But you're in >> I'm trying to be patient. >> I've lost my >> zen. Okay, relax. >> You refuse to come off the plane, you're going to go to jail today. I'mma deplane everyone off the plane. I'm going to drag you off the plane. That's fine. I give you my last warning. >> All right, we got another video for you. Uh, surprise surprise. This one takes place at an airport. I don't know what it is about airplanes and airports, but people tend to lose their ability to function in society when they get to an airport. This is another one. this lady uh they don't want her on the plane and she's refusing to leave the plane. We'll take it from there. >> At 3:45 p.m. on a Friday, officers at the airport responded to a woman refusing to exit a plane. >> This one by a body cam proed >> spirit. >> How many are you surprised? >> Okay. And you don't want her flying at all? Not even if she moves a seat. >> Okay. >> So now a lot of people don't understand this. The captain has the ability I mean first of all the airline is a business. So if the business decides they don't want you on the plane and you're not going to be on the plane. But when the pilots really decide they don't want you on the plane, they make the ultimate decision. They're the kings of that ship and um they're saying they don't want her on the plane. >> All right. Um I'm going to have to have her 13. >> She's supposed to sit in DC. She don't want to go. She don't want to go. >> Well, now the captain says no. It doesn't matter. >> She want to get up. >> So, can you ask her to come up here, please? >> She's not going to come. >> Not going to come. >> She said you have to drag her, but she not going nowhere. That's what she said. Unless you leave that real, >> how are you, Deputy STO? >> I'm grieving. Is that how I'm feeling? I'm trying to get to a funeral day. >> Okay, ma'am. I'm sorry about that. >> But now >> I'm sitting in my assigned seat. No, you're supposed to be a 37E. >> M. No. >> You think I would make this up? You think I would hold everybody? It's right here. >> It's also right here. >> That's a screenshot, man. >> It's the app. View my boarding pass. >> Why would I make that up? >> Let me see. >> Why would I make that up? It's unspirited spirit. You think I'm going to waste my ma'am? It says 13E. >> That's where I am. >> Give me a minute. Let me Why are people still wearing masks on planes? I don't get this, but let me see your phone. Listen, I'm going to hold my phone. I'm trying to help you. >> Are you Isn't everyone else seen this? >> Have I came here respectfully? >> I understand that, but I've been so trying to help you. Let me show you. I'm just trying to get Chicago at a funeral tonight. I've been working on I understand. Yeah. Well, then don't act like this. If you had to get home, if you had to be there for a funeral, if you had been working all day, don't act like this. This is just PSA announcement to everybody out there. Don't act like this. You won't get removed from the plane. But because she was being difficult, now the pilots want her removed. >> Don't work in spirit. >> I know that. >> I'm trying to be patient. >> I've lost my zen. >> Okay. Relax. Relax. Just take it down just a little. I'm trying to help you. >> Then talk to >> Okay, let me go talk to them. But I need to see the phone. I'm going to give it right back. I'm on body camera. I'm not going to take your phone. >> I don't think that you're going to take my phone. I would just like to have my body camera. You see what I'm saying? >> Okay. Let me see what I can >> I'm not from Florida. >> Let me see what I can do. Okay. If you're correct, then then everything should be fine. Why would I make this up? Well, because everything is here saying that you're on 30. You're in smoking 37E. So, I don't know what the mixup is. >> They mixed it up. >> They need to fix. >> Let me see. >> That's not That's the right. Okay. Give me one minute. >> Look, do mixups happen on airlines. I fly all the time. Yes, they happen. >> You know what? Just comply. Just do what the flight attendants are asking. It'll be okay. That's really my experience. I get it. You might be ticked off. you were supposed to be in. I've had that happen where they move seats on you at the last minute. That happens. But be ticked off. But I don't know, compose yourself so that you make it to where you need to go. >> Okay. >> Let me talk to the captain. >> Hey, sir. I know it's on her app, though. >> Yeah. But if she refreshed, she would have seen her speak. >> A screenshot. Okay. >> She opened it up for me. So, show me how. >> Let me see. >> This is on the wallet. >> Yeah. Yeah. No, I'm fine. >> All these other passengers, they just want to go home, too. Okay, open up the app. This is this is your Apple. This is on your Apple wallet. If you open up your app, it's going to show you 37E >> because they changed it. >> Okay. If they change it, that's not my That's not our issue. >> This is the app. >> Okay. And what's the app say? >> My boarding pass. >> Yes. >> What's it say? >> 13E. These people will be like >> sitting in the middle is still saying 13. >> Honestly, at this point doesn't matter because the captain wants her removed from the plane. So this all this banter back and forth is useless anyway because the captain has decided they want her off the plane. But this guy, the deputy is doing everything he can to try to to help her. And I appreciate that. And she should appreciate it because he's doing everything he can. >> I She refreshed it. She refreshed it. It saying 13. >> Yeah. But but >> I understand. But if she's refreshing it, >> 13e. It's not a screenshot. So I'm not telling you how to do your job, but if this is a mixup, then somebody's got to accommodate her for some reason. >> They did. They accommodated her into 370. >> I understand. She Hey, sir. There's there's an issue with her on her app. It's saying 13E. >> So the thing is with the ticket her and spirit something happened, >> but she's supposed to be but when she when she originally purchased the ticket said 13, but now she's being told she got to go to. So I understand her not wanting to leave, >> but there something's got to give with her in spirit then. It's not >> You see what I'm saying? Like I like I I don't want to kick somebody off who doesn't deserve to be kicked off because of a of an error. >> That's that's my that's >> in the end the deputy is not going to have a say so because the captain's the one that will decide if they're kicked off. And so I get that the deputy's fighting for her which I valiant. But these two guys in the front seat make the decision. >> Here's my concern. She's not instructions. That's a >> no instructions on the airplane. She's not flying the air. I don't want her on the air. >> No, I understand that. But my my thing is if she's if this all started because of an error, >> you see what you see what I'm saying? I >> you know, let's hold on. Let's let's have a conversation with two human beings. So, I'm listen. That's fine. You don't want to have a conversation. That's fine. Let me tell you what's going to happen. >> What is there a conversation? >> You're going to come off the plane. >> If you refuse to come off the plane, I'm going to give you your last warning. You refuse to come off the plane, you're going to go to jail today. I'm gonna deplane everyone off the plane. I'm gonna drag you off the plane. That's fine. That's being my last warning. >> All right. >> Imagine being so focused on just yourself that you don't want to incon that you're willing to inconvenience everybody else on the plane. This the entitlement of somebody that would think that they can just they're just going to inconvenience everybody else. It's a simple all she had to do is move from 13 to 37. It sucks, but that was that simple. Now, now they're gonna have to kick everybody off the plane. >> All right. >> She's not coming off. >> No. No. Well, he said if I could get her seat. All right. >> This boy's working hard to fight for him. >> Everyone is sitting down. >> Everyone is sitting down. >> No point arguing with her. All right. Start your deboarding. We're going to take her into custody. PL it now she's definitely going to jail. Sorry. >> Hey Cap, you go ahead and deboard the plane. She's going to jail. She don't want to come off. >> I'm sitting right in the right across. >> If I give up my seat and then this is already out of >> It's already It's already done. >> Folks from the flight deck. Not the best news for you, but uh we have a passenger to get off the aircraft whenever we have the aircraft. >> So take it off. >> He just said take it off. >> All right, ladies and gentlemen. Unfortunately, you have to [Music] Oh man, >> I'll be so ticked off. >> I just talked to the chief pilots. Third time it's happened today. Just to let you know in Atlanta. This is the third. >> Oh, really? One of those days. >> Here's the other thing. She's in. You got somebody emotionally emotionally disturbed and upset and now they're in an exit. >> Who knows? >> It's a good point. She's in an exit row and somebody who's already emotionally disturbed or upset, that's no bueno either. So even if they wanted to, they could have kicked her out of there and removed her just because she's not really in the right frame of mind to be in the exit row. >> Yeah. >> Usually when I tell everybody that I'm going to take everybody off, they turn person there some be honest with you, there was some people wanting to give up their seats for her. >> Oh, really? >> Yeah. It was too late. I think they were exiting out. Hey, I'll give up my seat for her. I'm like, too late. You know, I don't even think that would have helped, you know. >> No, she was she's not moving out of she's just >> she's adamant because of the fact it says and and I and I told her I said this happened to me before I showed up for my flight, my seat was changed because and it says right there said, you know, subject to change >> happens. You know, >> they gave her the correct boarding pass. >> Yeah, the boarding p. Yeah, it happened to me. My my my app says see I get to the airport no here's your boarding pad and it change oh okay never >> notify sometimes they change equipment so that >> right sometimes they change planes >> the first time >> what a self-centered person that sits there on this plane as if they're going to somehow turn around and say oh okay yeah we'll let you sit on it now You're going to take it to this level, inconvenience everybody else. That's so frustrating. >> Get off the plane. The final chance once the handcuffs go on. >> I'm not doing there's no negotiating. Either get off the plane or go to jail. >> That's it. I'm not doing anything. >> One last chance. >> I know she's saying she's not doing anything, but she was refusing to get off the plane. That's doing something. That's be resistance. You're you're not taking in a lawful order and the captain wants you removed. >> So you're trespassing. I'm >> not going to tell you off the plane or off the plane. You choose right now. What do you want to do? >> What do you want to do? >> Yeah. Come on. Let's >> guys are being great with her. >> He's asking you please stand up and walk up. If you stand up and walk off, you can rebook. >> Two. >> If not, you're going to jail. >> Stand up. >> Temple. >> It's going with your stuff >> in the bag. Put it in the bag. That's your only bag, man. >> Anything else? >> Your blanket, your pillow. >> So avoidable. >> My car is upstairs. Let me just up by uh 3:25. You got her? >> Yeah. >> Lot of care in the world. Completely inconvenienced a ton of people. >> And take her mask off. She doesn't need that. >> She was charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing. >> She was fined >> and banned from flying Spirit Airlines for the next 5 years. All because you didn't want to switch your seats. I thought the deputies handled this very well. They gave her every chance. Frankly, I thought Spirit handled it very well. But in the end, her thinking that she was just going to be able to carry her away or entitle her way into staying on that plane after they said she needed to be removed inconvenience to other people. Now these deputies got to take her to jail. Banned for five years. Finded trespassing. Uh disobeying a lawful order. It's really simple. I've said it over and over again. Comply. That's it. If it's if it's messed up, you can figure it out after. But once you start not complying, then everything goes haywire. And this is what happens in the end. So let me know what you think. If you think that she was very self-centered and and didn't care what everybody else thought, whether you disagree with me, comment, like, subscribe, and I'm gonna catch you on the next video.
