on October 31st 2022 an elementary principal in Lake County Florida received a report of a woman slumped over the wheel with their vehicle still running this is when a Lake County sheriff's officer went to check on the woman hello hey how you doing you all right yeah what's going on with you a prayer nah you sleep home girl you got kids that go here yeah oh my God okay could you step out real quick you all right [Music] what's your name [Music] did you drop off a kid up here today because she missed the bus my mom and I and my daughter just moved out this place and I ended up what time you drop her off Sierra right where they're about to almost close to eight o'clock eight o'clock eight o'clock yeah so I know it's an hour yeah yeah it's an hour I'm gonna go and stop and get something to eat but I was eating there and I was eating someone's sexy back and so I was just wrestling for a second yeah okay is going home now so 10-4 so I had a lady up here car turned on and everything and she sleep at the wheel um so a parent came in it's like hey somebody's sleep in their car and the car's on so I come out here lady looks impaired all right I just need just extra eyes okay all right um so because your car was on and you were asleep I I assume I'm guessing that you might be a little impaired literally woke up my daughter I took her to the bus stop she was like three minutes late I talked to the other little girl's dad and she's like are you guys still doing trick-or-treating tonight I'm like yeah and I said but she missed the bus I said but I gotta go I'll talk to your life later so I went inside and I grabbed the keys and they told my mom I was like I have to go to schools we literally just missed the bus yeah we just registered my daughter okay and so we're not used to it so anyhow so I drove her here and um we came and I was gonna like I said my mom wake up at nine I wanted to stop by the store and stuff sitting there and I was waiting I got a phone call and I was just resting there for a second so I'm gonna come up and tell you okay I'm fine I'm gonna leave here and I was waiting for traffic to leave and stuff and then I was gonna wait I was just resting off and on just resting nothing's wrong with me oh my God just woke up all right I'm like how embarrassing okay my daughter just started school and you guys think something's wrong no swear I promise okay I'm just gonna make sure and I'll let you leave okay we have a field sobriety exercises so if you can pass those I'll let you get back in your car and drive away okay all right would you cooperate with that yeah I will you will okay yeah just because you're a little get comfortable okay oh my God this is embarrassing don't everything all right [Music] three four five two I'll be back tonight [Applause] probably the yellow toe like if I'm just walking like this all right you can stop you can stop you good all right we got one more exercise okay I'm gonna exercise same stance yep one one thousand two one thousand three one thousand ah or one thousand five one thousand six one thousand seven one thousand eight one thousand nine thousand seven one thousand eleven thousand twelve one thousand Four Thirteen thousand all right you can stop all right all right that is I know those are my my little tests are hard as well okay I'm seriously all right so on your exercises on your exercise you didn't do too well so I I know you ain't drunk you on something else yeah so we're good okay all right so what's gonna happen you got to take a trip to the jailhouse because you didn't do too well I cannot let you drive home with whatever you want okay they have the referralize that jail okay so you can you can blow there but I don't think you you're under the influence of alcohol though oh my God please just call my mother to keep me I swear don't please don't do this to me I can't I can't do this I swear to God I don't know you you had it last night partying too late or whatever I don't know but party seriously my mother literally live together and we just went to the home right my daughter just started the meeting I got you I got you I could try it again I'm telling you I just have bad it's all right when you go to the the jailhouse that you can ask them to help you out okay all right so I'm gonna have you come back over here at your car we'll call her go to put your hands on your on your trunk again for me on your top on your hood put your hands up there you put your hands on your back we'll let you know can I call my mom please you gotta turn around for me turn around for me put your hands on your back all right the other hand while you're back huh [Music] man if we roll up the window I got you we're gonna make sure does this hurt yeah yeah yeah oh my God my baby baby okay I'm gonna help you out you put your your chest up there to the car yes oh you all right put your hands together like you're praying in the back [Music] and what's your name again [Music] are you sure you don't have nothing on you all right because when you get there if you when you get to the jail if you got something on you need it's gonna be trouble for you no I don't have anything on me I just think we only have one key to the car okay so so we're gonna take your phone I see his way over there he's right up there okay all right I want you to just sit right here put your butt on your car yeah go ahead oh my God put your butt right there but can you um I make sure everything gets right do you want it towed or do you want somebody to come get it you'll need at least uh eight hours in there oh Lord oh well your key bro he broke yeah this uh you gotta put your butt on the car for me all right anything else are you trying to take with you other than your phone so what are they gonna do take me down uh-huh yeah when you're impaired and you're sitting behind your car and it's on well I mean you do too well on the test ing I swear I know people say that all the time I'm sure I'm not yeah I swear some kind of some kind of drug she would sleep at the wheel car was on she was sitting here for about an hour maybe more because she was here when I pulled in at 7 30 and I didn't wake her up until nine times I'm literally sitting here and I'm in trouble because I had the car on and I literally was just resting my eyes for a moment I was saying a prayer literally and I was just seriously about to leave to go to the store real quick and grab me in a fresh drink Coke and wake her up she won't answer because I'm calling her because it's not answering and she needs to be up for work because I wake her up to the every morning well tell her that well I know because nothing's wrong I'm not here so listen they you know she doesn't have a breathalyzer so they will there and I'm not impaired so when I get there whatever they'll do whatever if I'm impaired which I'm not then I stay for eight hours if not then I don't know what they do man they uh let they let you go we let you go and then you have to happen you have to bail out yep end of it I'm gonna wait and Mom's gotta be up at night or whatever so I'm gonna sit here and chill for a little bit and I'll take care of the magazine on my phone and just close my eyes for a few minutes but I had the car on and the AC running on one and anyways she says that I'm impaired so she's taking me to jail I'm handcuffed in front of my daughter's school well because I know no I'm not I don't know what is happening right now I'm so embarrassed mom she didn't make the bus that's what I said it's here and you still have to bail me out isn't that fun what we need more find me find me what my what mama I'm telling you what the hell I'm not even I'm not about Mommy I'm in front of school this is how embarrassing you understand okay but his officer is right here you're on a speaker hearing everything she's getting ready to take me or what are you waiting on somebody to come waiting on somebody's coming it doesn't matter she doesn't care I was behind the wheel and I was gonna see my eyes to her that's just her Duty that's her due diligence her duties to do that and because I'm not uh professional ballerina anymore and can't do that walk on the line and put your leg up and count to a thousands however many times I don't know but oh my God [Music] I don't know what deal would deal Lake County Jail in Tavares oh my God like you and Eugene I went to berries no nothing is wrong with me Mom of course I just have to do it stay up well I was asleep as you were I was asleep on cersei's heck I wanted to put my Gatorade but I can't have nothing to drink because they have to breathalyze me oh my God Mom is he is having Pray For Me Mama wherever I've got to go I can go through something more this is embarrassing I know Mom inside the point the whole point is that this is happening and I have to go for nothing I love you Mom you're up for work I'm fine just have your phone or I guess you ever had a DUI before no I don't even drink I mean it's more than just drinking I told you I don't think you're drunk you got something else going on and maybe sleep deprivation [Applause] and you don't got nothing on you right no no right at the jail you want trouble oh okay I have a problem but first officers began taking the suspect to jail to conduct breath and urine testing yep you done with her no I still need her she has to pee but she needs something to drink so yeah flush the toilet push the button of the button for have water you want to go oh she's sick uh she can go in my office yeah and then yeah once this lady pees I'll be I don't know okay all right is she right there yeah yeah are you sick mama hello are you going to go to class or are you going to sit up there what you gonna do it okay well you gotta stop complaining if you feel okay then stop complaining go ahead and fill up girl I don't know how y'all flush the toilet you gotta find the button on the side on the top right there on the top one of them buttons press it there you go all right you got all the water you need yeah the suspect's breathalyzer reading was 0.00 and she was unable to provide a urine sample for testing the suspect was charged with driving under the influence the suspect's charges were later dropped
