, they already had probable cause to uh put her in cuffs at the beginning anyway, and they were being very kind and gracious with her driving on a suspended license, resisting. It seems to me like the break that she caught was they probably did not process her for the DUI. So, additionally, she received $1,600 in citations, 1620 to be exact. She refused the booking procedures. Obviously, she didn't want to take her picture and all that, so she was sent to the county jail. She got a $50,000 bond. slash she has to put up 10% so $5,000 to get out. So Britney, really simple, guys. It's simple. Don't drink and drive or don't drive under the influence. Don't leave scenes of accidents if you do get into an accident. Um and then um all you have to really do is comply. That's it. Be cool. Don't be don't be a [ __ ] Don't be difficult. Don't be disrespectful. This all was dictated by Britney today. The cops were being very kind, very gracious. I think this would have ended very, very different had she just been uh given up her ID and her driver's license. At worst, she may have be caught a DUI, but now she picked up some felonies to go on top of it. So, learn the lesson from Britney. Don't behave like Britney. Uh, and you won't have problems on a traffic stop. So, let me know what you think, whether Britney deserved what she got. Uh, make sure you comment and make sure you like and subscribe as well. And uh we'll catch you on the next video.
