a residence after receiving a call from a woman requesting help thank you upon arriving the officers met with the woman outside the residence Kelly hey I will come out around a second hello officers caught the cops all I wanted to do is go to bed since the jail declined to accept Miss Kelly officers issued her a citation for disorderly conduct thank you the suspect was charged with disorderly conduct unreasonable noise Miss Kelly was assured a citation for this early conduct for unreasonable notes which is a minor misdemeanor in the state of Ohio the charge carries a fine of up to 150 if
