on August 7th at around 8 PM an officer had sent off a police department in New Mexico was on patrol when he saw a green vehicle with no license plates attached I pulled you over because you don't have a license plate bro man I just bought the car from who from um how long ago how long ago a month but I'm just learning how to drive it and then and I literally just take this back to work and like back to work at my house yeah I don't hate on that bro if you're going to work as long as you're being responsible uh where are you coming from brother I'm coming from the skate park where do you live at I live over by at the Tuscany Apartments okay um do you have your driver's license on you man I how old are you again you should have one right I couldn't I couldn't go to high school or I couldn't go to high school because of my parents man and I can go get all my license at like 15 like all these other kids because I understand that I get it I get it I'm gonna ask you another question all right when's the last time you smoke weed dude like an hour ago it remains illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume purchase or possess marijuana in New Mexico yeah you know you can't has a license with you they can do that they should not see why they wouldn't be able to are they gonna swim they are man as long as you don't have anything that you can't go to the gym why are they container no driver's license no license and registration and mandatory financial responsibility after the court proceedings the suspect was found guilty of driving under the influence and was
