on August 31st 2022 after receiving a call about a neighbor shouting and playing loud music an officer was dispatched to the residents officers had previously visited the residents for similar said no I have nothing to say to you nothing at all right so then I walk out here and she's coming across my yard so if she comes back on the property I told her to arrest her so she walks back over here see this is what I'm gonna have to deal with all night long well she comes back over here I'll arrest her if you want that well the whole neighborhood quit being disorderly all right well let us went over there after I had already like told her boyfriend or husband here what was going on he talked to me calm no big deal I was about to leave this lady comes out saying something to me I can't hear in the car so I get out and talk to her as I'm talking to her or this lady's intoxicated walks her around her property and she's over there and they're starting to get into a yelling match I already worn around several times I told her she goes back on this lens property we'll arrest her trespass here so Tabitha you are going to get a citation for disorderly conduct for your behavior today okay if I go beat her ass will you just arrest me we sure will if I beat her ass just arrest me for something no if I'm getting a citation just a rest relax I will gladly oh no I don't deserve transported the suspect to jail for further processing [Applause] wrong oh yeah [Applause] I've never been in trouble I've watched since I was 13. I never had DPS at my house I've never been on drugs come on the police charged the suspect with criminal trespassing disorderly conduct and resisting arrest in court the suspect made a guilty to criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct the judge sentenced her to 30 days in jail for the first charge and 20 days in jail lost 24 hours of community service with a second charge the court dropped the Third charge of resisting arrest [Music] understand
