Good one. So, most of you probably already know this. The police department is the city. The sheriff is the county. The sheriff runs the jail in most places. There's a few things where the sheriffs they the counties have contracted out or they have a separate jail commission, whatever. I don't know. But, in most counties, the sheriff not only did they run the jail they run the roads and civil process and we were a full-service search and rescue, everything. But, we also ran the jail. We had 1,500 beds. Like, Maricopa County's got 13,000 beds. So, now they the police take her down to the jail where the sheriff runs it and she'll get booked in for felony charges. She didn't do anything, guys. You believe that? She didn't do anything. Perfect picture of her right there. >> [laughter] [sighs] >> Listen. It should be assault on a law enforcement officer, too, for spitting on them. >> She is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. >> Oh, no. To me, it sounded like these two were arguing in the hotel when the female, who was way too intoxicated to get too far, and started trashing the place. >> I mean, this woman had no control over her emotions. She was all over the place, crying, angry, spitting, um cursing. I mean, it was just a mess. >> When the cops arrived, everything changed. Instead of owning up to what she'd done, she doubled down, making things even worse by spitting on a cop. If she had taken a lesson from Bluey and simply accepted responsibility for her actions, none of this would have happened. Something else stood out to me was her repeatedly bringing up that she's only 21, as if she's not an adult. 21 is old enough to know better, and I find it pretty ironic how a children's show can teach an adult a lesson about accountability. >> He's right. Officer John's right. She kept saying as if she's kept saying she was 21 as if this was a reason for her bad behavior, that she We all agree that her frontal lobe is not fully developed. She currently She certainly does not make sound decisions, but she's 3 years into, by the law, adulthood, and 21, now old enough to drink. This could have changed immediately. What if she would have gone back and claimed that he had uh assaulted her in some way and this was smart on his he didn't call. Luckily the call the police did get called and uh and they were helped with a fake Louis Vuitton sweater. That guy dodged a nuclear missile. Wow, that's true. Uh let's see. You can tell dude was genuinely terrified he was going to catch a false charge. Yep. She's uh she has a baby. She has a baby. Oh yeah, I feel bad for that poor kid. She's the type that will see this sober and still think she was right. That's true. That is the type of person. She'll see this sober and think she was totally victimized by that guy, the cops, the hotel, everything. Uh lying about should be absolutely be a crime and I think it should carry a stiff penalty with it. I'm all for anybody. We if you are assaulted, 100% the person involved should be held accountable. We also should hold people accountable that make such an egregious uh accusation. That should have a consequence with it as well. Um I've seen some people's lives lives totally changed. Um Yeah.
