on March 8 2023 a deputy with Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office was traveling Southbound on New Mexico 14 when he observed a yellow Audi traveling 68 miles per hour in a 50 miles per hour Zone the deputy made a u-turn to initiate a traffic stop this was when the driver began accelerating and changing multiple Lanes before exiting onto a dirt road stay in your car get in your car why are you gonna tease me bro get in your car what did I do why are you gonna change me bro get in your car threatening you dude I have all my paperwork I don't care cut it out cut it out stop bro I didn't do the public road I was tased for no reason he continued to tase me as I was already in cuffs um it's all on my wife's phone I'm sure it's all in his video too so that's it is what it is and I'm not even the registered owner to the vehicle and I'm sure he doesn't consent to search and seizure um because this is a night this is an account you are in position of the vehicle right but I'm not in possession when he saw you you were driving okay all right so just want to make sure you get your uh chilled out I don't feel good that I need to talk to the Medics okay you'll get checked out at the substations I've had a traumatic brain injury I hit my head on the ground um I've I've literally fractured my skull from top to bottom I literally feel like I need medical attention you'll get it okay I feel like I need medical attention like cool can you roll the window down please yeah the male suspect was charged with the possession of a controlled substance resisting an officer speeding expired registration and no proof of insurance while the female suspect was charged with possession of a controlled substance resisting an officer battery upon a peace officer and assault upon a peace officer in both cases the prosecutor dismissed the charges and the arresting Deputy was placed on an administrative leave ending an investigation thank you [Music]
