So sit down and listen to what we got to say. >> This officer talking to y'all then stop moving. You understand me? not going to play with you cuz I know you already been kicked out of the mall today. >> Okay, time to leave. >> Time to go. >> I heard you that way out. >> Outside. >> All right. The second that kid pulls away, boom. Snatch him up. Punt that freaking ball out of here. get it out of here and put him in cuffs because this situation will not get better from here if you continue to allow them. They will get more and more emboldened the more behavior you tolerate. >> Okay. >> Not too much though. >> Let's go. >> I don't worry about I'm not worried about your shoe. You can tie that outside. >> Let's go. respect my cousin either get your ass. You ain't working nowhere. You ain't working nowhere. You ain't working nowhere. You ain't working nowhere. Do you understand that? should have already put him in handcuffs. >> Excuse me. He's going to listen or he's going to go in handcuffs. >> Now, let's go. >> Look, I'm not even >> that right there. >> You cannot let them disrespect you like that. That's why they're continuing to disrespect these two. You got to take control of the situation. That kid's behavior already enough to be able to put him in cuffs. Um, and they still are refusing to uh obey the lawful order to move to get out of the uh the business. >> Come here, sweetie. Sweetie, >> come here. What's your name? >> Listen here, sweetie. >> That's not with y'all together. I'm getting everybody name. Everybody else cooperating. Cooperate as well. What's your name? >> My name is >> outside. >> I don't care who you're waiting on. Outside. >> 46. >> Just trying to get them outside. They're not wanting to go and one's wanting to struggle with me. >> I'm trying to get my ball. >> No. Put your hands behind your back. >> I'm trying to get my ball. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back now. >> Put your hands behind your back. Somebody get >> No, you're not listening to me. >> Get the me wrong with you. >> I gave you what? >> Quick little leg sweep. >> [ __ ] wrong with you? Get off me. Send me a unit. >> One's wanting to fight with me. >> One. They're all being disrespectful. They all should be along in the club. They all belong cuffs. Hold me, baby. >> Look at him putting hands on the cops. >> Go down. >> Throw him to the ground. Oh my god. Told you this would be irritating. >> Throwing the me. >> Get off of me or you're going to cop, too. >> Get down. >> Okay. This other kid, this kid right here in this Calvin Klein shirt getting in the mix, putting hands on cops. This kid's, you know what, needs to go into the dirt. He needs cuffs on him. He's probably one of the most aggressive ones, but this was because they tolerated this behavior in the beginning. Should have put cuffs on them when they refused to to obey the orders immediately. Certainly when physically they were they were resisting. [Applause] >> At this point, every one of them goes in cuffs. Okay. Look here. >> Here. I'm trying to get my >> It's not meant to be gentle. >> Watch out. Watch out. >> Put him in cuffs. >> Put her in cuffs. >> Stand up. Put the kid with the balloon in his mouth in cuffs. >> This kid is putting hands getting involved in this situation. Folks, if you are in law enforcement or want to be in law enforcement, do not let the somebody's going to get hurt. They're going to get hurt or cops going to get hurt. This kid needs to go in cuffs. They got to diffuse the situation. >> Handcuffs, man. Let's go. >> Let go. >> Come here. Let's go. >> That's it. >> Watch out. Let me get my phone. >> Come here. Hey, just go. Just go. Get the off me. I don't even like your phone. Phone is over there. No idea. >> Don't let him walk back in the store. >> We ain't shopping anymore. So, you can >> This is behavior like this is about uh power. They want to show that they're they're the one in power. They're the authority. And he's not. He's already broken the law. He's resisted arrest. He's been disorderly. He's intervened in the arrest of one of the other kids. Um, they shouldn't have let him back in the store. Learn a hard lesson. Don't leave your phone. Shouldn't have been in the store in the first place. >> Phone. [ __ ] >> Hey, where's your phone then? >> I'm going to get We can help you find it. >> Get in that car. Bro, can y'all please call y'all sergeant? >> I am the target. Smart. Brother, don't. Can y'all talk to me first? >> God damn. >> If you want to go in handcuffs, keep it up or back off. >> Back off. >> Back off. >> Get in the car. >> You either get in or I'm throwing you in. You got one minute. >> Please. No. These handcuffs. >> Move your legs. >> Get all the way in. >> These handcuffs, man. Can you please? >> We'll adjust them once you're in. Get in. >> Okay. Okay. You cannot >> get in. >> Oh, you cannot push me. >> Get in. >> I can't. The buck was behind me, sir. Get your key. >> I was trying to sir. >> What the right handcuffs? >> You should be in handcuff. >> You should be in handcuffs. >> Then put him in handcuffs. >> Are back there. Okay. >> I'm giving you a chance to get your phone. If you're not going to get your I'm going to take you outside handcuffs. Go. Go. Come on. You think I'm doing >> trigging? >> All right. Now, let's get out. Come on. You don't need to fix it. Don't fix it. >> Respect. I don't mess up. >> Oh, respect. Now, >> now he respects stuff. Go home. >> Go home. Go home. >> Go home. >> Good, sir. >> Out of breath, but I'm good. >> Where's the other one? >> There are five others in there. >> Web cutter with them. >> They're all out now. >> What the Bro, I was leaving. >> Huh? >> He's going to be all right. There's a hund of us here. There's cameras. >> Are you going to Taco Bell or not? >> If not, then sit over there and be quiet. Since you know the people he was with, will you try to the ones that are left try to get their info? >> I got their name. >> Thank you. >> What's your mama number? >> She is. >> Give me her number. I'll call her. >> Back in again. >> Ma'am, you have an ID, honey. >> Hey, listen. If you don't tell us, he's got to go to the jail. >> That's how that works. >> Damn. One, two, three, four. >> You rolling phobia. >> How is this kid? >> Not in cuffs. >> She's not going to tell us either. They'll just have to finger. >> Come on, man. That makes us up. >> Oh, where you going? >> Oh god. I'mma walk with him. >> Where you going? >> Stop right there. You're not coming any closer. Stop and walk. >> Come over here. You can sit right there. >> Said we can go over here. >> Walk that way. >> The officer said we >> No, you're not. Walk that way. >> We can come over here. >> Who are you? >> Officer said we can come over here. >> 64386. Walk. >> That officer over there said we can come over here. >> You got pepper spray. We are threatening. We just standing. >> Walk. Two of us. Three of you. >> What the You mean y'all deep? >> 1 2 three. that way now or I'm going to put all three of you in handcuffs and you can join him in the car. >> All right. >> Stop threatening to put him in handcuffs and put them in handcuffs for crying out loud. They've all broken the law. They're continuing to break the law. They're still on private property. They were asked to leave. U they're still trespassing. They're still being disorderly. They're still refusing to obey commands. And this other kid, let's not forget, he actually was physical. Turn around. Put your hand back. I'm not going to touch you. Turn your back. God. Like what the tighten up. I'm standing here. You can get out my face. >> Long as I ain't whatever the >> boss man. Go ahead and put your lighter down for me. >> Stand up. >> I'm just sitting there playing. >> You're back. >> You're going to be under arrest, too. >> What I do? >> Battery on a Leo. >> Battery on. Why didn't touch nobody? >> Yeah, he did. It's on his body camera and >> not a damn person. >> I'm not going to do a step on my phone. >> She did something, >> man. What the You mean I didn't touch? Do you want to get put your hand behind anything? the cuff right here. Why arresting them? >> Obstruction. I got handcuffs off me. Clinking, bro. I'm not done. I ain't hit nobody. I ain't talking to nobody. >> Get off me. Quit. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> In the car. I can get in my mother, too, man. >> Move your legs. >> I'm trying to move. >> Move your legs. >> Move your legs. >> You just scratch the out my face, >> man. Let the man get off me, man. >> So, they got to put a hobble on his feet now. >> Off me, man. I'mma get up. Hold. Whoa. Grab my phone. Don't touch me. Let me go. Why don't you >> under arrest? >> The problem was they tolerated his behavior for far too long. They let him break one law after another. They didn't hold him accountable. And then now they decide to do it, which I'm glad they did because the kid deserves to go to jail. All of them all of a sudden are not as tough as they once were. This kid running his mouth the most. The girl all of a sudden she wasn't so tough. You could hear the change in her tone of voice. >> Take the take off. >> I don't even know. Like unfortunately these these teenagers are a little out of control sometimes and disrespectful. They finally all got arrested which they all should have. They all got arrested for uh felony obstruction and they all got arrested I think for resisting arrest >> disorderly conduct >> and disorderly conduct. That's what the charges should have been and they should have been arrested a lot quicker and should have restored the peace a lot quicker but in the end it happened. So I don't I'm not trying to you know it's easier said than done me watching the video as opposed to actually being there. But I've been through many situations like this and I'm a big believer that don't let these situations get out of control and don't let these people get emboldened when they are breaking the law, resisting arrest, being disorderly, refusing orders. So, in the end, they all deserve to go to jail. Let me know if you agree. I'd love to know if this bo this you could clearly see this one irritated me. Uh let's see if it irritated you as much as it did me. Uh, please like, subscribe, and comment on this video. Let me know what you what your thoughts were on it.
