officer was conducting a routine patrol
when he observed a person in dark
clothing with a hood walking next to
storage units. The units had several
reported burglaries in the past and
stated they didn't want people accessing
their units after 9:30 p.m. Making sure
you're not breaking into somebody.
That's the only thing. And obviously
you're not.
So dispatch advised that the suspect
Daniel had a warrant for his arrest
through probation and parole.

off. After escaping twice and fighting

taser multiple times. Backup arrived to
help take Daniel into custody.

worst part is my family knew that I'm

Daniel was charged with possession of
methamphetamine and two counts of
resisting an officer.

I'm done five years for robbery and I
know I'm going back because I have a
deferred degree for three and a half
years. There's no there's no pass.
There's nobody any money. I'm going away
for three and a half years
regardless. I just got a job. I was
supposed to kill the morning. I know
people say that to you all the time, but
it's my first week out.
I'm just tired and I could not go see
her when I've been away for 5 days. Four
days. Can't do it. I should have seen

I wanted to have a life. I wanted I
wanted to be away. I wanted I was glad
to be out,
but I could not sleep. I just got a
phone two three years ago.
Like my phone s turned on and stayed on.
Like I've been using Wi-Fi back and
forth to Wi-Fi cuz you don't have I
don't have a battery to charge or
whatever. Wi-Fi back and forth. We had
no data.
I got no house. It was It was hard. When
did you start doing drugs, man?

I uh I am severely depressed. Yeah. And
it it takes away from reality.
