on April 1st 2020 officers responded to a call of a fight breaking out between two women over what was deemed by one party to be a wrongful eviction call him no problem not going back in house that's not going to happen nobody can force him to do that that's not going to happen no criminal act has been done she's admitted that she doesn't know who put her stuff out so no one is going to force my y'all she was going to do so then she never did find me my dad came out when my sister got here my sister got here she came in with her mom that's when I came out well I stayed back there cuz I was trying to let her mom get stuff and keep everything then when I heard her mom trying to get her stuff y' already been on so Mom going leave that's when I got came out left she don't live here then she jump FR b t here lock the door she locked the doors locked all the windows and not turn she came here with an iron chair and you can feel she hit me top head with an iron chair she got Strat here did call him she did like this pull her gun out he and I both ran back that way then he ran in his room I ran in here and here can't see her room in my dad's room so I stood back there we heard all the glass and stuff breaking I called the police for my phone when I called the police I waited she didn't know where I was she thought I was in there with him so she didn't come to his room then but she was walking through the house talking junk with the gun and I I blow somebody's head off and all this and I just talking crazy so we both stay here so then we heard to go back out I told my dad to call the police from his phone he called the police from his phone they still a't got here then he called her mom her mom said she was coming so we both still staying back this way she in and out how we can hear the glass from her throwing stuff in window we still back here she told M she wasn't and then when her mom got hole in the wall when her mom got here the hole in the wall mom said I your dad your dad said you can come up there she said well the police say I ain't got to leave and they said I can get here anywhere I want to I ain't going nowhere and then her and her M her mom and him got talk he told her mom look I already told her you already know how your daughter I don't want her she need to leave she done bust out my window I call a rent man sne leave she kept saying I ain't going nowhere police I ain't got to go nowhere and I'm getting anywhere I want to they didn't tell you to put no Lo of G on nobody then after her mom got ready to leave because she couldn't get her to calm down that's when I came from out here then when I came from out here cuz I was going out to get a mom tell her look don't leave go ahead and Che her cuz you already know how she is before I can say that she came around this corner stuck me start swinging on me he trying to keep us get us apart I'm basically trying to get her off me so we T we come back this way she done slam me down on this go she stands up and starts attacking me again so my dad trying to get her out we get her out of the house then we get her out the house we stand here like this with the door as you can see she done kicked the whole door in and then when she finally got the door kicked in but then we went this way she came in it was a metal chair just sitting right here she came in with a metal chair and hit me right here and I got a big KN and I had my back turned and she hit me right here and I got a big knot in my head what a chair I seen a chair it was just a metal chair sitting right here she brought in the house and hit me in the back of the head with and I got a big knot right here ain't no Hammer cuz I we never had no Hammer like I just told you when we heard her on the glass [Music] I oh Lord cuz
