It's called Karen Takes Down Officer Before Backup Arrives. And this is from Midwest Safety. And it looks like body cam. So, let's check it out. >> So, what's going on? This lady right here in number 10, that woman owes me from the last week of February. She hasn't paid anything at all since then. >> And >> Heather. Heather, come here. >> What? >> Come here. >> I didn't do anything. >> I'm going to talk to you about what's going on. Let me ask you a question. >> I love it how she's like I didn't do anything. >> I'm not going to play these games. What's your middle name? >> Marie. >> And what is your social? >> I don't know. Hold on. Wait. I'm not your social. >> I told her I was leaving. >> I That's not my point. I'm checking also anybody that has warrants. >> Okay. >> And I'm going to tell you right now, what is your social? What's your What's your social? I've got your picture up there. So, I'm going to see how often how long it's going to take you to tell me the truth. >> Um, I don't lie. >> Okay. What's your social? >> Hold on one second. Please >> put your phone away. Put your hands behind your back. >> I haven't done anything. >> I'm going to tell you right now. >> I haven't done anything. Please, >> Heather, >> don't make this worse on you. I haven't done anything to get her. That's a lie right there. Stay right here. Don't be walking away from me. >> Sit down. Sit down in the chair. >> Sit down in a chair. >> I will. Hold on. Please >> stop. Heather, >> I'm not doing anything. Sir, >> stop right here. >> I haven't done that. >> This is one where you got to take control of the situation. This cop is being very nice. Um, you've got to take control of the situation. He's already got grounds for believe that a crime is being committed. Um certainly, you know, some worthy of investigation and then potentially as a warrant as well. And then she's on the phone. >> Stay right there. >> There's no reason to talk to me like that. All I did was explain to her that I gave somebody the rent. >> I'm not worried about that. I'm talking >> Okay. >> All right. >> I'm trying to call my dad. >> Stay right. >> She says she gave somebody the rent money last night, but then she also said she was going to go get the rent money. So, I don't know which story it is. >> I haven't done anything, sir. >> Stay right one more time. I haven't done anything until I get what I what I'm looking for, which is I'm investigating what's going on. >> I've got a possible warrant on you. >> I don't have a warrant, sir. >> Heather, >> what? I haven't done anything to be under arrest. >> Sir, >> I'm going to tell you right now. Just sit down and check. >> I told you sit still. >> I haven't done anything. >> And you just hold on. >> Okay. It's all over the news. Everybody sees everything. Let me go, please. >> You're hurting me. >> We have a hard coffee. >> No, you don't, sir. >> What do you mean? I didn't do anything. >> I've been trying to talk to you. >> I haven't done anything. Please, sir. >> Still. >> Okay. You're hurting my arm. I haven't done anything. Please, sir. >> Okay. That's what I You have a confirmed heart. >> Then all she has to do is sit down and cooperate. >> Body cam off. I haven't done anything. >> You got a war. >> He's hurting me. >> You have a warrant. >> No, I don't. For what? Help. If I call my dad, please stop. Stop. You're hurting me. >> That's assault. Help. Help. Stop it. Please give me your hand. No cops. >> Give me. >> She doesn't look like a small cop, but she still probably outweighs. >> I have been hurt before. My body can't drop. >> This is over rent. Please don't do this. Please don't do this. >> So, she's right. It is over rent. Then why didn't you just pay it? I mean, she's kind of been the one that's kind of put herself in this situation. And then she was not listening to the cop. >> Oh, please. >> They're making this worse. >> Somebody with a real gun, please. Sir, I've got a gun. >> I have the wrong person. >> Get on your stomach, Heather. >> Can we talk for a minute? You're hurting me. You're hurting me. >> Soon as I grabbed your hand to put you in cuffs, you started fighting with me. It's on my body cam. >> You're hurting me. >> An arm. >> Roll up on your stomach. >> Can you tell me what the warrant is for? >> As soon as I get you cuffed and in my >> I haven't done anything. >> The cop's been pretty levelheaded about this. >> Let go of your ass. >> She's fighting them off right now. >> Roll over on your stomach. >> Help. Help. >> I swear. >> Which room was she in? >> She was in 10. Is there anyone else in there? Is there anyone in that room? >> No, there's no drugs in there. >> Is there anyone in there? No. No, there's no drugs in there. So, that's a that's a good indicator there's probably drugs in there. >> Ma'am, unlock the door and step aside. Okay. Is that clear? Clear. Room's clear. >> Sit down. >> I'm going to sit in the chair. >> No, you're not. You're going to sit right there. >> He told me I could get up. >> No. >> Police brutality. I didn't do anything. >> Listen. >> Yes, sir. >> I'm Sergeant Deval and this ends right now. >> I haven't done anything. Well, from what I'm hearing on the radio of you yelling and screaming and it's taking Listen to me. >> Got the body cam back. >> You're going to have to knock it off till we find out what's going on here. >> Okay, sir. >> Step over here. >> So, clearly she popped him in the nose and he's got a bloody nose. >> Well, look. Thank you, ma'am. >> Are you going to stay calm? >> Yes, I was. I promise. You got to give me no problem. >> Well, I'll see what's going on here. But I'm going to tell you right now, if I got to get dirty and fight with you, you're not going to like it. >> I don't want to fight. I asked him not to. All I did was I walked out the door. I didn't even know who he was or what he was here for. I just called them and told him I was going to go up the road, borrow the money, cuz I give it to somebody last night that looked like him. >> Okay. Well, that's regardless. Let me talk to my guy here. Are you the real cop? >> You all right? >> Yeah. Bloody nose. >> Are you the real cops? >> I'm in uniform and you're going to ask that question. >> She asked me the whole time. >> And I didn't do anything. All I did was try to walk away. >> That's a badge. Okay. I don't dress like this for Halloween. >> I have I >> look at one of my guys bleed from the mouth. What am I supposed to expect right now? >> I didn't do nothing to them. >> You caused it. >> No, I didn't. >> Look like you popped him in the face. >> Let me see. pushing punch in the mouth. >> Yeah, I think it was just a bloody nose from wrestling with her. >> Dispatch, roll a squad here for uh 44's injuries and we'll check out the >> squad. They called me a facial injury, man. >> Listen, you got my hands are numb. >> You're going to knock it off? >> Yes, sir. I swear to God I wasn't fighting him. >> Thought she said she didn't lie. >> I I was scared. I have problems. Okay. I have schizophrenia and stuff like that. And I haven't >> I think the cops aren't the cops sometimes and I just get scared. >> But I did my time and got released the last time. >> So now, >> will you shut up for a minute and we'll deal with all this? >> You're being uncooperative. One of my guys got injured. Shut up. >> Shut up and listen. >> I'm having chest pains. >> I have heart problems. People don't like always hearing a cops talk like that. But honestly, there's sometimes people don't understand. They only understand certain tone or the way you talk to them. It's sad to say that, but some of them don't understand unless you talk to them that way. >> Now, send a squad here. Check her out. >> You got anything on you? >> No, sir. I don't. >> This is really hurting me and it's cutting my circulation off. I don't have anything. My cigarettes, that's it. >> Check that pocket over there. >> You don't have anything? You don't have a knife in this pocket right here? >> Well, I didn't know what you meant. I thought you meant drugs. I'm sorry. >> I said anything. >> I'm sorry. I didn't I didn't realize. I would have told you. I'm sorry. I'm a female. I was walking by myself. I usually carry one. >> Can you please tell me what the warrant's for? Cuz I didn't do anything. >> Talk to you. >> Oh, go figure. Imagine that. >> What is it? >> Resisting arrest. That's what the warrant's for. >> For what? >> I don't have a resisting. I already did my jail time on that. >> Pay all your fines. Did you do everything you're supposed to with probation? that I don't have probation. >> Well, obviously they issue a warrant for something else. >> They shouldn't though. >> Well, what they should and should not do is not for me to question. Go ahead and fix her handcuffs. So, she does have a warrant. And the warrant was for resisting arrests. So, when she says she doesn't lie, she lied about uh not having a warrant. She had a warrant. She lied about whether she paid or didn't pay. Um lied about not resisting. All of those things. And now here she is resisting again. I need to go to the hospital. Please watch. >> Just hold this hand cuz I'm going to have to loosen it. >> Right now is where you be quiet. Squad's going to check you out. You get to go figure your warrant out. Okay. >> Well, good thing is even though this fell off, >> it was still rolling. You >> all right, man? >> Yeah. I think it was just I either probably bumped myself. >> Have a picture of his injuries. >> Why are there so many calls? >> All right. Thanks. >> I wasn't fighting him. He's the one that hurt me. >> No more questions. >> What did he just tell you? No more questions. We're done. Let the squad come. They'll check you out. We'll go from there. Right now is your time to breathe in your nose, out your mouth, and let it go. >> Can you tell me when the resisting's for? >> You're done. >> I don't have a right to know about my the war. >> Once we get that information, we give it to you. We ask the questions. You don't. You're done. >> Okay. Now, we >> I'm going to make I'm going to give you a hunch that it's for resisting arrest. >> Okay. No more questions. >> I understand. But you haven't seen what happened though, right? >> I want you to stop talking. >> So, what So, what happened? >> I was over there. They were these two were walking towards me and they were just talking about how she owed uh money. Not a big deal. So when she she actually came out of room 10 just cuz they were talking to me and uh I said Heather Hank kite right there. I said I want to talk to you and she for what what's this about? >> Just started 30,000 questions and I said Heather stay right here. I want to talk to you. And then eventually she started getting on the phone and I said watch your head. >> Just hang tight. Mhm. So she gets on the phone, walked to this one this I said, "Heather, stay right here." I don't know, five or six times. I told her, I said, "Stay right here. I want to talk to you." Finally, we made it to right here. I said, "Stand right here." And I'm screaming at her. Mhm. Wouldn't listen. I'm trying to get the hard copy verification. >> So, she starts walking away more and I grabbed her arm. I said, "Hang tight right here." And then I started getting upset and I said, "You know what? I'm putting you in cuffs." She goes, "For what?" Next thing you know, 30,000 questions again. That's when they came across and said there was a hard coffee. I grabbed her hand. The fight was on. She's pulling around, twisting, and everything else. Put her up against that to try to get leverage. Then I put her up against the door because she's still fighting me. And then all of a sudden, I took her down to the ground or and held her there and then she still kept on going. So I held her at the ground until Dennis showed up. >> That's a pretty good recount of what happened to be honest with you based on what I saw. >> I don't No. No. I don't remember getting hit. I honestly think it was just the >> personally I think she clocked him in the face in the first one with her phone in her hand is what it looked like to me on the body cam. >> I honestly think it was the air >> could have been anywhere in that tussle trying to get those. >> She's a handful. >> But honestly, I just think that that's what it is. >> I'm sorry. I wasn't trying to be I wasn't doing anything. I swear. >> Well, you were pretty damn successful for not trying. >> I like you guys. I like cops. Then why' you fight? is I didn't sir. >> You created what happened here. So instead of stopping and being reasonable with the deputy here, then you got stupid >> and it turned into that. >> All I did was go to walk away. >> Now you're going to catch another arrest and you wouldn't comply with him because you should have stopped and talked to him. Instead, you didn't comply with him and then it's a fight. Can you please just tell me if it's an old warrant? Like, what date is it for? Because I >> I don't have it here with me. We get you to jail, you get the copy of it. As of right now, there is a hard copy, an actual paper warrant at our place. >> I don't know what that means. >> Paper. What you write on? Okay. The actual warrant. The actual warrant itself at our office. >> Can I see it like before I go? Like, you should have that. >> No. >> How many times you got to tell her it's the office? >> We got called here on you. If we would understand why >> if you'd shut up and listen. Let me talk. >> I haven't been rude though. I don't know why you're >> You fought one of my guys. >> I didn't fight him. >> The sergeant's dealing with the same obstac. Here's more lies, too. >> He was over forceful. I swear. >> No, he was not over forceful. We reviewed this video. >> Command staff. He was not over forceful. Could have been more in the stand. Can somebody call my dad or my kids or somebody and let them know what's going on? >> You will get that opportunity once you get to the jail after you leave the hospital because you wanted to go to the hospital. She can't move my shoulder. >> All right, that's it. Look, she uh once again when you watch all these videos, you realize it's simply if you just stand there or sit there and let the cop go through his what he's got to do. He's got to investigate her not paying, ask a few questions. She answers a few questions and it probably goes on with, "Hey, you got to take care of this." She did have a warrant. So, that automatically, they already knew that she potentially had a warrant. So, as soon as they found out that she had a warrant, they can't let her go. They got her get her in under arrest and she fought him on it. So, um I think they did a good job. They could have been a little bit more forceful with her. He did a I thought he was nice to her considering the fight she was putting up and he ended up getting dinged in the nose it looks like and getting a bloody nose, but she's going to certainly catch another resisting arrest charge and uh be back in jail is is my guess most likely. So it boils down and I love it how they always tell you if somebody's they're like I'm not li I don't lie. you can bet that most of what they're telling you after that is going to be a lie. And in this case, everything she kept saying was not truthful. So, um, luckily he wasn't hurt. She wasn't really hurt. She's going to go to jail and, um, should have just complied. So, we'll catch you next time. Make sure you like, subscribe, and comment on this post, letting me know if you liked it and what you would have done in this situation. and we'll catch you on the next
