Actually, she sounds disrespectful and uh angry. >> Yeah. >> By me asking if you drove across the train tracks. >> Because I already answered the question. I already sat up here and I pulled over. >> Okay, well, you got a you got a flat tire and you also >> a flat tire before we crossed the train tracks. >> And you You also have all this grass on the front end of your car. >> We pulled over before we got even across the train tracks. That is not true. >> Let Let me Let me rephrase Let me rephrase this question for you. Were you at Fourth and Center in front of Little Bros, that little um burger place you were at there? >> Fourth and Center? >> Yeah. >> No. >> Okay. She [laughter] said, "We got the flat before we crossed the bridge." I mean, the the the the train tracks. >> You got the flat? Listen, man, I I I want you guys to get home safe. I I >> I hear you, bro. >> I I'm just trying to figure this out, man. We got We got a BOL for a white SUV >> BOL, be on the lookout, bolo, you know, be on the lookout. >> So, where are you guys coming from, then? >> Here. >> Where is here? >> We parked here. >> Yeah, where are you coming from? >> I'm going to answer that cuz I don't have time to have this conversation. >> Hey, police, are you good for a sec? >> Yeah. They said they noticed it was popped, so they just pulled over here. >> Hey, bro, just roll down the window. >> Yeah, just roll down. >> Appreciate you. >> Yeah. >> Were you trying to Were you trying to show me something? >> Oh, no. I was just >> Oh, no. I didn't know. >> I'm like literally ordering >> She hit the train tracks, bro. Be honest with You can be straight with us, bro. >> He looks like a turd. >> Uh guy in passenger seat says he doesn't remember when she said she never once drove on a train track. >> Hey, in case you didn't I'll call. >> I don't know. She's really not talking to me. She's just on the phone with one of her friends. She's like ignoring all my questions. But, she just keeps denying driving on the train track. >> So, yeah. She has to piss like bad. Like >> Like right now? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Got you. >> That's why I'm trying to get in here and y'all sitting up here pulling us over like we did something wrong. And that's why it's making us look like >> Yeah. >> Well, well >> I got >> I know what you're saying, though. >> We don't know. So, well, well Well, hang on. Let me Let me just explain something real quick. So, I don't know if if you heard what my partner said before and everything. He said that he we stopped you for a BOL. We had a BOL, which means a be on the lookout for a white SUV that drove over the train tracks. >> Really? I took my AirPods out, so I was like What's going on? >> No, you're you're good, bro. Do you guys know why you have like branches underneath your car then, too? >> Because we're all riding through the same area. Do you know where I live? There's nothing but trees and sticks over there. >> I mean, there's trees everywhere. >> Do you know where I live? >> Why would I know where you live? >> Exactly. So, if you knew where I live, you'd know where there's trees and sticks and branches under my car. They're trying to arrest >> The nasty attitude. >> that you see in here is >> Did I ever say that you were under arrest? >> I'm not talking to you. >> Hey, has she had any alcohol today? Miss, have you had any alcohol today? >> No, but I'm sitting up here on the phone with my boyfriend right now. >> Okay. What's What's this drink right here? >> Have you had any alcohol today? No, but I'm sitting up here on the phone with my boyfriend right now. Well, does your boyfriend know there's other dudes in the car? Whoever he is. >> Is this alcohol? What is this? >> Where? Water? >> No, No, no. In the In the other one right there. >> tea? >> Okay. Let me see that can real quick. Not that one. The can. >> Can we get out and go to the bathroom? >> Not right now. >> She know. Get her. >> That can that's under your purse. What is that? >> He said give me my ticket so we can go on about our business. >> What's that? >> You tell your boyfriend to drink a big old glass of shut the hell up. Cuz we're on a traffic stop right now. How about that? Tell him to mind his own business. As a matter of fact, hang up that phone and get out of the car. >> Right now we're trying to figure out what's going on. You guys aren't talking. >> Being so nice to her. >> Right now we're we're Right now we're just investigating right now, okay? We're checking camera footage to see if you guys ran over the the tracks or not. That's what we're doing right now. We got someone checking, okay? >> because y'all do not have no probable cause, y'all don't have a warrant, we can't get our ticket, and we can't leave. >> You have damage to the front driver's >> Uh I love it when they act like they know what's going on, like they're attorneys. Shade tree Shade tree attorneys. >> side, right? >> We don't have damage to the >> So, right now we're just Yes, you do. >> have damage to the front driver side. Look out cuz we have cameras just like y'all have cameras. We don't have front damage to the the the front back. >> Hey Floats, I'll be right back. Anything? >> Well, she's claiming that she never was on 4th and she said she had no alcohol to drink tonight. >> There's a Long Island in the center console, but she said it >> I think she's not answering questions about that. >> That's probable cause. Get her out of the vehicle. These guys are being very cool, very patient. But I had her out of the car right away because of the way the guy the passenger's sitting over there, I would have just said, "Hey, let's Let me have you step out. Talk to me at the back of the car." Once they refuse, I mean, you have You have case law says you can get them out of the car. >> Hey miss, my sergeant's right there. Can you talk to my sergeant? >> Ma'am, I need you to open your window. I see alcohol in the center console. I need to identify you. >> Here we go. >> Hello. >> That's it. >> That's my sergeant. Can you talk to my sergeant? >> I see open can of alcohol in your center console. >> It's water. >> That's against the law. >> Well, all I know is I see that. So, no. There was >> It is a can of sweet tea. >> There was a cup water. Was it cup water? >> That's not mine. >> Okay, it doesn't matter. I need to identify you you as a driver. Now that I see that in plain view, we need to see your identification, okay? >> Okay, that's fine. Hello. Did you hear that? I'm good. >> Oh, she just made things a lot worse. Uh-huh. >> Great from seven, that vehicle is taking off. It's going northbound Washington through the red light. >> Not going to go very far with that flat tire. >> Still northbound Washington. Just past University. >> Doing a felony. Yeah, to avoid a misdemeanor, you commit a felony. That's smart. >> Vehicle's breaking through the red light. Turning into the middle school right now. >> Oh boy. >> Vehicle's still traveling about 35 miles an hour. It's going through the stop signs. >> Oh man. >> Westbound Farnell. >> Not going to get away. I don't know what she's planning. They already have her. Her license plate. She's going to crash. We already know she crashes, but surprise she hasn't hit >> Stop sign. >> Oh, passenger door opens. This dude wants out. >> Passenger door is open. >> He's like, "Let me out." >> Still westbound on Far Hills through Lockwood. 54 miles an hour. Vehicle almost ran through a whole leaf pile. Still westbound on Far Hills, Maple Grove. >> She should have ran through it, but then again, you don't know what's underneath it. Did she throw something out the window? >> Southbound Oak Ridge, she's headed that end. >> Oh. She made it out. >> Through a side of right now, right in front of Ulta Beauty. >> Oh. >> She just crashed into Ulta. CRASHED INTO ULTA. >> OH. >> [screaming] >> STOP THE CAR. STOP THE CAR NOW. >> BE CAREFUL, GUYS. >> PUT YOUR HANDS UP. PUT [screaming] YOUR UP. STOP ON. >> OH, NO. SHE'S MAKING THE SITUATION WORSE. THIS WOMAN SHE LUCKY SHE didn't get shot. >> STOP. >> YOU YOU CAN'T TELL THE PASSENGER TO GET ON THE ground because you're still dealing with her. She could run him over. She just criminal damage to the police unit now. Um this is potentially could easily be get to a deadly force situation. They're already have deadly force ready to go. >> Radio, she She collided with 807. She's You're going to move the car. Stop the Oh. BACK UP. BACK BACK UP. >> DANG. WHAT THE THIS lady is crazy. Please pull up and There you go. Where >> Stop. >> I don't know what to say, guys. The stupidity that exists in some people. >> Back up. BACK UP. BACK UP. >> OH, BOY. She trashed this store. >> Heads up. Heads up, Leo. Heads up. >> Trashed this store. >> Call me back. >> HEY, PASS YOUR CELL INSIDE. >> OKAY. >> PASS your cell inside. >> PASS NO, INSIDE THE CAR. Or inside the store. >> Do the passengers have THE STORE? >> YES. HANDS! I GOT HER RIGHT HERE. HANDS! LEO, I'M GOING OVER HERE. I'm going over here. Hey hey, sergeant sergeant, come with me TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BUILDING JUST IN CASE. >> I mean, she I don't even know how much damage she did. This has got to be hundreds of thousands of dollars of damage. Not to mention she fled law enforcement. She intentionally did hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage. She crashed into the patrol vehicle. She had zero regard for her passenger. This woman, I hope she goes away for a long time. >> MA'AM, WALK THIS WAY. WALK TOWARDS US NOW. WALK BACK THIS WAY. >> COME ON BACK. I GOT THE PASSENGER IN THE CAR. >> KEEP WALKING. >> YOU GOT THE PASSENGER. >> YEAH, you got the passenger you got to deal with, too. >> This way. Over here. COME THIS WAY. OVER HERE. OVER HERE. WALK BACK THIS WAY. COME THIS WAY. >> WALK BACK TOWARDS ME NOW. >> WHERE IS HE AT? OH, THERE HE IS. >> HEY, this car is good. >> Mine. >> Keep walking. >> So, that siren I think is the uh I mean, at first I just automatically was tuning it out like it was a siren of one of our cars. But um I think it's the siren the breaking and entering siren for the store. >> You stop that car from moving. Keep going. COME OUTSIDE NOW. COME OUTSIDE NOW. Come outside. Sorry, you're coming. You stop it. >> I didn't do anything. >> GET BACK. GET OUT NOW. GET YOUR HANDS. HANDS. >> ON THE GROUND. BOOM. >> Get down. >> OKAY, I'M GOOD. >> GET DOWN. >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> DON'T matter if you didn't do anything. You're going to be We're putting you in cuffs until we can figure it out. Oh, it was a uh It was a police. Oh, boy. >> Pull up. Pull on. I'm going over here. I'm going over here. I got the door. >> Drag her rump out of that car. I didn't know, bro. Now, drag her out. Put her on the ground. >> Radio from 7, we got passenger in custody or detaining or we're putting the driver in custody now. >> Uh please send her to prison for a couple years. >> Enough. >> Unfortunately, I don't have high hopes. Just to for just her dadgum attitude. And her indifference and and then running and damaging the store. Somebody we'll pay for it. We'll pay for this as business owners who own businesses, who have insurance, the insurance will pay and the rest of us will pay more money in insurance because this gal thought she didn't have to be held accountable and was running amok. Uh probably under the influence. I hope they got her with the UI too. He's good. Just stop. Okay, just stop with the He told me not to do nothing. I didn't know. So, if he told you not to do nothing, which it's by the way, he told me not to do anything, um then you should have been just at the traffic stop still. But no, no, you had to make things a thousand a hundred times worse at least. >> Hey, are we still looking for him? >> No, no, both are in custody. Clint, you got pants, you all right? He's back here. >> Perfect. >> Is everyone at all just secure right now? >> A firm radio, we're secure. >> They're pop his tires, too. Trashed. >> The male suspect, De Niro, was issued a citation for open intoxicants in a motor vehicle and is presumed innocent unless proven guilty [music] in a court of law. The female suspect, Katrina, was found to have a >> And her BAC was only 0.2. So, that's No, that's extreme DUI. Um, like I've told you, 0.15 is extreme. 0.2 or over in Arizona is a super extreme DUI. That is extremely intoxicated. >> A blood alcohol concentration of 0.21, over double the legal limit. She was charged with her second offense of OWI, felony malicious destruction of police property, felony malicious destruction of property under $20,000, felony malicious destruction of a building over $20,000, two counts of felony assault, felony assault on a police officer, and felony third-degree fleeing eluding. She took a plea deal, pleading guilty to all charges in exchange for a sentence of 1 year in jail and 3 >> Stop. One year in jail and three years probation for all of that? This is what's wrong. This is why Katrine is of the world go do what she does. Because clearly they She didn't get held accountable on her first OWI. So this is her second offense. Then she just thought she could run from the police with zero regard and destroys property, destroys police property. She didn't once she ran in the store wasn't like she gave up. She actively tried to get away even after that. Damaging vehicles, assaulting law enforcement, uh third-degree fleeing fell eluding. And she gets one freaking year in jail and three years probation. We ought to throw the lawyers and judges in jail. That's who we ought to throw in jail. I mean look this is just ridiculous. >> years of probation. She will be released back into the public in March of 2027. Katrina was ordered to pay $258,563 in restitution. $233,164 of that goes to Ulta Beauty and another $25,399 goes to the city of Royal Oak, Michigan. This debt could potentially follow her for the rest of her life and filing bankruptcy doesn't necessarily give her an escape hatch either. Restitution imposed as a part of a criminal sentence generally can't just be wiped away through bankruptcy. And to think she could be almost a quarter million dollars less in debt if she simply complied during that traffic stop. So actually >> She would have just got a a little misdemeanor. Misdemeanor DUI, maybe a felony DUI because it was her second offense, but um that would have been pretty much it. I was looking at some of the comments where we were watching from Midwest Safety. One of the top one was from trash troll. Trash troll. Imagine showing up for work the next morning. Yeah, you'd be like uh So no work today? This one was funny, the second one. And it was by no development. It says all quiet on the frontal lobe. >> [laughter] >> Uh no development, that's good. All quiet on the frontal lobe. Definitely all quiet on the quiet on the frontal lobe. No critical thinking, no processing thought no thought process into this decisions that she made into these decisions she made. It was I don't know. But then he and I don't know if I don't know if she's going to learn anything because if she's only got a year. Year in jail, 3 years probation. So. I honestly I'm so disgusted with judges and lawyers. It just gets it's pathetic. It really is. We do this work, we put our lives on the line and we're trying to keep the community safe only to have the judges put them back out on the street so we got to go deal with them again. I'd love to know what you think. Please comment, like, subscribe. Let me know how these guys did. I think I would have probably got her out of the car. We have the luxury of watching a lot of videos. We have the luxury of 20/20 hindsight being 20/20. These guys um they were just trying to be cool and she wasn't. And the way he was sitting I would have had her get out of the car cuz they could clearly see that her she was involved in in this. So, whatever it was that the route the the train track thing. And then she had the open container. Get her out of the car, but uh I think this was escalating one way or the other. So, let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe. Do you agree with the sentence and how did they do? Uh I already know you don't agree with the sentence cuz you guys think like I do for the most part. So, let me know what you think and uh we'll catch you on the next video.
