Karen was formally charged with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest, reflecting both the gravity of her physical acts toward the officer and her reluctance to obey lawful directions throughout the interaction. With such a crazy situation, the comments that followed after the video was released are also noteworthy. I will never understand why people ignore officer commands and then yell bloody murder when they get arrested. Her brain processes like a 1997 computer, all slow and confused. Dyutif, I wasn't expecting her to sound like that. The lesson from this situation is that the woman's refusal to cooperate and her resistance toward the police only made the matter more serious. What a stubborn Karen, right? If you enjoyed this, subscribe to Law Frame for more content. Stay tuned because the next Karen reacts even more aggressively. >> Stop it. Stop. >> I'm trying to talk to you. I'm trying to help you out of my [ __ ] house. I never asked you to come inside. >> On March 24th, 2024, due to a domestic dispute, police were summoned to a residence. >> Angie over on the couch. >> Yes, it is. >> Okay. >> Miss Angie, can you tell me what's going on? >> Ask him what's going on. I'd like to speak to both of y'all. >> All right. We'll speak to him first. >> All right. Stay right there. Let's step over here. >> The cops started interrogating her husband since the lady wouldn't comply, but she halted and tampered with the procedure. >> Yeah. >> By the way, you guys are not allowed in greenhouse. I just invited him in. >> I I'm telling him he is not invited in. >> Okay. >> He He invited me in. So, we're good. This is You're cool with me being here. >> No, he did not invite you in. >> I did. >> I did invite him in. >> All right. If you want to invite him in, come here. Let me show you something. Let me show you. >> Yep. >> That he has. >> Will you tell me what's going on? No, since you he invited you in, not my guns, but the guns that he has. And where did you put them? >> I'm not telling you where they are now, cuz I think you're >> No, you tell him. >> Can somebody tell me what happened? >> Don't tell me. You tell him. Since you invited them in, you tell him where your guns are. >> Found her going through the safe and had all the guns out. >> Okay. and she's had some as soon as that happened. So, I try to grab them all as much as I can to get them out of there for safety. >> Okay. Okay. >> What is four bullets that she had in my >> You can take all [ __ ] guns. >> Okay. >> I never even wanted them, nor do I need them. >> You bought one. You wanted it. You liked going to the gun range. That's the only other time we ever used them. >> That's the only time you ever took me there. I It It It was kind of a patch 22 at that point. >> Miss Angie, what led to you calling the police tonight? >> Because my husband was going through the guns. >> I was >> all the guns. >> I was >> Yeah. I didn't walk in there. >> What? What did you do with them? >> I hit him. >> She refused to provide the whole narrative when police attempted to interrogate her individually. >> Tell me what happened. >> Nothing happened. >> Then why' you call? >> Because my husband was going through the gun safe and hiding everything. >> Okay. >> Why would he do that? I can't speak for him. I can't speak for him. >> I'm just asking for your perception of the >> I I can't speak for him. >> I'm just asking for your perception of what >> and I'm saying I cannot speak for him. >> Okay. >> Did anybody put hands on one another? >> Anybody hit each other? >> Yes. As a matter of fact, he did put hands on me. >> What did he do? >> Why don't you ask him? >> We will. But I'd like to hear it from you if you would be the victim if he put hands on you. >> Ask him. Why won't you tell me where he hit you? You'll tell me he hit you. >> He He He didn't hit me. He grabbed me. >> Okay. >> And forcefully held me down. >> Okay. How'd he do that? >> With his arms. >> Okay. >> Where did it happen? Did it happen in in the house with where all the guns were? >> No, it did not. >> Okay. What happened? >> What do you mean what happened? >> I'm asking you what happened here tonight. What made you call the police? I asked I just told you. >> Okay. You have not told me the rest though. People don't just grab people without a reason. >> Go ask him. Ask >> I can't tell you why he grabbed me. Go ask him why he grabbed me. >> You can tell me why you think he might. >> I I have no idea. Go ask him why he grabbed me. Let's go to jail. >> You going to tell me your name and birthday? >> Let's go to jail. >> You're not going anywhere right now while I conduct the investigation. >> I am going to jail. >> No, you're not. >> Yes, I am. >> If you start fighting me, you're going to go to jail. Come on. >> Get away. >> Stop it. >> Stop. >> I'm trying to talk to you. I'm trying to help you out of my [ __ ] house. I never asked you to come inside. >> You called. >> The cops were then compelled to take her into custody. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> No, I'm not. No. >> Turn over. This Karen was charged with disorderly conduct for her disruptive behavior in a public setting, as well as resisting arrest because she acted violently and defied officer's directions during the arrest process. Many people commented on this circumstance and the girl's reaction in the published video. I'm not even married to her and I want a divorce. She thinks she's smart. First problem, she thought she could bully the police the way she bullies others. The takeaway from this case is that collaboration with law enforcement is essential in conflict situations. What an unyielding Karen. Please subscribe to Law Frame for more articles if you like this. The next Karen will react much more violently, so keep an eye out. >> Get out of the car. >> Out of the car. Out of the car. >> Out of the car. >> I am not You're not >> Get out of the car. You don't have an option anymore. On January 15th, 2024, a car parked illegally in front of the police department was seen by an officer. I can't get on because I don't have irons. >> Ready? >> Here we go. >> Ready? >> You are foolish. >> The real police wouldn't do that. >> Well, if you would have uh talked to us at the police department, we wouldn't be in this situation. >> I didn't double lock. >> Afterward, officers requested that she perform a sobriety test, but she repeatedly denied being intoxicated. We're going to run through some standardized field sobriety exercises. Okay. I have no alcohol. Listen. >> Okay, good. Very good. >> No alcohol. >> No drugs. If I had drugs, I would be acting like a drug addict. I would be acting like I'm drugged. >> Okay, Rachel, I'm actually going to move my car real quick. Just watch it. >> All right. So, I'm going to read you the instructions, right? You're just going to do as I say. All right. If you have any questions, uh, just ask. This Karen was formally charged with driving under the influence, fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement officers and several traffic related offenses, which included the unusual violation of illegally parking her vehicle directly in front of the police department. This is indeed a chaotic situation, isn't it? Let's examine what viewers have commented on after the video was circulated. She definitely has that deer in the headlights look to her. She could have killed someone. Oh my goodness. No, I could smell the alcohol on her breath every time she breathed all over that poor officer. The lesson from this situation is that driving under the influence and refusing to comply with the police only made matters worse. This Karen is already a mess. To follow more cases like this, please subscribe to Law Frame. So, what about the next one? Let's keep watching. >> Put your hands up now. >> Put your hands up. Come to me. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. No. What? >> Why am I supposed to be scared? You're the one. >> No. She came in my face for >> You need to learn how to Quit. Quit. >> What? >> What? >> What? You scared? What? I'm going to call the police now. What? >> Why am I supposed to be scared? You're the one who's flinching. You're the one who's getting down. You're the one who's thinking you can actually hit me. >> Is that the only one you have? >> No, it's this one too where that's >> Is this after? >> This is the second one. Okay. another. >> You're the one in my life. >> Is that the only two? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Although the woman tried to justify herself, the footage revealed her violent behavior, prompting the officer to seek input from another officer. >> I just need your opinion. So, he's a legend that >> my face. >> This is a sister. >> Yeah. The other face. >> What are you getting my face for? You need to learn how to [ __ ] quit. [ __ ] quit. >> All this started because the the sister was going to take him to work. They start yaying back and forth about the sister being pregnant and being a freeloader and whatever. Well, the mom is taking up for the sister. >> Yeah. I mean, that's some punched over. >> Yeah. I think that's a little out of the realm of reasonable when it comes to that >> physical discipline. Yeah. I was about to say is that corporal punishment right there? Is that what that is? >> But in this in this instance, he would be considered a juvenile, right? Since he How old is he? 17. >> He is still a juvenile. >> Yeah. >> So you possibly >> Let me show you in the first >> He brought out a knife. >> Mhm. >> Yeah. It's at the very end. Look at your goddamn highlighted wrong. >> I know I'm never wrong. >> Your sociopath just like your daughter. >> That's what it looks like in the video. Bas [Laughter] me. [Music] [Laughter] >> Oh my god. >> I'm going to You're done. Look at your goddamn highlighted eyes. >> Oh yeah. Oh, you're saying to stab you right there >> like that. I'd go for a knock if that's all I had. >> I think it's all on mom at this point. >> At that point, the woman admitted to her aggressive actions. >> So when I came into the room, I told him to quit and he immediately pushes threatening towards me. So when he then approached me like he was going to hurt me is when I grabbed him because he'd constantly come towards me acting threatening and then he'd back off and he'd do it over and over again. So once he got too far is when I grabbed him and I start I I hit him. I started hitting him multiple times cuz I'm tired of him thinking he can intimidate us because of how big he is. After that, I think Alicia started recording and I don't know what he was doing on my back, but Alicia put his took his hands off my back again. And then he bent over, which obviously I'm standing this way. He's standing towards me. He bent over and grabbed I guess next to his trash can or whatever is to the left of him and pulls out a knife about this long. And then he holds it like that towards me and says, "Yeah." But I had to step back because otherwise I would have had the knife in me. He kept coming towards me and he goes, "Put your fingerprints on it. Get your fingerprints on this on this knife." And I'm staying in between him and Alicia cuz Alicia's 8 months pregnant. Then when he goes outside, he's on the ring camera. He closed the door. We're thinking, "Okay, everything is fine. He's getting out where he tries to storm back in the house." And you can hear me screaming again. >> Get away from her. Get away from her. So then when he threatens me with my job, >> that's his sole goal right now to make sure I get fired. >> Godamn. >> So the only issues that we're having with him is constantly how he acts like this. The other day I found the mainly unconscious in his own vomit because somebody here is selling them off which I've already went and spoke to a chill about that the other day. >> What's he doing to the camera? >> He's ripping it off and he tried to break it and it didn't work. I put it back up there. >> Let me see this again. >> We're trying to beat his >> hip. That's me trying to beat his >> trying to I think you did. >> No, if I really would have hit him whether I wanted to hit him. I don't think he would have gotten back up >> naturally. The police immediately proceeded with her arrest. >> Here's the deal. According to that video, which is the only evidence I have at this time, um, you're the primary aggressor. Okay. You're going to go to jail for battery FBA and possibly cruelty to children in the first. Okay. >> Mhm. >> You got any questions? >> No. >> Okay. Place your hands in front of you, palms together. You have anything in your pockets? lighter, phone, cigarettes. >> Okay, get you on this side over here. >> Uh, who we texting? >> His father. >> I'd rather you not since you're already in custody. >> This Karen was officially charged with simple violence for physically hitting someone else and first-degree cruelty to children for doing anything that put a kid in grave risk. The matter was then sent to the legal system for prosecution. After the video was posted on the internet, people shared their thoughts in some comments. They videoed it and Big Mama is shown to be the aggressor. His mother was absolutely wailing on him. Pun not intended. The mother was definitely the aggressor and the sister videoing it proves that. The lesson from this situation is that family conflicts should be resolved calmly because once they escalate into violence, there will be legal consequences. How do people like her even get a driving license? She does not even know what a post office is called. She is a pathological liar. She knows exactly what she's doing. This incident serves as a reminder that driving while intoxicated, particularly when underage, is exceedingly risky and reckless. What an unyielding Karen.
