You know, we'll we'll notate all of the damaged property and then when the court decides, they'll decide if they're going to restore, you know, provide restitution to the store. Like I mean >> Do not arrest this guy. This guy's not the aggressor in here. He didn't It's Those other two just ran their mouths to the wrong guy. At best, don't charge anybody, but don't charge this guy and maybe charge the other two. >> All right. I didn't see the video, but all the stories match up and um yeah, I mean I guess he's the aggressor, but he grabs the guy by the throat and then the other kid dude attacks him. If you was what? >> I can't answer that, man. All right. There's evidence that you you started the fight, right? I understand that he said that some stuff to you. But you're the one who started it, right? >> Not necessarily. >> And that it depends on how the law is written. There are people can be the the um aggravators in it. Like this other girly boy didn't have any reason to say anything to this guy. But he does. He chimes in. Granted, he's just talking about I don't like Swisher Sweets or those cigarettes either or those blunts either. But he says, "Hey, I don't like you know, I don't like those." And and then he uses the N-word and then gets checked up. And then now all of a sudden that this guy's going to get in trouble for it. Um I don't know. I sometimes I think if we just let men be men again, we might have less problems in this world. >> I the physical confrontation part. >> We got the video. >> Marrying 17. I'll be transporting one male 10-95 to county. >> Especially a two-on-one situation. You're going to have a hard time proving this in court. I don't know. I I would guess based on my experience, this probably gets kicked out. County attorneys don't even charge this. Or city attorneys or whatever they got. >> and they're sending it to me, man. >> The man was arrested and charged with aggravated battery in a public place. >> So aggravated battery in a public place. Boy, I'd like to know what you folks think. What it Who is in the wrong on this one? This is why we live in a soft society. I'm not saying you should be able to go out and do whatever, but these kids should have minded their own business and not run their mouth to somebody that But he you can tell by the way he talks that he he's trying to be somebody he's not, and he thought he would be, you know, cool with this other guy, and that guy was having no part of it. And uh he grabbed his little finger painting nails and and by the neck and and uh started working both of these guys over. And then, obviously, these two would have had to have wanted to aid in prosecution. So, these two should have said, "Hey, look, we got beat up, but we don't want to aid in prosecution. Therefore, in Arizona, it would be mutual combat, and then maybe the criminal damage is the only part that sticks. But I would charge all three of them with criminal damage. They're all three of them are fighting in the store. So, I think at worst, I would have charged all three with criminal damage. I would have said to these two, "Seriously, you want to charge this dude because you guys ran your mouths and got roughed up, the two of you?" Um but, you know, I wouldn't expect anything less from two guys that look less like men than than than they do girls. So, anyway, I don't know. I I I This is one of those cases where I actually hope the uh prosecuting attorney looks at this and says, "Nah, we're not going to charge this guy.
