Her version said He didn't come with the car but he was supposed to apparently. All court order, so she gets to use the car and was leaving cuz he was late. She's backing out and he's standing behind the car like blocking her and she's like get out of the way I'm not I don't want to I'm going to hit you. Came around started punching on the window and she grabbed her chains on her neck scratched her across her chest. She's got a good scratch on her chest. But we have had I have had plenty of no contacts for stalking and being a [ __ ] This is where she was running me over at. This is where she was running hit This is where she hit me with the car. I was standing there like this. She was hitting me with the car. What part of the car hit you? The the first the back of then she took then when I walked from the back to go cuz I was going to hit my daughter window, I walked I I thought about it cuz my daughter was in there and I know a window was shattered. So, me walking to come pick up my my kids, I always verify that with the police department before I was going to pick them up so I wouldn't have this problem. She's trying to leave, so she's backing up slowly and then she gets to the back She's not trying to Yeah, she's not trying to hit him or whatever, but she is like periodically letting you can see the car inching back trying to get him to move type of thing. So, he's obviously putting himself in harm's Hey, what Albert? So, then he does he walks up to the daughter's window. You see him rear back cuz he thinks the for whatever reason he thinks the mom car passenger seat. Every time cuz I'm taking her to court tomorrow. Who? What are you doing? Well, no, just a person I don't think that he's putting himself in a harmful So, this whole thing there's no assault because he's just standing there and she's not moving anywhere near close enough for this to be considered assault. But this the first time normally the police come out here all the time. There is. There is. He has court order time, but apparently there's discrepancy. He's he's late. That's him standing there. She's backing out and then she's She slow down she slows down and stops. He's not trying So, she stopped. She's not trying to He's standing behind the car and she stopped. She's down in the driveway. And then she kind of backs it. He comes around this side. Throws his arm out like he's going to strike and comes over here and starts beating on the window. Drives off and just keeps standing there. Well, he kept standing behind the door. It's two separate incidents even if that's the case. He's standing behind the car. Yeah, so she's fearing she's fearing He's saying that So, she can't She's fearing Yeah. And she hurts her foot. We've all seen this. We've all experienced this. I mean, do we even need to do this all the deal just to and buy him? I mean, yeah, I don't think she intended to hit anybody. He's standing behind >> was trying to leave. In the video that was down here, it was a whole separate incident. He he's He's claiming he got hit when the car was all the way up the driveway by the house. And she first backed up. And then he walks to the street and he gets behind the car again. And then she stops. And then he comes around the passenger side. He he put himself behind the car. He he seen the injury happen. Let's call sergeant and see what he says. Let's call sergeant and just see what he says and This kid's making a call to his family. He'll let them know that he's going. So I'm sorry. No he can do that. I mean they can if they want. I don't know I mean you can get a call when you get processed. Once you get processed through you you stay the night and you'll get you'll get a you'll see the judge in the morning. He just wanted to know He'll get a call he'll get a phone call once he gets processed. He already knew. He already knew something was up because he's like am I getting arrested? He said that a while ago. I was like oh so you already knew that I'm thinking that's where the scratch came from is when he takes he takes off he gets her leg. Cuz with them backing up there's no way that she could put that that would have been a bruise that wouldn't have been a scratch.
