On January 24th, 2022, the Cleveland Police Department was called to the scene at the airport for reports of a potential assault. The following shows the body worn camera footage of what happened during the incident. [Music] Okay, I'm good for that. I'm trying to see if I can find anything on camera. Then said, her husband to her and that gentleman right over there, that African-American just assaulted. Hey, I'm going to need more guys over here. Is that guy with a weird eye? He assaulted a person over here. What happened? This escalator right here. Uhhuh. Sorry. He uh made a beline right for me. I was just standing right over there. You want to press charges against this guy? Yeah. Okay. Yeah. I'm going to need your ID. Okay. Yeah. No worries. And I was just sitting right there. I walked away. It was literally 2 minutes after you walked out. Yes. And I don't know if he's homeless or he's been here for the last 6 months. I've been complaining about this person like he's very very agitated very right um so but he he launched of you or how how did he do yeah I think it was more it was more like this so first he bumped you yeah with his shoulder just went straight in like that square up to you yeah squared up and I think he went like that so I think it was just I don't think it was a punch or anything okay but that's when I I started to make it once I started to make a really big scene right you Just to let you know, there's going to be a misdemeanor over here and you're going to need to contact the prosecutor. Okay. Okay. I'm going to do a report, assault report. Sure. The problem right now is to get this guy's information. I've been trying to do this for the longest. Sure. He's been a headache over here. He likes to assault people. He likes to be gross to people. He likes to be violent as you see him right now. That's how he is. Okay. And uh we'll see how it works. Okay. All right. So each time that we see you, when I pick you up on camera, then my officers are going to cite you on trespassing and then you're going to eventually get arrested, which you don't want to do, I'm sure, since you're already on probation. And there's another call or whatever cuz now you just playing it like I'm a bully or something. Like y'all the bullies. I'm the bullies. Like there's nowhere else for me to go. So there's nowhere else for me to go. I'm on probation. I have to sign the papers for probation. 21 won't let me in. None of the shelters will let me in because of the same [ __ ] cuz y'all bully me, right? And then I get mad and then all of a sudden Okay. That's a big lawsuit though in the end. Okay. So So that's fine. But you're not you're not welcome back here at the airport. You can't tell me that. I can tell you that. You can't tell me that. That's [ __ ] You can't tell me that.
