Stand up. >> All right, we got a good one for you today. Um, this one is called racist woman arrested for attacking a senior citizen at the airport. This comes from Body Cam Edition. Let's take a look. >> Officers responded to a service call regarding a fight at a restaurant. Upon further investigation, it was revealed that the suspect had vandalized multiple businesses, spat on an individual, and struck an elderly woman with a closed fist, resulting in a minor laceration. >> Yeah, >> sounds like a real peach. >> This guy will tell you what's going on. I was just walking up and you hear this loud bang and I guess a younger woman this elderly woman in the face with a phone here for Yeah. and the elderly woman thought she was bleeding down the side of her face. Then the woman went to spit in somebody else's face and a bunch of us were trying to contain her. >> She went back down into terminal. >> The individual hit two people. >> Did one person spit in another one's face? >> Hit one spin the other. Okay. >> Which by the way, spitting in Arizona is a assault because you're spitting bodily fluids on somebody. So that can be deemed as an aalt. But see what they do. >> Okay. if um whatever. >> Hey. Hey. What's going on? >> Hey. She has like crazy assaulted >> and both of them were spit on her >> and then knocked her with a cell phone. >> 1989. >> Crack the old lady in the head. >> She's screaming and yelling at her right here. She did take the face of her cell phone and that's what hit her. >> That's what hit her. But it's You were in the way. Look at that. >> Um, so right here is when she walks up to her and hits her. >> That's where she hits her and then she kind of >> No, she like she punched her with her with her. >> No. >> Yeah. If you slow it down, >> she went that way. Charlie. >> And then she looked like she was trying to find somewhere to hide because we were all like congregating. She could have gone past us and gone down deep, but >> Okay. [Music] So, >> I'm guessing they're probably getting a description right now from this video to us. >> Of course, this is her. And then this is where she's got glasses on. >> Lady got a cowboy hat on there, huh? >> And then you can see where she spits on this lady right here in the pink. And you can't tell right here. This is cuz she was coming in the way, but this is where she hits her. Right here. He's in or right here. That's where she hit her. >> Yeah. >> And then she's bleeding. Okay. >> So, >> yeah, this is exactly where she >> So, they're going to have video of this obviously from the airport, I'm guessing, as well. So, we'll see if they pull that. But right now, they're probably just trying to find out where the suspect is, if they have a crime, and then to go make contact with the suspect. >> She had over there right before that. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Can I get Can you pull that video up? >> Yeah. >> And let me see if I can grab it. That's the beginning. >> I'm here. That was just straight up out of nowhere. >> Crack that lady right in the face. >> Yeah, >> I was I would have gone after >> I thought she was coming towards me when she saw my phone. >> Okay, that's it. >> Yeah, she's definitely down. >> So, the >> Let's go get her. >> The couple uh screenshots. Can you grab a couple of them? Some does someone have ability to let our flight know that we're like late now? >> We'll we'll get you there. We're not We're not going to hold you here. In fact, you got a card? >> Yeah, she's still down there. So, somebody's asking she is >> on something. >> Like my experience is they ain't holding the plane for you if so. Let's get these folks on and get their get them on their flight. >> Good. Anybody here? >> Okay. So, here. So, that's Andrew. Brennan B renashville.com. >> Got it. Thank you so much. Yeah. Yeah. We have a picture. >> Was it a woman? >> I'm trying to I'm nosy. I'm black. I'm trying to see. >> Was it a woman? >> Yes. Uh, we're all nosy. We all want to know what's up. >> I just need to see a picture. She looks like >> this girl. >> Thank you. >> Control 18. She just knocked a bunch of stuff off of air. I'm still trying to make contact. >> This chick is straight up losing it. >> Seated the gates. >> Before approaching her, officers consulted with the victims to determine if they wish to press charges. When the victims declined, the officers proceeded to take her into custody on a disorderly conduct charge. >> Yeah. So, look, you need a victim for the assault. They decide they don't want to participate. They don't want to be victims. So, they lose that piece of it, but her actions are still disorderly. It's disturbing the piece. She's gone into the restaurant and raised hell. Then, she went and smacked some older lady in the face. Then she's tearing up the stores. They got to deal with her. they can't just let her get away with it. So, disorderly conduct tends to be a catch-all charge. I wish the other people would have uh been victims for the assault, but they probably didn't want the hassle. So, we'll see what happens. >> All right, I'll take for disorderly. >> Hi, ma'am. My name is Officer Link with the airport. Please you go ahead and stand up. >> Stand up, please. Ma'am, stand up. Put your hands behind your back. Stand up. Oh jeez. Do >> not resist. >> Roll over. >> Resist. Okay. >> Okay. By the way, any of you that don't think this is resisting, this is resisting. When you flop down like a little child and you first of all, you totally disrespectful to the cops when they come up and make contact with you. Look, I'm a big believer, you know, don't talk to the cops if they're asking you questions, but she's just disrespectful. Um, and then she flops on the ground. This is resisting, contrary to what many people may believe. >> Don't make this any worse than you've already made it. Okay, come here. Do >> not resist. >> Put your hands behind your back. Do it now. >> Put your hands behind your back. Do it now. >> Hands behind your back. >> Now. >> Do it now. >> Give me your hands. >> The cops are being cool. >> We're at the store at the >> Hands behind your back. Do not resist. >> Do not resist. Thank you. >> Magically appeared in the airport. Okay, >> let's go. Walk to a car. Stand up and walk. Get a chair. >> Get a chair. You don't need to do that. We're going to put you in the chair then. You can see her resisting and fighting against them. >> Y'all see this stuff? >> Yeah, we're seeing it. We're watching how silly you look. I don't want her. >> She wants a guy cop, not the lady cop. She is trying to be difficult in any way she can. >> These guys are being overly patient. >> Do not resist. >> Wait, take my pole. >> Do not resist. Don't be No. No. I don't want to break the loop for 400. >> Okay. Well, don't resist. Don't damage your glasses. >> Y'all damage your glasses. >> Roll you over. Get up. >> Okay. Do not resist. Do not resist. >> Okay. We're going to help you sit up. We're going to put you in the car. >> Yeah. We're going to put >> You see the kind of stuff we have to deal with? They've been extremely patient with this gal. >> Buckley here. >> Huh? >> I was just saying with me and Buckley trying to get out. >> Can I not have my picture taken? >> You have to. >> I'm just a >> Can you use your work? >> She want her picture taken. tough. >> Appreciate you. >> I'm guarantee she'll end up on a no-fly list. >> What's up? >> Said, "Why are y'all so mad?" >> He's actually >> The woman was charged with elder abuse, assaulting a first responder, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and vandalism. >> So, disorderly conduct, vandalism, elder abuse, resisting arrest, all charges she should have caught, probably assault, too, cuz she was spitting on people. Um, I don't know where the races come from, but she clearly didn't care for these. Showed complete disdain for this law these law enforcement officials. So, it looks like some of the victims did decide to press charges. That's probably why they were able to get the elder abuse charge. Um, so that was a good thing. Uh, in the end, look, we can't have people running around like this that are completely disrespectful to society and other people and uh orderly fashion. So, I'm glad she was charged. We'll find out what the uh what the end result was, but make sure you like, subscribe, and comment what did you think about her behavior and how these guys the cops did on this job. So, I think they did a great job. I thought they were very patient and u we'll see you on the next video.
