In Arizona, that is an extreme DUI. So, we have .08, extreme DUI is .15 or greater, and then a super extreme is over .2. She is a extreme DUI. >> Oh, buddy. >> Okay, so she got DUI alcohol or drugs, possess I was wrong about the math, but cannabis, yes. Awaiting trial, awaiting trial. So, this just happened in May. So, that's I mean, it's going to She did breath, so typically like blood would take 4 to 6 months to get the results back. So, she did breath, which they knew immediately. They charged her, and now she's awaiting trial. This probably won't go to trial. This will be pled out. Depends on if it was her first charge or not. She may get out of here with a you know, a 24 hours in jail. Um I don't think it would be a ton if it's a first first offense. All right, there you go. I thought they did a good job. Um she was nice, but clearly she was under the influence. Trouble speaking, slurred her speech. I'm sure it smelled a strong odor of alcohol. Balance was all off. Didn't know where she was, was talking craziness. Uh emotional, and then obviously bombed on the uh field sobriety test. And yeah. I love seeing these people taken off the street. I wish they wouldn't drink and drive. I've been personally affected by it. For those of you don't know, if if it's your first time here, I've talked about it openly. Um DUI a guy driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol killed my 22-year-old son, my 11-month-old granddaughter, and my uh daughter-in-law. So, yeah, I have no uh tolerance for DUI.
