um so so here's what we're gonna do now okay I mean obviously you're passed out by in the wheel we got to make sure you're good to drive right oh good well I mean I don't know yeah there's ways that we can turn yeah so we're gonna do a few tests make sure you're good to drive if you're good drive you'll be on your way okay does that sound like like a plan oh [Music] once we once we get that taken care of if you're good to drive we'll make sure the gun's good do you have a license to carry a firearm you open carrying okay all right perfect your guns in the back okay I'd walk Ariel okay like I said so we're just doing some tests okay I mean I'm already not I mean you have the right to refuse them but obviously I mean if I don't think you're good to drive you're not gonna be driving away if you want to refuse them you're more than welcome to do so but on my end I have to make sure that you're able to drive away before I like to get back in the driver's seat and keep driving okay so it's up to you there's a series of a few small stops stuff like that I just woke up so yeah no take a second if you want to be cheating if you want to take a second to wake up get some fresh air I mean I know it's cold out here and stuff all right so the first one that we're gonna do okay I mean are you are you good to start you're waking up I might be able to okay first one that we're gonna do obviously we're on a flat service or anything you're gonna watch me first and just pay attention hands down by your side okay uh the first one we're gonna do is just the walk and turn so what you're gonna do is you're gonna take a series of small steps one two three four all the way to you get to nine okay nope just keep watching all the way all the way till you get to nine okay does that make sense when you get to nine you're gonna take a serious keep watching keep watching you're gonna take a series of small stuff and then do nine steps all the way back okay does that make sense so Heel To Toe stops keep your hands down by your sidewalk in a straight line you have any questions before you start well one second you have any questions before you start no okay make sure you count out loud nine okay all right go ahead [Music] four five six seven eight nine do I gotta go back thank you [Music] um okay all right this next one is here's what we're gonna do okay so same thing just watch me demonstrate it and then it'll be your turn okay just hands down by your side fantastic so what you're gonna do is pick a foot and your foot either one whichever one's better for you you don't have any ailments that are wrong with your feet your back nothing like that no okay so you're gonna take a foot and you're gonna lift it off the ground like that okay what you're going to do is you're just going to count one one thousand two one thousand three one thousand four one thousand until I tell you to stop okay keep your hands down by your side keep your foot like this elevated off the ground okay does that make sense do you have any questions no okay you may begin when you're ready okay you might begin if you're ready or do you want to see me do it again don't forget to count out loud okay um [Music] now try one more time [Music] okay you're good you can stop you good okay all right definitely good okay um what I want you to do now pick a number between 14 and 16. 14 to 16. yes sir [Music] 16. okay um count back from 100 to 89 stopping at 89. coming back from 100 to 89. really go yeah I told you these are just small tests that we got to do and they're pretty cut and dry yeah he's got to do the same ones man they're nine different friends but Colin Berg from wood 100 to 89. 100 uh 99 oh 99.89 88 87 86 87. okay all right nadio no all right okay what we're gonna do now is we're just gonna go have a seat in the back of my car and because I have to read you something off my computer okay you're not going to handcuffs or anything I just got to read you something off my computer it's in the car so come on over to me for me foreign hop on in for me yeah it's cold out here fantastic I'm gonna slide on up to the driver's seat and I'll be right with you okay watch your toes I don't want to smash them in the door fantastic thank you [Applause] [Music] my computer I just had to wait for this yellow box to come so I had to wait for them well I'll tell you in a second so give me just a second I'm gonna read you something off my computer and then if you can go with that then we'll go from there but I just had to wait for them to bring it because I didn't have one on me okay so I'm gonna go right up there right now and read it to you okay all you gotta do is wrap your lips around this tube right here it's a clean straw blow into it make a seal keep blowing until I tell you to stop okay foreign Michigan the legal limit in Michigan for driving on like with alcohol in your systems of 0.08 you know I don't know what you blew 0.25 so you are well Way Beyond the [Laughter] all right listen you didn't say anything to give you a phone call okay because you're under arrest at this point okay we'll work with you okay she said she'll give you a phone call when you get to the jail okay there's a process we have to go through okay doesn't have to make this any worse than it has to be okay we don't need to go obstruct in any of that crap okay let's just take a seat in the car we'll get you back then we'll get you a phone call okay [Applause] um like not even a week ago [Applause] all right while we're waiting for your phone to charge up a little bit more around it does it usually plug in easily plug it easy but the port is kind of [ __ ] up so you gotta wrap it around I understand okay uh while we're waiting for that to charge up a little bit more I'm just going to go ahead and get the get your shoes and stuff off of y'all okay I understand but that's just what I'm glad to see here I don't know like regardless you have to take take the stuff off thing but what's up yeah yeah I'm not pulling up and wrong I just want to just chilling go down yeah yeah I'm not trying to take all my stuff off yeah I understand that we just have policies I don't make them it's just how things go man we're not treating you any different than anybody else I got more cameras at Walmart like come on man yeah and that's what I'm saying if I don't abide by my policies it's going to be on these cameras that's what I was asking for the actors to do the best above you yeah he's oh I'm here right now I mean I'm not doing nothing wrong like okay yes I fell
