Stop. >> Ma'am, I'm telling you, give me a minute so I can breathe. >> Sit down. >> Get your hands behind your back, >> Lindsay. >> That's okay. You don't have to let it. It's honestly ridiculous that these women think the rules somehow don't apply to them. But guess what? Cops don't make exceptions just because someone demands it. At Law Frame, we reveal what happens when ego meets the badge. Let's find out. And when Karens expect cops to make an exception, starting with the first incident. >> Stop. On December 24th, 2025, a white Audi Q7 with expired plates was stopped by a Washington police officer. >> Hey, officer Cops Police Department. Just so we can get audio video recording. Reason for the stop is the childs are expired. >> And the owner of this vehicle has some warrants. Are you Brianna? >> Yeah. >> Are you aware they had some warrants? >> No. >> Okay. I'm going to have you step out for >> As soon as she got out of the car to be detained, the woman strongly resisted, forcing the officers to arrest her. >> We can deal with calling somebody in a minute. >> Any weapons? Anything like that? No. >> Okay. I'm going to put you in handcuffs. Okay. >> We'll grab it. We'll grab it. No, we'll grab your phone. >> Stop. Reach through the car. >> Stop. Hey, open. >> I clearly told you to stop. >> Okay. >> Why did you do that in the other hand? >> I got one to eat. >> Can I get my purse? >> Go ahead and stand up. >> Yep. >> Can I grab one? >> No. Thank you for my >> You injured? >> Yeah, I'm injured. >> For what? >> I'm on my way to the doctor right now. >> Is that why you tried to dip out on me in the apartments? >> No, I didn't. >> Take a seat. Like I said, everything's audio on video recorder. Okay. >> For what? I have I can feel your I feel like I'm I'm waiting for an emergency. The doctor's bleeding right now. >> I'm not lying. >> You're not getting out of going to jail. You have a Nobel felony DV warrant. You are not getting out. >> Okay, that's fine. >> So, the whole going to the hospital thing is not going to change. Kick your foot in. >> Um I need to go to the hospital though. >> I I need >> for kidney failure. >> No, my knee hurts. You just pushed me on the ground. I need >> While being escorted to the police vehicle, she continuously begged and complained. Just a reminder, everything's audio and video recorded. >> I'm really not Brianna. I didn't know that. >> You are. I looked at your picture. Come on. >> Let's just stop lying. >> I'm not lying about anything. >> You are Brianna. >> Okay. >> You are going to jail for your warrants. >> All right. >> We're done with it. Okay. >> Okay. Hey, sir. Hey, sir. I need Can I have the window down, please? I'm having really bad anxiety right now. >> Yeah, I'd be having anxiety, too, if I was going to jail. >> Um, no. I literally don't feel good. Please, sir, can you roll down my window, please? >> If I roll down my window, are you going to stop playing games? >> Yeah, I'm not playing any games. I >> You've been playing games this whole time. >> No, I'm not. You have been. I'll crack your windows. Something else I got for you. >> Can I make a phone call real quick, please? >> Just to come get my car? >> No. >> Is my car getting impounded? >> Um, I haven't decided yet. >> Hello. >> Sir, >> what? >> Can you talk to me, please? Can you unlock? Can you open this, please? >> No. >> I need to go to the hospital. >> For what? Kidney failure. >> My knee. And I got pushed down. I >> you did get pushed out cuz you were res Okay. I have to go to the hospital. You hurt me. >> Okay. I'm sorry you feel that way. >> We can have the fire department come look at you if you feel that you're injured, but nothing that you've given you've stated is going to be to that level. Look at one of your fire records. Have a name to run for more confirmation. >> Hey sir, can I just outside just stand outside with some air? >> No. >> I'm >> What did you say? Can I just stand outside with some air? >> You got air coming. The wind's blowing, too. Just to >> I need to go to the hospital. >> For what? >> Um, he pushed me. >> He pushed you >> down and it hurts really bad by me. >> Yeah. She wanted to go play games. >> She's not getting out of call. >> Get outside. I need the fire department to come. >> Like I said, the the sergeant's on their way. They'll they'll address that. >> And like I've already told you, >> the hospital game's not going to work. You have a >> I need to go. That's okay. >> Felony, no bill. >> I understand that. >> So, you will be going to jail today? >> That's fine. I need to go to the hospital, sir. So, I'm not for what? >> Because of my knee. I got pushed down and I have kidney failure. I'm on my way to a doctor's appointment. I didn't even prove it to you. >> Okay, just hang tight for now. >> No, please don't roll that down up. Please, I'm sweating. >> She even managed to slip out of her handcuffs and deliberately hid her hands when officers opened the door to question her. Yeah. So went up. I said, "Hey, you're going to step out. We're going to go in handcuffs." She immediately reached for the phone, started messing with it, grabbed her right hand. She dove back in. I couldn't see her left hand, so I pulled her out. I've been looking for her for a while. >> Oh, really? >> Yeah. I probably wouldn't be drinking energy drinks and things if I have kidney problems and various other things. Can I stand outside? >> Not yet. No. Um, I'm sorry, Valley. We use body cameras, so we're being recorded. What's going on? >> Um, apparently I'm getting arrested for some wars I have and I'm on my way to a doctor's appointment for my kidneys and I >> um I just got pushed down and I'm really bad right now. >> Okay. Why did you get pushed down? >> Um because I was trying to grab my phone. >> Okay. Where was your phone at? >> In my car with me. >> Okay. Did Did you have an opportunity or get told not to do that? >> I think so. >> Probably. >> So, I'm sorry you got pushed down. >> Me, too. >> I need the ambulance. >> Reaching for thing. Oh, you need an ambulance? >> Yes. >> Yeah. I'll have a fire department come look at you. What What's the condition I'm reporting to them? >> I got pushed down really bad. >> Okay. Are you injured from that? >> Yeah. My knee and my elbow and I have a broken elbow already. >> Oh, you already had a I have metal in it. Can I please stand outside? I'm sweating. No, we'll get windows down for you. Why are you >> sweating? But I don't know. I'm just having probably anxiety a little bit on top of it. And then I have renal failure. You know, I just said >> So, yeah. >> Okay. All right. >> There's no way I can just stand right here like No. Can we just let the door open? >> I'm good with that. Seat belt stay on, door open. >> That's fine. When you are given lawful instructions, especially as they pertain to reaching, grabbing, or doing, or not doing, those need to be followed because they are given with our and your safety in mind. >> Okay. >> So, I don't know what's in your car. >> No. Yeah, I understand. >> You're reaching for something I can't see. You're not stopping when I tell you to stop. >> Yeah, it could be anything. >> Now, I am afraid that you are reaching for a weapon. >> I understand. If you immediately stop reaching and comply, I have no reason to use any force or push you to the ground. >> Yeah. >> So that's to me is what sounds like occurred. Is is how she's describing it and my explanation of what I would do in our training. Does that match what you were seeing? >> Yeah. She had a couple opportunities not to grab the phone >> and as long as there's one. But yeah, so we'll get them out here. But it's a felony >> order violation, which is domestic violence. If you have to go to the hospital, >> we'll go to the hospital. >> You're going to be seen at the hospital while we wait and then we will be taking you to jail. >> I understand that. You need to be seen. >> Okay. So, and I need to take some pictures of you cuz force was used. So, I'm going to Yeah. I don't have my camera so I'm going to get some pictures. We're going to have this report for your arrest. Are you sticking a resisting or obstructing on her or just for warrants? >> Probably just go with the warrants. >> Okay. So, he understands that while you didn't follow his instructions, he's not trying to be a jerk and stack a bunch of charges on you like resisting, but we're going to go with what we had initially. >> Mhm. >> And do a use of force report to make sure and that means that I'll review videos and all that type of stuff. It'll go chain of command to make sure that what he did was in accordance with our training and the law. >> Mhm. >> Okay. So, are you comfortable leaving the door open? >> As long as we're here. >> Okay. And you know you're under arrest. >> Yeah. Any attempt to leave is going to be an escape. >> Okay. >> Another felony. >> Wow. >> So, keep your butt seat belted and in the car. >> I'm not trying to get in any more trouble. >> Okay. And I'm just trying to make sure you completely understand where we're at. That's all. >> But it's not fair for me to leave a door open and walk away without telling you if this then this. Right. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I'm just making sure we're all on the same page. So, I'll be back in a minute. However, she was caught when they ordered her out of the vehicle for a search and restrained her again. >> I'm going to do full body just to show what you're wearing. And then I can tell you were on the ground cuz you got wet spots from the pavement. Can't like see any injuries. And then elbow. I can probably Which elbow is the broken one? >> This one. >> I The right one. >> Mhm. >> And you think that hit the ground? >> Mhm. It's okay. It didn't really >> But policy says I'm supposed to. >> Okay. >> Tell me if I hurt you. Okay. >> Yeah, that's a good surgery scarf. >> How high does that go? >> So, she's supposed to be wearing these. >> What? Jesus Christ. >> Strange. >> I thought she I thought she was cuffed cuz her hands her wrists were right together. >> Acting as if she was >> Don't like that. smaller of one's gone. I was hoping that >> Yeah, I kept looking and then I was like looking at >> that and I'm like, "Whoa, that was Those ones shouldn't come off as easily. They're a little smaller." >> That's me, the sergeant. >> And you slipped your handcuffs. >> No, I didn't. >> How did >> Were they on you? >> No, >> they were. >> You are not my friend. You will not be at my house for Christmas. >> No. >> Your credibility is in the toilet. >> I know. Hey, officer. The cuffs were too loose and they fell off. That's what I would do. >> Yeah. >> Did you? >> No. >> You put them in your front pocket and act like you still had cuffs on. >> Turn around so I can I'm still going to do my job. I'm just going to do it while annoyed at you. Did you hear? I want obstructing or resisting on top of >> almost an attempted escape. All the statements I'm trying to get out of the car with no handcuffs. >> No, I need to go to We're going to be forwarding you. >> I am overriding his discretion. You are way less than cooperative. Oh, I'm not. >> Sit down. >> You are >> feet in the car. >> No, that was another guy. >> Sit back so I can seat belt you. It >> was from a No, it was >> Turn your head to the right. >> Can I please have a look over? >> You will get the window open. This door is being closed cuz you are an escape risk. >> Everybody has an opinion. And this is also true of the viewers who left comments underneath the video. What an immature, entitled, manipulative snot. Just a horrible excuse for a human. The constant whining is nauseiating. She's so creepy. The energy in that room was toxic. Was she the victim of a mob mentality, or did she get exactly what she deserved? I'll see you in the comments. This Karen was accused of driving without an ignition interlock device, driving with a suspended license, attempting to flee, and impeding police officers. In addition, she had four outstanding warrants for driving an assault, and the lesson is that resisting arrest and trying to escape only make the situation worse. Cooperating with police is always the better choice. For more articles, please subscribe to Law Frame if you like this. To avoid keeping everyone waiting too long, we'll go straight to the next scenario. >> On July 23rd, 2025, the Flaggler County Sheriff's Office stopped a woman after receiving numerous calls about her driving habits. >> Turning into Rodney Hayes's house here on the mahogany. Dispatch has been up. Hello. >> Excuse me. Stop vehicle for me. >> She was discovered by deputies sitting still in the middle of a residential road with an open beer in the center console and no seat belt. >> You see all in the vehicle? >> I was helping him. Okay, step out of the vehicle for me. You're reaching and grabbing for items that I don't know what is. I know one thing was a beer. I don't know what the other thing is that you were reaching and grabbing for. >> Excuse me. >> 325. Do I have 1069? >> Okay. >> Is this your vehicle? >> This is my vehicle. That man asked me to give him a ride for >> Okay. Um, I don't want you going back in the vehicle cuz I don't know what's in there and I don't want you reaching around in there. Let me get your first name. >> Okay. What's your first name? >> April. >> How do you spell that? >> Oops. >> A P R I L. >> Whoa. >> I'm sorry. >> I did. I was drinking and he asked me to bring me to drop him off. And then I was going to go back home. >> Where do you stay at? >> Um, I stay at at uh 20 Oh my god, this is just so I was not supposed to be in this situation. They asked me to give him a ride. >> What's your date of birth? >> 11:2079. Um, my address is >> um, yeah, I Oakland. >> Oakland. Where's that at? >> Um, I live on >> There's not an Oakland drive out here. >> 312 plane. 312 drivers signal one. I need 1069 here for FS. >> Um, also if someone's available, can they make 1025 with uh the witness down the road? >> No, right now we got to figure out this traffic was in a single floor and they're >> No, I can't come call my daughter to come here right now. No. >> So I was >> I can't call my daughter. >> No, >> no, >> no. >> No, >> no. Sorry through until time. >> Right now you're being detained on a traffic stop. We need to do further investigation. There's nothing your daughter can do for you right now. Okay. >> Can I leave? >> Whiskey fox date of birth is 112079. 112079. >> Ma'am, >> you're not going to get your phone right now. If we need to let her know what's going on, we'll we'll deal with that in a little bit. All right. >> Uh I need to let my daughter know. How's >> your daughter? How's your daughter? >> My daughter is 25 years old. >> Okay. So, she's not like a a juvenile. >> No, she's at my house right now. >> Okay. All right. Well, um >> May I >> No, you cannot get your phone inside the vehicle. All right. It's not an option. >> She acknowledged to the deputies that she had been drinking and that she had given a stranger a lift home. >> Let me explain to you how we ended up >> coming to this location. All right, we have >> Somebody asked me for a ride and everything. Can I give him a ride? And yes, I was >> drinking. How much have you been drinking? Um, I I drank three 16oz McLeoop Ultras. >> Okay. >> And then >> what else? >> I'm in the process of moving. >> So, >> can I >> can you get that for me on tilt? >> Can I please my daughter? So, let me explain to you how we uh we came about this. Uh we had some concerned citizens notify us >> of your driving pattern. >> All right. >> Which which they believe that you you may be under the influence. Um >> so they they were continuing watching you, giving our dispatch updates as I was responding to this call. Um, as I uh get into the area, I see you parked. You're sitting stationary in the middle of a road that doesn't have a stop sign or anything >> because the the gentleman that I gave a ride to, >> he gathered his stuff out of my van >> and he went to >> and then he was sorry. >> Okay. So, you're stopped on the in the roadway, which there is no no there's not any stop sign or any reason to stop. There's nothing in there that you're trying to avoid, you know. Um, and you don't have your seat belt on either. >> No, ma'am. >> So, um, that's why I conduct this traffic stop. Obviously, I I come up here. I I see the deer in the center console as I walk up here that you're trying to, you know, hide. And I didn't know if there's any other items or you were trying to >> I really wasn't hiding it. And and I told you that I did have that. I did not hide that. >> Okay. >> All right. Well, >> I told you that, ma'am. >> I appreciate you telling me about it. >> All five of the field sobriety exercises were abandoned by her. >> So, I have reason to I'm seeing indicators of possible, you know, impairment. >> Yes, ma'am. So the next process in in this is to um see if you will perform my daughter and come >> No, that's and pick me up. >> That's not that's not an option. I already explained that to you. All right. Right now we're dealing with this traffic stop and the issues that we got going on with this traffic stop. All right. >> Yes, ma'am. At this particular point in time, um the next process in this traffic stop is me asking you if you'd be willing to perform field sobriety exercises to determine if you're >> okay to safely operate a motor vehicle >> to your presidity. That's fine. >> But I'm not going to tell you that I'm not intoxicated. I had a very bad day and I >> today or yesterday? What day? today. >> Okay. >> Well, I appreciate your honesty. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Yep. I I I appreciate your honesty. >> Um >> but um I can call my daughter to come pick me up, ma'am. >> Okay. Well, we that's not an option like I explained to you at this particular point in time. >> I'm I'm going to do field sobriety exercises. I can't say that you're going or not, you know. So, we'll do the field soriety exercises. We'll go from there. It's one step at a time, you know. >> Okay. Please don't take me to the gym. >> We'll do the field sobriety exercises. We'll >> told you that. >> You said you drank a couple of yours. Three Michallob Ultra 16 ounces. >> Um I I drank three Michelob Ultras and then >> So where do you live at? You said Oakwood. Oakwood is We don't have a Oakwood or Oak Oakland. >> I live at Canam Street. Oh, on can. Okay. >> I'm in Can she on me? >> Okay. >> And I'm just >> Do you live with your husband? >> I'm just I don't know the situation. Are Are you living with them? No. >> We're trying to work it out and everything. Please don't lock me up. I'll have my daughter come pick me up. She's right down. >> Okay. >> Please don't come out. Didn't I remember? Okay, now it's all starting to I dealt with you that one night when you were Yeah. Okay, now it's starting to all like come together now. I was like, I knew the name was like registering a bell. I just kept like and then you said canam and I remember that. Yeah, >> she'll come pick me up. Please don't send me to jail. >> Um, what was going on with that? Anything that needed immediate attention? >> I have not harmed anybody. >> I'm >> okay. So, I'm going to block my patrol car. She said she's willing to do some field sobriety exercises. We'll do it between my two patrol cars on this >> person like I don't >> um this is a 31 house. So we do have to continue to maintain eyes on this place. >> My daughter to come uh that we ask the >> Yeah, I'm not going to drive. No, girl. I'll walk home. >> Is Is this checking your eyes? >> I'll tell you this. >> Okay. Is this checking your eyes all right? This is the first exercise. >> I I've been hit by a car. We don't want that to happen. All right. So, can you stand with your feet together like mine are? Your arms down at your side? >> Okay. >> It doesn't matter. I'm not going to drive. I'm going to get my daughter to come pick me up. >> Okay. >> Whatever you do. >> Can you see the very tip of this pen where my finger is pointing at? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Can you touch it with your finger so I know that you know exactly where it's at? The top of it. >> Yeah. There you go. All right. Put your hands down by back at your side. And what I need you to do is follow this pen with your eyes >> and your eyes only. Do not move your head. Do you understand these instructions? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. >> Don't move your head. >> Can you? >> Yes. I step forward. >> Yeah. Yeah. That's okay. That's all right. >> Reference that female from Well, they're going northbound on Belair from Target. But you guys also need to understand that >> I um >> she's going to be in a gray caddy. Charlie kilo 78 Zulu Bravo CK78 CB 106 the black jersey we're northbound I believe town center >> all right now it's going to go up keep your head straight just your head straight >> don't tilt your head up just keep your head yeah just follow with your eyes >> all All right, the next exercise is the walk and turn. All right, we've got a nice level pave surface. >> So, you guys have to understand that I'm a chemo >> treatment and they took the pallet out of my mouth. >> Okay. Okay. We're just asking you to walk a line here. We're not asking you to >> uh anything. I'll call my daughter and come pick me up. >> Are you willing to uh attempt this? Okay. >> We're just going to stand right there. Yeah. Right. right there. Perfect. >> So, what I need you to do um for this exercise is just put your left foot on the line like mine is. All right. Your left foot >> and then you're going to put your right foot in front of it with your heel touching your toe, >> arms down at your side, and you're going to maintain this position until I instruct you to begin the exercise. Do you understand these instructions? This isn't going to work for me. >> So, whenever um whenever I instruct you to begin the exercise, >> it's not going to work. >> Okay, just just watch me. >> Just call my daughter. >> Okay, just watch me up. >> So, when I instruct you to begin the exercise, you're going to take nine heel to toe steps down this line that way. >> Yep. It's going to look like this. >> One, my feet are going to go that way. >> Okay, watch me. You're going to you're going to walk down this lot. Okay. >> I'm walking this way so you can see me. >> All right. So, that's all right. >> Just call my daughter. >> Just watch me. >> Okay. Just watch me for a second. All right. >> So, whenever I tell you to begin the exercise, you're going to take nine heel totoe steps down this line. And it's going to look like this. >> One, two, three, >> four, five, till you get to step number nine. When you get to step number nine, you keep this front foot on the line. You take small steps around in a circle >> and you take nine more heel to toe steps back. >> One, two, three, four, five, till you get to step number nine. >> Okay. When do I start? >> Keep your arms at your side at all times. >> I'm not going to be okay. >> Watch your feet and count each step out loud. Once walking begins, do not stop until you have completed the exercise. >> I'm not. >> Do you understand these instructions? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. >> Whenever you wish, you may begin. >> Just pull my guard off. >> Remember, left foot on the line, >> right foot in front of you. Don't touch. >> I'm not going to deny that I've been drinking. >> I appreciate that. I just have to safely operate a motor vehicle. >> Pick me up. At this point in time, that's not an option. Okay. Do you do you wish them this exercise? Because we're in the middle of doing a field sobriety exercise. That's why. >> Please don't take me. >> This is why we do field exercises and try to figure out level potential impairment. >> So, left foot. >> I've never been to jail. >> Right foot in front of it whenever you wish. You may be down. All right. >> I'm going to fail it. >> All right. Do you want to at least attempt it? >> Yes, ma'am. >> All right. If you mind just go ahead and attempt it for me. So, what do you want? >> Left foot on the line. Remember, right foot in front of it, heel touching your toe. >> So, left. >> I already failed it. >> Okay. So, you don't want to continue. >> All right. Left. >> Right foot in front of it. And then you may begin the exercise >> that I just showed you. Like I instructed you where I instructed you to walk nine steps down the line, turn around, walk nine back. >> Well, how far do I got to go? >> Remember the I said nine. >> Just let me go home. >> Okay. Do you not want to do this one? We have another one we can do. >> I'll go home. Just let me go home, please. >> After that, she was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated. It's the last exercise that I have to be able to determine the level of impairment through different indicators that I observe. So, do you wish to continue with this exercise or not? >> Please don't take me to jail. >> Please. >> All right. Just go ahead and keep your hands behind your back there. You're going to take me to jail. >> Please don't take me to jail >> right now. I'll do the uh indicators I observed during the field of partying exercises. You are being placed under arrest for driving on. >> Can you just take me? I I didn't drive. >> Okay. You were behind the wheel when I did conduct a traffic stop. You were stopped in middle garage. You had no seat belt on. >> I stopped and I I even took my keys out of the >> You pulled him. >> Is there anything you going to poke me? Stick me stab in fashion. >> Tango India. Can you call my daughter? >> Um, not at this particular point in time. >> What is your daughter going to do for you right now? >> Somebody call her 105. >> Can somebody call her 105? >> I don't have anything. >> All right. Is this my job to check? So, >> I don't have anything. >> I appreciate you letting me know. I still just got to check. >> Yes, ma'am. I don't have anything. Please don't take me to jail. >> Can you give me another try? >> No, ma'am. We got a zero tolerance policy whenever it comes to driving under the influence. >> So, that's our our policy that's set by our sheriff. So, I can't be violating policy here. >> You go anywhere. I parked and go anywhere. >> You got a $20 bill in your back pocket here. >> I'll make sure that gets back in there. spelling the first uniform. Call me. >> Please call my daughter. >> You'll have an opportunity to to make a phone call once we get to the >> I I can't do that because you guys have my phone. I have no number. >> Your phone will come with you. >> Spread your feet apart. >> Do this to me. >> Spread your feet apart. Can you spread your feet apart? >> No, I'm not. >> Okay, we'll just do it the hard way. The woman was then escorted to the police vehicle. >> Somebody please call my daughter. >> You just put your butt in first. If you turn around, put your butt in first and that you're less likely to strike your head. >> So turn around like that and then just put your butt in. >> I want to breathe first. >> All right. So turn around. Put your butt in. I win. >> You got to sit down cuz I need to get going so that way we can >> do. I'm trying to breathe. >> Okay, I'll roll the window. Breathe in there. >> I have lung cancer. >> I'm sorry about that. >> And COPD. >> You're going to have to give me >> Okay, I gave you a couple minutes. I'll sit down. Sit down. >> You want to be sued? >> I'm telling you to sit down. >> So, please if you don't sit down and we have to make you sit down, it's another charge. We don't need to start adding charges. I'm not making you sit me down, >> but I need to breathe. >> Just fine right now. I'll roll the window down for you. You need to have a seat in the vehicle. You need to go. >> We need to go so that way you can get in some air conditioning and get out of these handcuffs. >> I'm just telling you, give me a minute, please. >> Okay, we've given you over a minute here. All right, you can have a seat. >> It's been more than a minute. >> Have a seat. This is your last This is your lasting fiscal with me. >> We're going to have to if you don't get in there. All right. >> No, I'm telling you. >> Sit down. >> Sit down, >> ma'am. I'm telling you. Give me a minute so I can breathe. >> Sit down. Put your feet down. >> That's all I'm asking you. I will get in the car, but give me a minute to breathe. >> Put your feet down. >> Put your feet down. That's all we need you to do. Just get in the car. >> Here. See, you can sit there. She just said something very very vulgar that really pissed me off. And so I was like well don't eat my food if you're going to talk about me like that. That's rude. And so I was like, "Can you put my food back?" >> You can do normal response. I'm sorry. You I know you can't see. I got earpiece in. >> Yeah. I'm like, "Can you put my food back cuz you're not going to like disrespect me while eating my food?" And she kept eating my food. So I was like, "Give me the bowl." And she wouldn't give it back. So I had to grab it from her. I'd have gotten the bowl from her. Um and some of it spilled on the floor. So like there was like little rice on the floor. >> Um and yeah, I just wanted my food back. I was like I wasn't gonna let her talk about like me like that while eating my own food in front of my face. And I was trying to eat my food too. And she tried to grab this. She tried to grab like my euro kit that has all my food. Well, also I the food that she was eating was my food and like someone else paid for it so it's not her food. I I paid for this kit and everything. So I try she's trying to grab my food and I like grab it back and I put in the fridge and then she said she's going to call cops and I told her go ahead and yeah. And I've been telling my dad that I want to stay here but the thing is about here is the kitchen's really dirty. It's not really livable. >> So he has to clean it today. We're going to clean it together and then we're going to get my stuff from my sister's house and I'm going to stay here because I don't want to deal with that crap anymore. >> How long have you been staying with your sister? >> Not long. Like I got here like May 29th from like Phoenix from Arizona. >> From Arizona? >> Yeah. >> Oh, did you move back or? >> Yeah. No, I stayed there for 2 years and I just like moved back cuz I was finishing a bachelor's. >> Mhm. Are you going back though or are you just staying here then? >> Um I'm staying here for summer for sure. I don't know what I'm going to do after that. >> All right. Uh there's another officer in Rob. He's uh kind of the lead officer. You might call him. So, he's going to probably have some questions for you and whatnot. Um, you're not hurt though. Not injuring at all. >> No. >> No. Okay. I just got to make sure I ask those questions. That's all. >> What did she like say to you? >> I don't know. I wasn't talking to her. I came here looking for you. That's all. >> Yeah. I'm I'm fine. I just wanted to eat my food and she wasn't even letting me. >> So, did I make sure I'm understand this? Did you get that food here or did you bring that with you? No, I brought it with me from the town house cuz I I paid for the meat and the bread. This is all my stuff that I was trying to eat and make and she kept bothering me when I was trying to eat food and she just kept trying to ask me a bunch of questions and like my business and it's it's not I don't have to like I don't ask her like details about her private life. So like I'm just like >> like lay off the questions like I just don't >> she's just annoying sometimes. >> So you said there's three sisters. >> No, there's Well, there's only two of us in Avalon. One of them lives way far away. >> Where's far away? Like in the United States or? >> Yeah, in the United States, but just not in this area. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Oh. And then is it just your dad lives here? >> Yeah. >> What about your mom? >> She's in a nursing home. >> Nursing home. Yeah. Cuz I think the last time I was out here, um, your mom I remember your mother. >> She's not mentally stable. So that's why she's in a nursing home. >> So I mean, I guess the plan would be then you're going to probably >> I'm going to move back here. And I've been saying that like the past couple days, but the kitchen is just so filthy here cuz like you know, my mom's messing a stable. So, she like messed it all up, made it super dirty, and it's like a deep clean or whatever to even just use the kitchen. >> Is your dad home right now? >> No, he's not. >> He's supposed to come later in the day. >> Is he at home work or something? >> He's not working. >> Is this your car? >> That's my dad's. >> Your dad's car. >> He lets me drive it. >> Is that the Toyota then your sister's car then? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Well, it's her my dad bought that. Yeah. But I didn't do anything wrong cuz I was just defending myself by taking my food back and that's not legal to take food back, you know? Like it was not her food. >> Yeah, you got you got your food back for her, right? >> No, this is not the food. >> Yeah, the other food at the house. Yeah, >> that's my other food. And she >> When asked about the alleged violent act, she repeatedly denied it. >> This is going to uh be officer Truck. I I got Yeah, you're trying to eat your food. I get it. >> Must have been. I get that. Um the argument started because she was involved in your business. You had a date you didn't want to talk about cuz you've been negative in the past. She said, "You can't have my food anymore." You grab a bowl and then you guys got into another verbal argument, right? And then she's going towards the front saying she's going to call the cops. And as she's on her phone trying to call the cops, you grab her wrist and stop it from calling the cops. Okay. But you're And you never pushed her, slapped her, hit her, or scratched her into her neck. >> I've been to my dad's house, but I've been trying to tell them that I'm not the person here. >> So, I got everything correct, right? Everything's correct. But obviously, you're denying that you're >> I would never hit my ever. >> Wait, where's that phone? >> It's in your hand. So, have you been drinking at all tonight or anything? >> No, I haven't. >> The officers then arrested her. >> I do that. I swear to God. I'm so sorry. >> Face the car. >> I'm so sorry. I wouldn't I would never hit my sister. I need you to face the car. >> I did grab her her wrist. I didn't >> We'll talk about that later. We know. >> We got it. Thanks. >> Okay. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to pinch you there. >> I didn't do that. I swear. >> I didn't do that. >> I didn't Sir I didn't do that. >> That's okay. >> Okay. >> I I would never do that. I love my sister. >> As of right now, you're being placed under arrest for domestic battery. >> I didn't hit her, though. I didn't hit her. >> That's what she's saying. And she has some injuries. If you just touch her wrist, you cannot stop somebody from calling 911 either. That's a separate. >> But I didn't hit her. I just tried to eat my food. >> That's and that's what court's for. Okay.
