I heard you guys say, "Oh, this is what he wants and this is what they want." I stayed in there 20, 30 minutes and walked on. So, but what I'm saying and I just want you guys >> You're not doing anything illegal and that's what we told them. >> No, I know. Well, when you guys say things like this is what they want, you're giving them what they want. They gives people not, but there are some trash out there. I totally agree with that, right? I I think you guys did a good job. There was some irrationality going on. And I mean, I have a lot of police backing, >> uh, federal judges, you know, federal everything, FBI. You can do the case number, right? And all of that. Okay. >> Hello, ma'am. >> He was in the middle of helping me. Yeah, that was a little rude, to be honest. [Music] I'm sorry. He said he was all done helping you. >> No, he wasn't. I don't know why you think that that's okay, but I don't know why you get involved in this. >> Okay. Is there anything I can help you? >> Yeah. What is your name? >> I'm not going to I don't want to be >> Do you have a supervisor? Well, you're really rude. I just want to let you know that. >> And you're a public employee, so you're going to get >> In the blink of an eye, four police units suddenly appeared. Orders were given. Cold voices were heard. I don't need your directives. What's your name and badge number? >> Officer Dad. Bad number. >> Yeah, you too. >> Except mine doesn't get deleted. It's the back side of it. >> Harassment, huh? You want to call the supervisor, please? Not tomorrow. Not a minute from now. Like right now. >> Let us figure out what's going on. >> There's nothing going on. I'm video recording in a public area. That's what I was doing. I got services. I got pamplets. And I'm gone. Are we done here? Cuz I like to document the bull. They're going to tell tell you. >> So we got to call for service, but your behavior is theirs. >> My behavior. We need to make sure there's no crimes being >> there's no What crime do you suspect? >> What is your reasonable articulable suspicion that I've committed a crime here? >> There's a call for service. >> That's not a suspicion of a crime. Yelling, screaming, kind of causing a breach of the peace. Yeah. No, there's none of that. >> Yeah, >> it's a big statute. >> Yeah, I know what it is. It's your [ __ ] statute that you like to go on when you have nothing else. So, you're illegally detaining me right now, correct? For no reasonable articulable suspicion. >> You just articulated. >> You did? No, that's B. >> The request to remove hands from pockets suggested a tense body check that reached its peak. And then the appearance of the supervisor revealed a truth that left everyone speechless. The cameraman announced that he would file a formal complaint and collect 911 records as evidence. >> But we all know that's not going to happen. Joshua sucks. >> Would have been fine until you said you were going back in there. would have been fine until you said you were going back in. It >> is fine. You should be actually be letting me in there right now cuz you're actually violating my rights. >> No, you are though. >> You're being >> No, I'm not because what they said what they say is now what reasonable articulable suspicion that Did you see me harass them? >> Well, you can fight me in the Supreme Court in front of a jury in my video in their bull that they spilled to you. Okay? So, I dare you to do that cuz you're going to be very wrong. Don't try to get to know me, dude. Don't do that. >> All right. >> You've already made yourselves look like by the minute just to let you know with my attorney. >> Okay. >> Sure. He's taking you for a ride then. >> Oh, really? That's funny. You take your glasses off so I can see your eyes? No. >> Your facial expression? >> No. >> It's pretty obvious. >> So what? That gives you the reason to give me a Terry stop now? >> Really? Oh, really? Cuz you feel uncomfortable, dude. You the Yeah, will you? All right, cool. I don't know how. >> Yeah. Um, so I have a concern here. Uh, why these three four thugs just detained me for exercising constitutionally protected rights. We're going to see how much bull they spilled to you cuz it's all lies, dude. >> That's why I'm not in cuffs. That's why I'm not being detained anymore. >> But he also wanted to do a Terry stop on me. Okay, first of all, let's get that out of woodwork. The second thing is, right? No, I could swear. This is free speech, okay? On speculation. and you have absolutely no reason to tererry stop me unless you suspect that I have any weapons on me which still are not illegal as far as you're concerned >> on that. So I'm going to be filing complaints on every single officer here for illegally detaining me for over 15 minutes now and I'm going back in that building if you like it or not. I never went on the property. In order to trespass me, you got I have to have gone on the property. >> It's not saying you went on their property. It's saying you >> said I went onto their property. >> He claims he never entered the bank. So why was he warned for trespassing on property? A charge that could expose an innocent person to criminal charges. >> Just recording a video, a educational video. Can I get your name and badge number? >> Yeah, I'll give you my card. >> Yeah. Can I get yours, too? And you guys, your body cam's recording? >> Yep. Mine's on. So, what did you guys tell them inside? >> Nothing. I just spoke to them. They just said that they wanted you removed from the property. So, >> from the sidewalk, I was never on their property. >> Okay. >> And I didn't say a word to them. >> Just for your sake and their sake. And so, we don't have to keep coming back and talking to you. I can tell it's probably getting annoying at this point. We just >> I'm not annoyed. I like >> Would you just mind kind of just taking your videotaping like somewhere else instead of PNC? >> Oh, I never went up to the window. >> I was all the way over there. >> Okay. I never went up to the window and then I came right here and she ran out and she was like, "I'm going to call the police." >> Okay. >> And I said, "Oh, well, I didn't say nothing." >> Okay, I got you. >> Cuz you know, I'm not allowed to go on the property. >> And kind of just stay away from the bank area. >> They to They said I went up to the window here and argue with you. >> No, I'm asking. Is that what they told you? They said I went up to the window. >> Mhm. And >> that's a false police report. >> Okay. >> Cuz if I mean, you could ask them for their cameras if you ask them for cameras >> and investigate. They alleged that I was on their property. >> Okay. >> And I was never on their property. I'm saying >> speak with them. Just >> Yeah. Just let them know. I'm just exercising rights. That's all I'm doing. >> Okay. >> You can let them know that though. >> You have an issue with PNC Bank. >> I never had an issue with PNC Bank. I was at BUC Bank. You know what they did? >> They just shut the blinds. >> Okay. >> And they create that privacy. >> Are you videotaping for like education on banks and stuff? >> Well, this is just education and my safety. The same reason y'all record for y'all safety. Okay. >> And my safety as well. >> No one robs a bank by live streaming standing in the middle of the sidewalk waiting for the police. So what makes officers still write tickets and threaten arrest? >> They can give you They can say you can't come to this bank. >> Yeah, but I've never been on the property. >> I understand it's a bank, right? >> Banks are like nervous cuz banks get robbed. >> I'm not saying you're here to rob a bank. >> Yeah. I roll a joint in case one. >> You know what I mean? >> But but you understand why places like this would get I don't understand why they're concerned about you being out here cuz they're a bank. They got money in there. They don't want to be a victim of a bank. >> They called us because they didn't know why you were here. You're hanging around. >> And yes, it's not illegal to be on the sidewalk and do what you're doing. >> It's not. >> But they still have the right >> Can I ask you a question? >> Sure. >> What bank robber is going to stand on the sidewalk and record the building and wait for you guys to get here? >> They were calling you. They told me they was they was calling you. Don't you think I would have? >> I I I you know, >> like I said, I'm not saying you're here to rob your behavior is unusual for normal bank customers. >> I'm not a customer. >> Okay. So, what brings you here? >> Everything I can see the neighborhood that law office. >> How much longer do you plan on being around the bank? >> What do you mean? >> How much longer do you plan to be here on the sidewalk in front of >> Well, I was actually just about to leave. >> What do you Are you like Are you vlogging? Are you >> Yeah, I I walk around and I just record. I vlog, you know. >> Are you from around here? >> Am I from here? Um, no. >> No papers signed, no confession. The person filming the video immediately rebutted. This is a false report. Did the police investigate properly or just follow baseless accusations? >> When I give it to >> I don't give out the information. >> If I could just have you sign here for your no trespass. It's just saying that I explained it to you. So basically what this means, it's a permanent trespass. So therefore, if you come back, it is an arrestable offense. >> Well, I never been here. I never went on the property. in order to trespass me. You got I have to had gone on the property. They told me to leave and I refused to leave and I've never gone on the property. >> Okay. >> I don't give out the information. >> If I could just have you sign here, it's you're not trespassing. It's just saying that I explained it to you. So basically what this means it's a permanent trespass. >> So therefore, if you come back, it is an arrestable offense. >> Well, I never been here. I never went on the property. In order to trespass me, you got I have to have gone on the property. They told me to leave and I refused to leave and I've never gone on the property. >> Okay. >> Like I said, did they say I went on the property? >> They say you were >> Did they say They said I was all the way up against the door? That's That's a false police report. >> How do I go about that? >> You can report it. >> Can I? >> That they that they No, I'm saying that they made a um >> car to the front. >> I didn't follow the front door. >> I didn't follow anybody. >> I don't know. You're not allowed inside of that building. Okay. >> I never went property which includes >> I've never went inside the building. I never went inside the building. >> Do you need anything from us anymore? >> I didn't call you guys. >> You're free to go. >> You guys are afraid to go, too. >> When the police admit even if you haven't done anything wrong, they still have the right to ban you from entering. Is this a private property right or a sign of a legal system being abused? >> You may not may not enter or remain upon the land of the bank at this address. >> Okay. It's not. >> That's false. That's a false police report. >> Like I said, go in. >> It's not. They didn't. >> Ask them for their footage. Ask them for the footage. I was right here on the sidewalk. >> Even if you're not doing anything, even if you're just standing there and they don't like the way you look or the way you smell or the way the shoes you're wearing, it is private property. >> Just because I got black shoes on. >> You're not trespassing from the sidewalk. You're trespassing. >> That's what I'm saying. I never I was on the I was on I'm just I have a problem with the trespass because I never went on know what I'm saying. I never went on the property down there. >> The notice says you may not enter their property. >> Okay, >> that's all you have to worry. But it's their property. They have asked us to tell you don't come to our property. >> Okay. >> And that's all it is. >> All right. Citizens may sue public officials for violating their constitutional rights.
