You going to get your regular pay and what is that? I'm sure. Yeah. Go ahead and test that mother bottle that you did. See if you got some drugs. You got some drugs. Yeah. I bet I won't go in there with nothing but mother driving without license. It ain't going to be nothing with no drugs. Why you think that? Thought you had to something. Little driver without suspended license. Wow. Did you call the captain? Cuz I'm active for him. >> Our supervisor's here. >> No, that's not a supervisor. I asked for the captain. He don't hold no weight. None of that hold any weight. >> All right. Well, that's what we got. >> So, where's the captain? If I'm asking for the captain, why you can't call him? >> My supervisor is here. >> I asked for the captain. But you talking about Oh, you you you haven't had a license. You had them in 18 points and 18 months, but I still had license this year. This whole year I had license >> up until November when it was suspended for >> Yeah. And I didn't know anything about it. So, >> okay. >> What am I being arrested for? >> Suspended license. >> Had I been sus had I been pulled over, they would have took my license. I still had my license. So, obviously, I didn't know. >> Okay. Make sure you tell your defense attorney that. >> It's okay. It ain't going to be nothing. It's going to get thrown out. Like, I'm not going I'm not tripping. You ain't did nothing. but took me to jail while I was at work. Well, you could have just gave me a citation cuz you a [ __ ] ass cracker. That's why old ass need the mother tire. Pretty sure how you is look about 60. He has two prior convictions and two withholds. Is it right to do the uh this will be the third so do the felony >> and then you have the resisting. So >> yeah, just making sure. Sir, what are you saying? You know what it's for. >> And you got that blue card just like you see my kid social in there. I'm pretty sure you see that that card matches his name on it. Why you trying to take that? Like Yeah. >> Then the other one. >> Yeah. That I'm sure you seen that the social says that's my son. That one right there is what? Uh my other son. His his birth certificate should be in there, too. Okay. >> Yeah. That one is my mom's. Yes. And that one is my friend's. Yes. So, Okay. >> Okay. >> And that one is my work card right there. That doesn't have a name. When you have a pay card, it doesn't have a name. >> Okay. >> Thank you. Instead of just telling me to f off my door earlier. >> Yeah. Yeah. Where are the pills that you took out of there? >> Right here. want me to leave him in the car cuz there's not they're not going to take him at the jail. >> I don't know what you want to do. Yeah, you can leave him in the car. The purse should have let them left in the car, too. I don't understand why he's coming with me. The only thing my phone >> Everything in the car is mine. My sister could have came and got my car. Y'all let me let her come get that. >> No, cuz the tag's not valid. >> Okay. The tag isn't valid. But it's somebody that come with a with real >> The tag is not valid. The car cannot be driven. How can it not be driven when it has >> because it's >> it has insurance on it. So what do you mean it was driven? The police from Orlando let us go. They let us go with somebody driving. >> Okay. >> My sister's right there so she can't get in the car. >> No, I'm telling you cuz the tag's not found. >> But they let me go with somebody else in there. What do you mean? >> She has their person wallet. >> Um if she wants to release it to you, she can at the jail. >> No, it's fine. I thought it was going to be in the car. No, I I told her we're not leaving anything valuable in that car. >> Okay. Okay. >> So, the car is being towed right now. >> Cling towing. I'll get you I'll get you um their information in just a minute. Um like I said, he's the arresting officer. I don't know what happened before I got here, but I mean, she was she was not the nicest girl to him. So, I mean, a lot of the attitudes probably where why she is where she's at. So, I'll get you as soon as the tow truck driver gets you. I'll print you out of paper. Shows everything. Cling towing. Yes, ma'am. >> But there's nothing valuable in the car. It's all with her. >> It's fine. I just had to take a pepper spray. >> Going cuz he said that nobody could get the car. >> Yeah. No, you can go there and get it. It's just going to >> No, he said we couldn't get it from here. >> Correct. >> But she lives right there cuz I could have just pulled it over there but he said nobody. >> Yeah. Unfortunately, not. It's going to go to cleaning towing and then cuz right now I mean that tag on there it's expired in November and then she couldn't produce insurance. So it's just a liability if we let it on the road. So cling towing a foot bar. >> Thank you. >> All right. Get back in the car. It's cold. But it got insurance on it. But the car can't be driven. >> Tag's expired. The tag's not valid. It's not >> Okay. But it got insurance on it. It has a tag. It is. It has a tag. >> Expired. It's not >> But it has a tag. The registration has a tag. What do you mean? It has a tag. It's just a tag. They didn't send it out. Why? Probably because my license got suspended. That's probably why they didn't send the tag out. They have a tag. Just like you looked up the in the registration. The registration is registrated to a tag. I'm sure you see that. That is not valid. >> What's not valid? >> The tag. It's expired. >> This the paper tag or the real tag? >> The paper tag. >> Okay. But it it does have a tag that is registered to that car that I haven't received yet. >> What are the pills before I put them back in your purse? >> What do you mean? What are they? >> I'm I'm asking you what they are. >> They I take them so that I can sleep and gain weight. What the? You should have tested it. You should have seen that. It was nothing. It's nothing. Right. What the >> going to do with your property? Then they'll get impounded. >> Impounded. >> Yeah. >> For what? >> Cuz they're not in a prescription container and I don't know what they are. >> The suspect was charged with driving with a suspended license, resisting an officer without violence, unlawful use of a suspended driver's license, speeding, and expired registration. The suspect was issued a $3,500 bond, which she later posted. In court, her charge of unlawful use of a suspended driver's license was dropped, while the prosecutor dismissed both citations for speeding an expired registration. She initially pleaded not guilty to the remaining charges of driving with a suspended license and resisting an officer without violence and requested a jury trial. However, she later took a plea deal, reducing her felony charge of driving with a suspended license to a misdemeanor and amended her plea to no contest to the remaining charges. The judge withheld a conviction for the misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license and ordered her to pay $220 in fines along with all court costs or her driver's license would be suspended.
