If you were ever drunk, don't sit in the driver's driver's seat of that vehicle because you're in control of the vehicle. You don't necessarily have to be driving to get a DUI. We'll We'll get it for you. So, it sounds like the somebody called the cops on her, obviously, and he's asking for the case number now. Totally okay with that cuz she wasn't she wasn't moving. He could have, but he'll document it in his report that all of the cues of impairment and she had an open container of of bourbon in the center console that clearly she was drinking. So, that'll go in the report as a factor, but they're going to get her on the uh resisting arrest and the bat the battery on a law enforcement officer. >> She was in the car, blah blah blah, blah blah blah. >> It's fine. >> I'll do charges. You guys got charges? >> Shh. [snorts] >> He said you'll write a supplement. So, one one guy is the primary, he does the report. Anybody else that was involved will write what's called a supplement report, shorter, but they'll they'll document their involvement in the case and some of the things they saw. So, >> Lord, I'll get you a case number. >> She was then transported to the Orange County Jail where she was booked and charged with resisting officers without violence, resisting officers with violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer. >> All right, there you have it. I mean, I thought these guys did a good job. She was just a piece of work, entitled little brat, uh thinks better she was better than everybody else, and uh acknowledged she has some emotional problems and as was very evident. She didn't ask for her mom. I appreciate that. Usually we're asked to they're crying and asking to call their mommy and try to get somebody else involved and not take uh uh accountability for their actions. She still didn't take accountability for her actions. And then she fought the cops, kicked them, head-butted them. So, in the end, I hope she gets some some punishment out of this. I'd love to know what you think she deserves for this. What would you think is a just sentence for this? And let's pray that this is Florida, so I have hopes that they're not going to that the prosecutor is not going to drop it or that the judge will will do something at least.
