The white Cadillac and crashed into them. I know what happened. >> Yeah, it's just weird. >> It happened over there actually. >> That's what I'm asking you. Where were we coming from? Where are we trying to go? Like what was your objective? Where are you trying to go right now? >> I'm not talking about this. I don't care about pain. >> Pain where how much I have to pay. >> Were you coming from home or where? Where do you live? >> I'm not telling where. >> Okay. Well, I'm just concerned about you. Officers arrived at a scene where the air rireed of chaos and cheap perfume. Jessica, the driver, was already auditioning for a drama queen Oscar, slurring words like she'd gargled a whiskey bottle. Her glossy eyes screamed, "No sleep or maybe just too much happy hour." She dodged questions like a pro, claiming her dad's insurance was her get out of jail free card. Spoiler, it wasn't. >> Okay, just hang tight. Okay. Is that your dog? I have 15 dogs. >> What's the name of the dog? >> Name. Guy or girl? >> Guy. >> Guy. >> 15. >> Okay. >> I don't show sign. >> Did you already give it to the other officer? >> Okay. But I don't know your name, so I just want to refer to you by name. >> Jessica. >> Okay. Jessica. Um. No. >> Okay. So, just know me. >> Just got >> He just told me. Okay. So, if the accident happened here, how what happened though? Did you hit the car? Did they hit you? What happened? >> Okay, that's good. Um, I have When was the last time your dad was today? No, he wasn't president. You don't know or you don't know. Okay. So for his alcoholic beverage in the car today, right? Are you planning on driving back home? Okay. Okay. So, all right. Go on. No, I get I get that. I understand you don't want to get in trouble. So, the best solution for that if you don't want to get in trouble for us to allow you to drive home is to do some quick test. No, you're an adult. You don't have to wait very long. And you're over your car when you're your dog and your passenger. I'm asking you, are you going to get out for me? Yes or no? Or do I have to pull you out? Cuz it's going to go that way. I'm telling you the options. Either you step out or we take you out of the club cuz you do. legally. >> Yes, I am. So, are you going to do it? Yes or no? [Applause] play our legs. >> Jessica's attitude was giving the main character energy, but the script was straight out of a low-budget soap opera. Her lips, puffed up like they were hiding a life raft, weren't helping her case as she snapped about privacy and her dog. Officers tried to remain calm, but her refusal to cooperate was like watching a fish flop out of its tank. Trouble was brewing fast. Yes, you are. Pennsylvania mess. >> Look it up. Look it up. Google Pennsylvania and tell me what it do. Do you remember that from law school? Would you go over Pennsylvania versus >> Did you know that? >> What? That you didn't graduate, right? So, what about >> Did you graduate? Almost >> almost almost doesn't. Well, you're not in a police academy. You have not done my training police. >> So, you don't know. >> No, you're not. No. Sorry. Okay. Can you move your dog out on the way? Cuz I'm all Yeah. Get the dog out first. Yes or no? Are you going to do the test? >> Yes or no? No. Okay. You're still under arrest. >> 1818. >> Good. WR an alarm. >> Jessica was in full meltdown mode, tossing out Pennsylvania law references like she'd skimmed a Wikipedia page. Her dog, the only calm one in this circus, deserved a medal. Officers weren't buying her I'm not drunk act. Her slurring and defiance sealed the deal. Moral of the story, when you rear end someone, maybe don't play lawyer with lips that could double as airbags. Jessica face charges for driving under the influence, operating an uninsured vehicle, and resisting arrest. Her cosmetic surgeon might need a charge, too, considering those lips were practically a public safety hazard.
