on November 26 2022 Tulsa Police Department in Oklahoma responded to an incident the reported gunshot had been fired near our residence two household members told officers that another household member had fired a gun at them during a game of Monopoly hey you guys okay so here's the deal was someone shot was someone shot so he's got a I need your brain down so I can understand what's going on okay so he has a gun yeah is he inside the house right now but yes he is in the house yeah all right so bring it down a whole lot so I can give off also I'm not gonna be rude I take medication okay so if she's scream at me I can't understand anything right all right so tell me about the gun no does he still have his down the street I'm walking back okay I'm walking back we're just gonna leave the home and I heard of her was a shot he you know my baby so where is he at I guess he didn't know so he's still in the house are you shot huh what's wrong with your hat in there I went shot I one shot what's wrong with your hands shot and uh and they they just they just yeah we got and she got she got uh we got we're good here I think we got her suspect here maybe got hit on the head with a gun oh the end of the voice and so me and him [Music] let me see you're playing Monopoly yeah so what happened with the with the gun did they shoot inside the house no they didn't they get outside down there slap some cuss on him he ain't gonna be walking around here in charge he's drunk anyway okay because I said mama somebody around here has got a gun so everybody needs to be alert okay watch out for Mom inside okay how come your sister's son you had a gun who's she I saw my sister who's she to you you see me yeah that's not my sister who is she to you that's not my sister huh it's your relative no relative no I'm a relative to my mama clearly that would make you her son you just run him on the radio if you would no sit down man sit down don't jump up like that no no no have a seat okay so much okay okay okay okay the person that lived with my mama is she your mom's daughter so that makes her your sister no that don't make I should make a stepdaughter okay so I'll do stuff okay I went to go her daddy asked to go take her um uh take him to get him from from uh um uh Oklahoma City [Music] what does it have to do with tonight all right so tonight we're trying to get to the root of what happened tonight okay okay tonight tonight they got kicked out my mama said she didn't want them to get the hell out and I came over here and and that's what it is uh she gotta get the hell I mean like she don't have to get the hell out but the daddy got to get the hell out he's under arrest for uh I'm gonna rest what PDW and shooting with intent to kill BBW yeah playing a daily weapon since you're part of the gun at her gun on her man she putting it on you where's it at but I ain't got no God damn good man I ain't got no gun man I don't got no gun I don't have no gun man what are the bullets like he used to go with guns yeah oh man man why the [ __ ] I gotta go down for it man that's my little sister there she go well now she's your sister she wasn't a sister a minute ago I'm not here you don't need to sit down no it ain't hurt it ain't hard to run around the street it was my dad mama he'd be the one that's protecting me yeah exactly Mama they try to take me to jail mom sit down man mama mama yeah yeah Mama they trying to take me to jail Momma church him in jail mama I ain't got nothing on me man I got I'm not trying to go to jail man cause I ain't this [ __ ] man I try to take care of the little girl man what the [ __ ] I shoot for she putting the case on you Big Boy can't be playing guns at people man yeah a a gun at it what gun that got what the hell I do man I ain't doing [ __ ] that's what we're gonna do I ain't do man I ain't doing my thing man I do [ __ ] man that's why I touch my mama man so Mom and dad are playing Monopoly drunk sun is playing Monopoly with them sun is getting somewhat inebriated and so they're all playing all playing together right and some I don't know the the story of how it the fight started but a fight started she came down saw them fighting tried to break them up they broke up she went up back to a room upstairs and then her fighting again when she did that now all three of them are fighting it was just the sun him and the stepdad that is not sepia because they're not yeah yeah so they were fighting the first time second time they were fighting and then the mom stepped in and then that's when she said no everybody break up and then and then she basically she was the one that said go outside if you're gonna fight and so uh she went outside first was here went down the street she says she got to the intersection when she looked back and saw her dad coming after because I'm assuming she probably freaked out I was like oh my God I'm leaving right that sort of thing dad follows her down here Dad gets the middle intersection when she looks back at dad because he's trying to stop her next thing you know they both flew back to see John with the gun pointing at him and shooting and he was on the driver's side of this white truck shooting down this way at the intersection Revolver They don't know that they can't he she couldn't see it she was not very helpful with that she said I don't know I got blood on my do you understand what this is look man all this is you know what protecting yourself is okay and if that's what you want to tell me that I'm happy to listen before until like I'm not saying that you are under arrest I just want to hear your side of the story no no no because every time I I tell myself my story yeah yeah y'all yo catch me under the wrist she hit me I'm trying to be honest with you right now okay yes sir you going to jail tonight no no no what the [ __ ] I'm going to jail for what you need to listen to me no man you're not listening okay that's a done deal that's happening okay for what for shooting the gun for protecting myself okay is that what happened the daddy okay hit me John listen to me for a minute no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no man I need to go home man I try to protect my mama man he hit my mother Mama man I'm bleeding that [ __ ] yo y'all just sitting here and doing being the one who said call the police man okay y'all we the ones that call the police man and she hit me inside the head and I don't even know why sure what I did try to protect myself but I I got I got caught in my face I'm bleeding okay so that that's the case right there yeah so that's the case and I'm gonna show I'm gonna show the police that [ __ ] right there and I didn't do nothing mama said I ain't even done and uh I shot the floor I shot the floor the suspect admitted to the officers that he had fired his gun towards the ground what's that I'm thinking he'd probably put this gun in here somewhere is what I'm thinking do you all think what do you think when you come back in after a shot yeah I would have popped and I went down the street he shot at him no he shoot at me my shot I didn't know what I was you and I both know what it was he's popping off around down the street with a gun in his hand he done did some [ __ ] over here too you know so that's what that's what the issue is is that uh I'm afraid he's gonna come back and kill somebody show creative Miranda and he admitted that he shot the gun in the ground then he came back so the guns in in here take him home but she's saying that she's saying that he was only in the living room and me and we flipped the living room it's not in here so under Miranda he's admitted to going um foreign Miranda he admitted that after father-in-law hit him in the face he went and got his gun followed him out there followed him down the street as they were walking and he's claiming he fired the gun into the street scaramo but he still won't tell us where it is he says that he came back here and put it up he's not saying where he put it up he did say it was a little 380 with us as much as he's given us we got your mother in there held hostage because you won't tell us where the damn gun is we're trying to leave her house we're going to do a search warrant tear the house up break the walls because you won't tell us don't do that to me man where's it at Walmart no you tell me where the gun is at Walmart no right how'd it get there it's a Walmart uh 71st and Lewis Kentucky jail no no I'm just with Sarge down now listen listen you have one chance to tell me we'll do a search warrant we'll break the damn walls in and tear the house up tell me where the gun is then why are you so mean tell me where the gun is okay all right perfect you better tell each other and then John gets so mad when he don't pay no attention to us and he pulled the gun at him you know what happened [Music] yeah you know what happens yeah yeah every time we get together that's what I'm claiming to be a stepfather no you don't want you to be a stepfather he wants you to be his man [Music] one child just going to get a room together because this is how they do they touch they love you know and they roll down the road sword fight clean clean clean I don't rock you take a shot that's what they do that's what they want to do and you know that's a lie you know
