I don't know where. >> It's right there. It's not that big. It's not that big of a deal. >> How old are you? >> I'm 16. >> Dad was yelling. They were both yelling at each other. You were in your room, correct? >> Yes. >> And what happened then? >> And then I was staying in my room by myself to stay out of it because I always get brought into the argument and it always ends up this. So, I stayed out of it until he started yelling at me. I still stayed out of it until she I had got off my bed cuz I was packing my stuff cuz I had texted my aunt when I still had the internet if I could go to her house because it was getting bad and I was trying to find a ride there and my mom heard me talking on the phone to my aunt and I hung up. That's when she grabbed the hold of me and tried to take my phone before I had a chance to call cuz I said I was calling whenever I walked out. >> Calling 911? >> Yes. Okay. >> And she tried to take I didn't have internet at this point. She had already took the internet and shut it off so I couldn't get a hold of anybody. >> It never once got physical. I was trying to stay away from it. >> I got to ask. Okay. No, you're fine. So when your mom grabbed you, did she scratch your ear at that time? >> When? Yes. So, if you want to keep lying to me, you can. But I was here. >> I He didn't hit me. >> I said physical. Was it physical? >> No. I mean, come running towards me, but he didn't put his hands on me. I mean, he got in my face, but not touch me. >> Okay. So, you guys didn't hit each other then? >> No. >> That's your version. That's what you're That's what you're telling me? >> You're trying to tell me to say something that didn't happen? >> No, I'm not. I just want the truth. >> No, I didn't hit him and he didn't hit me. Mind you, there's a witness. So, if you're lying to me, it's different. Okay? >> I'm not lying. >> Okay? I'm giving opportunity. I'm giving you the opportunity. >> Okay?
