for a felony. >> You're going to the [ __ ] hospital, >> period. I'm sick of it. I'm tired of it. You're interfering with my life and my little girl. You're a He's a pedophile. I don't know what he is, >> but I just told him, I've asked him like, "Stay away from me, man. Don't talk to me." >> Yeah. >> There's nothing for you and I to talk about. >> Yeah. >> You're not even related to my daughter. You're not related to her mom. >> Just get out of my life. Get away from me. >> And he So, he knows that. See? >> So, he tries and he tries for a child. >> Oh. >> Oh, I'm here for something else then. Did you call us? >> No, I just happened to see you and I was I figured law enforcement is better to have somebody's debit card. >> Oh, okay. Well, just coincidentally here. Okay. Thank you. >> Sorry about that. >> You're good. Hi. Good. >> Yeah, I was confused cuz I thought and he's handing me a card. I'm like, I thought I was here for something. >> I didn't think I was saw like what's going on. >> It was real quick. >> So, I don't see the other party just yet. Uh, normally they party across the street and I think they have breakfast on here or they have to >> It's your child and who else? >> It would be my daughter and either her mom or this gentleman that is associated with her mother. >> Okay. >> And that's where in the hostility lies. Okay. But last time we were here, um, everything was fine. Everything was great. The officers were just here with us in case, you know, things were >> No worries. No worries at all. >> If he was, he's just has he their whole thing is >> they want to make me act out. They want me to threaten or or uh you know be angry or confrontational because that's the only thing that they can do in court to keep try to keep me from my daughter >> and they're just [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Well, you don't have a problem escorting at all whenever you need to to prevent >> any I have to do I have to call every Saturday because sometimes they take off, they won't wait for me and I don't get to see her. So, I had to get a police report. Yeah. >> Then for the last last Saturday, I was the first time I got to see her in uh in like uh four or five visits because they were bringing her up here and telling her to tell the police that she didn't want to go with me. And the police officers were like, "Okay, well then we can't make you go." >> Yeah. >> So then finally her attorney and my attorney is like, "You can't." >> It's your responsibility to tell the baby that she's okay. Yeah. >> This all started over an overnight stay. >> Over an overnight stay. Her mom just lost her mind. >> Yeah. I I It's unfortunate that, you know, child custody has to be so messy >> cuz it's not good for the child. >> No. I mean, and it's like what? I'm 51 years old. Like, what 47, 48y old woman isn't like doesn't want a man like, "Please take this seven-year-old child." Yeah. Spend time with her. I need a break. >> Yeah. But no, it's Tuesday was my first arranged call with her >> because I've been we went for contempt back in October and we're getting ready to go again. I've already filed again this year >> and I called and uh she put somebody else's child on the phone >> and her and the other adult were whispering to the child to tell me, you know, what to say to me, trying to impersonate my little girl. >> That's what I'm dealing with. >> That's why the cops have to be here. >> Yep. And then I when you guys haven't showed up, I'm like, "Okay, you know, all right, we don't need police. You're right. We can do this." Every time I do, they try something. The last time it was following me all the way over to my truck. Who do you think you are? Had my sister's dog with me. Who you trying to impress? You just need it, you know, in my face. >> Yeah. >> You know, and he knows like >> he knows like it's I don't have I can't get an injunction against him to keep me away from him or my daughter. So, he just keeps on and keeps on and keeps on. >> Yeah. you know, because he wants me to. I mean, you know, I I mean, I can't say it. It's incriminating, whatever, but I don't care. I'm just passed it. >> And I've tried to tell him like, "Look, bro, >> if you push me to that point, I'm going to get my [ __ ] money's worth." Yeah. >> If I'm going to [ __ ] jail for a felony, >> you're going to the [ __ ] hospital. >> Period. I'm sick of it. I'm tired of it. You're interfering with my life and my little girl. You're a He's a pedophile. I don't know what he is, but I just told him, I've asked him like, "Stay away from me, man. Don't talk to me." >> Yeah. >> There's nothing for you and I to talk about. >> Yeah. >> You're not even related to my daughter. You're not related to her mom. >> Just get out of my life. Get away from me. >> And he So, he knows that. See? >> So, he tries and he tries, you know? I mean, I I don't know that many guys that are just don't mind to get their ass beat, but apparently he doesn't because he's been trying me for seven years, you know, and I just won't give him I'm not going to do it. >> Well, that's good. I mean, don't give him be the bigger person. Don't give him the time of day. >> I always have. I have, >> you know, and your daughter doesn't need to see any of that. >> Exactly. And that's the last time we were here. That's when I did not try to be argumentative in front of her. And when I looked around and I saw her standing there looking up at me >> and I realized I was getting angry, I just grabbed her, put her in the truck and drove away. And uh because I was raised better than that. >> Yeah. >> I mean, my parents absolutely hated each other. And me and my brother, we heard about it, but they they didn't it wasn't just like a always every day, all the time. And they never denied us or intentionally kept us from spinning. In fact, me and my brother were so unreal when we were my daughter's age like, "Take them." >> Yeah. >> Please. You know, I remember my mom calling calling my dad. You come get these kids. Come get >> you know what I mean? >> But uh yeah, I'm sorry that you know, I know you're super busy, but like I said, >> we don't mind at all. that she just drags her feet and waits till the last minute hoping that I don't show up and then it's oh look you didn't you know you >> it's just drama >> sorry man >> it's okay we don't mind >> I hate it I wish I could just go to her mom's house to the horn she runs out her stuff in the truck go with daddy >> do what we do take her back to mom >> do you need anything can I help you blah blah blah but no we can't do that >> we can't have that kind of relationship Whatever this thing is. I mean, I even got emails her telling me, "Quit, you know, if you didn't have the police at the exchanges that might assist in Kendall deciding to go with you, and my attorney told her, >> Kendall's seven, she ain't making no decisions. It's your responsibility to have her here on time to go with her father and tell her you're fine. Go have fun with your dad when you get in the truck. Call me on dad's phone. You know, like just, you know, letting a seven-year-old I mean, you know what I mean? I told my attorney, she was like, "What do you mean she's not going with you?" I'm like, "Well, the police are keeping us separated for everybody's wellbeing, >> but they're just walking my daughter up to the police and having her just tell them like that she doesn't want to go with me." >> Yeah. >> And my attorney's like, "Okay." >> So, we had to argue about that. >> Yeah. >> I was just like, >> "Do you uh have your ID on you?" >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I am. >> And what time usually is this? >> Uh, noon. >> No. is is the arrange pickup time. Yes, ma'am. >> And we've been doing this right here. >> Yeah. >> Since like >> um well since January >> January >> of this year and and before when I see we we had a separation. That's why I had to follow. She kept her. >> Yeah. >> She relocated. She wouldn't answer the phone. Enrolled her in school and her maiden name, >> all that [ __ ] Right. And um so yeah, we've we've always because we used to just live right here. Yeah. >> 3750 in apartment 5 right in Cardinal. >> Okay. >> So this has just always been a spot. >> Okay. >> I was here one time with a guy from the police department, a sergeant. He was really cool. He's a tall guy like me. Me and him hit it off cuz he was always showing up to help me out. Yeah. >> He was like, "I'm divorced, you know, and my 15-year-old, she's mad at me, but my 17-year-old, she hangs out with me." And uh and I had the welfare lady here because my daughter's mom, I was living down in like she's like called him. She's like, "He's a heroin addict." So So they show up and I and I go they go, "We really need to come and see your home and see how you interact with Kendall." I was like, "Guess what? Meet me at the Sunrust Bank and when I get my daughter and you can follow me to my house, you can spend the whole day with us." And the lady was like, >> "Really?" And I was like, "Yeah, for real." I was like, "Because I want you to see how this woman behaves." And I was like, "Oh, and the cops are going to be there, too." She was like, "Okay." So, we were all standing right here. This woman drives up in that parking lot, got her her her uh her convicted felon, bank robber boyfriend with her. I can see my baby in in the chair in the back seat. She pulls up in the parking lot, sees me and the cop and the social worker. She slams that truck in reverse, backs it out into that street on Phillips Avenue, pulled up to that stop sign, went through it, cut traffic off, and hauled ass down the road. And the cop was going, you know, whatever he was saying and stuff. Cars come flying by. He looked at the social uh the uh the welfare lady and was like, "Why is that baby with that woman?" >> And the cops were chasing her. We live right down there. So, she got around the block and they ran in the house and locked the door. So the police officer having to be a sergeant, he was like, "I want a car there for the rest of the day and the night. Anybody that comes out of the apartment, arrest him." >> Mhm. >> So they had to stay in the apartment the rest of the weekend cuz the shores police stayed in the parking lot and cruised around >> cuz you know what I mean? You can't just do that. >> Yeah. No, you can't. >> That's what I'm dealing with. >> Yeah. >> Somebody that has that kind of nerve. >> Yeah. that is has no fear of authority that will just pull up in the parking lot and cut traffic off, run a stop sign in front of a police officer that's waiting for you to show up that knows who you are and where you live. >> And she did it anyway >> because they're drinking. That's why watch when my daughter gets here, she'll come over here with this dude that I don't get along with because usually they're over at that restaurant. >> Okay? >> She's an alcoholic, so she's drinking already. >> Okay? and she won't come over here and she's got a warrant for arrest. So that's why she's like if the police find out they had Kindle Mike, you know, I'm like >> Bravo 13. Can you copy one by number out of Florida? >> And then the other bonus to you being here is if she doesn't show up >> then you could give me a police report. Show the court that I was here on time. Mike 43581070970. Yeah, I can give you It's called a It's called like an event event number. >> Yeah, a P number. >> I'll give you my card with that on there and I'll put in notes for you. Whatever you got. I I'll put in, you know, we stood here at this time and waited this long >> and I can give that to you. And it's it's a good idea to keep all your copies. You know, I I instantly take pictures of it and I email it to my attorney and she gets it all she's getting it all ready cuz the last few times u when my daughter went home with the police. >> Yeah. >> I had them give me a report of what they witnessed like >> cuz they actually talked to my daughter while I had to stand over there. >> Mhm. >> So I was like, "Can you just please give me a report of what you witnessed?" >> Yeah. >> You know what your feelings were about the situation? And they all did. They all broke something up and gave me that number. I give it to my attorney. >> Yep. So, >> hey. >> Yeah, I'm just done playing. I'm 51 years old and I I am just over it. I I don't care. We're going I mean, I've got an attorney that costs me everything I got, but I'm not going to stand for this. >> You shouldn't have to either. >> It's not right. >> If I miss one child support payment, my license gets suspended. If my license gets suspended, I'm out of a job. That's my job. I drive that company truck. If I don't have a valid driver's license with privileges, I'm out of a job. I go to jail, I lose my place. So why with that type of stringent >> rules on me, why isn't she accountable too? You know, I don't care if it's personality disorder, narcissism, alcoholism, >> all of the above. I don't care. >> Yeah. >> It's not my fault. I just went to see my girl. There they are. >> Sweet. Oh, she didn't uh have a little buddy with her. So now watch Indigo Quebec Zulu Hotel 69 on a free Dodge. >> Hi baby. Hi. >> Well, yeah, honey. Daddy's right here. We can talk to her all we want. What's wrong? >> I only want to stay for 3 hours this time. >> 3 hours? Why only 3 hours? >> Because I'm I'm a little scared for stay for a long long time. >> Well, honey, know that's I'm I'm sorry. Daddy doesn't believe that. When you were here last Saturday, you wanted to stay longer than than 5 hours. You actually thought about spending the night. And Josie's coming to play today. She's waiting to see you. >> Is she in the truck? >> She's at her mommy's and her mommy said so that she could come and go with us. Mike and Tina are waiting for us. Uh Ryder's got his motor his dirt bike today and we're going to take it to the track and watch him race. And I thought about >> How about four hours? >> How about like six hours and maybe spend the night and have Josie do sleepover? Would you like that? >> I I almost did for 5 or 4 hours. >> So, what about if daddy has you back here at 5:00? >> Okay, >> that's 5 hours. >> Okay. >> Can I call my mom to tell her? >> Let me just walk over there and tell mom it's okay. Only sevenyear-olds, you know, they give her a >> not many seven-year-olds know all about either. >> She doesn't. And when she was with me last weekend, she had so much fun she forgot she even had the phone when it started ringing. She didn't even realize it was ringing. I had to tell her like, "Honey, that's the phone your mommy gave her." >> That's not her at all. One, that's a lie. What she's saying. >> Oh, I like I said, I I believe, you know, I believe kids sometimes are mimicking what they're told. >> She's never asked to stay just 3 hours. And her mom knows that it's supposed to be overnight stay. >> Yeah. >> 5 hours. >> 5 hours. So, we'll be here at 5:00, right? But if you start having fun, are you prepared to call mommy and let her know that you want to stay longer? If you're having fun with Josie, >> can I have more, please? I missed you. I love you so much. >> Have a high five. >> Good job. Did you go to the the fair? >> Uhhuh. >> I see the glasses. >> Oh, okay. >> I got a bunch of candy. >> Did your tooth come out, baby? >> Yeah. >> It was wiggly. It almost came out last weekend. It came out at school. >> Bless your heart. Oh gosh. >> At least I didn't lose it. I got $4 cuz I lost 14. >> Wow. >> This one. This one. This one. And now this one. >> Wow. >> Okay. >> You're brave. >> And I think this one's wiggly, too. >> Oh, >> and maybe this one. >> Oh, the tooth fairy will be coming soon, huh? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Tell the nice obviously thank you for helping us today. >> Thank you. >> You're welcome. I hope you have a good day with your dad. Okay. Okay. All righty. >> Thank you, officer. >> You're welcome.
