On February 21st, 2025, officers in Oklahoma received a call from a concerned witness who reported seeing a couple stumble out of a bar and climb into a black Audi. When an officer arrived at the bar's parking lot, he immediately spotted the black Audi with its engine running. Here's what the officer did next. >> Hello. Can you roll down the window?
