on November 17th 2022 at 6:39 p.m. a Florida Deputy noticed a silver vehicle with illegal tint and initiated a traffic stop the vehicle pulled into a grassy driveway as the deputy approached he observed the driver dive into the back seat while the passenger jumped into the driver's seat a strong smell came from the vehicle what do you think this is dude come on going up there come on give me what are you doing dude 7 what's going on 103 10:50 got your ID with you man oh I don't got no a location I'm not quite sure where it's at he just switched he tell me why you just stop me why you just get the the baby out they did the occupants of the vehicle that are now under arrest said that so you interfered with my stop and you want to know why you are in handcuffs just call come okay where's your driver's license am I going to jail so I can call somebody to come get me that's all all I need to know I'll make that decision I'll make that I will give you my ID when I go to jail at this point you are lawfully detained and required to provide me your ID if you do not provide me it you will go to jail for refusing so you saying yes or no cuz I can't go get my ID with my handcuffs on or deceive me of who was driving the vehicle which is commonly related to a crime turns out he doesn't have a license which would be the exact reason he attempted to deceive me all right that's a lot of movement in the vehicle that I'm approaching I don't know if you know we a lot I mean lot L yeah say don't but why do we need that for sir I'm letting you know that that's black a lot too okay so why do you say everybody a lot what mean so why do we need to do unnecessary things admit that that was irrelevant nope anyway what do you mean that was very irrelevant are you going to listen or you just
