She was held on a $110,000 bond. A motion to reduce this bond was later denied. She initially entered a written plea of not guilty. However, she later accepted a plea agreement. As part of the deal, the aggravated battery charge was reduced to a lesser included offense of felony battery. She entered a plea of no contest to the reduced charge along with the fleeing and misdemeanor battery charges, and the judge adjudicated her guilty on all counts. She was sentenced to 210 days in the county jail with credit for 197 days already served, followed by 48 months of supervised probation. Her driver's license was suspended for 12 months. She was also ordered to complete 50 hours of community service and have no contact with the victims or return to any Burger King location. Finally, she was ordered to pay $1,046 in court costs and fees.
