We're also shining the light trying to look and see when they're reaching across the car, what are they reaching for? Um, are they reaching for license? Is there a gun in there? We don't know. So, that's you see her flip on her light. Um, but when they roll that window down, that's the best time to catch any odor of alcohol or marijuana that might be coming out of the car. This is our 1017 from yesterday that ran. >> Who ran? >> What ran? This is my car. >> Who ran? >> Who ran where? Who ran where? >> I don't know what a 1017 is. Maybe a pursuit. >> This is a traffic stop. You ain't going anywhere. >> Oh, okay. Just making sure you know. Roll down this window, please. >> You don't go down anymore. >> Okay. >> Who ran? >> Whose vehicle is this? >> It's mine. My mom. >> Can you roll down that window, please, and shut off your music? >> Wait, what do you mean ran? >> That window don't let down. Can >> None of the windows go down now all of a sudden. >> That that back window. >> Okay, that window right there, the passenger side window. Can you please put it down? Cuz my partner's on that side right now and he's trying to speak with you. >> The front window. I'm not talking to you right now. >> The front window don't >> Okay. Do you have your driver's license, registration, and insurance? >> Where your registration at? >> So, it looks like it's the girl in the back. It's her car. >> 94. We are 1074. >> What are you looking for? They're just asking for registration. >> Okay. >> It's the insurance. >> Whose vehicle is this? >> My mom. >> It's your vehicle. >> No, it's my mom. It's mine. Yeah, I paid for it. >> Okay. >> Who's it registered to? >> My mother. >> Okay. >> So, that window right there doesn't roll down at all, you're telling me? >> No. No. Now. >> Okay. Who lives here? >> I said my cousin. >> Your cousin lives here? >> Yes. >> What's your cousin's name? >> Barbara. >> Barb. Barbara. Bubba. >> Bubba. >> Mhm. Bubba >> all the way on the bike. He always ride a bike. >> What address are you at right now? >> I don't Why you supposed to know everybody address? >> I'm just asking. What address are you at right now? >> Right there. That's 15 15. >> Did you need this? >> Yep. Whatever paperwork you have, I'll take >> I don't even want to open that. I don't I can't. But >> you just went through a driver's license right there. What was that one? >> That wasn't a driver's license. I I just saw it. There's an ID. >> ID. My sister. >> There's an ID or driver's license in there. Yeah. Yeah. Who's driver? >> Anybody got a medical marijuana? >> You do? >> No. >> Oh. Does anybody have a medical mariju card in here? >> So, she's probably asking because they probably smell odor of marijuana coming out of the car. >> Felicia just had one, but she's not. We That's just dropped out. >> I'm sorry. I I can't hear you. >> Felicia did have one, but that's who we just >> Are you Felicia? No. >> No. Okay. So, so Felicia, who was in here, had a medical marijuana card? >> Yeah, that's who we just dropped off at. >> So, is that why is is that why you think I'm getting the odor of marijuana? Is that what you're saying? >> Does she does she does she normally carry marijuana with her? >> She smell marijuana all the time. >> Okay. Was she smoking? >> By the way, this is the first time I'm seeing this video. So, when I told you about them cracking the window and smelling for marijuana, I had no idea that this were that this was part of this video. >> Your car before She was just in. We was just sitting out the side of the shop. >> No, I'm just asking. Was she smoking marijuana in your car? >> She was The door was open. She was standing outside the car. >> Mhm. >> Yeah. What's up with the cornstarch boxes? >> I eat cornstarch. >> You eat corn starch? >> How do you eat corn? >> Hold on. It is unsafe and not recommended to eat large quantities of cornstarch, especially raw, due to significant health risk and lack of nutritional value. Well, put uh body cam files. starch and just >> if you eat that in front of me, I might throw up. >> Please don't. >> Please don't do it. >> But do you all eat it? Cuz she's got one up front here, too. So, ma'am, what what what's your first name? Nquavia. >> Nquavia. What? >> Nquavia. I just had it. My >> I don't even know how how would you even spell Nquavia? N U Q U A V I A >> probably an apostrophe in there. Yeah, >> probably a W. >> Bank card. I didn't ask you for your bank card. >> My bank card. I didn't say I'm looking for my bank card. Okay. >> What are you looking for? >> With my bank card. >> What is that? Oh, >> what's with your bank card? >> My license. >> No, no, you're good. >> Irritating. >> Can I ask you what you're looking for? >> I just told you my license. I'm just keeping an eye on the driver here. Can you see if this rolls down, please? Cuz I mean, it's it's very >> We'll just get her out. >> It doesn't roll down. >> Just get her out of the car at this point. >> These two That's the first these roll down. >> Okay. All right. Hang tight here. Okay. She keeps digging in that first. >> She's asking what the original stop is for. >> Right. And it's for the brake light. >> Only this top brake light is working. The rest of the other brake lights were not working. She breaks in front of me three times and I didn't see the second brake light. She keeps digging into that purse over and over and over again. >> The same one that we got the >> the same purse that we got the stuff out of. So, um, like I said, I'm getting the odor again coming from the vehicle. She said that her friend was just in the vehicle and her friend smoking. >> So, are you good with us taking them out or? >> Absolutely. >> I'm going to have her sit up. I'm going to have you step out of the vehicle. Okay. >> Okay. >> But I need you to do it now. All right. >> Okay. I heard you. as long as it's taking her to try to find whatever she's trying to find her license registration. And this all of this is a stall tactic, which means that and it's al also a sign of of deep decreased motor skills um and and brain capacity at this point. So, she's showing signs of impairment and uh that getting her out is the right thing to do and and start processing her for possible DUI. >> Why? But why am I stepping out? >> You're stepping out of the car because I'm getting the odor of marijuana coming from inside of the car. >> I just told you >> I asked you I just asked you to step out of the car. This is exactly what I was trying to avoid. So, please step out of the car. >> I was just saying y'all y'all did >> lock the door and step out of the car. No. We're not doing this. Open the door and step out of the vehicle. >> You saying you >> Navia Nquavia, I have every right to do what I'm doing and I'm asking you to exit the vehicle. >> You smell marijuana? But how would you how would you smell mar if we >> You just admitted to me that there was somebody in your vehicle who was smoking in your vehicle out there. >> Open the door and step out. You're just prolonging the process. >> This is crazy. Like I I don't feel the need cuz I don't even have That's crazy. Oh, >> she's refusing to get out of the car. >> Nuavia. >> Nuavia, I'm not asking you. I'm telling you to get out of the car. >> I'm only going to give you a couple of more moments to get out of the car. Do you want me to break the window to get you out of the car? Because that's going to be my next step. >> Yeah, I'm just following my >> I'm just I'm just letting you know. Keep an eye on her, please. Samantha, >> break it. Will >> you please step out? Look, this isn't going to go away. >> No, I'm not. We're not doing this. >> But you you do your thing. Samantha, will you please step out of the car and speak to us? >> Okay. >> We're not just you've given them plenty of commands. >> You got to bust the window. >> We just had a video like this on the Panal County Sheriff's Office where they busted the window out of the guy's truck. They gave him the commands. He didn't follow the commands and they had to remove him from the truck. And they have given this gal plenty of commands. They have probable cause already because of the odor of marijuana, um, traffic infractions and, u failure to produce ID as of yet. So, they have every right to to remove her from the vehicle. And they gave her the opportunity to get out the right way. She chose not to. So, now let's see. I hope they they take action quickly. We've seen far too many body cams where it's over and over and over again, which allows these folks to think they're in charge of the traffic stop. >> Stop reaching for stuff. >> Don't get out yet. >> You just hang tight. Okay. >> Right now, I'll be right. >> All right. It's 3:30 in the morning. I don't think your lawyer's going to answer the phone. >> She ain't got no lawyer. >> You need to step out of the car. You need to step out of the car. >> This is not going to stop. You need to come out of the car. >> I just feel like I'm being harassed right now. >> You're not being harassed. You're being asked to exit the vehicle. Nobody's harassing you. >> Okay. Even if she's DUI, she's probably going to get a ticket. Doesn't even probably go to jail and goes home with a DUI and a court date. Um, but this is turning a much making it a much bigger problem. >> Get out of the car. This is not going to go away. You need to get out of the vehicle. >> No, I'm not backing up. Open the door. >> Back up for what? >> I told you to get out if I want to get out. >> No. Open the door and I'll back away from the door. You need to get away from the door. >> I am not backing up. >> Get out. I am not backing up. You are making me worry about what your next step is. All you need to do All you need to do is open this door. That's all you need to do. >> That's all you need to do is open the door. >> All you That's what's going to happen. And you're going to get property damage if you don't open this door. >> She going to get property what? >> Is this your mother's car? You may want to talk to her because the next step is I'm going to break this window. Break it already. No more threats. >> Is that what she wants me to break it? >> But what is wrong? >> The window can go down. >> Okay, you need to get out of the car. I'm not asking you. I'm telling you to get out of the car. >> I feel like I'm being >> Okay, we're past that. We're past with the harassment thing. >> Can you please back up now? >> I'm backed up. Get out of the car, please. I'm about to tell >> I am backed up enough. Get out of the vehicle. >> I don't want to hit you with the door. >> Okay, you're not going to hit me with the door. I promise you you're not going to hit me with the door. >> She said she don't feel safe. >> I don't feel safe at all. That's crazy. >> Step over here. >> Oh no. >> Step over here. Do not start walking away from me. >> I thought you said step over there. >> Put the phone down. Put the phone down. Put the phone down. >> I'm going to hand my phone here. Grab my phone. I'm not. >> Don't even be aggressive cuz I'm not even being aggressive at all. >> Right now, you're being detained cuz you're not paying attention to any lawful orders that are being given to you. So, right now, you're being detained. >> Okay, that's fine. All I >> You chose this. I didn't. We're going to go over to my car over here. >> Okay. Which way? >> Oh, that way. >> Right now, you're just being detained. All right. >> That's fine. It's okay. >> Right here. >> Sarasota. >> Do you have anything on you? >> Florida. Oh, >> hang over here. >> Don't start pulling away. That's all I'm saying. >> I just leaned against the car. >> I'm not doing that. >> Not doing what? >> Don't reach. >> My pants are falling. >> Listen to me. >> Y'all be You already >> I don't know if you caught it, but the cop had a little tiny baggie in her finger. I don't know if Let's see if we can go back and see. Right as she's opening the door. Look at her. Look at right here. >> She has a little baggie in her hand. >> Right there. If you look down there, she got a little baggie. So, I don't know if they found something or what the deal is that fell out of her stuff or I don't know. But >> see what happens. >> Doing that. >> Not doing what? >> Don't reach. >> My pants are falling out. >> Listen to me. Y'all be you already listen to me. You're really over. >> All you need to do is listen to what I'm telling you to do. That's it. If you do that, this will go smoothly. >> Okay. >> Okay. But the minute you start fidgeting and doing other things, >> all I did, >> we're going to have a problem. >> That's why I got my I'm just letting you know. >> But you see how big my pants is. >> Pants ain't the only big thing. Miranda, >> that's not my car. You ask me why you asking anything in the car and why you said Miranda? What that mean? Your body cam on. >> My body cam has been on since the beginning. Since I asked you to exit the vehicle and you refused to exit the vehicle to get mad. >> My body cam has been on this entire time. >> You calling him. But what do when he said is there anything in the car? You said Miranda. >> What that mean? >> Why you calling me like that? >> She just got her check. I don't want my search. >> You What the You balling me now. What did I just say? Like you on my I said if you literally just listen to what I'm telling you to do, we're not going to have a problem. >> I've never had nobody search me like that. >> Okay. >> Then you got my croc showing >> these short seat right here for now. >> Can you loosen up this this puff right here, please? >> Okay. What's in >> Yeah, there's a baggie. >> No, we're No, we're not. We're not loosening up anything right now. You can't even put your foot in. >> No. Nope. Not right now. Just put your foot in. >> Good. I like this gal. I like this cop. >> When I'm done with my investigation, I will help you out. >> Can you just stand there with her in case she please? Thank you. So, this was on her. >> Yeah. >> Looks like some shake on the bottom here. >> So, this looks like a possibly MB. >> Where was that at? >> It was inside her person. She was reaching in the the >> got a little torch. >> She was making part of uh too. >> Got some swishers. >> Why she didn't want to exit this car? >> No, 100%. >> So, >> Aqua was charged with two felonies. Possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and driving while licensed sus >> and then moving traffic violation driving while suspended. >> Habitual offender. In January 2024, the judge withheld adjudication and placed her on probation. But by early 2025, Bequaza violated her probation. A >> what? Bquaza. That's not even close to Nquia or Nquivia. >> Nquavia. Nquavia. But it's Bquazia. [Laughter] >> Warrant was issued and she was taken back into custody on February 7th, 2025. She admitted to the violation and was sentenced with modified probation terms and additional court costs. >> So to explain that, she does all this, violates probation. Judges keep giving her breaks. February, she gets she admits to the violation and probation modifies it, but basically just leaves her on probation with some extra costs. >> Her case remains closed with over $900 in unpaid court fees. >> I doubt that she's going to pay these fines. Um, she has a she's a habitual offender on driving without a license, drugs in the car, but these judges continue to just give them probation. I mean, I understand probation when you have somebody that's out working and and supporting a family and you want to uh try to keep them out there as much as possible. But when you have folks that are just continuing to break the law, I just don't understand why the judges can't hold them accountable and teach them a lesson. Um, clearly this lesson is not it's she's not learning her lesson. So, Bequazia Nquivia, whatever her name is, um, probably needs some jail time more than probation. And, uh, we'll see. I'm sure this won't be the last interaction she will have or had so since then. So, let me know what you think, what you thought of this one. Uh like, subscribe, comment, and uh we'll catch you on the next one.
