Stop. Stop. >> Put your hands on it. >> Stop. >> [ __ ] hands behind your [ __ ] back. >> All right. >> I have an April baby. >> I'm What's up everybody? I hope you guys are ready for a smashing video. We have a dumb woman who tries to pull a fast one on the cops and she gets busted in the act. But first, I want to show you this really good window smash. I've never seen it before and I'm sure a lot of you guys haven't as well. Without further ado, let's get started. >> I give you my ID. >> You have an identification? Yes, sir. That's that's just fine. That is a lawful order >> and you are being recorded. >> So are you right here? >> Proof of it, sir. You are about This is about to turn south for you. You're about to go to jail. >> Can you deescalate the situation? Are you trained to deescalate the situation, >> sir? >> Sir, I'm I'm trying to speak to one of you guys. cuz you aren't. >> What's your last name, sir? >> My last name is Voss. >> What is it? >> Voss. >> How do you spell that? >> Is it B OS? >> Yeah, it's right there. Boss. That's my Cody. >> That's my passport. >> Okay. That's not how this works. You're on a public roadway in the state of Texas in the city of Nassau. >> Can I speak to your supervisor then? >> No, no, no. That's not how this works right now. Okay. >> We're in control of this scene right now. Right now, you're detained. Right now, we're requesting your crime which you've provided this. We've just >> So, I have rights, guys. >> Hey, sir. Go ahead. You guys have lied on the record multiple times and I would like to speak to your supervisor, please. He's left the scene and you guys are unlawfully detaining me. Two, you're depriving me of my rights under the color of law. >> I've heard this [ __ ] so many times. The deprivation of rights under color of law. Now, it is a real thing. It is a federal crime that applies to cops, correctional officers. But the problem is that Tik Tok lawyers just throw it around willy-nilly. It is extremely difficult to prove and it's extremely difficult to sue the cops or the government and be successful. And these dimwits don't have a chance in hell. Now, let's get to some window smashing. >> I do not consent. Out. I'm getting out. I'm getting out. Okay. I'm getting out of the vehicle. Please do not tase me. I'm unarmed and I'm peaceful. I'm peaceful. I'm Oh my god. I'm Get out. I'm unarmed. >> On the ground. On the ground. Okay. On the ground. Okay. Okay. Help. Help guys, I'm unarmed. >> He is unarmed. All right. He has no weapons in his waistband and he has no brain cells in his skull. Completely unarmed, harmless, and useless. Now, talking about complete morons, let's move on to the next body cam. >> How you doing? >> Hi. How are you? >> Not too bad. I'm deputy first sheriff's office. Two reason why I stopped you cuz you made the right on the red there. >> Look, I'm going to stop and then we made your right hand turn. >> Right on that red. >> You can, but you got to stop. >> Okay. Sorry. >> You kind just roll through it. Then you made your right hand turn. You got to maintain the first lane first. You just cut over >> insurance. I'm sorry. >> It's all right. Here's your license registration insurance. >> Yes, sir. You see my wallet? >> Here is insurance, right? Which is usually what I don't have. >> And it's really not the right. >> I don't know. I should be down there by your feet. >> I'm sorry. >> That's all right. >> Um, I can give you my name. I have a picture of my ID. >> What about registration? You got that? >> Are you the registered owner? >> Yes. >> That would help if you have the registration. >> Sorry. I have kids and they take everything in and out of my car. I have diapers in here like registration would be right in here. >> Yeah, my registration would be right there. >> There you go. >> Is this the right one? >> Um >> 719 2023. That's my old one. >> Expires. It's all right. Got your tag on now. You're good. >> Okay. I'm sorry. >> It's all right. And you're >> Courtney brought our midway. We could You could follow us so we could go get it. >> That's all right. >> You got smell a little weed in here. Huh? You >> smoke a little weed earlier or something like that? >> Um, I have my medical card. Um, and I do smoke, but I have not smoked. No. >> Okay. I'm getting a rig. You probably smell it cuz you're used to it, but I'm smelling it from the car. >> So, I'm sorry. There's nothing in my car or anything like that. >> All right. Do me a favor. You want to step out? You can shut the car if you want to save some gas. >> I'm from New York. Let me get my water. >> You want to show the car off? Save gas. Yeah. >> I showed it off. Did I? Yeah. Did you? I thought I still heard it. >> All right, let's go here. I was going to give you a warning. Okay, go with that. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Do you have an ID any ma'am? >> Yeah, sure. Of course. I'll make sure that because I was going to um >> Thank you. >> You're supposed to be >> So, earlier she had a very interesting excuse that I have not heard before. She said that she doesn't have her paperwork because there's kids in her car and they take [ __ ] out of her car. Now, that makes no sense. It's almost as believable as my dog ate my homework. I have kids and they never go in the glove box and remove important paperwork. That makes no sense whatsoever. So, she's going to have to rework her lies. Maybe go back to the drawing board, erase everything, and start from scratch. My granddaughter my daughter-in-law. >> Yeah. >> Huh? >> Yeah. >> Why? >> Cuz I can smell weed. Even if you have a medical card, >> it still gives us consens. There's a roach right there's a roach right in there. I don't care. I'll be We don't care about weed, okay? Nothing's going to happen to you. >> Okay. All right. This has never happened to me in your life. >> No, it happens to me. >> And I'm 60 something years old. It has never ever happened to me in life. But I'm I'm going have nothing to worry about. >> I mean, it's chilly for >> tomorrow. I'm going to be getting Well, to me, I'm freezing in here because she knows her sweater cuz I bring down nothing like that and I bring down these cutout things cuz I haven't been down here. >> Your hands out of your pants. Sorry. Go ahead. >> Yeah. No. >> Yeah. We don't like reaching. >> You don't like reaching, right? >> I'm sorry. >> You don't like reaching, right? Reaching for that. >> I don't know what's there. You know, >> it's true. It's true, too. You know, >> they're police and >> some sugar back there. >> Serious. 106. Huh? 10. >> Uh, can I be out here in two seconds? >> Thank you. I'm sorry. >> 178. Huh? Thank you. About the road that door >> there's one in your door jam or one side console. >> 624. >> Back your [ __ ] Got you. >> Yeah. I'm sorry. I didn't think you wanted. >> No problem. You're ridiculous. up here. I'm just going to search for beach. Do you have any? >> No. >> Any strangers? >> I don't even have a rider on my >> Okay. >> So, let me know when you get >> so far so good, right? You have a cooperative suspect who is agreeing to get searched because there is the odor of weed. Now, the officers know better and they knew that something was off with this woman. So, the lady officer decided to check her snatch and sure enough, she was hiding something down there. Now, that might affect the resale value, but one thing's for sure, she's going to have to give it up or else she's going to have to get a white gloves exam, and I'm sure she doesn't want that. Whoa. >> Keep your hands. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. It's going to be a little >> What is that? Keep keep your hands up there. Do not >> stop. Put your hand down there. Jesus. >> Now you're going to jail. Now you're going to jail. Step away. Step away. >> Step away. >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> Stop. Turn the [ __ ] around. Put your hands behind your [ __ ] back. >> All right. Could you stay please stay still please >> please please I'm begging you just stay steady please >> I know but just stay steady please they were nice to us >> real nice >> they were nice to us >> you have something that you stuffing up your vagina I felt it was plastic and it was small >> I had nothing like the kids. >> Let her finish her search. >> Thank you, baby. >> I going to the Western Union to get you to send money to the new >> Let her Just let her finish, please. >> Yeah, she wasn't doing anything. >> She was doing something. It's all on camera. It's all on camera. >> No, I'm saying, YOU KNOW, WITH my >> Oh, God. You know, she can't go to jail. >> I have an 8. So, she says she has an 8-month-old baby. So, what? That doesn't mean you should be immune from consequences. If you really cared about your baby, you wouldn't be shoving up bags of blow up your snatch to try to hide it from cops. You would be putting all that [ __ ] aside and trying to focus on what matters, which is your health, your financial stability, and most importantly, the emotional stability of the baby. Her priorities are all screwed up. Maybe a few weeks or months in jail could help her realign her priorities because she desperately needs that readjustment. >> Over here. Over here. >> Sorry. >> Over here. >> Yes. >> This is so >> We talk later. Yeah. >> All right. You're welcome. You're welcome. >> There's nothing in there. There's nothing. >> Spread your >> I don't I'm not comfortable touching my vagina. >> Spread your comfortable. >> Stop. You're making this worse. Ma'am, please. Ma'am, we're trying to be nice. Please go over there. >> I know you feel uncomfortable, but it's okay. Come on. You're the law. Okay. Let's just obey them. Please. >> You're literally going to be out of here in 2 seconds. >> You're the law. And she's a female. Don't worry. >> I know. She's all in my vagina. >> But it's okay. Come on. It's okay. You go to OBGYn. You know, >> I don't like it though. I'm in the middle of the OBGYn. Come on. I get a law. It's a female. >> All right. So, when they strip search you down there and they're going to retrieve whatever is right there. >> Please go to the jail. >> So, I'm going to tell you it's going to be an additional two felonies when you get down to the jail. >> Please go baby. >> Okay. >> If it's paraphernalia, you just [ __ ] give it up. >> It's not worth it. You're making it a lot harder on yourself. >> Please go a brand new baby. I have a brand new brand new baby. >> Why is it so serious to you that you're not following law enforcement orders? I am calling officers. You are not jail. You're fighting with us. >> I'm not going to go to them. I'm telling you, they're so not really their out here with a court date. I could just take it for destruction. >> I was >> But you want to play games? It's going to go south. >> Come on. Just go. >> If you got a little [ __ ] [ __ ] on you. >> I don't know what's going on. What? >> Especially if it's paraphernalia. Just give it up. >> When you say paraphernalia, what do you mean? >> Nothing like that. >> Okay, then what is it? >> You're going to get striped. Is there anything? There's nothing she can do. She >> I can. Yes. >> Good. >> Mhm. Yep. >> Listen. >> I have a brain. >> I understand. >> They told me that before and they told me that if I if I had anything like I would not I didn't give it to them that I would go to jail and I've given it to them and I went to jail every single [ __ ] time. >> So that's what it is. She has past experiences where the cops promise, you know what, you're not going to go to jail if you have a little something on your person, but if you bring it in the jail, it's going to be a felony. Now, with that being said, if she has a bag of rocks, there's not much the cops can do. Obviously, if you have a joint up your snatch, they'll be like, "Whatever, just trash it." But if it's a huge amount of very illegal narcotics, they have a job to do. They're obviously going to arrest you. So, I think she's misunderstanding the promise. It's not that they're not going to arrest her. It's just that the charges will be a lot less if you're forthcoming. >> Okay. So, you are in handcush right now because I was searching you and keep your hands up here. >> I'm sorry. I mean, they can't go anywhere. I'm in I'm in >> They can they can chase me. We're having a conversation. Okay. Move over here just for vehicles. Okay. I know you have something. I can feel it. You fighting me and trying to push it up your vagina. I'm a woman. Okay. Hey, I have the same exact body parts as you. I do this job. I I >> That's my mother-in-law, though. And I >> Okay, so listen. Woman to woman. Your mother. Okay, that's your baby daddy's mom. Why don't you pull me aside and be like, "Hey, you don't know my name, but deputy, why don't you search me over here? Communicate. Be a woman about it. Don't Don't compensate. This This may be even worse." Okay. >> Take me to jail. >> I know you're going to take me to jail. like I it's show I have a brand new baggie. So I'm going to retrieve that >> here. I'll give it >> to the best of my ability. >> I know what it is. Okay, >> it's a baggie and it's >> But you fighting a little is not going to that's >> that's not helping you. >> Can I please have a sit up before I go? Please. >> If you remain cooperative, then yes, I will get that for you. >> Yes, ma'am. >> So, how am I going to trust that you're not going to stuff it up even? >> I'm not going to stuff it up cuz I know what happens when you go to the jail. You have your X-ray thing. I'm not stupid. I'm not stupid. I'm not. I That was stupid. What did you say was stupid? I don't want her to know. I don't want her to know. >> Okay. So, right now she thinks you're in handcuffs because I was trying to search you and you were fighting us. Okay. So, it's up to you if you want her to know further. But right now, you're in handcuffs because of that. And she knows that. She's not going to know if you hand me something. She's not going to know what and if anybody anything was found on you. >> I'm going to jail. Right. >> I don't even know what you have. I know you have something almost in your vagina. I felt it. I moved it with my fingers and then that's when he took and tried to stuff it up. >> I know the f of movements. Okay, but >> to do I'm panic right now. >> Honestly, I'm not in any trouble in [ __ ] >> honesty goes a long way. A very very very long way. >> I'll get it. I'd rather not go away. I know that's okay. >> I completely agree. I completely agree with you. So, I'm going to release one of your hands. >> What's your dominant hand? >> Right hand. >> Okay. So face this car here. >> Whatever you have, just come right here and then I will talk to Fredus and see what I can do for you. >> Put your hand back. >> So this is what she got charged with. Possession, drug paraphernalia, and resisting an officer without violence. Now, usually for something like this, you would get a decent sentence. Now, we're going to get to the sentence in just a moment, and trust me, it will surprise you in a good way this time, not in a bad way. >> Can I what? >> Correct. I won't. >> All right. So, I'm going to bring you to the front. You're just going to rest on the front of his hood. All right. Don't talk to her about whatever we have down going back here. Right. I will grab you a cigarette. >> Just right here. Where's your cigarette at? It should be right here by first in the middle. >> If I was to go to jail, could you change your pipe? >> It's going to cost me all the money for the change. It's going to cost a lot because >> there's no name on it. >> Yeah, there's no one. >> Yeah, there's no name on it though. >> There should be. This is my wife's at she uh left I'm on my way to her house right now actually to pick up keychains for my mother-in-law. >> So she leaves tomorrow. >> Do you have a card? >> Is it still valid? >> Huh? >> My life sucks. >> Why does your life suck? >> Because I'm not going to hurt again and I don't want to [ __ ] try. >> She said it's expired. Please for you. >> Please don't get me wrong. >> Yeah, I put your mommy on. >> I'm sorry. >> Sorry. >> Do you want my baby for me? >> Where are they? >> All right. So, initially she pled no contest. She was found guilty on all charges and then she was sentenced to 30 months of probation, 40 hours of community service and she lost her license for six months. But then just a month later, she violated her probation. So then she was sentenced to the full 24 months with 113 days as a credit. And then they put a lean on her because she had unpaid court fees. So she did get a real sentence. Now that's it for the video. Thanks so much for watching. Don't forget to subscribe and I'll see you guys on the next
