Welcome back. We've got another video for you. This one comes from Integrity Body Cam, and it is wife's stupid mistake ruins her husband's life in seconds. Haven't seen it. Let's go. Deputies in Florida had just stopped this vehicle for speeding and within minutes everything would spiral out of control. >> What? Everything spiraled out of control on a traffic stop. No. >> How you doing, Sergeant? Where you from? Can I share? Do you have your license? Registration proof insurance? >> I don't have it. Right. I have it, but I don't. >> Baby right here. >> She has it, but she doesn't. >> Registration proof insurance. >> Um, it's on my phone. >> Okay. What were you put in between your legs? Just that stuff. >> Huh? No, her keys are attached to that. Okay. >> Yeah. Sorry. >> Okay. >> This one is saying it's expired in this [ __ ] registration. >> Yeah, I'm good, man. Just like my >> Yeah. You on probation for anything? >> Me? No. >> No. >> I'm just asking. I don't know. No. >> No, sir. >> Okay. >> I haven't been pulled over. Sorry. Since 2020. If you run it though on the back of the license plate, it should come up good. I know. I show proof of it. >> I see him looking. That's okay. >> When you find the insurance, just hold on to check your license. white rock spotted. So, they found a white rock. That's plain view. That's what we call plain view, which means that if we can see it from the outside of the vehicle, it is plain view and gives us the right to go in and and get it or search the vehicle. >> Between our legs, >> between our legs. >> Yeah. >> You want to stand up? >> What's that on your seat right here? Underneath your left leg. Your left leg. That white rock. Yes. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Stop. Stop. >> What are you doing? >> Put your hands on the dashboard. Put your hands on the dashboard. DO IT NOW. >> HEY, GET YOUR HANDS UP. Get your hands up. >> Oh, boy. >> Get your HANDS UP. TASER. TASER. TASER. TASER. >> OH, DANG. >> Unlock the car. Do it now. UNLOCK THE CAR ON THAT SIDE. GET YOUR HANDS UP. >> OH, JEEZ. This thing has escalated fast. >> IT'S OUT. WE'VE WE'VE STOPPED. >> IT WAS NOT OPEN. >> MY BELT'S ON. >> My belt's on. >> My belt's on. My belt's on. Stop. Stop. >> I wish she would just shut her mouth for a second. She's just run. I don't even know what she's saying. I just hear this obnoxious voice in the background while they're trying to deal with this guy. >> Stop. Stay on the ground. >> STAY ON THE GROUND. >> Right here. I'M ON THE GROUND. >> They are not messing with this dude. >> THAT'S MY PHONE. THE DOOR HANDS ON VIDEO. IT WASN'T OPEN. >> NO, THAT DOOR WAS OPEN. >> GET YOUR HANDS UP. >> THE DOOR WAS OPEN. I PROMISE YOU THAT DOOR was open. >> It was not open. >> Do that. You did not. >> Male passenger being in narcotics. We had a taser deployed on the male passenger. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Yes, sir. >> Get your hands on the steering wheel. >> By the way, fantastic police work. Jumped right into it. Boom. busted the window, taser. Um, whatever their saw, they acted fast and this is what diffused this situation. Uh, what could have potentially been I don't know. I don't know. Maybe they had a gun on them and it could have been a life-threatening situation, but excellent job acting quickly and aggressively. >> It was not unlocked. I'm on video trying to open it multiple times. >> You look at it. The red light, the red thing would be off. >> No. >> Yes, it was unlocked. It was unlocked. You know it was unlocked. >> Get us coverage. Code three, please. >> Sending code three. >> Weaver. What the [ __ ] dude? >> Look. You see my door? You see how it's red? >> Get your hands on the steering wheel. >> It was unlocked. >> I promise you that door was unlocked. >> Get your hands on the steering wheel. >> I have nothing. >> Yeah. You saw that? You just ate it. >> Oh, I didn't eat. >> You're on camera eating it. >> You're on camera for that door being unlocked. I promise you. You're thinking about it, aren't you? >> No. the >> I I got to take a break from this lady talking about the door. So, it looked to me cuz we can't really see it on the body cam, but when we did go back to the body cam, the the passenger is holding the driver's hand. So, I think what happened is he snatches the rock, throws it in his mouth so they can claim that he didn't do it, but it's on body cam. So, I think what it was that that caused that reaction was the fact that he snatched that rock out from her hand or from between her legs and popped it in his mouth. >> Door was not unlocked. >> It was unlocked. >> No, it wasn't. >> I promise you it was unlocked. >> No, it wasn't. >> I promise you it was unlocked. >> It wasn't. It's on camera. >> I swear to God, it was unlocked. Look at mine. You see that red dot? When you look at that camera, that red dot's going to be showing on his door. You broke that window and tasered him for nothing. for eating narcotics, for eating drugs. >> No, that doesn't matter. That doesn't mean you can hurt people. What rules are okay to be broken then? >> You want to break rules, too. Correct. That door was unlocked. You know it. I'm calling a lawyer. I want to call a lawyer. >> Call her >> right now. >> I want to call a lawyer right now. >> No. Keep your hands on the steering wheel. >> I want to call a lawyer. >> Please let me call a lawyer now. Let me call a lawyer now. >> Oh my gosh. This lady >> I need to call a lawyer now. >> Keep your hands on the steering wheel. My hands have not moved, sir. Can I please call a lawyer? >> No, >> please. >> No, you can keep your hands on the steering wheel. >> My hands have not moved off the steering wheel. >> I'm secure, sir. Sir, I'm secure for real. >> Can I turn my paws off? >> No, you can keep your hands on the steering wheel. >> Can you see me up, will you, please? >> What part of that does she >> I'm able to get out. Yes, ma'am. Get my seatelt on. Can I get my seatelt off, please? Thank you. Okay, one second, ma'am. Please. >> I'm getting my shoe. >> You have plenty of time. Come on. Get out. >> Excuse me. It's stuck to her butt, too. There's something There's drugs stuck to her butt. >> Stop. What did I do? What did I do? I have never been arrested. What did I do? That got me shaking. >> You can see it. It was stuck to her boat. >> What are you talking about? >> Brush it off. >> I got her. I got her. I got her. >> The door was unlocked, sir. I didn't do anything. >> She was trying to brush. She could hear. >> I'm not moving. >> I'm [ __ ] shaking. You want me to take my jacket off? You can take my jacket off, please. >> No. >> What did I do? You have narcotics stuck to the bottom of your butt. >> No, I don't. >> Yes, you do. >> No, I have food. >> Stuck to the bottom of my butt. >> It's not food. It's [ __ ] food. >> It's not food. >> You broke that window and you know it. That car with door was locked. >> Yes, I did break the window. >> You tasered him. That car was unlocked. >> I I broke the window. You're right. >> What the is going on? >> Can you just check her the light or something? Whatever she was trying to brush off. >> Yeah. >> This is what she wasn't able to destroy right here. >> Yeah. Right here. You see the bag ripped open? There's meth right there on the seat. >> No. >> No. It's >> not. That's food. Gross. You guys don't trust him. Chill. >> Did we get what he was trying to eat? >> I don't know. I couldn't. >> It was in his hand. He grabbed it from the center right there and was trying to eat it. >> Here's a piper right here on his feet. >> Crack. >> Dude, what? >> You can't be eating drugs, bro. >> Bro, I didn't eat anything. >> You're on camera, Michael. >> I didn't eat anything. >> You're on camera. >> Unlock the door. >> No, you're on camera, Michael. >> So, this was in the center console. It's an amphetamine prescription to uh obviously not her. She had five of those same pills in her purse. There's a crack right there >> inside the car. >> Yeah, right there. See, I couldn't get much out besides this. >> There's a needle in here, too. >> So, they got a crack rock, crackpipe, amphetamines in a um that don't belong to her. Possibly meth, a needle. I mean, they got the whole kitten kaboodleoodle in here. >> Down there, too. Yeah. >> You're the one eating drugs, bro. >> Bro, I didn't eat no drugs. >> Come on, Michael. You're You're on camera through the window, bro. >> How am I on camera through the window? >> This is a camera through your window, bro. Yes. >> What's going on with my wife? >> She's getting arrested for what? >> For drugs in the car. >> What drugs? >> The drugs that she was sitting on. The needle in the car. >> Where is that? >> In the center of the car. Center console. If it's not yours, then it's hers. She's driving the vehicle. You want to play all these games? >> What are you charging her with? >> Narcotics. We got to test them. Slide that between it. Pressure on both sides. Flatten it up. What are >> you doing, Weaver? >> Pulling the probes out of your bro. >> It's fine. Just don't move. >> Can we do something? Why are you charging her? >> Because you're saying that you weren't eating drugs, bro. We all know that you were eating drugs. >> Ready? >> Where's the drugs? Do you have anything that test for drugs? >> They're probably inside your stomach. >> Okay, listen. You said you're testing something. >> Yeah, there's narcotics in the car. >> Where are the narcotics? >> They're in the car. >> Don't charge my wife with anything. >> Well, she's getting charged. >> Why? >> She had narcotics near her as well. And if I said they were all mine, would you let her go? >> There might be another one. Is there another one right here? >> Can I talk to you, dude? Can I talk? >> They popped them a couple times, huh? >> Here. You can talk. But if you're planning on talking and admitting anything and need to read your rights before we do that, we have kids, dude. You got >> Before I don't have to let her go. >> If you have kids, then you shouldn't be doing drugs. It's plain and simple. Don't make it our problem once because your behavior brought you to this point. Don't then make it our problem. It ain't our problem. This is on you guys. Your behavior put you here. And I don't know that the kids are in a good place with you guys if you're doing crack, rocks, needles, all sorts of stuff. >> Why would you take her to jail if I'm going to take responsibility? >> She had narcotics. >> If I'm going to take responsibility for whatever. >> Well, if you're going to take responsibility, before you do that, I need to ask your rights so you know you don't talk to us. All right, Michael. You have the right to remain silent. You understand each other's rights. So, I explained to you. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, what are you saying that charged me with? >> Well, tampering with evidence for eating whatever you ate on camera. >> But what evidence if there's nothing there? >> Everybody, dude, >> there's no there there. >> Oh, so that's a revoke bond on you. >> You're talking about a felony. >> Eating narcotics is a felony. >> So, he's also got a revoked bond, which means he's wanted, which answers going back to the question, are any of you on probation? Me? No. >> Michael? Yes. Yes. Eating narcotics is a felony. You're on two different body cameras. Corporal Green, who's at the driver window through the window that's open on the driver's side. You're reaching, digging in the center console. You pull out a bag of dope and you eat it. >> I'm trying to unlock the car before you're telling me. >> So, you're telling me the unlock buttons in the middle? >> I don't know, sir. >> Come on, Michael. Michael, you want to watch it yourself and see it for your own eyes? >> You're going to show me right now. You're going to show me that I'm eating drugs, dude. >> Yes, you're eating drugs. >> Come on, man. If you find anything in the car, man, don't charge my wife. Dude, we have kids. >> You're the one who did this. All this could have been avoided if you just got out of the car. I was telling you to get your hands up and get out. >> And in this particular case, they can charge both of them. She's in possession of it. She's in, you know, control where she's sitting of the drugs that were found. Plus, there was drugs in the center console, needles, all paraphernelia. So, he can be charged, too. They should both be charged. >> Out of the car. You were too busy trying to eat drugs. >> Bro, you had a taser in my face. >> No, that was after you started digging for the center and eating drugs. You put them in. We'll take them both. Come on. >> Don't take my wife. >> She's going to jail, too, Mike. >> For what? >> Come on. Hop in the car. >> Come on. We've already explained to you anything. >> Needle bags. >> You haven't said anything. >> Pipe pipe. >> The driver. >> Jessica was booked on multiple felony char. >> Okay. Multiple felony charges. Tampering with evidence in criminal proceeding. possession of drug paraphernalia, which is typically a misdemeanor. Cocaine, that's a felony. Amphetam amphetamine or methampetamine trafficking of it, uh, 14 grams or overwood. So, the amount was such that they're charging her for trafficking it, including amphetamine trafficking tampering before posting over $25,000 in total [music] bonds to walk free a week later. 5 months later, she was rearrested for a probation violation and sentenced to 180 days in county [music] jail. As for Michael, who was already out on bond for selling >> So, look, this is there. See, this is what they do. They play these games. They try to lie, eat the drugs, you know, they're just being they they legit just lie lie lie. And here you are. He has been already caught for fentinel, selling fentinel. Um, unlawful use of two-way communication device, obstruction without violence. So, the unlawful use of a two-way communication device is probably the using your phone to sell drugs. That's what you would charge him with. Obstructing without violence, blah, blah, blah. He's got a bunch of felonies. >> When fentinel at the time of the stop, his luck ran out. He was held without bond, pleaded no contest to his felony drug charges, and was [music] sentenced to two years and four months in Florida state prison. >> So when you hold him without bond, they don't drag these cases on. If you if you give them a bond, they'll drag these cases out for years or a year or two at least. But when you give them no bond, they're forced to make a, you know, they want to get this over with. So he he claims uh pleads no contest. Nolo contended contender and which basically says as we've said a mill you know a bunch of times on here if it's your first time on the channel that no contest means I'm not saying I'm guilty but I acknowledge that the the state has enough uh evidence to move forward with the case and so you're basically throwing yourself at the mercy of the court or the judge 2 years 4 months cuz he clearly doesn't learn his lesson and these are parents [clears throat] they have kids at home which they should have been at home with their kids But no, they were out in a car full of drugs, probably selling. Um, and then now she gets charged and he gets charged. I know the video video says a wife's stupid mistake ruins her husband's life in seconds. Um, yeah. I mean, I guess her mistake was having drugs in there, but he did, too. Like, they both did. So, they're both responsible for this. Nobody to blame but themselves. two years, four months for this. That's I think that's that's good. Um for her, she got 180 days because she violated she didn't her uh terms of probation and she got 180 days. So, I don't know what's happened with the kids. Maybe CPS, maybe family, but in the end, you can't have this behavior around kids. I'd love to know what you think. Was this fair? How did these guys do? I thought they did phenomenal. They jumped on it right away, took action, were aggressive, uh kept anybody from getting hurt, and in the end they uh they were right. There was drugs in the car and a lot of it, and they ended up uh arresting both of them. Let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe. I'll catch you on the next video.
