Can I please have a little bit more time to look for? >> I'm not sure. >> Are you on medication or something or >> No, sir. >> How much did you have to drink? >> None. >> None. >> Can you please um give me a little bit more time? So, registration. Well, I'm smelling a little odor of alcohol. You telling you tell me that's not you? >> No. >> This is my car insurance. This is USAA and this is my driver's. Maybe this will be helpful. Maybe it will help to have my insurance. >> Okay. How much did you have to drink? >> None. >> You haven't had a sip of alcohol all day? >> No, I'm okay. You drink alcohol. >> Just cuz you're okay doesn't mean you are okay. How much did you have to drink? >> None. You're really very accusatory and you're scaring me. I feel like I need to >> Your driving your driving pattern and you running a red light almost causing a wreck and you almost getting t-boned is a problem. >> Well, that was just trying to turn around like at the turn light. >> At a red light. >> I'm sorry. You're making me feel very very worried. Is there anywhere I can go? Like just out of the rain right now? Like, is there something >> I'm not comfortable with you driving away from here? >> Can I please go to the bathroom? I don't even I've already called my friend. She works for a lawyer. She's a parillegal. I'm just like so worried right now. I don't know what is going on. >> Okay. You are operating a motor vehicle in an unsafe manner. You are not okay to drive. >> All right. I can leave this car here and just get in. >> She also continued to refuse the sobriety test. >> Are you willing to do standardized field sobriety test? >> I'm not doing anything right now because I don't understand this. Are you willing to do standardized field sobriety task? >> No, because I don't I don't understand what that means and I don't know you. There's a series of tasks that I need to perform or need you to perform to prove to me whether you're under the influence of alcohol or not. >> I just need to sit down for a minute and like really compose my thoughts. You're making me feel very very worried. >> No, this is this is nothing to be worried about. >> It is worrisome because you're bigger than I am and I'm afraid of you. >> Okay. I am not threatening you at all. >> You are very threatening. You're scaring me half to death. Okay, listen. You are detained for operating a motor vehicle in the manner that you were operating it. Okay? So, we're only here because of you. I want you to understand that part. Do you understand that? >> We're here because of you. >> No. No. We're here because of you. Cuz you almost hurt somebody >> by your driving. >> Oh my lord. >> Yes. I know. >> Park. I'm just trying to get you off of the roadway. >> I'm off the roadway. >> Luckily, we are now. But now I have an investigation to conduct. Oh my gosh. >> For you being under the influence of alcohol. >> Really? >> Yeah. We had two incidents yesterday where people were drunk and driving and hurt somebody. >> Well, I'm not doing any of those things. I just need to park the car, >> go to the restroom, call my friend, and let her know it's going to be a little bit more time before I get there because of this. So, >> okay. I need you to give me a yes or a no. Are you willing to do standardized field sobriety test? >> You're scaring me to death. No, I'm afraid of you. I'm afraid of you. This is my paperwork. This is my insurance paperwork. Really? What are you doing? Are you crazy? Hey, you need to calm down. >> No, >> you're not going to take stuff out of my hand. >> Oh my gosh. >> No, ma'am. >> Oh my god. >> We're not going to play these games. >> Really? >> We're not going to play these games. >> Oh, we're not playing. >> You're not going to You're not going to yank stuff out of my hand. >> No. My lord. I asked my Oh my lord. >> You are causing these problems right now. >> Oh my lord. >> Come on. >> No. Stop here. Please stop. >> Please. You're going to stop resisting me at this point. >> Cuz now you are in handcuffs because of your actions. No, because of you taking advantage of a lady. >> This has nothing to do with you being a lady. This has everything to do with you operating a motor vehicle in the manner that you were operating it and you acting like you were just acting right there. Okay. So now I want you to sit in the back of my car. >> No, I'm afraid of you. You're scaring me. I'm very afraid of you. >> I have not hurt you. I have not hit you. These handcuffs are hurting me. They are very on too tightly. And I'm very afraid of you. You're scaring me. >> You need to have a seat. >> No. No. No. No. No. You're You are kidnapping me. I'm afraid of you. Please stop. >> Please stop. You're scaring me. >> Sit down. >> I'm very [clears throat] afraid of you. Please stop. >> You are. >> How old are you? >> I'm 60. >> Exactly. You need to start acting like you're 60. >> I [laughter] am. >> No, you are not >> acting. You are not acting in a mature manner. >> Do you not understand what we are doing right now? You need to sit inside this vehicle. Please stop trying to apprehend and force me. >> You are detained and you are going to sit in the back of my car. >> Please stop trying to manhandle me. If you would please let me go, I would feel less threatened. I'm feeling very threatened right now. >> Please stop threatening me. >> You are resisting me. >> It's because you're scaring me. >> Look who I have here. A female officer. Is she scaring you? >> I'm very scared of him. Would you please please? >> We're gonna take you to her car. >> We're gonna come to my car. >> You're going to sit in a car. Do you understand that? >> I get it. >> Okay. >> Watch your knees. >> Other officers arrived and were briefed on what had happened. >> He came down this turn lane at like 5 miles an hour. >> The uh green light was on >> obviously with a red arrow and >> she's bumping out >> to U-turn with the red arrow right in front of me and then you turned and slowly comes in here after I light her up. She's obviously impaired. >> Yes. >> So I asked her to do a field sobriety test. She says, "No, I'm not doing anything." And then she hands me this paper. She steps out of her car, walks back to me and hands me this and I take it >> after the fourth time I ask her. She says no. She tries to yank it out of my hands and says, "No, I'm leaving." >> And then tries to leave. >> So then I detain her at that point. >> Okay. >> And then now she's she's sitting where she's sitting. At this point, she has refused. >> Yep. >> So wait for Sarge to get here. >> Maybe he can talk her since to her. >> Okay. >> But he's on his way. >> Yeah. He said he was talking to Ma'am. No, we cannot right now. You are being detained right now. When our sergeant gets here, we will talk to you in just a second. Okay. All right. This lady, >> she obviously shows me signs of impairment while she's in the vehicle. I get her driver's license. >> I ask her for a registration. She can't find it. >> Okay. >> And then she steps out of the car. So, I walk up to her and I meet her right here and she hands me this paper. I grab it and fold it. And I'm talking to her about possibly being impaired. I ask her to do standardized field sobriety test. She says no. She just talked to her friend who's a lawyer and she's not doing anything for me. I ask her another three or four times and she says no each time. By the after the fourth time I tell her, she tried to yank this out of my hand and pull away from me. >> So I grab her and detain her. >> Okay. >> So that's where we are at this point. >> So what are you doing? A DUI. Are you doing DUI? >> Well, I was going to, but she obviously refused to do I supposed to ride. >> Tell her what your clues or your your suspicions were. >> So I told her I smell alcohol. >> Okay. >> And I believe she's impaired. >> Okay. >> So I did not get to the point of what happens if she refuses. You know what I mean? That's what I go with. >> As for the woman, when asked again whether she would take the test, she still refused. >> Moment I got here, she was like, I'm terrified of him. I'm terrified of him. He's scaring me. Okay. Will you come with me and get back in my car then? >> Yeah, ma'am. I'm starting bang. So, Officer Hart needs to talk to you. >> Ma'am, please step out of the car. >> Nope. I need you to sit right there. Just listen for me. Okay. >> Can you please let these handcuffs loose? >> We'll adjust those. We'll adjust those. Just give me a second. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> All right. So, listen, Officer Hart for me. >> Okay. Are you willing to do standardized field sobriety test? >> Yes. >> I've asked you that before. >> So, yes, you will. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> What's your name, young lady? >> Angie. >> Angie. All right, Miss Angie. Are you Are you volunteering to do standardized field sobriety test? Let me finish. On your own free will, not being coerced or being forced to do that? >> I definitely feel forced and coerced. >> Okay. So, then we will not do standardized field sobriety test. >> He's very much scaring me to death. >> Okay. We can't have you do it if you feel like you're coerced. He's just going to have to base his uh arrest off of his interaction with you in the totality of circumstances. Okay. So, go ahead and let her know. >> Okay. You're under arrest for DUI. >> I'm scared of you. >> Okay. Um >> ask her to provide a breath sample. >> Are you willing to provide a sample of your breath to determine its alcohol content? >> I No, I don't even know what that >> You still refuse to submit to the test I've requested. >> Yeah. I I don't want to do anything without my attorney here. >> My attorney. All right. So, here's the deal. Angela is placed under arrest and an officer fetches her personal items to take to booking. >> And should I get my purse? >> We'll get We'll grab that for you. >> We'll get that in your phone and everything. >> You got her license? >> Uh, yes. Okay. >> It's an out of state license. You want me to keep it? >> Yeah. Oh, yeah. So, we'll do >> What does she need out of here? >> Her purse, her phone, if you see it. >> You good to go over here, buddy? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. You got a tow slip? >> Uh, I will go to front seat. I'm going to ask her as this. >> Go to that front seat and do it. >> Yes, sir. >> Which one's your purse? >> The black one. >> The black one. >> That one have a wallet in it. >> It's right here. >> Okay. It's going to be up there. >> Okay. Well, I'm put putting these back in your vehicle. >> That goes in the vehicle. I there's just a bunch of missiles. I mean, damn. I can't even get on this stuff. That's just a bunch of miscellaneous signs. 838 97 Hey, uh, are you cool with hot hook and breaking around to that gas station? >> Yeah, that works, man. I'll meet you. >> Everybody has an opinion, and this is also true of the viewers who left comments underneath the video. She is not afraid of the PD. She is afraid of being accountable. What's scaring me is all these drunk drivers acting like it's no big deal. The level of entitlement and feigned ignorance at that age is astonishing. The energy in that room was toxic. Was she the victim of a mob mentality or did she get exactly what she deserved? I'll see you in the comments. This Karen was accused of driving while intoxicated, refusing to take a DUI test, driving carelessly, and other connected charges. Her reluctance to comply with the mandatory DUI test, and her choice to drive while intoxicated led to several charges and further exacerbated the incident's aftermath. The lesson is that drunk driving and refusing to cooperate only lead to more serious consequences. If you enjoyed this, subscribe to Law Frame for more articles. We'll move on to the next scenario right away so that no one has to wait too long >> to jail. >> No. So, >> yes, here. >> On June 30th, 2026, when her granddaughter reported that she was fighting with her mother and needed assistance, the grandma contacted the police. The mother and daughter gave rather different accounts of what had transpired when the police came. >> Hi. >> Hi. I'm here to check on >> Yeah. >> Can you tell me what's going on? >> Well, if I'm honest in my So, she's my kid. You've been fighting really bad. I think she's experimenting with >> Uhhuh. >> And that's where her like outbursts are coming from. She started cussing and screaming in my face. So, I pushed her. I didn't want to hit her, like punch her. And when I punch went to punch her, she ducked her head in the corner of my knuckle did catch her eye. I know I shouldn't have done it and I know I probably just myself being honest with you, but we're mother and daughter. I'm all she has. I'm her only legal guardian. So I don't know why her grandpa called you thinking that she has a say. So she's not a legal her son is not her dad in any way, shape, or form. So she has no business getting involved. They won't take her when we fight like this unless I turn her over to the state so they can get a paycheck for being a foster parent. >> Um, so I don't want to I'm going to have another guy come here so that we can split you guys up and talk to you guys separately. >> Okay. >> I just that >> nobody feels intimidated to not want to tell me things. So, um, I'm going to wait for the other guy to get here and then I'll talk to you if that's okay. Uh, if if you'd like to wait in your room and then I'll have mom get you whenever [snorts] that's fine. Or if you want to wait in here, that's fine, too. Okay. But it it's okay for me to talk to her. >> I mean, I want to be present. >> Okay. Well, I was I was just trying to separate you guys. >> We don't I mean, >> we've been fine for we we do this every other day. This is an everyday occurrence with us and I just don't feel comfortable. I don't feel she's 15. I don't think that Hang on. >> What do I do? Do I let her talk to him by Can you call somebody? Like, what do I do? >> Okay. [snorts] Uh she doesn't want me to talk to you separately. So, can you just tell me what's going on or what happened? >> I mean, >> but do I let him talk to her by herself? >> I just was talking to her and I got mad and I cussed at her and then she got mad at me and we were just arguing and screaming and then she got up and she pushed me on the couch [snorts] >> and then I went to my room and we were still having a child bathroom because we were still arguing. How can they talk? I'm an attorney. She's attracted to [laughter] Mark on your neck. >> She scratched me, too. >> Okay. >> And my friends were here, but they left to go get >> They left to the nail salon. So, they're proof that like >> Okay. >> Yes. >> So, most of my family most of like my family on her side is in Michigan right now >> and then my dad is in Indiana and my dad. >> I'm just going to take some pictures of your >> He is my dad. No, he's not. Yes, he's mine. >> After hearing both sides of the story and realizing that the mother was the one who had become violent, police questioned the woman further, but she showed no sign of remorse. >> But I would have to turn her over to the state. I'm all she has. The guy that she calls dad is in no way, shape, or form her legal guardian at all. Has no rights to her whatsoever. As a matter of fact, [snorts] I text him. It's I don't know if you're a Marian native and know him or not. >> I've heard the name. I said I called the police department. They said I can do a lockout and turn her into them and she will become a ward of the state. You have 15 minutes to tell me what to do [snorts] or that's what I'm doing cuz I can't keep living like this. And he said you're the boss. So >> you're the boss, [snorts] man. >> Meaning I'm the boss. I make the decision. If I want to turn her over to the state, I turn her over to the state. He's not leaving Indiana to come get her. >> And that's her dad. >> That No, that's who she calls dad. She doesn't have a dad. She She has a sperm. >> Everybody's got a dad, >> right? She has a sperm donor. He has never been in her life ever since she was 2 or 3 years old. The guy that I got with after him is who she calls dad, but he has no legal anything over her. Nothing. I am her only guardian. >> Okay. >> Legal guardian, parent, whatever you guys call it. >> I got you. [snorts] Can you tell me what you told the dispatchers about like what you were wanting to do? >> Well, I told them I was like, "Can you guys do anything for like my daughter? She's cussing at me, acting out like >> acting ridiculous, not listening to me, has zero respect for me. Like, can you guys come get her? Like, her grandma won't come get her. Nobody will come get her. Like, can you guys come get her and do something with her? I didn't I don't know how that works. And the dispatcher was like, "Honestly, I'm not sure. Somebody sitting next to her, a guy was like, "Is that the mom? Is that the guardian?" She's like, "Yeah." And he's like, "She can do a lockout where we we take like she can bring her to us and she'll become a ward to the state." >> Mhm. >> And that it's called like a something lockout. >> Lockout. >> Yeah. And I was like, "Okay." And they're like, "Is that what you want to do?" And I was like, "Well, I don't know. If I can get her dad or her grandma, I know it's confusing cuz I keep saying dad. If I can get or Vicki to come get her, then >> how far are these two away from her?" >> Is that his girlfriend's? And his him and his mom both you can open the door. >> Um so his mom could come get her, but his mom won't come get her to go stay there or live there unless I turn her over to the state so she can be her foster parent. And I'm not doing that. >> Okay. >> It's a fake. Like I understand what I did. >> So >> who who can get here the quickest? >> Nobody. My parents don't give a Sorry. My parents don't care and they're in Michigan. His mom will not come get her unless I turn her over to the States so she can claim her as a foster child and get a a paycheck. >> Where is his mom? >> Calico Road. Uh I think it's Spring Garden Subdivision. >> Would you be willing for her to watch her? >> No. >> No. >> Officers then decided to arrest her and she began crying and begging for mercy. >> What's going to happen is uh my sergeant here is going to take her to the police department for me. Uh >> what's going to happen to her? >> You're going to jail. >> No. So, get down here now. >> My mother and daughter, they fight like what? >> It's still domestic battery. You punched her in the face. >> I did not mean to punch her though. When she's done, that's how she made connectivity with my thing. Like, I was never aiming to punch her. Hey, >> I'm going to hang up the phone that I can take her out. >> Don't hang up. All right, let's go. >> What's going to happen to her, though? >> She's going to go with us and we're going to call DCFS. >> No, she doesn't want to do that either. >> Let's get your shoes and let's move on. >> I don't want to. We've been together for 15, 16 years. I don't want to lose my kid. How long am I going to be in there >> till tomorrow? >> I have to stay overnight. >> It's domestic violence. You have to stay overnight. Do you want it or no? >> You beat the out of me and didn't get arrested. >> Well, I'm not that kind of cop. Do you want the phone or not? >> Yes. [laughter] I really can't put underwear or a bra on. >> You're going to make me >> I don't I don't have a female here to watch you. If I had a female >> I don't care if you see the naked. >> I don't want to go to jail with no underwear or a bra. >> You could have taken it from me anyway. >> You're disgusting. >> If I had a female here, I'd be more than willing, but I don't have a female here. >> This is so gross. >> But as she was escorted to the police vehicle, those tears quickly turned into angry insults. >> Hate his mom. God, I hope she's not dead. Can it be on the record like your body cam footage or something that I don't want her talking to anybody without me present? I'm her only legal guardian. I don't want her talking to anyone. >> What do you mean anyone? >> Like I don't want her talking to a guardian at lightam anybody unless I am present. >> Okay. I already got her statement on my body cam. >> No, that's fine. But I don't want her talking to anybody at the police department. I don't want her going to his mom. I don't want any of that. >> Okay. There's a camera right above your face if you look up that just caught what you just said. It's recording. Okay. >> Okay. Perfect. Will they for sure take her from you now? >> Ma'am, I >> to be 100% honest with you, I have no idea how that side of this works. I I don't even have the >> I don't want to tell you an answer because it would be untruthful cuz I don't know. The only thing I know is there's no guardian close >> and [snorts] the the crime of domestic battery has occurred. The state of Illinois does not give me any decision making and what to do with that. I have to take you to jail because you admitted to it on the body camera. I there is nothing I can do whatsoever >> because I feel like being honest is the right thing to do. >> It absolutely is the right thing to do. But domestic violence because there's so many domestic violence that turned horrible. You know, >> my wife tried to kill me in county. What did you do to deserve it? You called her a lying. You deserved it. >> So you should know where I'm coming from. Where I have I >> Yeah, I get it. And I feel like [ __ ] that I did it, but that's why I was honest about it because I'm like, this is not like I know it's not okay and I don't want to put my hands on her. I don't want her putting her hands on me, which is why I think she's on because she used to never act like this ever. >> Nope, I understand that. >> And then she started running around with people who have parents who are on. And when I'm working two and three jobs to make ends meet, I can't keep tabs on her all the time. I know I should. She's my kid. But I can only tell her, "You're not allowed there so many times before they all start hanging out at the park." And like I can't I have to work two and three jobs. I can't sit home every night and make sure she's not hanging out with >> No, I get it. And you know, I commend you for working three jobs. Um it's just whenever and if you read the statute, it is a mustarrest charge. I do not have a choice. There's there's nothing >> doesn't make sense to me because my wife literally tried to kill me. >> I I can't answer for what Sling County did, ma'am. I I I'm truly sorry that you were justice was not served for you. But with me, I follow the law. That's my job. That's what they pay me to do. And unfortunately, that's that it is what it is. There's there's nothing I can do in this situation. >> [snorts] >> Uh, >> can you please not put my picture on that stupid app because I do not need to lose any of my jobs. >> Uh, you can ask the jail staff. I don't know if they have anything that they can do that I that that has nothing to do with me. I I don't work at the >> In the end, the woman was taken to the station for further processing. >> Hey, just breathe. Hey, step out here. Step out here. Get some air. Step out here. Come on. Hey, breathe. Breathe in through your nose. Out through your mouth. [laughter] In through your nose. Out through your mouth. >> In through your nose. [laughter] >> I don't want to lose my kid over two. Like this happens every day and his mom decides that she wants to make a phone call today. >> Hey, >> norally it's her beating my and I just take it because I'm >> in light of this bizarre circumstance. The remarks made following the video's distribution are equally significant. The way she sits on the counter while her daughter is crying. Typical bully behavior. This mom is vile and so abusive. Her mom is nasty as hell. She seems happy to tell everyone her daughter doesn't have a dad. Poor kid. This Karen was accused of employing physical force on a household or family member during the encounter, leading to charges of domestic violence. The lesson is that violence against family members can lead to serious consequences and crying or insulting officers won't erase the actions that led to an arrest. This Karen is such a stubborn person. Get more stuff by subscribing to Law Frame if you liked this. The next Karen will respond with more violence. >> No, I'm sorry. >> Pay attention. >> I don't have that. Thank you. On February 5th, 2026, after a lady assaulted someone at a pub, police were summoned. [music] [music] without [music] >> after officers managed to restrain and escort the woman outside. They questioned her, but she remained quite hostile and uncooperative. >> Guesses, you can turn her back to it. You got your ID on you? >> How old are you? >> This your real ID? >> Okay. Can we have your real ID so we don't have to take you to jail? >> Do you want to go to jail tonight or do you want to just give us a real ID? >> Charles 115 want my number out of state [music] you grenade m over here. What's the age on it? >> She's under 21 until 224 or 26. I guess it's real. >> What's going on inside? >> The manager came and got us and they said that they don't want you in there anymore. What's going on? He said he can't deal with you anymore. Ma'am, I need you to ask some questions so I can try to figure out what's going to happen. Okay. What's your plan for the rest of the night? Can you help us help? We don't want to take the detail. We want you to go home safely. But right now, we haven't got any way to make that happen. Were you ever asked to leave the bar? >> No. >> Okay. Um, how long have you been in there? >> Approximately 50 minutes. >> Okay. Do you have anything to drink while? >> No. >> Not in that bar. Where did you drink tonight? >> Uh, nothing. >> Nothing. Do you always have red eyes like that? >> Yes. Yes. What is that? >> Makeup. >> Makeup. So you put makeup on your face and make you >> Yeah. >> Oh, how come I So how close? >> No reason. I honestly honestly I can't remember because I don't I don't want to like make it sound like I'm like overstepping like me being a woman or whatever. Um >> I'm just asking how the accident happened. His >> Yeah. And I asked >> You're not overstepping on anything. I'm just asking how how the accident occurred. >> Yeah, I'm just um >> And if your hands are cold, put them in your pocket cuz it's a very cold day out here. I understand that. >> Thank you. Um No, I just I'm just taking her to her her father's house. And >> I understand that. So, >> and I and I honestly don't know how it happened. >> Can you explain to me in your own words what was going on just before the accident? >> Can I explain to you how? >> Sure, please. I can try. >> Okay, thank you. [laughter] >> Um, I was with my daughter, my three-year-old daughter, and my car, and we were driving, I would assume so, on Washington Avenue, Washington Lake, and driving there. >> So, that's it. Um, >> so then you went you went and dropped her off at her father's house, right? >> Yeah. And that's all right. >> So then you're driving back from this man's house. >> Brown Lake. Brown Lake. >> Brown Lake. Okay. So you're headed home now >> to Grace Lake. >> Okay. All right. Where where are you right now? >> Grace Lake. Um right behind the library. I'm sorry. >> Okay. >> I went to the library. Right behind the >> Have you had anything you had anything to drink today? >> No. >> Nothing. >> No. >> Okay. What I'm going to ask you to do >> so uh just put put your feet I understand that and I'm not trying to frustrate you. I'm just trying to make sure that I understand fully what's going on and do what do what I need to do. Okay. So, it's Claudia, correct? >> Yes. >> Okay, Claudia. So, just you're being cooperative. Continue to do that. My name is Sean. I'm not here to get you in trouble. I'm just here to do exactly what I need to do. Okay. >> I think that there's more going on with this accident and I'm conducting an accident investigation. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, what the guy was explaining that he's driving down the road, his car is hit. >> Yeah. >> Pretty hard. >> Yeah. >> He wasn't stopped. His car was moving and look >> honestly >> and that thing's that thing's caved in. I know. I'm letting you know what this man told me. >> Yes. >> I wasn't here. >> Yes. >> So, I'm conducting an investigation. His car. So, sometimes I see damage like that when a car is stopped and someone's maybe like distracted on their phone or they're they're talking to somebody in the car and they hit someone who's stopped. He's not stopped. >> Yeah. >> Which means that your speed is going to be very fast, >> right? >> Yeah. >> So, these are the things I'm looking at when I talk to you. You have no idea seemingly what car insurance is. You've given him your Blue Cross card and you gave it to me like four times. You gave me a credit card. You gave me a whole bunch of other things. You don't even know what insurance company you have. >> You're getting ready to drive this thing away. You're all over the place. And I smell alcohol on your breath when you talked to me. >> So that's why I asked like, "How much have you had to drink?" And okay. >> Because he thought Claudia could be intoxicated, Officer McMahon asked her to complete field sobriety tasks. >> Stand with your feet. it uh together with your hands down at your side. Stand up straight. What I'm going to ask you to do is follow the tip of my finger with your eyes and your eyes only. Don't move your head. Just follow with your eyes from side to side. Okay? You don't have to do anything else. Can you wipe the tears out of your eyes? I know. >> All right. And just keep your hands down at your sides. When we're done with this, I'll let you put your hands in your pocket to warm up. Okay. >> Okay. >> Shouldn't take long. >> I'm following you. >> Nope. I haven't moved it yet. >> Okay. I'm sorry. Try not to move your head, please. Heel to toe steps forward with your heel touching your toe on each step. Go ahead and get back with your feet. It's called the start position. Go ahead and stand like this, please. Not now. But when I ask you to begin, I'm going to ask you to take nine heel to toe steps forward with your heel touching your toe on each step, staying online, keeping your hands down at your sides, and counting your steps out loud. You're going to take nine heel steps forward, heel to toe. Still not starting yet. Go ahead and get back in the start position. I'll let you know when I'll I'll ask you if you're ready, >> but I'm going to demonstrate for you, too. Please stand like this. >> Okay. Can you put your feet together? >> Yes. like I'm doing with your heel touching your toe. You're standing like this off to the side. I'm asking you to stand like this. >> So, you can't do it is what I'm what you're saying. >> This is >> it's as good as I'm going to get. Okay. >> Remain remain there. When I ask you to begin nine heel to toe steps forward with your hands down at your sides, counting your steps out loud, your heels touching your toe. On each step, you're going to take nine nine uh heel to tap nine heel toto toe steps forward. When you get to nine, you're going to take a series of small steps. You're going to pivot. Take nine heel to toe steps back with your heel touching your toe on each step. Keeping your hands down at your sides and counting out loud. Watch me. It's going to look like this. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. When you get to 9, take a series of small steps. Pivot. Turn yourself around. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. Do you have any questions on that? >> I don't think so. >> You don't think so? Now's the time to ask. >> Just step. >> Stay on the line. Have your heel touch your toe. Keep your hands at your sides, not in front of you. Count your toe. Uh your steps out loud. >> Yes. >> 94. Nine back. Miss. Offline. Miss. >> Arms up. Miss. Miss. Miss. Miss. Miss, miss, miss, miss. Improper turns up. >> 10. >> No, not 10, but yeah, go ahead. Miss offline. Offline. Miss, miss, miss. Stumble. Miss, miss, miss. Okay. going to ask you to pick a leg to stand on and raise one about 6 in off the ground. It's about the height of a Coke can. >> Okay? >> That that foot is going to come off the ground. You're going to look down at your foot. You're going to count 1,00 1,002,004 until I tell you to stop. It's going to be about 30 seconds. I'll tell you to stop. You're going to keep your hands down at your side. You're going to look down at the foot that you raise. >> Okay. I might I have to go to the bathroom. >> Okay. Well, we'll go in a little bit. We're not going right now. We're in the middle of a party. There's no there's no bathrooms anywhere out here. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. So, again, stand like stand like so in front of me. You're you keep moving and drifting. Stand in front of me and face me here. You know what? Don't move. I'll face you. All right. I'm going to I'll stand on my left and raise my right. Okay. >> I'm going to look down on my foot. So, when I see you begin, it's going to look like this. Not now. This is the demonstration course. Remember, I'll ask you if you're ready and then you can start. I have to show it to you and explain it to you so that you perfectly understand. And if you have a question, you ask me, okay? And I'll I'll be very kind with you. I'll answer any question that you have and I'll show it to you, okay? So that you know exactly what I'm asking you to do is I know sometimes people can get nervous. >> Yeah. >> Nobody's ever done stuff like this before. I totally understand it. And again, I'm not here to give you a hard time. What I'm telling you is I'm doing is I'm doing it a thorough and accurate job. Okay. >> I love you guys. Yes. >> Thank you. We definitely appreciate that, Claudia. All right. So, I'm going to stand on my left and I'm going to raise my right. 1001. Again, not you, just me. 1,001 10,002 1003 1004 105 1006 1007 1008 1009 10112345 1 16 122 1 123 1 124 1 125 1 26 1 27 1 1280 1290 130 At any point if you have to put your foot down, you pick it up, and you bring in wherever you left off at. Okay. I'm going to ask you to go just go until I tell you to stop. It's really not going to be more than 30 seconds. Okay. >> Okay. >> If if you feel better on one leg than the other, your choice, just choose one to stand on and one to raise about 6 in off the ground. >> Okay. >> You keep your hands at your side. >> I really don't know. But yeah, >> you keep your hands at your side. >> On your side, not in front of you. You look down at the foot that you raise. You point your toe and you count 10,00 1,002 10003. If you have to put your foot down, you pick it up and you begin from where you left off. Four, five, six until until I tell you to stop. >> Okay. >> Do you have questions? >> Yeah, >> you do. >> I don't have questions. >> Okay. Whenever you're ready, the leg of your choice. Go ahead and begin when you're ready. You can raise your left or your right. >> Can you count out loud? One Mississippi. Two Mississippi. Three Mississippi. Four Mississippi. Five Mississippi. Six Mississippi. Seven Mississippi. Eight Mississippi. >> Keep going. >> N Mississippi 10 Mississippi 11 Mississippi 12 Mississippi 13 Mississippi. Oh, 14 Mississippi 15 16 >> Okay. All right. >> Officer McMahon then took Claudia into custody for driving under the influence. >> Back. Place your hands behind your back. Right now you're under arrest for DUI. >> I didn't. >> No, that was your choice. I offered you. I'll offer to you again. I have to move a jacket here. Ken, pull her sleeve up. Her sleeve's caught in the handcuff. I'm putting these on loose, Claudia. So, don't try and wiggle out of them because I'm not trying to uh I had a lot of ladies, they have skinny wrist, so they'll wiggle out of the cuff. Please don't do that. Okay. I'm Can you hear me? You're staring straight ahead. I'm asking you not to do that. >> Victor's doing the grocery full house and then >> Yeah. Have them look for an insurance card. I'm sure there's an insurance card. >> She went through her wallet before. have look in the glove box. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Sit right over here for me. >> Do you have your purse in the car? Do you have anything in the car that you need? >> The purse? And I do need potty. >> Yeah. I'll let you go to the washroom when we get to the station. Okay. Go ahead and sit. No, just sit. Just sit normal. This is a seat belt. I'm just going to book you in. Okay, we only got a couple minute ride and we'll be right there. >> You ever do this one? >> This is an old one.
