Uh, keep start call. >> Are we taking all that back obviously or how do you want >> I don't know about Yeah, that's what I'm going to ask him. But >> I don't know if >> all of that stuff. I know. >> Um, not see what he wants. Yeah, I'm trying to see know what it is. Do you want this one? Nope. The outer ring. Use the blur. >> The blurb. Yeah. >> It's like inventory log. >> Yeah. >> Does it say Does it say a business or anything on there? >> On this? >> Yeah. goes back on. She had a money counter and uh and then the one it's like an electrical cord like all their Yeah. [snorts] Yeah, that's probably the one then. And then there's there's two bags. One is just uh packaged. Um looks like marijuana. Um all right. It's going to be like >> It's going to be like 200 pieces of uh 200 pieces. [snorts] I will if if he says so, um I haven't asked him about the all these products yet. [snorts] Um let me see what he says. If he says it's his business or if it's somebody else's and then uh I'll let you know if he says it's his or if it's somebody else's. I'll let you know if that changes anything. >> Yeah. >> Oh, all right. Let me see what he says. Uh, as far as the money, the money that's um in the plastic bag, the one by his feet, the one that looks like business, and then All right. Um, and then the the money that's on him, that's cash. I'll just book that down with him at the jail then as part of his property. >> Okay. All right. I'll let you know. Thank you, sir. Hey, brother. This uh Cali plug, is that your business or is that somebody else's? >> Somebody else's. >> Somebody else's? >> Yeah. >> Whose business is it? >> Um my my buddies. I don't know the guy personally. >> You don't know the guy's name? >> No. >> Is he the one paying your checks or No. >> Yeah. >> He gives you like a regular W2. >> Nah. >> No. He just gives you cash or what? >> Um no. Sometimes they pay me in u what you call cashiier checks. >> Cashiers check. >> Yeah. All right. So, you don't have like a pay stab or anything? Um, >> no, not for not for that company. Okay. >> I got pay stubs. >> Oh, for a different job? >> Well, I'm I'm a music manager. I got my own record label, too. >> Okay. So, when you said you just got paid, was that the record label job or correct? >> Or this one? >> Uh, the record label. I just two pictures for two artists just now. >> So, Cali plug, that's not your business. That's a friend of a friend's business. >> Yes. And you don't know that guy's name. Who owns >> No. >> Who's all All that marijuana is not It's not yours. It belongs to the whoever owns Cali Plug. >> Yeah. I don't know them personally. >> You don't know him personally? >> No. >> Okay. Um, what about the money that was on the floor in that plastic uh bag? That sealed plastic bag that was on the floor beneath your feet. >> Is that your money or is that Kelly Plug's money? >> No, that's not That's mine. >> That's your money? >> Yeah. >> What was that for? >> That was $1,000. >> The one that was on the floor in that plastic wrap. >> What was that? >> I just got paid too. >> He paid you in cash? >> Yeah. For the work. And he paid you $2,000 or $1,000. >> Yeah. >> All right. So, you got paid the 2500 that was in your pocket-ish >> and then >> Yeah, cuz I what I do is I'm I got a record label. >> Okay. >> So, I was just at the studio right now with two of my artists. We get two features for two artists >> and that's how I got paid for that. Now, the >> for the two artists you did that's how they p they paid you in a ca in a cash a sealed plastic bag like that. >> No, no, no. That was the money that was in my pocket. No, I'm talking about the one that was on the floor in that plastic bag that that was sticky closed. >> Yeah, that was from the company >> from Cali Plug. >> Um, I'm not sure if it came directly from them, but I got paid through the person that I work for. >> Oh, so who's uh Do you know the money I'm talking about that was on the floor in that plastic bag that was sealed with like sticky? >> Yeah, that's how I got paid for the day. >> So, you're saying that's your money? >> Correct. I got paid for the day for that. >> Okay. Um, so you don't have any money that belongs to the business in the car? No. >> What happened to all the money from all the sales? >> Uh, that goes to the company. >> Yeah. You don't have any of the cash on you? >> No. >> You already dropped that off to somebody or >> Yeah, that goes out that goes out the same day when we close. >> Okay. So, all the cash in the car you're saying is yours? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All righty. Hang on one second. Thank you. No problem. So all the product is going to go back to the office. >> Um I believe all the rest of the stuff can stay here in the car >> ledger including >> I didn't me clarify then before we leave. I didn't I don't remember asking for sure about the uh hey sorry um so I know all the products going to come back with us. So, what about there's the one box that has the um the [snorts] cash register, the money counter, the uh the log from the sales, the iPad, and the and all the uh bags and stuff. That's like their business, all their business stuff. Do you want that coming back for safekeeping or you want that in the car? >> Copy that. Then that's coming too. >> All right. Safe keeping. >> All this [ __ ] >> All this [ __ ] That is going to be >> outrageous. >> Maybe once they see it, they'll change their mind. >> Uh that is going to be outrageous. >> Well, at least this one maybe it'll just be like box of business equipment. >> Yeah, >> because >> Yeah, it' be insane. Like >> 16 rubber bands. >> I know. I know. That's crazy. Like that would be insane to to have to separate all that out. But none of that is like contraband or anything. It's all just like bags and >> yeah, >> [ __ ] extension cords and [ __ ] So I think that that's fine. At least whatever. If they want it, he can have it. We'll book it. That's what he wants. Um this one's going >> um so I mean just I only look through at the top just make sure there isn't. I'm assuming there's not, but make sure there isn't any guns or anything in there. Anything that's not just marijuana. >> Just look at it so we can all look at it. >> Make sure there's not money. It's all just products. All right. Good. You want us to go book the body so you guys can start on this or that's what you want to do? >> Uh yeah, if you're willing, I guess. >> Jam it out. >> Um so he's going to go on the felony warrant out of San Bernardino and we add charge everything else. >> Oh, I would assume the gun charge is going to be the worst one. >> Think so. Think the bum for that? >> That's a question. It's an MR for felon for the gun, right? I think we just had that. >> Do you want to do a criminal history? See if he's a prior convicted felon. I know he has a felony warrant, but it doesn't mean he's convicted. >> I don't I don't think that's going to matter. I think the gun is an MR anyway. Magistrate review. >> So, because we just had this one. Um I think the the unregistered concealed firearm is in magistrate review, so they're going to hold them anyway. So, we can deal with the rest of the charges later. It'll be It'll be Yeah, I don't remember the section. I'd have to I have to look it up. Watch your snap there, brother. [snorts] >> No, you're done. Um, we It's got to be It's got to be Mad Street review. There's no way it's not. >> Yeah. >> Um, so it would be that plus a misdemeanor 2,800, >> I would assume. Right. You were right behind us, right? >> It was just >> northbound turn. He was what, one car back. >> Yeah. >> At the light. The light was green. He made the right, jammed northbound probably 50 60 uh the left turn [snorts] and then straight into here and then he he got lost and then tried to he tried to make a U-turn and he got blocked in. So misdemeanor 2,800 uh was it.1 A for misdemeanor 2,800. Uh the two warrants >> and The vehicle was registered just in Arizona. He said, >> it wasn't stolen. He had paperwork in there for his name. >> Evidence or safekeeping? >> Safekeeping. >> Copy. >> The gun is the only thing that's going to be evidence. >> So, no HNS or anything like that. Cool. >> Um, I believe so. >> Are you going to Pokemon intent or you just going to recommend? >> I think I think >> just the gun and then if they if they want to add or we can do that later with the ad. It doesn't matter. It's probably going to be >> $125,000 warrant like >> Yeah. And he's and the the unregistered concealed firearm is going to be is going to be the big one. It's got to be. So that plus the warrants and then whatever other charges we can do in the report. That's fine. We can deal with that later. >> Um if that's what So >> you just want the warrant and the unregistered concealed >> unregistered concealed and the misdemeanor evading. Um, I have him verbal only also. So, he gave I mean I don't think he'd give a name that has two active warrants, but he had no no form of ID other than He had no form of ID on him. He had no wallet on him. >> Can you photo? >> Yeah, sure. And um let me see. >> Trying to think about anything else while we're here. >> You want me to do it on yours? >> Yeah, go for it. on the head of his. >> Okay. Um, yeah. And then somebody's gonna have to help transport all this stuff because we can't with him back there. >> Well, we were going to take the body for you. >> Oh, that's right. Sorry. Yeah, we can take all that. And then we'll take those two bins. The other two bins. Um, grab your body. >> Remember to search my auto cup. And like I don't know the misdemeanor misdemeanor evading that's going to be that's going to be nothing. I think just leave it just do it as the gun and the warrants. >> Um and then we'll I'll add it on the report for the evading. Cool. >> And then whatever else that ends up being >> Yeah. Great job. You guys were just right behind us. >> Oh, we were we were doing green notes on the uh linger on southbound. You put it out. >> Yeah. >> And he was just kind >> I know. We're close. And I was like, that's got to be a fake plate. Like there's no way that's a real plate. It didn't have the month or the year. I'm like, there's no way >> there should there should be a seal in between the two sets of numbers to >> Oh, in New York. I didn't know that. We don't see we don't see too many New Yorks. I was like, there's no way this guy got Supreme as a license plate. No way. All right, that definitely >> um Okay. Uh that sound right? So, just the concealed firearm, the misdemeanor fading I can do in the report. Trying to make sure we talk about this before we leave. And then the two warrants, the two warrants and then the the felon uh they're the felony gun possession concealed firearm in a vehicle and registered in a vehicle. >> Yeah, the three felonies and then we can do all the rest of the misdemeanor charges on the report. That's no big deal. Uh, he doesn't need no med clearance, no use of force. >> So, the car came back clear, right? I never got I never saw the return, but >> it's came back. All right. >> It's just unregistered. >> Yeah. >> Unre, but it's in Arizona. Said, right? >> It was expired out of Arizona. How far expired? >> I couldn't get a month and year. >> There's no plate on it. >> There's no plate assigned. >> Yeah. Like I was thinking maybe like uh you go to his their inbox, he's back to you. >> Come on now. Don't mess with me. Well, you can't scroll down on this thing. Is this it? Registration status. No registration found. insurance carry no policy expired permit. There's a prior plate. So, he Well, if it if it's not registered now, I don't think that I don't think it really matters anyway. But there was that um the sale paperwork in here. Did somebody Oh, this one. So, that's That's him. He's Miguel. He said it was his girl's car, but that's >> that's him. >> Him. Miguel. >> Just bought it a couple weeks ago, >> so he didn't fill anything out, but he signed it. >> He dated it. Oh, there's his Is that his 27? >> Is that 1968? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> You got that off the computer? Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, all right. So, he That's him. So, he bought it. So, it's all registered to him. Well, it will be eventually. Um, okay. So, he's good to for that to be his car, but it's I mean, it's just O, I guess. Just check the box for the uh >> for the 22850. This one. >> Check that box. So, he has to get it registered before he can get it out. >> I guess it's just no registration. I wonder if was it a [snorts] salvage or something? Maybe that's why had to be replayed or something. Uh sir cash was on his person going with him. >> Yes. All the cash is get Oh, all the cash is going uh with him per sergeant. >> The other >> Yeah. So I think it was about five grand. >> Um if there's a if there's a problem at the jail, then just bring it back and we'll book it for safekeeping. No, you just have we just have to >> I I've never had that much, I don't think. >> Yeah, I think it's like >> I know it's like over 750. They'll make you >> they'll make you book it different, but uh yeah, if it's a problem, no problem. Just bring it back and we'll book it as um safekeeping at the office. >> Um and I guess try and keep them separated if we can because this one was the plastic bag. If if they won't take it, >> if they won't take the money, >> um Got it. If they won't take all the cash, Sergeant said it was okay to just book it all to him since that's what he's claiming. >> If they won't take all the cash, then try and leave this because this was the one that was in the plastic bag. >> Got it. So, leave that with him. >> No. Um, >> property. >> So, I'm saying if the jail won't take this much cash, >> bring that back >> then. Uh, yeah. Or if they'll But that's like three grand, >> right? >> Or two grandish. So, I'm saying >> if if they won't take it, then try and keep it separated. So, we know this was the one that was in the plastic bag and that was the one that was in his pocket. That's all the cash that was in his pocket. >> Um, if they won't take it, which I'm assuming they will. Sergeant said it's okay to book it together if he's claiming it's all his cash. >> Sounds good. Is that your >> Yeah, >> we got the key. Do you guys still have the key? Whoever's here, >> uh, the tow truck got >> Okay, sweet. All right. We're taking Yeah, we should have two >> two boxes in the bag.
