We verified the rules before we got here. We know we pretty much know them by heart. They don't know. We don't we don't want to have to go through that. We're not breaking the law. We're not loitering because we're at work. >> You won't believe what [music] happens when constitutional rights are challenged right inside an ordinary post office. >> That's not how that works. um when we're conducting a constitutionally protected act and businessing business. They >> thought they had the right to stop citizens from filming, but the truth turned [music] everything upside down. >> I think they're misinformed about the rules uh recording in the post office. They just left and went to the back just because we were filming. >> A group of YouTubers arrived at a post office and immediately ran into trouble when staff tried to stop them from filming despite [music] the law. >> We go around the entire country. Okay, we're very well-known YouTubers. Okay, we never break the law. We never trespass. Okay, >> citizens rights are being challenged right before their eyes. They are filming legally, yet staff try to stop them and the police are about to be called. >> Uh, we can remove the employees that are not following the policy. You see, he said that we can't film here, but in fact, we can. The rules are right here on the wall. It's called poster 7. We've already verified this multiple time. We go around the whole nation doing this, bringing awareness on our right to video record in public places. And our right is a constitutionally protected uh right and this is a federal do a federal document and we're in a federal facility. Our rights should be protected here more than anywhere anywhere else. They are right now holding up the service here. And interestingly enough and ironically, um, as I'm reading here from the New York Post, USPS substit reports, yahoo.com, the postal service is running a quote covert operations program, Yahoo News. Or maybe you want to hear from the Daily Mail, USPS admits spying on Americans by monitoring your social media. So when you come in here and engage in a constitutionally protected act, which men, women, and children have given blood, sweat, and tears for your very right to do that, they didn't want to freak out and be rude with you. you feel we came in here being nothing but witch. Yeah. >> Also, he explained the rules very weirdly, oddly. He said, "You better not be posting it anywhere." When in fact, poster 7 is right there on the wall. It clearly states in black and white that uh we can record here for news uh news and advertisement purposes. Uh which means it's okay to film here and it's okay uh to publish it because we're not in anyone's private property. We're also not impeding the business. We're also not being disorderly. >> I'm actually here to do business. >> My business is being impeded now because >> And you know what? >> Law enforcers who don't know the law. Police and staff stumble when questioned about the Constitution and the answer will shock you. >> How you doing, ma'am? >> What's going on? >> May I have your name and badge number, please? >> Sure. It's Filer. F I L G E R. And then we don't have badge numbers. I think they're misinformed about the rules uh recording in the post office. Okay. They just left and went to the back just because we were filming. There's a long line there. We'd like to conduct uh business. >> We just got a call about some people. >> No, we ain't got nothing to do with >> No, it's not you guys. It's not you guys. >> No, we're just we're just working on a video. Let's not block this. We're just working on a video about the post office. We go around the country uh checking up on our public employees. We verified the rules before we got here. We know we pretty much know them by heart. They don't know their own rules and that's why we're here to bring education on the First Amendment. >> Okay. We just got a call about some people hanging out here recording and then >> specifically was it >> office said they don't want you guys here. So they don't want you guys here so you got to get off property. >> That's not how that works. um when we're conducting a constitutionally protected act and business doing business and you took an oath to protect our first amendment um you cannot be trespassed unless we're committing a crime and since we're engaged in not only constitutionally protected act but I'm also making a purchase of a stamp you cannot trespass us >> unless we're breaking the law service >> yeah but this is not a private trespass >> they can they ma'am indeed they can they can do that anywhere else except public property this is we've we've challenged this at court many times it's been challenged at many many times. We have the right to be here. It's on the wall. We're not breaking the law. We're not We're not being disorderly. So, we're just working >> about you guys saying they don't want you here anymore. >> A supervisor shows up and everything suddenly changes. Who really steps in to save the situation before it spirals out of control >> right now for discrimination? >> How's it going, sir? >> I'm I'm okay. Can I have your name and batch number, please? >> It's Sergeant Martin Rash 55. >> Okay. Sergeant, look, we're working on a video in public property. We go around the entire country, okay? We're very well-known YouTubers, okay? We never break the law. We never trespass, okay? We have uh the right to video record our transaction in there whether they like it or not. And un unless of course we're breaking the law. If I'm being disorderly, if I'm uh making threats, or if I'm uh impeding the business, then you guys can have me trespass because I'm stopping the business. But we're not stopping the business. We just want to go in there, conduct our business with the post office, that we have the the right because this is a federal facility. The rules are on the wall. They don't know the law. This gentleman just admitted not to know what the third amendment is. She doesn't know it either. We that's why we requested a supervisor because we know we know our rights. We do know. So, if anyone keeps us from going in there right now, uh it's going to be you guys breaking the law. You will be uh engaged in disorderly conduct and so will you. And if you put your hands on me, that would be an illegal arrest. And and I'm going to definitely have to sue your ass if you do that because we haven't done anything. We haven't broken the law. We're peaceful people recording uh and standing up for the Constitution and the First Amendment. >> You guys swore to protect it. So, >> okay. >> The last thing I'm hoping for is to get police off tyrant police officers that don't know the Constitution. >> Want to talk to them? >> We just want to be able to fill in purchase stamp and then we want to be on our way. >> Yeah. Let's let me go talk to them real quick and we'll get you get you going. They don't want They don't want us in there. >> Epic fail of postal staff and police. Abuse of power, chaos, and a lasting lesson on the Constitution. All captured on camera and spreading worldwide. >> Okay. So, he you were wrong, bro. Sorry. >> You were wrong. You were wrong. >> Here you go. That's what we That's why he's a supervisor. You see, for when people like you don't know what you're doing, they we have the supervisor. It's always a supervisor everywhere you go. >> You guys are safe. I please implore you to read not only the constitution. It's a very short document. There's an app on your phone, but also the federalist papers and the anti-federalist papers. They are the context what you need for the constitution. Remember, you took an oath to protect those. >> So, she don't want to be on film or film on the camera of what she's doing. So, the other one, she may help you, but if you go in and like I said, stay calm. They'll they'll go ahead and work with you. >> Thank you. God bless you, sir. I hope you were made safe in the field. And again, please read the constitution, the federalist papers and the anti-federalist papers because tyrants want to give us refusal. Just to just to let you know, we're probably not going to go anywhere. We'll probably be inside there. >> Oh, no. That's fine. That's fine. You can do that. But you, ma'am, you've been owned by Mr. America. You, Sir Kon, you've been owned by Mr. America. Make sure you share, like, and subscribe. Make sure you look up the Third Amendment. >> Third Amendment is very important. >> Guys, I'm actually we're going to leave. And the reason we're going to leave is cuz we came back inside. We proved our point. We stuck up for the First Amendment. However, these people are refusing service. And for the benefit of the other people that are patiently waiting in line, we are going to leave so they maybe get service because we're not here to disrupt service. We want them to engage in service. We're very >> and and most importantly, they already know what the deal is. Uh the officers outside was my main concern because these guys are walking around with guns and full backup of police force. And uh we expect them to be pros. We expect them to be pros at at at something so simple as public photography laws. So >> citizens may sue public officials for violating their constitutional rights pursuant to 42 US code SS1983. Individuals/organizations are required to pay damages to the injured party. Violating police officers may be disciplined, have their licenses suspended, fired, or expelled depending on the policy of the agency/ police chief. The team continues conducting First Amendment audits to educate the public and law enforcement about citizens fundamental rights. Next, the audit team entered a public building and immediately got into a heated confrontation with the staff. >> And you guys are going to be very embarrassed when the police shows up. [music] How's that? Then I'm going to find out your name and your name. Right now we have thousands watching. I I know you I know you don't get it right now, but tomorrow you will. You see, you don't know who we are. We have the loudspeaker right here. Very loud speaker. Okay? And you may not care right now, but you guess what happens when 20, 30, 40 people start calling and complaining. 50, 60, 70, 100, 200 people complaining. You see, we have millions of views on the internet. Say hi, mom. Well, you're not doing it because of the First Amendment. We have the right to be here. You see the right to be here. So, if you don't like my camera, being in a public building is not the place to be. >> You, ma'am, you're going to be in trouble. You're going to be in trouble. I promise you. I promise you. And this is not a joke. You think it's a joke? What's so funny? Maybe we'll get you in trouble, too, for saying I'm committing a crime. My name's my badge. >> Polly. >> Yep. That's right. >> Polly want a cracker? Listen, Polly. >> Mhm. >> You're here to make sure that that people's rights are secured and you're not doing any of that. Okay. So, the police is going to show up. Guess what? Our friends our friends are coming. [laughter] Why? Because they swear to protect the Constitution. Okay. So, our friends are help. >> The police were called, but will the right to film be put to the test as a power struggle erupts right before our eyes? >> I continue to show up. I continue to show up every day. Every day until everything [music] >> Well, you have the right to you. >> You can you can you can go home, ma'am, if you'd like. >> No, I'm not going home. You should because you have a bad attitude towards the constitution. Please don't tell me there's another call for another disturbance. Let me guess. Oh, now we have to do another investigation. You see, people continue to lie about us, sir. Why are they doing that? Why are they make mis doing misuse of police uh police phone calls, >> false claims one after the other? >> So disorderly, bro. This is disorderly conduct. Why don't they call call their supervisor before they call the police? I tell them, "Don't don't call the police. They're our friends. We They just protected us." No, no one cares. He said, "Oh, First Amendment good. You're allowed to video record. This guy's good. You're allowed to record." He informs them. We walk around, go back in the building, and they forgot. They forget within a minute that we have the right to to video recording. >> What's up, That's where we're standing. in their opinion they were causing um a disruption. So, and so that's all what we're doing. And >> yeah, video recording cannot be considered a disruption. You see, if you're stopping the service because I'm filming, that's on you. You guys are stopping the service. We're not stopping the service at all. >> When the staff keeps causing trouble and forgetting the law while the auditors steadfastly defend the First Amendment, who is really the one causing the disruption? causing a destruction for some of the patrons in trying to, you know, they're trying to get their service. >> Then she's calling everybody a customer here. There's no customers here. This is a service paid by the public. >> I said patrons. >> Good. Yeah, she said customers. There's no customers here. >> Watch out, brother. >> We never block doors. We're never disorderly. We never break the law. We're [music] we're always hope to educate people without having to get to this point where where you guys have to show up because I'm sure there's people here that uh are out there on warrants, maybe maybe wizards, you know, these uh bad people that do bad things to children. You guys should be looking for those, not guys with cameras. You know what I'm saying? And the government should be well aware about our First Amendment. I mean, I understand if we're recording the corner store or somebody's house that may we don't expect them to know our rights, but here, this is our building and and that's why we go around the entire country because people don't seem to get it. They don't they don't get it. You get it. You You're very informed. Did you call the police? >> I did. >> Why? >> Because I always asked. That's my orders. >> Yeah, sir. But if your orders get involved with nearly breaking the law or disturbing somebody's peace, you can't just do whatever whatever they tell you to do. If somebody tells you to jump off a cliff, you're going to do it. >> We were going back and forth in there and it was kind of getting loud and >> No, because they don't understand. And I wasn't getting loud. They were getting loud. >> It was, you know, it was causing a disturbance. So, uh, >> they were they were I'm glad you're saying that because they were causing a disturbance. And you know what that is? As tensions escalate, false accusations and abuse of authority begin to surface. The police are caught in the middle. Who's really right and who's wrong? >> What? >> We have the right to protest, sir. >> I get that. I'm not denying that. >> But what? [music] And now >> we have to prove a point in here. I understand. I understand. Well, I'm peacefully protesting, [music] sir. You see, she's now being loud. She's now being loud, telling me to get the hell out of here and stuff. You see, we have the public employees don't don't get to treat the the people with disrespect, sir. We have the right [music] to be treated with courtesy and professionalism the same way we came in here. So, I mean, I'm just peacefully [music] protesting, sir. That's it. I'm not trying to break I'm not breaking the law. I'm not doing anything. They're stopping the services. They're calling the police for for no reason. You guys know that we're not breaking the law. I have the right to stand here and video record as long [music] as I don't as I don't I'm not disorderly or uh stop the services that are being provided. >> Do you have an expectation of privacy though? >> There's no expectation of privacy in a public area [music] sir. If uh it is everybody's uh >> I was just turning this in. I was just >> It is everybody's uh responsibility to keep their own uh documents in private. You see this is just like [music] being at the park. I understand there's a service being provided. Not here to disturb that. >> But we have the right to protest. >> All right, ladies. >> Like I said, there's thousand thousands watching. You guys know who we are before we got here. The word came all the way from Topeka. That's what he said. So, we're traveling across the country. We're never We never break the law. We're never disorderly. We We do this on a daily basis. In the end, the auditors skillfully assert citizens rights, leaving a powerful lesson for anyone daring to abuse authority in a public building. Next, the SUV was speeding down the 491 freeway. But when it was stopped, it wasn't the speed that confused the officer. >> The reason I stopped you is you were speeding 65 m. >> Yeah. Well, going 100 miles an hour is not the best way to do it. going to give you a ticket today for the speeding. Okay. Well, if you want to argue with it, go to court. Okay. >> No driver's license, no right to drive. But instead of handcuffing, the policeman smiled and asked a question that surprised viewers. >> Sergeant Black with San County Sheriff's Office. The reason I stopped you is you were speeding 65 mile zone. Yes, you I passed you way down there in the flat. It just took me a minute to catch [music] back up to you. Do you have a driver's license? >> I just >> Oh, well, I've been trying [music] to catch you for a minute. So, the reason you pulled over just saved me from having to run you down. Do you have a driver's license? >> Yeah. Down there in the flats. I passed you and I turned around on you. Is your license valid? This an ID card only. Do you even have a license? You don't have a license. Is this your car? >> It's my sister. >> It's your sister's car. >> I'm using both. >> Mhm. >> I mean, I'm just going to go home. >> Yeah. Well, going 100 miles an hour is not the best way to do it. I believe that. >> I didn't know I was going to piss off. >> Mhm. >> Okay, let me run some stuff. Stay in your car. Okay. You don't have any weapons on you, do you? >> Okay, just stay right here. >> Okay. Is he by himself in there? >> Yeah, I think so. >> In the middle of the Utah desert, a quiet decision is made that will change everything in just a few minutes. >> He's like, I was just trying to make a phone call. You didn't even know you were trying to stop me. 643. Does not having uh cell service affect this program? >> I actually have cell service. >> You have some. Okay. But if you were in a dead spot, could you not print off ticket and enter? >> You can. It just makes it hard to run everything. You have to manually >> Okay. You just have to call it into dispatch and have them Jeez. I don't know God. I don't know. Do you drink? A question asked too late, but no one expected the real answer to be in the next paragraph. I need to push this over to you for a second. When you activate your lights, your dash cam and body cam come on. >> Yeah. When you go to three. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Hey, you okay? You've been drinking today? >> Oh, no. >> Huh? >> No. Okay. Okay. I'm going to give you a ticket today for the speeding. Listen, you were speeding and you don't have a driver's license, so I wrote you a ticket for those. Okay? So, you have 14 days. 14 days to get to the courts and take care of it. You need to contact them, figure out a court date or pay it, whatever you're going to do. Okay. >> The driver was let go without incident, but the cameras were still rolling. And what happened next would shock the entire police department. >> Oh, you say >> to to figure it out? Yeah. You have 14 days to contact the court. You understand that? >> 14 days. Your driver's Well, you don't have a driver's license. Your ID, your citation, the court's information is in here. Okay. You don't need to sign anything. That's yours. Take it with you. >> 40 days. >> Oh, okay. Okay. Other than that, slow down. Speed limit 65, man. Okay. Okay. Huh? >> You can't argue without me. >> Okay.
