August 8th 2024 Racine Wisconsin an
officer with the Racine County Sheriff's

testing can be used against you in court
you tell me you read this [ __ ] to me how
about you
be heard
[ __ ] I don't want to hear this [ __ ]

[Music]
do say when they say I need to know as a
person as a person somebody just go
ahead and stick something in what you
mean I mean what
you do you have any complaint
um I just don't want [ __ ] to go in my
arms okay to your
pressure check it you can't check my
blood pressure I'm like this and I know
that just just call it as default
because you can't check my blood
pressure I'm like this let me lose and
then you can check this part no you
can't do it like that you can't do it
like that because when I go in all the
time they always say relax your arm
can't do it yes you can yes you
can he got to he has to he has to
listen brother no you got to listen you

got to do that because they got to do
that so what gave me come on man so can
I just put it on your arm then you can't
you won't get a good read I do it all
the time you won't get a good read and
when you act like I'm going to what I'm
going to make my good Great Escape come
on bro you can't get a good
read blood pressure already H it's
perfect hand trying to
get that yeah I I think it's because I
got these cuffs on and because my pinky
can't breathe I'm about they about to
kill me I'm going die of a pinky injury
first thing I'm tell you need to know
they going to get y'all some new they
going to get y some new protocol y okay
thanks where do you guys get these
people from yeah cocaine it's yeah
likely I think so it seems to fit just
he's he's been really up and down where
some he'll sit there and talk to for 10
minutes and be really nice and then
get angry
again the time is uh 020
0205 thank you alcohol and cocaine is a
powerful combination there cocaine and
what and
alcohol cuz alcohol kind of produces
your inhibitions and cocaine rouss you
up so that's that's how he was out there
up and down up and down and
then I'm not a Dr but that would be my
guess especially when he said that there
was cocaine in his
car flowers God damn this one the hell
you do the murders
what's this [ __ ] hurt I can't
wait to go to jail Kofi was transported
to the racing County jail and charged
with operating while intoxicated fifth
offense and operating with prohibited
alcohol concentration fifth
offense hurt
there we there we
go me to follow or you good yes all
right sometimes he's calm sometimes he's
not the felony operating while
intoxicated charge filed against Kofi

prison term and a $225,000 fine if he's
[Music]
convicted yeah
