Why would you just tell her to go to the bathroom with you? What do you have something on you? Be honest. Be 100% with me. Why would you just say, "Hey, come to the bathroom with me?" >> All right, everybody. Welcome back. We got another video for you. This one comes from Body Cam Files, and it is Lady with a warrant gets busted and loses it. I haven't seen it. Let's go. >> At around 8:00 a.m. in Palm Beach, Florida, police conducted a traffic stop on a blue Toyota pickup truck for running a stop sign. >> Hello. >> Oh, sorry to stop you. So, the reason we stopped you was cuz you rolled through that stop sign back there in the plaza, just so you're aware. So, unfortunately, this vehicle hasn't been registered since '21. We I mean, we're going to have to tow the vehicle. >> Right now? >> Because Yeah, because it's The vehicle's not been registered for a very long time. >> So, look, first of all, I'm I'm a minimal government guy. I think a lot of the stuff we have really kind of is, you know, a burden on us, taxes, all that stuff. I Vehicle registration helps pay for roadways and all that junk. I get it. So, but there are a lot of states that actually have requirements. Arizona used to have a law that said that the officer shall tow it. There was no If you didn't tow it, then the officer was actually in potential violation of the law. It has been since been changed to say that you may tow it, which I like cuz it gives you a lot of flexibility. When you say shall, like for example, this car, there's a dog in there, there's a bunch of crap in there, and clearly, you are This is a a big impact for her, um if you take it all, and you got a lot to deal with. So, this is why I like may versus shall, but she This officer may not have a choice or deputy may not have a choice in this situation based on the law. >> You've no proof of insurance. We can't just let you keep driving this vehicle all around. Okay, well, we have we can't just let you keep driving around. We can't contact the owner. The vehicle It's not just that. It's that this this vehicle is not registered. It's not been registered for several years. It's why why was it not registered before? It's How long have you been driving this vehicle? Since It's It's not been registered since 2021. >> How are you doing? >> So, unfortunately, we I mean, you can You can take whatever you want from the vehicle. Okay, but it's not just about that. It's about So, if you if you can get the vehicle registered, you'll be able to pick it up from the tow yard, show that it's registered, and you can pick it up. What? Is this your license? You just said Okay, but you just said she has my license. Do you have a license? You don't have a license? All right, please step out of the vehicle. >> It's getting It's getting better. >> We're just going to have you step out so we can talk to you out here. >> The dog spazzed out. >> Not right now. No, you cannot. Because right now we're doing a traffic stop, and you cannot leave until we've concluded with the traffic stop. Just you can use the bathroom when we're done here. Just if you could step out on our side. >> I have to go like go go. >> Okay. Well, we need to talk to you first. So, if you could step out of the vehicle. >> Are you going to arrest me? >> Right now, no. That's not the plan. Just step out of the vehicle. >> Here's the deal. You need to come out of the vehicle and we're going to speak to you at the back of the back of the truck. That's it. Okay? We're going to figure out what's going on. But, in the state of Flor- But, listen. The state of Flor- >> So, I I get the sense that that this is the FTO, the training officer, and that she might be an OIT based on how the tone in her voice and all that. I could be wrong, and I apologize if I'm wrong, but she seems like a trainee. And this is her trainer that now has come over to the other side and is like, "Hey, lady. Well, this is how it's going to go." >> We as officers have the right to order you out of the vehicle for our safety >> officers >> and to continue with our investigation. There's some things going on here that we're trying to figure out. Okay? So, we need you to step out. Listen, we can turn this from a little thing to a real big thing, okay? >> There we go. There we go. >> Thank you. >> the bathroom, please. >> Uh we you can do that in a second. Just step out right to the back here with her, okay? All right. Just come back here. >> Okay. So, you just said that that I don't have your driver's license. >> Are these sisters? Hold on. Let me take a peek here. From Oregon. They look like twins is what they look like. >> I heard you say it. >> Right. >> So, I Are you aware that if you give a false name, it's a lot more serious? >> I I'm not giving a I She She carries >> Oh, boy. >> Who is this? >> Me. >> This is you? Yes. Okay, why did she say that you had her license? >> So see, we got a fingerprint scanner and we and we scan your fingerprints. That's going to be you. >> Should be me. >> Should be me? No. No. And either it is or it isn't. Not it should be me. Should be me means you're trying to get one over on us. >> It should be. We got a fingerprint scanner out here and we take your fingerprints. That's going to be your driver's license. >> Yes. >> You're sure about that? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Okay, that's better. But I don't believe her now. >> Traffic 22. >> Traffic 22 also? >> Yeah, 22 also. >> Your Bravo 3155 traffic 22. >> I agree with >> Let her call the traffic out and then she's going to search you, okay? No, no. >> Do you have a quick ID? >> It's not her birthday. Why would you just tell her to go to the bathroom with you? What do you Do you have something on you? Be honest. Be 100% with me. >> What? >> Why would you just say, "Hey, come to the bathroom with me?" >> She probably has to go, too. >> Well, she she's an adult, she can talk to you. All right. Is it going to because >> Cuz she probably has to go, too. >> You're going to take off running from us or something? Or are you going to destroy our evidence of some sort of crime or something like that? >> What the [ __ ] >> So if you consent to a search of your person, >> Yes. Come over here. This side of this vehicle. Put your hands on the vehicle. You're consenting. >> You consent to a search of your person. >> Search Search me. I have nothing on here. You guys want to search me now? >> Okay. You good? She good? >> to walk around here. >> Okay. You guys want to go to the bathroom? I think they're coming in there already. >> Just slow down. We're not We're not getting it. I have already explained it to you. I'll explain it again. That vehicle has not been registered since 2021. >> By the way, that's 3 years. The rest of us pay The rest of us are registering our vehicles and paying at the fee, but these two don't have to. And then you know that if they just leave, they're not going to do it. The problem will persist. This can't be the first time they've been pulled over. It's actually a misdemeanor, or it was in Arizona. I think they've since changed it, but it was actually a misdemeanor to have um expired out-of-state tags in Arizona. So, if you had Oregon tags in Arizona and they were expired, um it was a misdemeanor. I think Frank told me recently that Friday is with Frank told me that they've since changed that law recently. >> All right. That's not how these things work. We don't have any money to get it out. All of our stuff is in there. Okay, well, then you should have ensured that the vehicle was registered. >> They got to be twins, right, Dayton? >> No. >> They sure look alike. >> When we conducted the investigation, or it's my sister. >> I don't know. Just wait here. >> Do you need help? >> Yeah, just stay here. They're just walking the dogs. >> Something's up with this girl, this lady. >> Can we just leave, please? >> Not right now, no. >> Here's the thing, you're We were conducting a traffic stop, okay? >> Right. >> That means you and your sister are detained until we uh finalize this traffic stop, okay? All right, that's why you're you're you're not free to move around. Okay? We're going to restrict your movements. So, now that you've gone The dogs are gone. You guys are going to be restricted to this place. Do what we tell you and go where we tell you. All right? For your safety and ours. You understand? >> What are we waiting for? >> trespassed from the park over there. Both of you are? Oh, both of you were? >> Yeah. >> Okay, so this is an ongoing problem. They were trespassing from the park because they kept probably parking in the park. How about you two go get a job and you start actually paying for that instead of just being bums out there on the streets. This is we can't have you loitering in parks and driving around and not following the rules when everybody else is. They look like very capable women that could go out and find jobs. >> times? >> No, they just trespassed. >> Oh, she wasn't there but I was there. >> Okay, you were there that first time? Okay. And you're What's your first name? >> Heather. >> Heather? Okay. >> Look at them looking at each other. I mean, this is there's a connection between twins, let alone identical twins like this. Who knows? That's that's much more communication than the average two people would be having. >> Can we just leave? >> No. We weren't This truck cannot drive down the road. All right? And there's going to be citations and stuff. So. >> And the truck's getting towed. >> I'm just being transparent with you so you guys don't have to worry about what's going on. >> Can I actually go to the restroom? >> No. No. >> I I I have to go. >> Can you just wait a few minutes? >> I don't think she can wait. >> I just went. >> I mean, you didn't have to go 5 minutes ago. >> Yeah, but I'll bet you did now. I just woke up, you know, it's morning. I don't know if you know what happens to the body in the morning, but >> You're fine. >> go. Hey, you. We're going to search you. >> Oh, that's fine. >> What do you want? Can you keep yourself >> Oh, Heather. >> No. I have to go again. >> Okay, we're just We're doing one at a time, so >> Oh, come on. >> Okay. >> Don't play this. I would just make them both stand there. I'd be like, at this point you guys are We're not playing this game anymore. Oh, boy. >> Why? >> Uh-oh. >> Why? >> This is Heather. All right. >> Caved to the wrong name. >> I'll get you out. >> See, now she's saying, "Heather, I'll get you out." >> Listen, sit in the car now. Sit in the car. I'll get you out. I'll >> You're going to jail, too, sweetie. >> 31, we have the other MPC. >> Oh my goodness, did she take her pants off? >> I'LL GET YOU >> [screaming] >> OH. >> [screaming] >> OUCH. >> [screaming] >> STOP. STOP. STOP STRUGGLING. >> OH, THE STUFF WE SEE. You got this chick I don't know if she took her pants off somewhere along the line when they went to the bathroom. They They come back, she's got no pants on, and she's fighting THE COPS. >> RELAX. TAKE A BREATH. >> [screaming] >> WELL, THIS BAD? YEAH. THIS BAD? OH, YEAH. YEAH. That's pretty bad. She crapped. That's what she did. She crapped all over. I thought she had crap up on her shirt. And she had crapped all over his leg. That's disgusting. You want to gag. Yeah. And my both of my shirt. At least there's that. Oh, man. We would have so much fun with that. We'd be like, "Hey, what's up, Doodoo? What's up, Doodoo pants?" >> [laughter] >> We could come up with some good nickname for him. Mr. Officer Doodoo. Something. Look at these two guys. They're yucking it up because they know when they get back to the station, this will be all over the place that he got crapped on. Do I have to sign a form for this? My my my mental state. >> [laughter] >> This dude's like, "Get out of my face. I can't look at you with Doodoo all over you." I am a [ __ ] magnet today. That is what we call people. If you're a crap magnet, you are you always get into stuff. There's guys that just have this knack. They're always just They show They're always into stuff. And this guy is a literal crap magnet today. >> She's charged with resisting without violence, providing a false ID, and driving with an expired license for more than 6 months. She was found to be indigent, and adjudication was withheld. >> So, I guess if you're poor or you crap on officers when they arrest you um that that makes you free of any consequences. So, the courts found that the defendant was indigent and they withheld adjudication. >> On all three charges. Let's hope she's able to get her license situation fixed and get back on the road with her sister. >> You know, like I don't think she should go to prison or anything or jail. I mean, she should go get booked in. I'm not saying she needs 6 months in jail for what she did, but I mean to withhold it and just say you're poor, you're indigent, so we're not going to hold you accountable? These are two capable women, but they have just decided that they're just going to be bums, I guess, and drive around without following any of the rules. They've been kicked out of parks, trespassed. Seem like nice enough ladies, but then again, I at what point she turned around? I wish I we had the other body cam when she decided she's going to crap all over the officer and take her pants off. I don't know. But, anyway I'd love to know what you think. Uh The craziest stuff happens in this job. That's why it's so fun. All right, comment, like, subscribe, and I'll catch you on the next video.
